The carpet in both the hallway and the room was stained and dirty, and we found hair on the floor and in the shower, which was unacceptable. The pool area was not well maintained, and the pool water was cloudy and unusually warm. The only positive aspect of this property is its location. Unfortunately, the condition and cleanliness of the hotel did not match the description, and I would not choose to stay here again.

The room was not clean. I had to clean the bathroom myself. The toilet ran forever after each flush and no vent fan. The connecting room door didn’t close all the way so you could hear every word in the room next door. The carpet was gross. I’ve never been to a more disappointing Hilton. Paris will not be staying here and neither will I. Don’t waste your money.

Very nice staff. Property was very nice and clean. The only thing that needs updated was the carpet in the rooms and the sliding door needed the track cleaned.

Clean room, terrible view of roof and A/C units. Booked a 2 queen bed room and got 1 king. hall carpets are all just a little wet the entire time. Great beach side with chairs and a bar.

The hotel was just okay, its on the older side for the price you pay. They have a lot of hidden fees. Had to pay $400 at check out for resort fees and $40 a day for parking. You pay extra for an ocean view that turns out to be over looking their AC units. The beach access was the only real highlight.

Hotel is in a great location. Beach is clean and amazing. Staff there is really nice and accommodating. My only complaint would be that the hotel charges you $30 to rent a chair for the hotels beach which seems pretty strange when you are already paying an everyday resort fee. Also being that the hotel rooms have carpeting I found it kinda odd it was not vacuumed one time in our 5 day stay. Other than those 2 things me and my wife enjoyed our stay.

Now my dislikes: we were on on 9th Floor which you think would be awesome, but it’s the top floor and you don’t have a see thru balcony, it’s a concrete wall with a small slit for a rail to sit on top of and the chairs for the balcony are so short you can’t see the beach. You really should think about a high top chair and table for that floor since you can’t see anything. Then the AC units are right there and they are very loud so you can’t really enjoy the beach life with the AC running constantly. Also wifi is only for 2 people, why? Should be for all who stay. Second there is a Service fee they charge you for…. Ok no big deal but that services fee is for a photo, bike rental two water bottles per day?? To me you’re better off giving your Hotel Guess a Discount for Chairs and Umbrella instead! Two chairs and an umbrella cost $101 from 9am-7pm which has 10% fee as well when getting them!! To me we pay to stay at this hotel you should give a BIG discount maybe 2 chairs and umbrella for $40 a day??? That would make it more affordable for those with families that come to your resort to stay who maybe fly in and do not have these available to them. We took the Shuttle that they recommended back to airport and William was great, on time and very informative!

It was okay? Staff was okay. Room was okay. We paid for ocean view balcony and I’m not sure what we had really counted… the thing that was best was how close to the beach it was and the tiki bar.

Food was horrible. Tasteless. Bathrooms near the beach are dirty. No shampoo, lotion, soap, etc. What is more ridiculous is that towels are not allowed inside.

Very embarrassing. Other than the view of the Gulf, location, and sunsets it was terrible. We had friends visiting from the Netherlands and they were so disappointed as were we. Would not stay at this location again. Staff were okay, but appeared not at all concerned about the issues we encountered. The hotel needs to be refurbished and updated. Will not recommend unless you want the access to the Gulf and sunsets. I would not recommend a stay here.

Extremely disappointed with the valet service. The staff intentionally sabotaged my car which caused my car to fail. This is unacceptable to pay all this money to stay in your hotel and then have your staff do this to my car and I have proof of the infraction!

This prperty needs serious renovations and updates. Only Lobby and Ground Floor look good, the rooms are from 80s and need serious updates (especially carpets). Also when i gave my car to Valet guys ($40/day) ...next morning i had few miles more on the odometer...how if the parking is only 500 feet away from Lobby entrance?

The beds were very comfortable. We requested an ocean side room, but the room did not face the ocean. We could walk out on our deck and look around the building to see the ocean. The worst part of our stay was the loudness of the air-conditioning units. We couldn’t hear the ocean at all, which was disappointing. Paying $35 a day for amenities that were not things we would use was frustrating.

