The suite was exactly what we needed. Spacious, well designed, everything was spot on.

The staff was super friendly! The amenities in the room with the kitchen complete with real china and silverware was very convenient. I will definitely choose Home2 again.

Updates going on in hallways. On our last day we got note saying they were going to treat shower floors and would enter room "sometime" during the day. Very inconvenient. Parking lot was not clean. Dog garbage cans overflowing. Too many people loitering in parking lot. Room was ok, a suite it was not! A room divided by a curtain! Rug on floor was nasty. Won't return.

The location was good.The staff was friendly The carpets in the room were not clean, the breakfast it was terrible.Everything was super processed, we like to workout in the morning. But for both days that I stayed there, the gym temperature was at 72°. I complained to the manager, but they said there's nothing they could do about it. Because maintenance man does not arrive on property until 8 AM. Well, by that time, we are out and ready to start our day. On a separate matter, the bathroom setup is very tight. A very large door no room to maneuver. Unless door is completely shut very difficult to shower and have someone else coming And going because of the awkward space

Kitchen was good. Didn’t use it much. Breakfast was typical hotel food. Rooms were clean and staff friendly.

Got there late, great service at check-in, good coffee in the morning. Nice room, good sleep, and easy in and out of parking lot. Not sure why I was charged an incidental of $4.15 but I’ll figure it out. I didn’t buy anything!

Did not use laundry only stayed one night. The weather was not very warm so we did not use the pool. The heat in room was perfect.

The place was great but the Travelocity reservation wasn't in their system - so I had to pay $22 more per room

TV was broken. I asked 4 times for a replacement and it never arrived. Shower doors fell off the slider so we could never close it. Staff was super super friendly.

The staff at home2suites Clermont are the real stars of this place. I had lost my phone and the lady at the front desk went above and beyond for me. Besides thenwhole team begging great Tamika was angel sent from above.

Overall, it was a great stay at Home2 Suites by Hilton Clermont.

Rooms are not very appealing with the long wall of cabinets that includes a kitchen. Bed was comfortable though. Breakfast was a disappointment. Will likely seek other hotels out with suites.

Everything was great. From the we entered to the time we left, customer service was terrific. Personnel were kind, friendly, and professional. Breakfast was tasty and plenteous.

After our first night, I personally requested at the front desk for housekeeping to make our beds and also for new towels. We came back at the end of the day, however no one came to take care of our room. During Covid 19, most hotels used the "safety' excuse for room service to be done every 2, 3 or 4 days. I wonder what is the excuse five years later. Hilton chain can do better. Breakfast is tasteless. So.if you are with the family, you are better off having breakfast somewhere else. Too bad I felt for it, considering the name 'Hilton.' Therefore, I highly doubt we would stay here again.

The staff was very nice, however when we checked into our room that was just “cleaned” there was hair all over our sheets so I had to get them changed. And the shower was dirty from the previous person that stayed here.

The rooms were super large and they have an excellent mini kitchen. The beds were comfortable and even the sofa bed was comfortable. All the staff was very friendly and one of the front desk staff even noticed that my mom got her hair cut. The pool area, and laundry/fitness area was very clean also. The breakfast food was good and a lot of different food choices. We had a great time the week that we spent there.

I would advise avoiding this hotel at all costs. I book a 2 bed queen room for one night and upon arriving the hotel had oversold the rooms. They offered me a king bed and with a sleeper sofa. Tried to cancel room reservation but they said i'd be charged. Avoid bad business practices.

We were in town for a wedding about 20 minutes away. The hotel was perfectly average and what you'd expect for the price. It is adjacent to a soccer complex and there was a tournament going on so there were several teams of teenagers staying. This meant that there was lots of traffic in the lobby and hallways, and the waits for the elevators were terrible (kids holding for friends), but there's little the hotel could do about that. Our bathroom door didn't lock, but that's a quick fix when someone reports it. Price includes breakfast in the lobby. No restaurant but there is an Applebees across the parking lot. Perfectly average and pretty much what I expected at the price point.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The complimentary breakfast was great. Rooms are clean and spacious. Great memories there.

