Nothing The room was disgusting, dirty with German cockroaches.
- 2/5
The gentleman at check in was pleasant. FYI...people actually live here. The exterior has good upkeep the interior not so much. Old and run down. Elevator smelled of pot and needs some upkeep and a good cleaning. Hallways smell musky and smell like food. Carpets definitely need an upgrade. No USB connection other than an old lamp with a faulty outdated port. Walls are extremely thin so you can hear conversations, tv's, music, doors slamming. Pillows were super thin. Room was clean. Sketchy parking lot not very well lit in the back for those arriving at night. Definitely in need of an upgrade!

Great extended stay facility. Will be choosing again.
- 4/5
Over All, it a great and quiet stay….. keep in mind whole families LIVE HERE! Be mindful if you get put on the first or second floor. If you’re solo or with a spouse, stay on the fourth floor! Hope you enjoy your stay
- 4/5
I really loved All the Staff, they took time to help and or answer questions. They did assist in making sure I received what I asked for. Now, with how much they charge a night, weekly or monthly, I think there should be ALL appliances in room. Even down to plates, cutlery etc…. We should NOT have to go down to ask, in hopes they may be available. Otherwise, I’m having a great stay! If you have no kids and or pets, please stay on the fourth floor 😀😀 Woodsprings west Clermont, 16311 St. Rd 50…. P.S, the long term residence are wonderful! P.S.S, if you have children and pets, be prepared to stay on the first or second floor!.. Good Luck & May you have a Great Stay!

The location was good. Staff and stay was pleasant. Clean room, fridge and space. Bed was too creaky, floors were slippery like not cleaned properly, too soft pillows. That was the inly downfall. Other wise stay was a great one.

The rooms are a nice size, the kitchen is a plus, but it would be nice to know if need to bring utensils, cooking equipment. Bed sheets were too small for mattress so by the morning I was sleeping on the mattress with the cover all jumbled up. Room was tidy. The security door is a plus, I do feel like it felt like I was going through jail security getting in after hours though but it’s a good deal staying here over other Orlando/clermont properties. I wish they had gym room. Even a renovated hotel room with some equipment would be nice. The rooms with kitchenettes (I’m assuming all have them) should have a question about kitchen stuff supplies when arriving. I arrived at 11pm, and drove 8 hours. I had a bunch of food I wanted to cook, but couldn’t because there weren’t any pots/pans.

Hotel smells bad, a lot of traffic, people leaving in the hotel.
- 4/5
Only 2 thin pillows on the bed. Even putting them together seems like there still to thin. Also not sure how to get into contact with anyone toask about getting more pillows or towels for shower.
- 4/5
It's close to stores and being able to walk places you need is definitely better than driving. Only 2 thin pillows on the bed. Even putting them together seems like there still to thin. Also not sure how to get into contact with anyone toask about getting more pillows or towels for shower.

Trash of a hotel. You have to pay extra for WiFi and even cleaning like what kind of business do you have? No concerns over folks who have allergies nor any care for its customers whatsoever

Dingy and smelly. I won't be staying there again unless I was forced to due to homelessness.
- 0.5/5
Mattress had stains, arguments going on outside late into the night
- 2/5
THE SHEETS DIDN’T FIT THE BED AND THEY PULLED OFF DURING THE NIGHT AND THE MATTRESS COVER WAS RIPPED. People were in the hallway, making noise until the wee hours of the morning.
- 5/5
We liked cleanliness and Staff and all accommodations City Transformer blew out list all electrical power in entire Area, NOT FAULT OF HOTEL, Our food in refrigerator could not stay cold as power outage. 3pm- next day OTHERWISE, I STILL WOULD RECOMMEND WOODSPRINGS WONDERFUL SUITES TO ANYONE.
- 2/5
Bare minimum. No idea why someone said there was trouble.
- 2.5/5
Staff did what they could to make our stay more comfortable. Spacious room and kitchen. Kitchen had absolutely nothing to cook or eat with. No silverware, cups, plates, pans, coffeemaker, paper towels, sponge or dish towels. Nothing! No shampoo, no hairdryer, lotion, kleenex or conditioner in the bathroom. Just a bar of soap and towels. Squeaky bed, flimsy pillows and just the sheet and bedspread.

