There were a few tiles in the bathroom that sunk down and made a noise when stepped on and one of the beds, sneaked when sat on a d sunk in.

Wonderful stay.

Staff was friendly and attentive. Rooms were clean. Did not get to experience breakfast. Keurig coffee options in Lobby was nice.

The air conditioning really works well and room was clean.

Only complaint is saturday morning around 3:00am one could here dumpsters being slammed around and back up alarms on trucks going off. Not sure if it was on hotel property or next door at the Sam's Club.

I've lost track how many times (at least a dozen) we've stayed here over the last few years but it's our go-to hotel when driving to Florida. Easy to find, quiet area with access to many restaurants and gas stations. Rooms are always clean, comfortable, and the suites are our family favorite to fit everyone in one group. Nice breakfast in the morning and welcoming staff!

This is one of the nicest Best Western Hotels that we have stayed at. We stay here when we visit our grandson.

Quick check-in. Plenty of parking. Convenient access to gas, shopping for necessary items, and a variety of restaurants (and walking distance from Old Glory Distillery).

I had requested service on 3 different occasions and was told the cleaning staff was behind and doing their best to catch up, and that I could request new towels, and put my trash receptacle out in the hall for it to be emptied. This is certainly a "1st world problem," and as noted, I enjoyed interacting with the staff, and the location was perfect. It was, however, a rather significant surprise that my room was never serviced during my 11-day visit.

The bathroom for the swimming pool hadn't been cleaned in some time. The stool was filthy from water stains that had been there for weeks.

Very nice hotel that doesn't accept pets! I love staying at a place where a dog hasn't also been laying in the bed. Even had it's own little bar. But don't expect too much - it's really just a fridge with several different canned options.

AC kept room cool while I had it on… I’ve stayed in two separate rooms now on two separate visits and the fan on the AC units are just so loud can’t sleep with the unit on…. Have had to turn the units off both times I’ve stayed here cause it’s so loud. Again two separate rooms. I held off writing this the first time thinking it was just a fluke. Minus the AC unit really like this place

The breakfast was great! Hot, fresh, and tasty! Lots of options and it was refilled as needed. The beds were , but the room was very humid and the bathroom was... weird. There was no switch to turn on the bathroom fan and the walls around the potty had a lot of stains on them.

CLEAN ROOM

The staff was very courteous, but stayed in the back. When we tried to check out, there was no staff available. Very disconcerting. The pillows were awful! (about ½ size). The breakfast was not appealing. The yogurt machine was empty as was some of the juices. I would not return.

Sam at the front desk was wonderful! She got us all checked in and made extra effort to get us a room with a walk-in shower. The room was lovely and the bed was comfy. Having a fridge and microwave in the room was really nice!

The bad: the mattress was like a hammock, bowed in the middle, was really hard for my wife and I to sleep on without back pain… the walls were so thin we could hear the man in the room next to us snoring all night long so we had to download white noise apps on our phone and turn them up full blast to drown out the snoring person

Great room in every aspect

We liked that it wasn’t far off the highway and outside of the busy street. Close to food and anything you would need. Bathroom, particularly the shower was not clean (hair left all over the shower) had to clean it out before showering.

Front desk staff and breakfast staff are friendly and helpful. Housekeeping support is almost non-existent. We stayed a whole week and nowhere on the website or on hotels.com does it warn the guest that this hotel does not have housekeeping on the weekends. The front desk actually told me this the day after we checked in. That is not industry standard. But aside from that, in the whole week we were there, in spite of me asking daily, our room was cleaned a total of one time. That is unacceptable. Even hotels.com called on our behalf one morning, and even then housekeeping didn't show up until the following day. In spite of the kind staff, I just can't justify spending good money at a property that is so mismanaged that they can't clean their rooms in a timely fashion. I won't be back.

Housekeeping could step up. Marks on the walls, hallway carpet dirty in front of the elevators, fingerprints on the room door lock inside and outside. Bed was comfortable. Front desk staff was amazing.

AC was perfect! The rooms are a good size. The bedding is really good! I love the pillows. The property is close to the interstate and close to restaurants.

Check-in was a breeze. Chris kept things light and simple. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We had a room on the interstate side and could hear the noise of the road. There was no Netflix. There was plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby.