The room was okay, elevators were down with only 1 working causing lots of delays. We were on the 7th floor. The beaches were awesome and staff was friendly. However, they over charged me nearly $700. When I called to dispute they claimed it wasn’t them but it clearly was, so now my Credit Card company has to dispute it. So please pay close attention to all the charges.

For what I paid I was not impressed. Stayed 3 nights never had maid service. One night we were out all day in Orlando came back no maid service and at midnight had to ask for clean towels. Downstairs beach bathroom had one stall with completely broken door jam preventing door from closing and locking. Outside Tiki bar was nice but the hotel has a big white shed in the middle of your view from the tables preventing u to see the ocean let alone the sunset. Was charged a Resort fee, but for what? I feel we were charged a daily Resort fee just for use of the pool. I had to pay $40 a day for parking. If I wanted a lounge chair, I had to pay for it if I wanted an outside cover by the beach, I had to pay over $100 for the day. I went down a little ways and walked to the Hyatt where they were only charging $60 for two chairs and an umbrella.. the upstairs restaurant bar and food were very very good. I will give you that. Overall for the price and what I overall paid for three nights ( Over $1,200) it wasn’t worth it. I could’ve stayed at any other place on the beach. I think Paris Hilton would be very upset if she stayed here. Think Twice

“Daily” housekeeping isn’t daily. We had to call to request our room to be cleaned on day 3. They would start at one end of the hallway in the morning and still didn’t get to our room til their shift ended. Had to request basic necessities like toilet paper multiple times. Front desk didn’t have any toilet paper when I asked, they said they would send someone up with some. Laundry was out of soap in the dispenser. Room was gross with stains on carpet and lamp shades. Elevators constantly not working. Valet parking is only option and outrageously priced for not even covered parking. This “resort” was worse than some budget hotels. Not worth the price at all.

Great being right on beach with plenty of room. Front desk staff & housekeeping efficient, helpful & friendly. Rooms could use some updating. Corners of room & top of fire sprinkler could use some cleaning. Ocean view but like others commented, it overlooks air conditioning or utility equipment that’s noisy & unsightly. Everything was great except for the on site restaurant. Stop serving breakfast at 11 and we arrived 1055 but that was fine. We wanted lunch anyway. They wouldn’t take our order until 11 o’clock sharp. We waited until 1115 and never got to order. Meanwhile watching birds dive bomb a table of six still with food on it from previous customers. We left and it was expensive….all else was great. Will go back, but not to the restaurant. Hotel location absolutely perfect!!!!

Our room was just okay for a one night stay but extremely over priced! The carpet may have been vacuumed but was in need of a thorough steam cleaning. The bathroom was tight with space for only one person. The bathroom faucet was so loose it swiveled when you tried to turn on the water. The sink filled up with water and drained very slowly. The shower was the worst. No shower head adjustment for the water, only one safety handle and definitely not ADA compliant. If you’re elderly as we are, you definitely must be specific about your needs and the type room you require. This is made more difficult as you cannot connect directly with the hotel to speak with someone. All calls are directed towards bookings only. Overall, it would be unfair for us to give a thumbs down for those who prefer the Hilton but there are other hotels that offer similar benefits for a far lower price with rooms in far better condition. Albeit, if you prefer to be on the beach and money is no object, go for it.

However, our room was not as nice. The controller in the shower came off in our hands if we weren’t careful. The shower door didn’t close all the way. The water in the basin drained very slowly and didn’t drain at all on our last day. The extra fees also added up quickly. Valet parking is $40 per day, even though the parking lot is located right next to the front entrance, and there is no self-parking option. Renting two beach chairs with an umbrella costs $97 per day, plus there is a $35 daily resort fee. The included amenities like yoga, bikes, and non-motorized water sports were only available for a limited time in the morning, which was disappointing. We expected a more updated resort experience with better value overall.

The location was great. Beds were tiny. Cramped room, beach view was of the roof air conditioning units… No beach. First day housekeeping tried to force us out saying we were told to check out. Called front desk… still had a day to go. No where to buy drinks after 10 pm so had to drink the $5 bottle of water between 4 people. 200+ to rent beach lounger. Front desk people super nice though.