Was very good
- 5/5
Great as a stop on the coast 2 coast trail. They welcomed me and my bike
- 2/5
Friendly staff The room was obviously smoked on before us. The hotel facilities do not justify the price, little value for the money.
- 4/5
The kitchen cabinets had absolutely nothing in them. I had to buy pots pans, utensils, tea, towelsl, and on and on. No shampoo to get you started. No hand towels, No hair dryer, No gym. It would be nice if there was a couple of park benches or a picnic table outside people stay there for a week after week and nowhere to sit outside. The other WoodSpring I stayed at the kitchen was fully equipped and had a gym, but no picnic tables or park benches.
- 5/5
Not their fault but roof was getting redone
- 5/5
This is the best hotel I have stayed at in a long time
- 5/5
The friendliness and care given my situation, as well as the extra effort to support you in staying stable in the room. There’s really nothing I don’t like about it. I mean, of course, you want your own place, but it’s not like there's a lot of drug users hanging out here. It’s very professional, straight to the point, and very safe, which I love. You get your own privacy, like if you have your own apartment or place, and the staff is excellent and goes above and beyond.
- 1/5
Staff didn’t address issues promptly
- 1/5
This was probably one of the worst hotels ive ever stayed at!
- 5/5
Staff is very warm, inviting and friendly Assistant Manager, Eddie and Manager, Martha are kind, welcoming and ready to make your stay the best! My room was clean, kitchenette was a very pleasant surprise! Bathroom has a nice size tub and great lighting! My experience was so positive, I extended my stay!
- 3/5
Property was in order minor defects in my first room but ntn alarming other room minor heater issue but things do need slight repairs. But overall I’ll rent again it’s a quiet and nice place the few staff that’s there are polite especially the front desk “. 7/10
- 2.5/5
Water pressure in shower was low and not very warm.
- 3/5
We were getting in very late and there was a staff member there waiting for us to get us checked in quickly- that was impressive It’s just your basic extended stay type of hotel- there was one not so big bed and only two pillows in the room since it was late we couldn’t really get additional. I’ve just not come across a hotel room these days that only gives you one pillow per person??
- 4.5/5
Rooms are spacious. Great for lengthy stays. Rooms could use an update
- 5/5
Safe No staff at night
- 2/5
No iron in the room. No hairdryer, no shampoo,
- 5/5
Great service
- 2/5
Odd smells in the hallways. Lost power for hours caused me to leave and get a roomnat another hotel.
- 3/5
Everyyhing was good except for the bed pillows. The pillows looked and felt like pancakes. There were so flat. Felt like no pillows at all. And maybe better blanket.you can tell there very old and thin.
- 4/5
Good location, close to the West Orange trail and close to several dining and breakfast options
- 5/5
Internet service wasn’t too bad
- 5/5
Very friendly staff.
- 3.5/5
It was really clean ?
- 3/5
The location was excellent. Quick easy check-in. Overall pretty clean I was kind of taking a back when I asked the front desk attendant where the ice machine was and he said the refrigerator in your room has ice trays fill them up And then there is no curtains on the wall on the window I'm sorry the the blind had a hole in it. No blow dryer in the room no coffee maker which it had a little kitchenette but nothing to go with that kitchenette. I feel for the price that I paid for the night it should have had these things in it it should have had a coffee maker it should have had other things there was only one bar of soap in there for that kind of price I could have stayed at a higher end Moto