This was hands down the cleanest hotel room I've ever stayed in. And in sitting in the lobby and listening to the cleaning staff, I know why. First, they were having fun with each other. They were getting cleaning tips from each other. And you could tell they genuinely enjoyed what they were doing. The amenities here were great. My only two knocks on the hotel, and this is being nit-picky, the mattress was really hard and the pillows were flat. And at breakfast, the waffle iron wasn't working properly. But seriously, great breakfast overall and I'd wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to others in the future.

On the wall by the bed. The bathroom had public hairs. Tub not cleaned. Refrigerator not cleaned. One of the bed was not made correctly. On Friday they had a group of elementary school students they broke the elevator they where running in the hallways make noise. Horrible

This was a convenient clean place to stay. No daily maid service, but front desk was able tom provide fresh towels. The breakfast was good motel breakfast, coffee was hot.

Clean room and very comfortable bed. Quick check-in with Chris. No shampoo in bathroom but had my own. Also leaves in pool so didn't swim. Otherwise, very nice lobby, large comfortable room and nice staff. Good options at breakfast. Would stay again.

Loved this hotel! Staff were all very friendly, easy check in and out process. There was a large water dispenser in the lobby that was a nice perk you don't see in many hotels. The ice machine even had a place to get water from which was a nice feature. Room was clean, linens were clean, everything was in good working condition. Breakfast was what you see in most hotels (nothing fancy, but warm and free is always a bonus). Will be coming back and staying here again!

My husband and I stayed here because it was very convenient to the interstate, family, shopping, and restaurants. The room, bathroom, and carpet were clean. I did notice a small amount of dust/lint in the corners of the wall and the pillows could have been larger for the king bed. Overall the stay was very nice and we felt very comfortable and safe here. We would stay again.

When I went down and even called to the front desk to try to get towels, there was nobody available. Attempted to reach someone for a solid 15+ minutes. I watched the phone ring ant the front desk. Even knocked on employee doors, to no avail. (I was unable to get new towels) Otherwise clean, staff that I did meet were friendly enough. Decent breakfast. Easy check in and check out.

A good night sleep

we there on a Little League Softball Region tournament and had reserved 20 rooms and some people checked in on Thursday evening the rest of us on Friday after lunch when we arrived to find out that the rooms were ready, but their policy was you couldn't check in until 3pm so 6-7 families had to wait to be able to check-in. this is the first time this has happened to me and i travel a lot usually if the room is ready you can check in. we will never book in this hotel again for that reason especially with 20 or more rooms. the lady at the front desk on Friday was rude and would not help anyone until 3pm and because of that i didn't get into my room until 3pm because of the back log of people trying to check-in, do I get a discount because I couldn't get into my room until 3:30 instead of 3?

On a 3 day stay, the garbage was never emptied. No maid service, clean towels or coffee packs during our stay. The hotel is clean in the common areas. Nice enough hotel, but only expect the bare minimum in amenities.

Left a bag in the room when I came back to get it they made me pay for another night just to go up and get it

The rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable. The beds were quite comfortable - but the pillows were abysmal (weirdly small , completely unsupportive). The staff was very helpful and kind, the breakfast was better than average hotel fare. I would stay here any other time i find myself in Clarksville.

Disappointing stay. Waited at the desk 10 min for someone to check us in. Room was clean and ok. Furniture in the lobby area was dirty. Breakfast was terrible. Very little selection. Coffee says it was Black Rifle but was Sam’s. Staff was unfriendly and did not keep the food stocked. Juice machine out of order. Sausage was dry and burned. No eggs in serving bowl. Worst stay in many years.

Property was nice and clean and affordable.

The bed is hard as a rock and the pillows were little squares and not full size my back and neck was hurting when I woke up. Food was great this morning and staff was friendly and welcoming

The sink would not drain in our bathroom, we told front desk and no maintenance on site so I asked if I could at least try and plunge it. They gave me a plunger but it didn’t work. Next morning I went down again, was told sorry nothing we can do for you. Couldn’t use our sink and it was full of dirty water and just gross.