We arrived, our room had not been cleaned, there were cans and bottles from the previous guests, we found mold in the shower, the toilet stopped flushing, the AC unit sounded like it was on life support. The slider door to the balcony needed two hands to open and getting it to latch and lock was an event. Everything, and I mean everything was ala carte, parking the rental was 40/day. The restaurant in the hotel was very expensive and the food wasn't upto the charge. Won't be going back to this location. Many others to choose on the same street. My recommendation is don't go here. Not worth the money.

Loved the beautiful grounds and convenient location. Kept very clean. Friendly staff. Nightly rate is pretty high considering you have an additional daily $35 resort fee, $40/day to park your car, only get a free lounge chair by the pool, need to pay $29/day for them on the beach. Can't sit at the tables by tiki bar unless you order something. Drink and food is outrageously priced. Aside from nickle & dimeing you to death, its a beautiful place.

Upon arrival the staff was friendly, informative and kind. Throughout the stay the same, from front desk, to valet to beachside dining. However, the rooms are becoming outdated, the elevators frequently “got stuck” and the private beach is commercially run. Rather than have a designated area for guests, it’s a section operated by a company who charges for everything. By the day, by the item, be ready to spend A LOT more for this “reserved” space. That was hugely disappointing. Bring your own and save the money or buy a cheap one down the way, as the location is unbeatable!

The rooms were so old and outdated, plugs did not work, we had to fight to open the balcony door, I mean the tiles were coming off from the balcony. One standout experience this trip was the valet/parking staff. Without me even asking, they charged my Tesla overnight. I didn’t realize it until the next morning, but it ended up saving me a tremendous amount of time since I was running late heading back to work in Sanford. That level of attention and initiative really stood out. The only downside is the pool area—it always seems to be packed, and I’ve never been able to find available chairs despite multiple stays. Also, the in-room coffee could be improved, but having a Starbucks downstairs definitely makes up for it. Overall, this hotel is amazing. Great atmosphere, great location, and thoughtful service. Room had beautiful ocean view. Sunsets are stunning. The balcony was nice although I am not sure why the placement of all hotel cooling units are directly below. They are constantly running and take away some of the beauty. Room had a dirty sock and food from the people who stayed before us. Duvet cover had old blood spots on one bed and some kind of fluid on the other. Bathroom ceilings had some mold spots, a missing towel hook and sideways wall switch. The showers themselves have a tiny spot for personal toiletries. A shower caddy would correct that. The elevator jumped while in it. It ended up being out of service later in the evening on that same day and took 3 days before it was fixed. I chose not to go back on that one. The beach towels are in rough shape. There should be self parking, not just valet. Not sure I'd stay here again. I had much higher standards for the Hilton brand especially for the rates charged.

We were extremely disappointed with our stay at the Hilton Clearwater Beach. We paid a premium price to book a gulf view king bedroom, when we checked in to our room, we were shocked that our view was of the front parking lot and the bed was a queen. My husband figured maybe they had put us in the wrong room so he asked the front desk agent about it. She advised that even though we booked a king bed and gulf view, those were considered preferences and not always accommodated. She said she could move us to a different room for an additional $400usd a night. We decided to stay where we were originally placed as we had to also pay a premium price for parking and additional resort fees. Upon inspection, our room looked as though it wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. It was dated and paint was chipping from the bottom of every door. When we decided to check out the beach, we were told it was $91usd to rent an umbrella and two beach chairs in the row furthest away from the water and that no outside equipment was allowed. The closer the beach equipment, the higher the price. The employees doing equipment rentals were not friendly at all. Honestly, other than the front desk agent, none of the staff were very friendly. Overall, the experience was less than ideal. We felt unwelcome and taken advantage of. We love Clearwater Beach but we will not be returning to the Hilton.