- 1/5
The whole place smelled like smoke. Very dirty, there was dog kibble all over the floor in the hallways.
- 2/5
The office clerk would not rent me a room. One of the rudest young ladies I've ever met! I encourage you to pull the video tape from 2/26/26 @ time of check in. Will NEVER stay there again. The floors were filthy! I have pictures!
- 2.5/5
Staff was polite, the room was spacious, location was great. One night we arrived after hours and our key didnt work, there were instructions on what to do. Staff showed up rather quickly to help. The towels were not properly clean. They had hair in them. There was no option for breakfast. Vending machine, paid option. For the price, I anticipated one meal.
- 5/5
The room was clean , check in was easy. The walls are thin you can hear everything but good price. Would stay again if in the area
- 1.5/5
The rooms have kitchen without any equipment, no coffee available, no water vending or filling location.
- 5/5
How clean my room was How when I came back, it smelled like burnt fried chicken because the other tenants cooking
- 3/5
Front desk very rude . Seemed like a ton of homeless families lived there and kids running around everywhere unattended.
- 1/5
To start we get to the hotel and there are 2 girls and guy right at the entrance drinking a cheap gallon of whiskey on the stoop. Then, as we get to our room, A fight breaks out in the hallway that lasted two hours. I called the front desk to have them call the cops and got disconnected twice. But they called back, at 3am and woke me up to tell me the cops were called. All in all the worst experience of my life with no sleep
- 5/5
Awesomely nice people
- 1/5
Smelly, dumpy, and fees for pets are different than what is offered on line. Stay away
- 3/5
Room needs updating, staff was good.
- 5/5
Everything was excellent
- 2/5
The price was okay; it could have been a little cheaper. But I think it was reasonable enough for people to feel safe and understand it’s just construction workers staying here. Don't expect nice—this is just somewhere to lay your head and go to work and be able to come back to your things.
- 1/5
I didnt get my room
- 1/5
I booked this room ONLY because it was supposed to be pet friendly, WRONG!! I ended up NOT staying in the room myself and gave it to a friend because the hotel email me 2 days prior to my stay that I have to pay a $200 fee for my Yorkie PLUS $10 for my 4 pound Yorkie. In total it was a $210 surplus IN ADDITION to the room cost AND NO! IT WAS NON REFUNDABLE. I suggest if you have a pet and don't want an overcharge just go to la.quinta or Homes2byhilton. That's where I stayed instead and the charge for my Yorkie was $25 for the night. The room was 120 with breakfast included.
- 3/5
room was clean, but only 2 extremely thin pillows given for a double bed and front desk could only provide one extra when asked for more, walls are thin so you can hear every noise around you, and shower faucet dripped nonstop even though we never used the shower. convenient stay for one night and friendly staff at the front desk, but probably wouldn’t want to stay here for longer than one night.
- 5/5
Everything was perfect
- 1/5
The mattress was terrible. There were not enough outlets on or near the nightstand. The soap was a tiny size and missing other toiletries I would expect such as Shampoo & Conditioner. We found a side door propped open, where a key card is needed to access. And, the picture you have advertising the hotel is definitely not for this particular location. One positive is I felt like our room was clean. I definitely recommend many updates.
- 5/5
Staff were friendly and helpful.