I booked this property due to. Its online rating of excellence and good reviews unfortunately we ended up checking out shortly after we arrived. The front lobby was very nice. The lady who checked us in was very friendly and polite. I was really looking forward to a great stay however, I soon realize that the walls in the hotel were paper thin. I could hear my neighbors TV clear as a bell through the wall and even heard him laughing and talking. When I approached the front desk and asked her if she could address the issue, she basically told me there’s nothing she can do about it, that all hotels are made this way, and quiet time on the property is not till 10 PM. We checked out shortly thereafter and went to the nearby courtyard Marriott for a much better stay.

The lobby was open and soothing with a nice fountain. There was plenty of comfortable seating. They have a free breakfast with standard fare. There was a small snack area with drinks and chips, canned soup etc for sale. There is a fitness room, a nice pool and a gazebo for smokers. The room was clean and bright. Beds and bedding were clean. The mattress was hard and was not comfortable. Other room furniture was clean and comfortable. The carpet was very clean. The bathroom is somewhat small but was very clean. There are bath amenities, shampoo, conditioner, body was and lotion. All were good quality and had a nice smell. The only working ice machine is on the 2nd floor. The staff was helpful, efficient and very friendly and polite. I would stay here again if they have a bed that doesn't feel like a granite slab. Overall it's a decent place to stay.

I booked my hotel stay over 3 weeks in advance. I needed enough beds for my family. I reserved a room with 2 queens and a pull out sofa. The day I checked in she said my room wasn’t available anymore, and they gave me a room with a king and sofa. I stayed at this hotel and paid extra just so we’d have enough beds for my family. I asked for a cot and they said they didn’t have any. Then asked for an extra room, and they were all booked. I asked if there was anything they could do and she said sorry no. I never received any notification that my room was changed until check in. The extra bed was the only reason I booked it in the first place. Not to mention the lobby smells terrible!

I stayed there for 4 days and they didn't even clean my room once. I was going to stay longer until they did that to me. I think a motel should at least take the trash out and bring fresh towels at least every uther day

One the surface, this hotel is fine. To us, it sure didn't live up to the high ratings. Pros: Appears new (10 years old), check in speed, Wi-Fi access, room and lobby cleanliness, breakfast. Cons: Maintenance / staff contentment. Many small things that can be easily fixed, but aren’t. For example, the luggage cart we used was broken and very difficult to use. We shared this with staff and the reaction was “maintenance isn’t available today” and put it back in use. There were several other similar examples. As a management culture consultant, I sensed that property management sets a poor example. It felt like a culture of apathy, which usually comes from how people are treated. It was OK for one night, but we will go somewhere else next time.

Staff was super friendly and point on when you ask for help, place for local handouts and eats. Always available and willing to help. Again it’s been a long time since I’ve guys 5 star rating.

Breakfast was ok, but there was no fruit to be had. I did inform the desk clerk when I checked out. She seemed upset with food staff because she said there should have been fruit available. We were there at 7:15 a.m. so it wasn’t that they may have been out of fruit available.

This has been our stay over whenever we pass thru the area since 2021. The Queen suite is the perfect accommodation for our family to have a comfortable sleep.

The hotel was amazing, Hotel.com was very difficult to deal with . I made an error in my booking date and the hotel.com was very difficult to change the date and the hotel staff tried with no luck . Something needs to done to make this easier.

When getting ready in the morning, after arrival, discovered there was no hairdryer in the room. Called front desk. Who was supposed to relay a message to housekeeping. With wet hair, after 15 minutes had to go down to front desk to find staff sitting and talking to each other, and the note to take a hairdryer to our room of number 416 then had to wait another 10 minutes. Total inconvenience, but when I had to go down to the front desk after waiting for 15 minutes, that’s what we made me angry that they didn’t seem to have a priority when they’re there was about 10 vehicles at the hotel on that night

Fire alarm going off after midnight for hours

Stay was overall great. The only complaint was the fire alarm going off several times throughout the night. We were to leave early and unable to sleep. No explanation of why happened the first time. The desk clerk was unable to silence the alarm throughout the night. This was explanation from morning desk clerk.

The staff was extremely unfriendly. We had to wait 20 mins for bedding for the pullout. The pool was filthy with bugs everywhere. The staff serving the morning food would bang the spoon and tongs for the eggs because people would use the tongs. When I asked her not to bang them she growled at me.