This was the worst place I ever stayed. The pool was congested with lots of children and it was very loud starting early morning until late at night. I was there 6 nights and could not use the pool once due to being overcrowded with children. The pool bathrooms were very dirty, and toilets overflowing daily. The room was not cleaned the entire time during my stay until my husband complained on day three of the stay that the room needed to be cleaned and we needed more towels to shower. We had to clean the room ourselves, get our own towels, water and toilet paper. For breakfast, my fork was bent and the handle on my coffee cup was cracked. The breakfast was horrible. The hotel was loud until about 2am nightly because the night clubs across the street had bands or music playing every night. The fridge was never cleaned out from the last stay so when I got into the room, someone else’s food was still in the fridge. The toilet paper holder and the towel holder were loose and almost falling off the wall and cabinet. The room I booked was identified as a Gulf View. It was NOT a Gulf view. It was a view of the pool, the parking lot and the loud pool heater. There were palm trees blocking the view creating a partial, loud view of the ocean because we were placed on the fourth floor. I was so upset I tried leaving the first day I arrived but had to stay because there were no other hotels rooms available in the area. So disappointing when you have your heart set on going on vacation.

I booked a vacation for myself and my girlfriend and purposely chose a room with a balcony and an ocean view. I wish that I could have seen a picture of the outside of the Hotel before booking. it would have shown that the building itself is a large 'L' shape and the middle of the 'L' is basically a very unappealing commercial rubberized roof 'wasteland' over a bunch of generators and vents etc. - it is QUITE unpleasant to look at, but it is the immediate view in front of every balcony on the inside of the 'L'. There are only 6 or 7 rooms in the entire hotel that have a true ocean view and those are the rooms at the very tip of the 'L' <--. The next few Hotels along the beach all have true ocean facing balconies and would have been a much better choice. Otherwise, the staff was extremely pleasant, and the room was cleaned well every day. The beach lounger rentals are ridiculously expensive ($90 for 2 loungers with an umbrella and close to $200 if you want one of those canopies). We usually like to spend a lot of time in the evenings relaxing on the balcony, watching the sunset etc., but the 'L' shape leaves you with a view of the other balconies and the horrendous rubberized roof and rusted compressor units. For that reason alone, I would choose one of the neighboring Hotels next time.

The positives first. The room was clean, and the common areas of the hotel were generally well maintained. The staff at the front desk and restaurant were friendly, polite, and professional. However, the hotel feels quite outdated, and that became noticeable during our stay. The AC unit is inside the room, and every time it turned on it was loud enough to wake us up throughout the night. It made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. We booked an ocean-facing balcony, which should have been a highlight, and the view itself was nice. Unfortunately, our balcony was directly above rooftop HVAC units from the restaurant below, and the noise was constant and very distracting. It was loud enough that we couldn’t comfortably sit outside or have a normal conversation. On top of that, the roof below our balcony had visible debris and garbage, which really took away from the overall feel of the room and the price we paid. The most disappointing part was overhearing another couple nearby discussing what they paid for their room, which was about half of what we paid for what seemed like a very similar setup. That left us feeling like we significantly overpaid and took away from the overall value of the stay. Overall, while the hotel has some positives, the noise issues, condition of the property, and pricing inconsistency made the experience frustrating and not worth the price we paid.

We did not have the typical Hilton experience. The beach was beautiful and the location is convenient. After that, it was not great. The rooms need new carpet. There was also a dusty/moldy smell. There was a blood stain on the mattress pad. Our AC was not working properly (they said it had to be replaced after we left). Our view was of old, loud, rusted AC units on the roof. A private beach with chairs was advertised. When you get there, you have to pay for chairs. There is a public beach in front of the private beach. The pool is overcrowded and the service is very slow. There was no place for my elderly parents to just sit and look at the beach. The only places in the hotel with a beach view are restaurants where you have to order to sit there. The point of our trip was to celebrate their 50th anniversary, but it wasn’t the experience we hoped for.

We also had issues with coordinating housekeeping services throughout our stay which left us reusing towels, running low on toilet paper and overflowing garbage bin for much of the week. They finally did clean on our room on the 4th night when I asked at the front desk but they only left 2 towels and we never did get the daily complimentary waters (other than the first day). Thank goodness for Instacart! There was an alarm that went off at odd times of the day and would continue to go off for an extended period of time, some even late at night. I was also disappointed to see there was no microwave in the room. What this property did have going for it was an amazing location. It is right on the beach, amazing views and so close to the pier. There is also a Starbucks connected through the ground floor which was awesome and super close to all the shops.

