Clean, comfortable room. Proprietor is super friendly. Basic roadside motel, perfect for a short stay. 2nd time there, would stay again.

Hot water required 5 minutes of continuous runtime to appear. NO deadbolt or security latch for the entry door. Dead wi-fi router ( free but non functional). Thought I woke up in a 3rd world nation.

Friendly staff and clean rooms quiet area to rest

The place is not very nice but okay for the price. Neighborhood is nice and walkable with plenty of eating options. The room was comfortable and quiet enough to sleep. Shower hot water took about three minutes to warm up. Not much room in bathroom to leave clothes to avoid getting them wet before putting them on. Staff is rarely available in the office.

I did not expect much at booking based of pictures. Got there and room was super clean, much nicer than pictures show. Staff was super friendly and very nice.

Cheap basic motel. Good for a 1 night stop. Beds were comfortable. Room was not cleaned well but not disgusting. Shower was usless. The water preasure was so low that i gave up with washing my hair. The shower is a reason i would not return.

Was a place to sleep not the best not the worst ether ive ever stayed.

The area around the property is very dark, the rooms were really good and new. The owner is really kind and very polite in nature

If your priority is a cheap stay, this is your place. Clearly, you get what you pay for (almost) so, manage your expectations. We found chicken leftovers in the microwave, which made us wonder about the cleaning… Approx 40 min away from Niagara falls so, take the driving into consideration. Some decent place to eat at close distance.

the room smelled; couldn't control the heater & it went on every 5 to 10 min. full blast right in our faces. the rugs were vacc'd but the shower was dirty; very short toilet; and no hot water. didn't sleep very well and got up very early the next morning with headaches. shower door kept popping open. I guess you get what you pay for. just wanted to save some $$ because everything is so high but it was a mistake

A basic room with bar fridge and microwave, no frills but clean and comfortable bed. This motel is dated but has been renovated. Owner brought me fresh coffee at 8 in the morning- a nice friendly touch!

Water took a while to get hot, not enough outlets to handle tech. On the flip side, the bed was great, (we own a sleep number) staff friendly, great place if all you need is a place to lay you head down. Close to a few eateries.

Just needed somewhere to stay before hitting the airport for a 6am flight. It served that purpose well and very reasonable price.

It was a very quiet place. Clean rooms, good amenities. Close by where i was going. Very friendly staff. I would stay there again when i was in the area

It’s a cheap motel reasonably close to the airport. My room was clean and I felt safe, don’t expect a Hilton but it was solid for what I paid. I would stay there again, the front desk guy was super nice.

The hotel room we stayed in was clean and a lot cheaper than other local hotels. We needed to rebook our original hotel, and this motel was available for a quick night's stay at a reasonable price. The room needed some updating for sure. However, it was a close 12-minute drive to Buffalo Airport (BUF).

Rooms were a bit dated, but staff were amazing,beds comfy, rooms were clean,shower had great pressure. Was there for a concert and travel to and from was easy. Would definitely stay again

I arrived to check in and found the property to be very run down and dirty including the office. When checking in the owner told me my room with a queen bed was not available so he put me in a room with 2 full beds. I asked why and explained that was not what I reserved and paid for. He said that's all he had left and couldn't put me in my room because the toilet wasn't working. I told him i was not happy but he did nothing about it to make it right. At that point would have loved a full refund and would have went down the road paying the $300-400 for a clean, safe room. He gave me a key for the room with 2 full beds and told me room 19. As I walked to room 19 I couldn't find the room as there was no room doors with the number 19 on it. I found a room with no number on it in between 18 and 20 and figured this must be the room. The door was open so I knocked and went in reluctantly. The room smelled of pee and vomit. There was human hair on everything- the bathroom sink, the bed sheets and in the shower. The toilet may have been cleaned but it wasn't cleaned well as it was dirty behind the toilet seat. The electrical outlets had no covers. The main door coming into the room had just the door handle lock, no dead bolt or any other lock. Someone could easily use a credit card or something else to get in the door. Needless to say I did not sleep that night nor did I shower in the room. It was a quick 4-5 hour sleep for the night and a quick exit in the morning.

Easy check in. Seemingly safe area. Mcdonald’s, Tim Horton’s, and a couple of gas stations right down the street. Not the best quality, but decent enough to crash for the night, especially if you have a concert or event at Darien Lake like we did. It’s about a 20 minute drive from the park. Room itself wasn’t too bad, but the bathroom was super rundown. I could tell they cleaned it due to the smell of bleach, but it needed updating. The shower was highly suspect. Couple appearances from a spider and a few flies, but you’ll see that anywhere ground level in the summertime. Microwave was a bit dirty. Great close up parking. Overall, it is great for quick convenience, but by no means luxurious or somewhere I’d stay for any length of time. My friend and I crashed here after a concert at Darien Lake and it was perfect for us, but probably not for a family or a getaway.

