Great location and comfortable room. Breakfast was probably a five out of 10. They ran out of bananas, oatmeal and other treats well before the 10 o’clock closing time. The ladies at the front desk were very nice.

No integrity.

Your front office staff is awesome

The breakfast was good. Loved that they had fresh coffee all day! Rooms very nice and clean. The staff was always so nice and accommodating. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Love recommend to everyone

at check in!
- 3/5
The quality of the Hotel was worth the cost, poor Breakfast
- 2/5
The room was nice, clean. However the neighbors were very noisy all night, slamming doors into the night. Finally we called security to shut them up. That went on until 2am. It worked until the morning, to hem again slamming doors. I got no sleep. Should get a refund for the last night. Don’t guests understand That others are staying there. What happened to common curtesy.
- 2/5
My son threw up in the lobby upon arrival and the staff made no effort to make sure he was okay or any rush to help clean it up. I was also not told until my arrival that there was no longer a shuttle to the cruise port even though I have an email from the hotel confirming they do. The location was not great as there was very few restaurants within walking distance. For the price, I expected a much nicer place.
- 5/5
Everyone was friendly and helpful and the room was clean! Everything was great.
- 5/5
Nice staff, good breakfast, clean room, great location
- 5/5
I also had a very nice experience with two of your lovely front desk personnel, Ms. Shanice and Trinity. Forever smiling and going out of their way so their guests are comfortable. All three should be given an excellence award. Thank you all for making my stay wonderful. See you soon again. Plastic silverware and paper plates with colored ink.
- 5/5
The little meeting room at the lobby, nice and cozy. I loved the room and enjoyed it very much. The elevator :)
- 2/5
1st they had us in a room with double beds which we requested a King size bedroom, we had to wait till the following day to switch. The original room was not as clean, these guys do not do a precise job. The breakfast was decent, nothing special. The workout room was a tiny small little room and did not have much. The pool and hot tub were small as well, the pool had leaves in it and was not properly maintained. We also had to pay $20 a night for parking! We also had some shoes and shorts stolen from our room from house keeping. We forgot the items when we switched rooms and we reported them the following day but they did not respond back with anything found. Overall we are very disappointed with this hotel and we would advise to choose elsewhere. 2/5 stars here.
- 5/5
It’s all good. But be prepared to pay for parking
- 3/5
Parking space is very small and there is no area or driveway to keep the car during check in process
- 5/5
Breakfast great! Staff friendly!
- 4/5
1. Shampoo pump in the shower was not working; 2. Electric socket had no power. The very attentive staff solved both problems in less than 24 hours. Good service!
- 5/5
love my stay at this hotel everything is 10/10
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was very good and with a lot of variety, the staff where great, they gave cookies to my children and were very nice. Would visit again
- 5/5
Nothing.
- 5/5
Comfortable bed good bathroom and shower, good sized room. Reception willing to store luggage before and after room available. Next to metro to airport. Pleasant stay. Thank you.
- 4/5
The breakfast was ok
- 5/5
Shanice was extremely professional and helpful. We got in early from a cruise, which usually disembarks in the early morning. We didn’t have anywhere to go so we went to the hotel early and she worked on getting us our room early. Meanwhile we were told we could have breakfast while they worked on getting our room ready. Other hotels have not been as accommodating and would have made us wait til check in time. What could have been a 7 hour wait to check in was a 3.5 hour wait with them expediting the room cleaning. It was amazing seeing as we were exhausted. The room was very clean and comfortable. Overall great experience with wonderful staff.
- 4/5
Stayed one night. Staff was helpful. WiFi and Clean rooms
- 5/5
Great breakfast and new dining space
- 4/5
Great location with everything within walking distance
- 5/5
Everything was perfect. It was clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated. It was a last minute booking and the host was flexible and very accommodating. The whole community consists of Airbnb's, which was unique. Even though we aren't normally loud or obscene, I never felt like I was the stranger in an established neighborhood. Oh the Clubhouse was really a nice treat as well. It took a couple days for them to come out to turn on the pool heat. I reminded the host and he sent someone right out though and it was taken care of that day.
- 5/5
Location, service
- 4/5
Friendly staff, despite a busy check in time.
- 4/5
Pool is nice
- 5/5
Rooms were clean and well taken care of. Staff was wonderful. Convenient to Cocowalk.
- 4/5
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was spotless and I thought it was a perfect stay until I went to access the shuttle to the port, the following day. The staff member who booked me, put me down for the wrong day. Since I wasn’t familiar with using Uber (and the staff weren’t helpful in that regard), I ended up paying for a cab - which cost me almost as much as my stay the evening before 😫. My suggestion would be that management develops a policy to correct situations like this, when their staff error - rather than just a shoulder shrug and apology.
