The lighting throughout is dark and needs upgrading. Honestly, the whole things needs to be upgraded at this point and it needs an ultra cleaning. The room floor clearly hasn’t been mopped or cleaned in a while. There were visible spills throughout the room. There was also a hand towel with makeup still on it.

Blackout curtain was missing. Parking lot light was shining in our face when we were trying to sleep. Found packets of soy sauce in various places of room. Desk chair arms were dirty. Front of bathtub was cracked like someone kicked tt. Toilet paper holder was falling out of wall. Room needs deep cleaning and refurbished.

I was lucky enough to have a room right next to an exit door. This came in handy when you are lugging around a baby and all their stuff.

This was a very clean hotel. The staff was very helpful.

The property could use some updating and the breakfast was minimal. However, the person behind the desk was most helpful, For the price, it is okay. As we were leaving the guy behind the desk noticed we had a damaged IPhone charging code. He not only noticed but offered a replacement. Well beyond what we could expect. Much impressed.

I love the simple fact that it is not pet friendly I do not want to sleep in a room that I know animals have been in even though I like dogs myself It was okay they were a tad bit stingy with the towels and washcloths and the curtains can use a little washing other than that I enjoyed my stay

This site was well located, clean, and ablely staffed.

The first room they gave us was unlocked and not cleaned from someone else; the second room the room wasn’t locked. The heater didn’t put out much heat, there was no light over the sink to see well, once we got the tv on, the remote quit working, and there was only 1 biscuit left and no juice at all. We had stayed at a Microtel once before and it was very nice. I doubt if we’ll stay at another one. The woman who checked us in was very friendly and apologised for the first room.

There were food wrappers in my ice bucket, my kids found a half empty cigarette pack under a cushion, and the rooms were musty. The breakfast was meager, mostly breads, and there were literally two apples for fruit. No yogurts or anything either. Dont bother pre checking in because they still make you sign the physical paper and give your credit card when you get there. Also they inspect the rooms before you can check out, which is a pain

The room was decently clean, however, the floors were terribly dirty. Walking across the room in socks or without shoes resulted in black particles being stuck to your feet. Not dirt that will fall off easily but a sticky black substance that had to be scrubbed off with soap and water. Even though the room MIGHT be swept, I doubt it has ever been mopped from whatever substance was spilled on the ground. Staff was good and one of the beds had several stains so we avoided that one. Overall it was okay but I would not recommend to anyone

Appears to be needing some updating. Our floor in our room is actually 2 different laminates (half & half). I think they've updated some of the lights & tried to add more outlets (that's always a good thing!). But the one wall light was blinding (probably LED?). I tend to travel w/ my pillow & I'm glad I do as the bed pillows were very odd for bed pillows! There's a gap in the wall around the tissue box in the bathroom. Nice, updated faucets, but couldn't get cold water (room temp was the best I could get). Room is spacious & has a larger "dorm fridge" & a little microwave. When I signed in, worker hardly said anything to me. Didn't tell me about wifi or when breakfast would be served or anything really. As soon as I signed my receipt, he ran back to the back again. Oh, no elevator is an annoyance for us as we have joint issues & I didn't realize this!

It was hard to find. Property not well lighted. Did not feel secure and safe. Door locks definitely didn't want you in the building.

This hotel is so disgusting. The room had a horrible mildew and mold smell, the bathroom was disgusting. There ere holes in the walls around the tub, toilet paper holder fell out of the wall every time you tried to use it. The tub drain plug was broken and it wouldn’t close for bath but that didn’t stop the tub from filling up not draining while you took a shower. The owners I’m assuming only cared about when you were checking out and if you got too much food from the nasty breakfast selections they had. Who puts out mini doughnuts from a bag and when breakfast is over put them back in bag for next day. Wouldn’t be bad if they used tongs to do this but no they used their hands. Very unsanitary as far as I’m concerned. I know you may think I’m being superficial but I paid for a room that boasts about being clean updated and I find filth I’m sorry but that’s not acceptable.

It was a good stay. Everything we expected and wanted for a great price.