It was not bad. We did have an issue with the cable box. However owner was hasty on repair and offered us another room that had a working TV. He was very kind and transparent of the issue. He did have a sense of humor that i appreciated.

The service was fantastic. The room was clean. The place is outdated and needs a renovation, but in very good repair, all things considered. Bottom line: I would absolutely stay here again.

The first room that I was in was poorly cleaned, had bowel stains on the toilet. The owner did come and cleaned it right away, yet found out that the toilet was leaking, so was moved to another room. That room was fine with the exception of the shower, where I found an empty shampoo container on the floor.

Inexpensive clean accommodation. If you want the extras you will need to pay for them. Check in and check out was smooth. A good number of amenities close to the property. I would stay here again.

Basic place-to-crash for a reasonable price. I like to support the independent “Mom & Pop” motels: no frills, clean towels and bedding. I usually travel with my own cleaning kit to remedy if porcelains are not to my standards.

Only stayed one night. Was dated,needs a revive. The bed was comfortable..liked the blankets.

Well it was very old property manager was very good cooperative kind person but the premises needed upgrade the door was not closing well & the lock was loose storm door was off !! What can I say poor review !!

Wonderful little hotel. Nothing fancy but it was like taking a step back in time. Clean comfortable rooms and friendly service. And as an added bonus there was a bar almost next door with live rock and roll music.

Older motel, needs to be updated (Wi-Fi and more electric outlets). Room was clean.

While never getting modernized, the room was clean, bedsheets were very clean and everything worked. The carpet had been replaced. Bath was small but serviceable. The manager was very pleasant. The stucco walls and acoustic ceiling tiles were dated but again, ok. We needed a room close to the town park and this motel was the closest.

Really, why have non functioning outlets? Otherwise, clean, if basic. Clerk allowed early check-in, so much appreciated. 20 min wait for hot water, not so much. For the $$$, not really a bad deal.

Room was clearly labeled non-smoking. As nonsmokers we are sensitive to that smell and did no detect it in our room.

We we were very disappointed with this motel. The bed was clean and fairly comfortable but that was the only thing that was ok. I’ve added pictures that show the conditions of our rooms. Our daughter and son-in-law’s room was even worse than ours. We paid more for this dump than we did for any of our other 5 nice hotels.

Friendly receptionist who readilycancelled the stay when i reported i could not tolerate the mildew smell in my room.

Walls had patches that were bare. Sheets on the bed had stains. There were hairs on the pillows and a toenail clipping on the floor. There were cracks in the ceiling joints and holes in the awning over the door. Had to run water for the shower around 5 minutes before it got hot. TV was decent and had plenty of channels (one of the only positives).

The hotel is old, but clean. It was nostalgic for me. Very few amenities, but the staff person was very nice and accommodating. Considering, it was half the cost of others in Buffalo, it was a bargain. I would stay there if I was in the area again.

The interior of our room was nice but the exterior was in serious need of work. Also there could have been better lighting in the parking lot. The manager was very friendly and nice. It seemed like it was a one man operation.

The motel was immaculate with widescreen cable, fast wifi and a comfy bed. Perfect for my visit to the Buffalo area. I want to return because there are an abundance of antique stores in the area and I didn't have time to peruse them on this trip.

We just needed a one-night stay, place was clean and manager friendly. No frills. Air conditioner was loud and we could hear the tv in the next room. Price beat others in the area. Wouldn’t want to stay more than one night.

Older motel reminisce of our younger years, room was clean, bed was comfortable. The only, but main negative was it had an odor to it that was not pleasing. If not for that i would rate it higher.

Plenty of dining options around - the Italian place across the street was very good with huge portions amd fabulous breakfast abput miles away in Clarence Center

Had a very good stay here I got there early and the guy let me in and he was very respectful the the room it's like a like old vintage but I like vintage it was it was a it was a great day for me and I wouldn't mind staying there any other time that I come out there it was that clean it was quiet the air conditioning was amazing and then if it was too cold the heat was good the bed was very comfortable the fridge and the microwave worked great it was a good experience for me I enjoyed myself especially for the price it was good so if you want to say somewhere and especially close to multiple places to take your family or even go on dates with your significant other this place was will be the perfect fit for you

This motel was wonderful. It was very clean, the bed was more than comfortable and had high quality bug protectors on both box spring and mattress. The owner is helpful and friendly. Our room had a beautiful vintage tile bathroom that was unmolested by renovations - something we always look for. The shower was perfect and relaxing, the area quiet. We could not have asked for a better stay.

Nice older traditional motel. Room was smallish but very clean with a comfortable bed. Very cold night in Buffalo, but warm in my room. You can control the heat/cool in your room. Good wi-fi. Owner was nice. Price was very good.

My husband needs a room closer to work on occasions. He said it was clean, the heat worked great ( it was very cold outside) 17degrees. He was comfortable and will return soon.