- 5/5
Nice pool, but if it was busier or warmer they might need more chairs. Room was clean and big. Elevators were efficient. Breakfast was included, clean area, excellent staff, great selection. Shuttle service to the cruise terminal came to the hotel and cheap. Great location- 2 blocks from target.
- 4.5/5
Spacious room, great breakfast, convenient location, shuttle to port. A little pricey
- 5/5
Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Could have had more lighting, but over nice hotel near shops and Target!!
- 0.5/5
No hot water and might have bed bugs
- 4/5
The staff at check in were extremely pleasant!
- 3/5
The room was nice, as were all the staff. The issues we had included 1 of the 2 elevators was out of order, making for long waits. Our coffeemaker was defective, but they did replace it. I think $22/day to self park in a tiny, cramped lot, is abusive. The most irritating thing was the noise. We had a 2nd floor room and heard lots of cars drag racing late at night, as well as loud trucks that rolled and emptied large dumpsters, early in the mornings. I doubt we'll stay there again.
- 5/5
Everything was great. Alejandro was very pleasant. Food was delicious.
- 5/5
The location the breakfast that's included and the staff , plus the security guard made me feel safe
- 4.5/5
Location was easily walkable and the rooms were comfortable, microwave and mini fridge.
- 5/5
Quiet, close to downtown
- 5/5
Just great!
- 2/5
Awesome staff, good location room was clean Breakfast was terrible the bagel i grabbed had mold I have a picture of it , totally understanding of the hotel remodel , but was never told pool was completely closed and the newly renovated room is definitely not Hampton inn quality , the painted parking area is extremely dangerous as I almost fell holding my 2 year old do to the rain on the surface it was like an ice skating rink
- 2/5
The staff was very sweet The hotel was under renovation which wasn’t listed on their website and workers were renovating the room beside and above us until 8pm and started again at 7AM. And we only booked with this hotel because we wanted a shuttle to the port for our cruise and we told them to schedule pickup for us. They do and then the morning off they call the shuttle guy and he doesn’t answer! Ended having to pay for an uber and the front desk guy said this happens a lot lately. Like what in the world?! Don’t say you have a port shuttle if you don’t because I would have stayed somewhere else if they didn’t. Place was dingy with elevators having cardboard covering the walls. And sooooo loud.
- 5/5
Clean, spacious
- 5/5
Great staff and clean property
- 4/5
Clean room, friendly staff
- 5/5
We are glad we chose this hotel. It is clean, well maintained. The staff is friendly. The breakfast was excellent. We are grateful for a pleasant stay.
- 5/5
Nice location. Friendly staff
- 4/5
It was satisfactory
- 4/5
Clean comfortable room. Air conditioning did not work very well. Breakfast was plentiful and good. Walking distance to restaurants. No shuttle from airport.
- 4/5
Every place was superb . Few observationa 1) the potato in the breakfast was kept together with eggs and bacon side by side.people were using rhe same spoon to take them. As a vegan potato was the only choice of food, i couldn't eat it.i will suggest it to keep it separately and at a different location. 2) most of the hampton inns didnt have oat milk/almond milk 3)even the 2% or 0 % milk were finished soon
- 5/5
The room was nice and clean, the staff were verry helpful and the breakfast was a good selection.
- 5/5
Clean, quiet, good bed
- 3/5
A bit disappointed when we saw there is human body hair on the counter of the bathroom
- 5/5
The hotel’s in a super convenient spot—close to the metro and main roads, but still quiet enough to relax. Our room was spacious and the bathroom looked freshly renovated, which was a nice touch. The staff were all friendly and made us feel welcome. Breakfast had plenty of tasty options, though the dining hall could use a little rearranging to make things less crowded in the mornings. Overall, it’s a comfy place to stay if you want good service and an easy base for exploring the city
- 5/5
Breakfast had something for all. It is value for money
- 5/5
Shanice was especially kind and helpful. The check in and check out process was very easy. The room was very clean and well stocked . I would stay at this hotel again.
- 4/5
All was good.
- 3/5
Property was decent. They had us move our car different location which was inconvenient for us. When I walked in the room I didn’t feel the room was clean. The tv console was dirty and a used toothpick was left sitting there. Window only open a quarter way room was pretty dark.
- 5/5
We have stayed at this Hotel numerous times when we need to be in the Coral Gables area on business. Rooms are immaculate, staff is friendly, great breakfast, and honors special requests f
- 5/5
Clean room, great and helpful staff.
- 4/5
Everything was great, especially the breakfast and courtesy of the staff. Would give 5 stars but sole room restroom outlet plugs are loose (chargers sag out from it) and the hot tub was out of order.