- 5/5
This is bare-bones: no food, coffee maker, etc
- 1/5

- 1/5
We didn't stay but we still had to pay you. It was an emergency because our flight was canceled then later we got another flight. Therefore we didn't need to stay but you refused to reimburse us. It was a matter of an hour or so later and you couldn't or didn't want to work with us so sorry but enjoy our money for your business. Blessings

My room wreaked of weed and cigarette smoke and then saw a small roach in bathtub. Was traveling with my 16 year old daughter for a water polo tournament and she stayed with a teammate the 2nd night. I checked out a day earlier than scheduled
- 5/5
I was worried that some of these long stay hotels but this one was clean, I did see anyone outside hanging out. The staff and cleaning personal were nice. I would stay here again.
- 1/5
Room was wet when we came in, toilet did not work.
- 5/5
Everything was beyond expectation. The staff was excellent.
- 1/5
The room was dirty, the floor wasn't even mopped. The pillows were flat and they only give 2 (2 guests in the room so we had one each), they don't give anything in the room (shower toiletres, hair dryer, barely any towels). The shower faucet popped off the wall while showering. It's ashame cuz it's not a bad looking hotel in person and in the pictures, just needs improvements done that will hopefully get worked on
- 5/5
It’s pretty cool clean and peaceful staffing really nice and good welcome
- 1/5
Couldn’t check in, confirmation email said 24 hour front desk however when I got there a little after midnight there wasn’t anybody there and the gate for the front desk was pulled down. There’s a phone on the wall that says for late check in’s dial 500, when you call the phone rings behind the closed front desk and eventually goes to voicemail. 2 other parties were trying to check in as well and were equallly frustrated. Terrible experience, I ended up driving another hour to my destination even though I was exhausted.
- 4/5
Pros: Very reasonable compared to near by hotels. Ok for a one night stay. If you will be saying longer, it has a stove, microwave, refer, but no dishes or cooking items.
- 1/5
The room was dirty. We found hair in the cheets. Malodorous room, hard to breathe inside the room. We were unable to stay.
- 5/5
The room and everything else was clean and comfortable
- 5/5
Perfect for work related travel. Friendly staff. Clean room.
- 4/5
Clean room, good price
- 5/5
We stayed here for 3 weeks. It was affordable, cevtrally located and friendly staff..
- 4/5
Clean.
- 1/5
I booked a room on Expedia that said “pay at hotel”. When I went to check in, I found out they they gave my room to someone else. At 9:30pm I was forced to find a place for me and my family to sleep. I do not recommend this hotel. It’s old and dirty. The customer service is terrible. Pay $40 extra and stay in a real hotel.
- 5/5
Clean, roomy room.
- 5/5
Kind of bare bones but it served its purpose. Room was clean and the lady at the front desk, Frankie, was very sweet. Basic breakfast but all fresh.
- 4/5
.
- 3/5
Room was clean. Bedding needs updating. Dingy and wrinkled.
- 2/5
Room seemed clean but the hallway area carpets could have used some attention. No shampoo, no iron, no hair dryer. Two towels. Just nothing in the room to make a comfortable stay aside from the refrigerator.
- 4/5
Clean and quiet place to stay but with no amenities
- 2/5
This is more like a weekly rental hotel for folks who can’t pay FL rents prices. Sadly it smelled bad and it needed some deep cleaning in the hallways, entrance, and elevator. The room was a good size with two queen beds and a kitchenette, sadly no utensils. Bathroom was ok. A/C made all kinds of noises, but cooled our room.
- 2/5
The elevator, surroundings, and room had a terrible, strong smell. The air conditioner was very noisy, and the pillows were poor quality — hard to sleep comfortably.
- 1/5
Clerk advised $25 pet fee with $200 refundable deposit..Manger corrected clerk the stated deposit is.NOT REFUNDABLE! OFFER $100 BACK! Left cancelled, will be dispiluting room charge for full refund after they lied
- 3/5
It is a very affordable place to stay. Long-term stays are the best. It’s nothing special but the fact that it’s so affordable, makes it worth it.
- 3/5
Friendly and fast staff
- 4/5
The hotel is extended stay and pretty cheap. I’ve stayed here multiple times and never had any issues other than the vending machine. It’s pretty clean and the staff is very friendly. Definitely my go to spot when I come down every few months
- 4/5
Good value
- 5/5
Hotel was close family we were visiting! My only suggestion would be for short stays they have coffee in room to make.
- 3/5
Staff 100% but hotel only 2 stars …
- 5/5
In my opinion, I really liked the place and it is really quiet!
- 5/5
Always nice
- 4/5