Pool jam packed. Took at least an hour to get a seat. AC didn’t work for hours then when tech called to have bed cleaned where he worked, it took about 6 hours (11pm). Completely booked hotel so we could not move. Super disappointing as this place was not cheap. Staff did what they could to try to rectify the inconvenience but overall it was such a headache.

Staff was friendly, room was clean except some trash leftover in bathroom under the sink, bed was comfortable, location was great, but it was cold and windy so the amenities (pool, game room, private beach access) were not able to be utilized, no other indoor space for kids to hang out.

the bathroom and room was extra small, especially for the price, no full-length mirror, everything closed early We had a partial view of the ocean w a balcony, but did not enjoy it because every time we opened the balcony door to hear the ocean, all we heard was the noise of the hotel air conditioners below-we went out one night and came back and no valet was present, so we parked ourselves in a parking lot on the hotel grounds. When we exited the lot, our bill was $161-the lot charges $10/hr. What an unexpected shame-won't be back

Service was great. It's mainly the up keep of the building itself. And cleanliness. Everything looks worn and dingy. For how much the rooms are a night and the brand you have a certain expectation and the place just looks rundown. The people are very friendly though. Personable and helpful. It's just sad to look around and see how dirty everything looks. I'm pretty sure the carpet in my room has not a good shampoo in years or a good vacuum. Just things like that. I'm sure the upkeep is hard with how busy this hotel is but it should be done to be able to explain the fee collected per room. Because I will not be paying that again. Unfortunately the staff was great but the room and surrounding count for a lot more.

Room was fine, the beds were comfy and lots of lighting around room. But bathroom a bit dirty with hair and stains and A/C unit made a loud clicking noise when starting up which woke me up a couple times during the night. I didn’t complain or anything though, just sucked it up. Location was absolutely amazing in relation to restaurants, shops and bars. However, the beach was such a let down for me. The pier had blowups right next to us, lifeguard stand had cones along beach for drive path and hilton also had large daybeds that were all blocking view. The beach chairs were $23 a day and you had to sit pretty far from ocean, behind day beds and behind the lifeguard cones. It felt so cluttered and not nice. There were also no vending machines on our floor or the floor above us, even though there were rooms labeled “ice and vending”. So we had to go across the street to walgreens for snacks and drinks. Also, to end on a pro, lobby bar was bumping every night haha.

The room was great and i had a great view. Check in went well and the staff was nice. This was my first time going on vacation by myself so i was unsure how things worked. I asked about check out and was told i could check out at 4am. I wasnt told how that worked. When i went to check out no one was around so i just put my stuff in a basket and hoped for the best. I also didnt know i had to go on the app if i wanted room service as there were no menus. I was disappointed there were no vending machines and there were no flyers or brochures on the area. In all it was a good stay. I recommend that people ask questions and that staff informed us new people how this all worked. With all this experience i will ask questions next time and i plan on coming back.

The staff were very pleasant and welcoming, and the breakfast restaurant was a lovely experience, with all employees being kind and attentive. I also enjoyed the lobby. I spent some time sitting on the sofa simply observing the atmosphere, which was cheerful and lively exactly the kind of energy I was expecting for New Year’s Eve. However, the rooms are in need of renovation. The carpet is outdated and, although I did not notice any visible dirt, it gives the impression of being unhygienic, as carpets tend to accumulate dust and allergens. Additionally, the sink was clogged, which negatively affected the stay. What truly disappointed me and would prevent me from returning to the Hilton was the lack of a jacuzzi. Especially during the winter, this is an important amenity for me and something I consider essential when choosing a hotel. For this reason, I would not choose to stay at the Hilton again. Overall, I had a good experience. The infrastructure is very nice, and the beach is beautiful, which made the stay enjoyable despite the issues mentioned.