There was no accommodation for handicapped room that fit our family, and no warning that there was no elevator until we arrived. There was water damage that had been covered up in the bathroom, and not really repaired. While we have stayed at worse hotels, we had an idea of what to expect. We were surprised at the lack of care for the property.

I got charged an extra $60.00 and was told I’d get it back but haven’t gotten it yet. It went from $162.50 to $222.50 for the stay. I don’t like the hidden fees or what ever this fee was for. $ 60.00 is a lot to just give away.

This was my second stay and it was equally good as the first. Clean, up to date room. It was quiet and the staff is amazing! I will always stay here when I travel to see my family!

This is a run down dirty hotel where people who can’t get houses go to stay with weekly rates. It is scary, dirty, uncomfortable, and unsafe. The front desk entirely understood us not wanting to stay. It shouldn’t even be listed on hotels.com

I had to stay here for quite some time with my family. My husband had a job out here in Clarksville and decided to stay here after our first hotel. Overall I would say my experience here was strange. The housekeeping staff were extremely nice, the blond lady was extremely nice and she does an AMAZING job! The shorter older gentleman who checks the rooms was always soo nice to my 1 year old son, and i appreciated that. The front desk staff was nice, specifically the younger lady with glasses that works in the mornings and the gentleman with glasses as well. The general manager goes above and beyond! He made our stay extremely easy, he was nice to me and my family. He seems to fill positions that needed to be filled, he would be working front desk and helping housekeeping. He does know how to run a hotel and it shows! Now the younger taller gentleman that specifically work the 3-11 shifts. He made my stay less enjoyable. He had ask my husband to go to the bank for him, my husband declined because he didn’t feel comfortable doing so. He gave us a hard time after that. He would point out the smallest stains in towels and making sure we knew it. He would make comments to us about our keys when they would deactivate. When hsk came knocking on my door, I had ask for full service which she said she could do. He comes back 2 mins later knocking on my door saying he’s not sure if he can do it. HSK had already agreed. He had shouted at me that I need to book with the hotel instead of E

Pros: Someone at the desk to check us in Rooms clean-ish and comfortable-ish Location right off the insterstate Cons: Outdated Mini fridge in the room barely cooled bottles of pop. Goad i didnt put eggs or lunchmeat in it. Breakfast lukewarm at best. There was a atandard selection for food, but the food was all halfway cooked and cold. Juice/milk not out so we had to ask. No machine for it but they didnt leave the pitcher out. So, it was limited what we took for drinks. Annoying. No plates out. Made do with a bowl.

We were there for the TSMAA Track meet and the hotel was a short distance from the venue and also was very close to restaurants, shopping malls and many other stores. The staff was very courteous and accommodating to our needs.

Check in was fast, front desk gentleman was very courteous. Room was clean and had all the necessities. There's continental breakfast: pastries, cereal, oatmeal, coffee, milk. I wish they would offer eggs too. The only con is that the beds are very squeaky every time you turn. Overall it's a good hotel, I would stay again.

No wi-fi, counters were held up by a piece 2x2, I accidentally tapped it with my shoe n the counter almost fell t the floor, ac was making room really humid, not a great experience at all

When we checked in the man who checked me in was incredibly rude he was very quiet so I could hardly hear him and when I would ask him to repeat himself he would get rude and snap at me. I don’t know if he’s a manager, owner or whatever maybe he should figure a better place out because front desk is definitely not his place.

They made us pay a 60 dollar deposit for each room even tho they where paid for and told us they would refund us after we departed and they only refunded me one of my two deposits

A stop over for a cross-country roadtrip with family. Not our favorite place we stopped along the way. Kind of wonky. Elevators were not working. Staff was hard to understand. Nothing ugly. Just a little harder work than expected from the advertisement. I would definitely recommend another place around it. Was not the cleanest.

Only stayed one night and it was fine for one night. Bed and bathroom was clean and room security was good. Sitting area could use an upgrade.

The guy that was checking us in was very rude. I handed him my card and he threw it back st me. Talked to me rudly. And was very much a smartallic to me. Maybe because i am a woman, not sure but thats no excuse.

Highly recommend! 3 mins from a Walmart and roughly 10-15min from any good restaurants and stores ! I love this hotel this is my second time I will be back!