- 3/5
There was a roach on the wall :(
- 5/5
it was an easy process to check in. it was close to the places i need to go to.
- 4/5
Good
- 5/5
My room was very clean, bed was comfortable but wish I had more than two pillows. The staff was helpful and very nice. I love that you can’t access the inside without a key so that made me feel safe. I will definitely stay here again if I ever need to stay in the area again.
- 5/5
Staff were super fairly. Nice hotel for what it is. Best price in town and walking distance to Publix. If you here for the wedding venue Bella Collina, it’s only 7 min away! So great location for that reason.
- 5/5
I enjoyed my 2 night stay at this hotel. Its a reasonable price and great location for my situation
- 5/5
Very nice
- 3/5
it was fine
- 4/5
It was nice
- 5/5
Great size rooms, everyone is friendly, plenty of parking can't beat the kitchen
- 2/5
Bed was uncomfortable, first time receptionist ask for both ID’s my husband and Mine. I feel like too much scrutiny for the type of hotel we were staying at.
- 5/5
A comfortable extended stay hotel in a quiet location. Friendly and helpful staff. Can't beat the price.
- 5/5
Everything was okay. Quick stay. Indoor security. Felt safe.
- 3/5
It was okay for a single night stay
- 1/5
First of all when I
- 5/5
Nice big room, comfortable beds, friendly service, spacious. Inexpensive. A real bargain.
- 2/5
The bed wasn’t particularly comfortable, but it was a spacious room and good location.
- 5/5
As for my stay was peaceful and cozy as for internet had no interest and for check-in was perfect
- 3/5
The hospitality was excellent but the room didn't have a good aroma.
- 5/5
.
- 4/5
Overall was good
- 1/5
When I finally arrived the next day, I was told my reservation had been canceled. To make matters worse, my money was not refunded. I paid for a stay that I was unable to use, not because of a no-show, but because the hotel failed to answer their phones or return calls. I understand policies are in place, but guests deserve basic communication and fairness. This situation could have been easily avoided if someone had just picked up the phone. I left feeling frustrated and completely unheard. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
- 5/5
Didn,t clean the room every day
- 1/5
There were roaches everywhere! Can't sleep for 2 nights! Its a very stinky place to stay. I would not recomend this place at all! Never again! Read other comments before booking, i missed that, they are true, roaches are everywhere!!
- 1/5
Roaches everywhere. The whole place smells like mold. Dirty and old. The place needs to be torn down. Will never go back to that hotel again.
- 3/5
Really loud. Thin walls. Minimum amenities but I think you can ask for extras like a hair dryer!
- 5/5
Service
- 1/5
Location was great but hotel was not great. It has been my worse experience. No front desk staff. To check in I had to use a phone to call customer service then an employee finally came to the front to check me in. Room was dirty. Blood stains on bed and pillow. The bathroom curtain was molded. Walls were dirty as well. Trims of walls, bed, and switches were dusty. No iron provided.
- 5/5
The front desk staff were very friendly.
- 3/5
Stayed here 3 days for my son’s sports camp at Montverde. The place is just OK. Not very nice, a bit of a shady crowd. Smelled like pot most evenings when we got home. If you’re a working guy or in a pinch, probably OK. For a family stay, I’d recommend staying elsewhere.
- 4/5
Stay was good although they need to step their game up on pest control as I killed quite a few German cockroaches inside my room. Granted it is central Florida where roaches can be commonly found I wouldn't have expected to see so many inside the room
- 4/5
Our room was very clean. Lacked a few amenities such as tissues.
- 5/5
Thank you for your service and support.
- 2/5
When we checked in, the machine to activate our room key was not working. In order to get into our room, a manager had to walk us up and use their key. We had to wait often as other guests were checking in. It was very inconvenient. I had another trip planned for this coming weekend as well, and may cancel our reservation to avoid any mishaps or inconveniences again.
- 2/5
The maid left food in the room after cleaning up
- 4/5
It’s a good over night stay type of place
- 3/5
Younger what you pay for. This was a no-frills hotel but it was clean and relatively quiet. I would give it an okay rating for business travelers.
- 3/5
Not what I expected...Thoug
- 4/5
.
- 4/5
The Hotel is in a place where it is difficult to see or fine from Highway 50. It would help to have a sign pointing to the hotel on Highway 50.
- 5/5
Nice stay
- 3/5
It smells like a animal shelter
- 2/5
The room and the hallways smelled like pot. There was a very loud fight happening in the room below us at 7 am with a high level of cursing and banging around. I was actually concerned it was violent (between a man and woman) and had to call the front desk. It went on for approximately half an hour. The grounds were not kept up. We had 2 towels for 4 people. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable. This hotel is not for the faint of heart. I was so thankful we only had to stay one night.
- 2/5
Too expensive for what was offered.
- 3/5
Old building, but clean
- 1/5
Property wasn't fully lit... extremely dirty and my stay was super unpleasant.
- 3/5
Some odor to the room, and no ICE machines. Most "suites" provide some pots/pants etc. They did not without charges. No remote in room had to have one brought in.
- 4/5
Room had no cups for coffee or tea and no pot for boiling water. Floors should be cleaned and disinfected. Fresh towels should be furnished daily
- 2/5
The property was not what we thought it would be like.
- 4/5
Fridge in room not cold
- 1/5
This is where people live on wekly or monthly basic. This should not be advertising as a place to stay in clermont Florida. The young man at the counter was really nice and realized we didnt need to stay there . Thank you young man
- 5/5
Was a good stay for the price a lot of food options around
- 5/5
Safe
- 5/5
Good
- 1/5
This property was unsafe, staff left by 8:00 pm and no security or staff was there all night. Metal safety gate had a broken lock. People screaming all night, other guests carried weapons for Protection and. Tied that they would check out the next day to find a safer hotel. I would never stay here again
- 3/5
Elevator was very slow and was told it needed repair; no room cleaning or replacement of towels. Definitely a low budget stay.
- 5/5
This may sound silly, but a really comfortable bed. Use sleep number at home so i am picky.
- 4/5
Good
- 1/5
horrible
- 1/5
Terrible experience
- 1/5
Great front desk staff. We chose not to stay at this property. Smell of weed in the hallway. The room was clean; however, we walked right back out after turning on the lights. The room was entirely subpar.
- 5/5
Safe, clean and courteous front desk folks
- 4/5
Good facility
- 5/5
Extended stay was exactly what I wanted and got. Was great location
- 4/5
Cheap and clean. No frills.
- 3/5
Floors were dirty and a strange smell from the bathroom
- 2/5