We wete in Clermont for the Spring Tournaments. It was in walking distance, Applebee's and Zaxbys next door, lots of shopping close by. Downtown was great, Louisa Stae Park was great.

We had to wait for our room to get cleaned before we could check in. They kept telling us 10 minutes.... The room was not what I expected. When I asked for a stove top they should have said it was just a hot plate. The room really was not cleaned very well! The sheets didn't fit the bed. The staff was friendly but forgetful.

The female guest was walking with a male and uttered a number of extremely rude comments to me as I walked out with my 3-year-old child and our 3-month-old toddler. The male smiled as he ushered her away from us. They eventually entered their white Jeep and drove away as my husband exited the property to greet us.

I liked my room, it was a one bedroom apartment. Very private. Housekeeping didn't come in when I was out. Housekeeping was easily available when I needed something. Breakfast had a good selection every day. Plenty of food and beverages to choose from. Staff very friendly and available. Snacks available for purchase. Complimentary hot beverages, flavored water, fruit available all the time. I had a north face room, quiet. I would stay here again when in the area or other properties of this company.

kThere were mistakes made with our room check in. we went toour room , opened the door, and found suitcases in the room indicating the room was already occupied.

The room was really nice, the little kitchen and pull out desk made it stand out. Lobby/breakfast area was modern and the breakfast itself was better than most. The hotel has easy parking.

The front staff I believe her name was Tamera. She is amazing. Beyond friendly, attentive, personable. As I was checking in she was responsive to other customers as she was taking care of me, she remembered my name when I came downstairs later on to get a drink. This woman needs a promotion! As the rooms was very clean, but when it came to the bathroom we had to shampoo or body wash so that must have been looked over when turning over the room. Many dining options near by and shopping. We were there for a tournament so we didn’t get to really do a lot near by but there is a lot to do!

Had easy in and out and large parking area for multiple moving trucks. Pet friendly.

The room was very clean and laid out perfectly with a comfortable couch, nice desk/eating area and King bed. The suite had everything one would need to relax, rest well and eat and prepare food. The lobby had some grocery items for sale which was quite convenient for us since we had a very long drive and didn't want to leave again just to buy food. The door to the room is very thick and blocked out most hall noises. There were total blackout shades on the windows which were a plus. The large shower had complementary shampoo and conditioner HOWEVER, my wife only got enough hot water for a five minute shower before it turned cold. Perhaps it was timing (too many guests showering at once?) or simply a certain amount of hot water alotted per shower,idk, but it made for a terrible start to our day. She wound up using conditioner to shave her legs with because the water was freezing. Nearly ruined the entire stay (we were dressing for a formal event). Certain amenities aren't luxuries, they're necessities, like hot water in 46° weather. The location has many restaurants nearby as well as a 24 hour CVS. Would we stay here again? Absolutely. I'll just pack an electric razor next time in case of emergencies.

I don’t recommend this hotel nor would I stay again. Front desk staff was nice but didn’t have any perks for Hilton honor members. Traveled with dog and since they only have certain rooms for pets , you could tell they don’t clean them well. Not sure why we pay extra for pets. Room smelled like a wet dog. Had to ask twice for a sign so housekeeping wouldn’t let the dog out. Finally got one from a very nice house keeping lady. Breakfast was not good. Rooms need upgrading.

Got a new room which was very clean and comfortable. Only gripe was that I periodically would hear a high pitch whirring noise which might have been from the elevators, although those weren't that close to the room. Wasn't loud enough to wake me up but when awake could definitely hear it.

Excellent Suite hotel for all types of travellers.

The hotel is EXTREMELY CLEAN-inside and outside. The area is safe to walk, and restaurants are within 10 feet of the hotel.

Everything about the hotel stay was excellent, the only problem was at night either the pool pump or generator was noisy and constantly running.