That’s what it is. Plus, the Hilton hotel management failed door unlocking two times. Cons: Room cleanliness needed work, dust and dirt on top of lamps and thick dust over doorways. Walls are thin - could easily hear people next door and music through the walls. Many reviews I read talked about rooms facing the unsightly tar roof with loud AC units - they were accurate, made it uncomfortable to sit on the balcony so we didn’t use it and neither did others on that side of the hotel. They don’t provide robes (I asked for one but they said they don’t have them). Valet parking is mandatory so it’s difficult to get access to your car if you need to get something from it. Overall is was an average - good experience but if I went back to Clearwater I would try another hotel.

What made this worse was the lack of urgency from the staff. I had to call multiple times, repeat the situation to different employees, and still got no clear answers. A billing error can happen, but the way it was handled showed very poor customer service and zero accountability. I’ve stayed at many hotels and have never had such a frustrating experience dealing with something so basic. I’m still waiting for the refund of the duplicate charge, and until this issue is resolved, I cannot recommend this property. Double-check your bill if you stay here. This was unacceptable and completely avoidable.

The room was nice. The view was great. It's on the beach and there's a lot to do in the area. There's a trolley for local travel at a great rate. The second pool was being repaired so there was a lot of noise during our stay. It's referred to as a resort, it really didn't seem like a resort to me. Most of the staff were great with a few exceptions. Overall, it was a nice stay.

The staff at the Hilton was second to none! Eric, the bartender on the beach/Tiki bar was wonderful and so attentive. Jason and Dylan at the pool bar were friendly and on top of every person‘s needs. The room was clean and it was quiet. The only Complaint would be the lack of transparency with the pricing of chairs and umbrellas on the beach that are not included in the resort fee.

Most of the hotel was in need of some TLC. The one pool was closed. NO Notice on the website either. The 2nd things the charge for the beach recliners as a paying hotel guest is outrageous. Again no where on the website stated there was a charge for ALL beach chairs lounges. My mom’s room had a massive leak I her room the carpeted floor was soaked. No changes of room. We were here for our mother’s 80th birthday. Our bedroom was not cleaned. When I found one of the cleaning staff she had me bring down the wet towels.

The day we arrived, the hotel valet staff wanted to take our car. We asked if we could park the car ourselves. We've had issues in the past with our vehicle getting damaged. We just simply asked to park our own vehicle. They were so rude and told us that was not allowed. We would have cancelled our stay at that moment if we could have been refunded. Then, the room that we paid extra, for a balcony ocean view, did not have a microwave. The balcony view was of a bunch of HVAC units that were so loud we could not even enjoy sitting on the balcony. This was one of the worst trips that cost me the most money. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Beach was beautiful. The rooms were ok. The downfall of the hotel was the chairs on the beach were available, but at a cost. The chairs closest to the water were day beds and were $225+ per day and were still pretty far from the water. The pool that was closest to the bar was too cold to swim in and most everyone with kids was trying to fit in the smaller pool. They also make you check out towels with your room number but then no one can be found when you want to return them. Besides that, staff was very nice and friendly. An Exceptional Stay at Hilton Clearwater Beach Resort & Spa Our experience at Hilton Clearwater was truly amazing from start to finish. The location couldn’t be better — with direct beach access and everything within walking distance, it made our stay incredibly convenient and relaxing. The hotel itself was spotless, and our room was perfect: clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. Valet parking was smooth and easily accessible right from the hotel, which made getting around stress-free. The resort atmosphere, combined with the excellent service and amenities, made this a memorable stay. We would absolutely return and highly recommend this Hilton for anyone visiting Clearwater Beach.

The beach and pool arras’s were great. I picked this hotel based on location for sure. The only hotel that is directly on the beach. However, our very expensive room was not what i expected. King with gulf view. Tiny bathroom and it was not clean. No shower gel had to request it be filled up. Hair in the shower and the floor around the toilet. The shower head did not work properly. The head was most likely clogged because the water did not come out of all of it and there was hardly no water pressure.