Do not stay there if you’re expecting an actual hotel with a kitchenette. This is an extended stay you supply your own pots and pans plates, etc. we are a family of four in the beds. Only came with two pillows one per bed when asking the front desk for more they said they didn’t have any more and gave me blankets to roll up to use this pillows. We didn’t even shower in this hotel would not recommend this unless you have no other option.

I had called in the afternoon to let them know my flight was arriving late, and I expected to check-in at midnight. Joseph at the front desk assured us that was fine and that we wouldn't have any issues. Arrived at midnight and they didn't have any rooms. Another gentleman arriving at the same time was also turned away - he had also called ahead to verify receipt of a package he shipped ahead. They could have let both of us know ahead of time that they were overbooked and unlikely to have our rooms at midnight. They handed me a paper to stay at one of their sister properties, but when I got back to my car I relized they didn't give any info on who or where their sister properties were (they all turned out to be sold out as well). Took me until 3 AM to find a hotel an hour away.

I did not care for this place at all although it was clean it still felt very grubby. The beds were not standard but or spring like, no carpet kitchen area seem dirty no coffee pot no iron and no remote control in the room. I would not stay there again.

Great experience, I arrived exhausted from driving 4hours before the original check-in time. Staff member Mateo was very understanding and let me check-in early. The entire stay was very pleasant because of staff Mateo and Martha.

Heads up: the only thing inside the room beside furnishings are 2 towels, 2 washcloths and 2 ice cube trays. If you happen to not bring a microwavable cup, instant coffee or coffee maker you won't have any.