My issues: *2 out of 3 elevations went out of service. *Toilet when you slushed the water wouldn’t stop running so I had to figured out the sweet spot to close it, they sent someone right away to fix it but it kept happening. *I was going to rent an umbrella and 2 chairs, they said they couldn’t because do the wind, but just next door there was a small business who had at least a dozen umbrellas out, so we had to go to them and rent from them. I tried to be neutral, this was a first time staying here so maybe I expected more. Again, their team is amazing the entrance is very appealing.

Suggestions: Maybe there could be beach chair/umbrella different pricing for the off season and/or hotel guest. (We come from beach town and they have a similar option for the off season). Also, have 2 complimentary bottles of water in the room. There should be a “self park” option, and not be forced to only use valet.

The location was appealing considering the proximity to the beach, but the property itself was very dated. The bathroom was very small. The walls were so thin that both nights I was woken up in the middle of the night by a baby crying in the room next door. The area around the hotel seems to attract a less desirable crowd. If I go back, I’ll stay on the opposite side of the beach where the JW Marriott is located. The only staff I interacted with were the valet. They were very nice, but there is no way to call ahead for your vehicle. I have paid way less per night for a far better property. Next time I’ll opt for a newer property in a nicer location.

Then Expedia offered breakfast for an additional fee which we paid for through the original booking the hotel told us they do not offer breakfast unless you go to their dining, after showing them the receipt and them fighting with Expedia the hotel said they would honor if even though they claimed it was something there didn't offer and they only honored half of the breakfast's for the rest of the week. For the price point that you are paying, more amenities should be included. The rooms need updating; the carpets are kind of dirty, and the bathrooms are falling apart. But what I didn’t like was that you had to pay to use Hilton’s beach equipment, but you couldn’t bring your own equipment. I rented a gulf view room my view consisted of the parking lot and the next hotel with a slight view . They offered to change rooms but didn’t have the same accommodations . The air conditioner sounded like a train every time it started and the safe did not work . Otherwise location staff ect we’re all great . I expected more than a dated hotel with room issues from the Hilton

For being a Hilton and how much you pay per night, the hotel needs a good upgrade. Room is in desperate need of fixing from paint chip to furniture. Not a queen size bed, ocean view was laughable with huge ac units in front. I killed two bugs husband and child each killed a bug so we had 4 bugs in our room. Room was near elevator and ice machine and neighbors were loud and screaming. Being clearwater beach you can find cleaner, upgraded hotels for better value down the strip.

My room was not completely clean. There was croaking material coming off of the wall where is the sliding door to the balcony. The balcony was flooded with water. The outdoor furniture chair was damaged on the seat. It was not worth $371 per night for the hotel that was in this poor condition.

I loved the stat, only issue I had is the hotel is older and there was like particular smell. I used body spray to help. Other than that it was good.

Location is amazing. Everything else is a waste of money. Old infrastructure, not friendly staff, tons of extra fees. NOT a Hilton experience for sure. Needs new management to match the brand!

This property was great, right on the water and in the center of their main street with plenty of shops and restaurants. A quick 30 minute walk can take you to the aqaurium and their local publix.

Overall the hotel was fine. Unfortunately, weather did not cooperate. I paid for a gulf view room, and I was given a side room looking at a parking lot with gulf view if you turned to the right. Due to other events there, they had nothing else and couldn't accommodate what I paid for. Disappointing. Hotel was busy which made it loud especially at night. Housekeeping was always out, but left bags of towels and garbage in hallways for extended periods of time without being picked up. Accommodations were great overall. Prime location, but count on it being busy and loud at night because of it. All staff was great and very friendly.

the photos and reviews of this hotel are extremely misleading. the hotel is clearly an older hotel, seeing as most of the furniture was worn out, unfinished and clearly have not been updated. my “ocean view” room was a view of the roof below us and the garbage on top of it. couldn’t even hear the ocean because the fans and machinery were so loud!! i had exposed wires coming down from the ceiling, a bottle of body wash fell off the shower wall, and there were so many tiny flies/gnats all over the INDOOR bar!! told the manager about all of this and they only took off a measly $100.00. i do not recommend this hotel and would not go back!