- 4/5
Room was clean, front desk staff was helpful. They were under renovation so lots of plastic around but no noise where I was located. Decent breakfast options. I would stay there again.
- 3/5
Pool closed, reconstruction Breakfasts just adequate. Daily room cleaning rather than every other day.
- 5/5
great breakfast

under construction
- 5/5
The staff remembers me, front desk greets me with a smile, room very clean and comfortable
- 5/5
Great hotel, great breakfast, great staff. Wish I would have known about construction before booking and the pool not being available. Other than that, they were fantastic!
- 2/5
Upon arrival I walked into a construction zone. The hotel had decided to do Renovations and they had the lobby looking like a hot mess. I was really surprised that they were working until 7:00 at night blocking and using the only two elevators. I also was only notified upon arrival that there was no pool. I came down from New York on vacation for my birthday and was highly disappointed. According to the staff because I booked through Expedia I did not receive a courtesy email to let me know about the construction and if I had booked through Hampton Inn or Hilton I would have received an email stating what was going on.

The environment was notably clean and peaceful, which was quite enjoyable. The provided breakfast met all expectations, ensuring a pleasant start to the day. Its proximity to markets and shopping areas made it incredibly convenient. This added a significant layer of accessibility for various needs and interests. Overall, the experience was designed for ease and relaxation.

staff were great, its so quiet and clean, under construction but was okay.

Shanice is amazing, she was very kind and did a great job! She gave us a great restaurant recommendation and was all around fantastic, 100/10!! The room was also very clean and the bed was comfy!
- 5/5
Cuarto limpio ordenado
- 4/5
The recently renovated room was nice in every way. They weren't able to give us 2 beds, which I'd reserved, but they waived the $22 per day parking fees, as compensation. Breakfast is pretty good. The only issue we had was the thermostat, which had an illegible lcd display, making it nearly impossible to read and change temperatures. They sent a maintenance guy who didn't speak English, and agreed to replace the unit the next day. They never replaced it!
- 5/5
Enjoyed the place ! Friendly and helpful
- 5/5
Close to coconut downtown, while part of the hotel is under construction breakfast was good and I got to stay in one of the renovated room. Very nice.
- 4/5
All good. Construction a small problem.
- 5/5
Everything was perfect but the building does have areas that are being remodeled. didnt bother us but may others
- 3/5
The staff was nice and helpful, but ongoing renovations in the hotel gave our room a foul smell. Good breakfast.
- 4/5
The hotel is currently under renovations so some of the construction noise woke me up quite early but other than that great hotel. Easy check in and check out
- 5/5
We have stayed before and loved it hence our return for our anniversary trip.Loved our stay
- 5/5
Staff vet friendly!

It felt that Our AC unit was not working properly.

We had a great time in Coconut Grove and this hotel was very close to everything. It was being remodeled so things weren’t perfect but good enough. The attendant in the front desk was super sweet and helpful.

Good location.

The staff was amazing, especially Tyla. She is the best
- 5/5
We flew into Fort Lauderdale and took an Uber to the hotel. After the long day of flight delays and hanging out in the airport we were just happy to arrive. Linda at the front desk was wonderful. She got us checked in and signed up for the port shuttle and she was so nice. She explained the hotel's amenities to us and asked us to please pardon the construction. She also put us in a brand new room. The room was fresh and clean. The breakfast was good also. My only suggestion there is maybe offer more meat options than chicken sausage. Once we got settled we came back down and asked about what was in the area we could walk to. Linda told us where to find food, groceries and liquor close by. The next morning at check out and while waiting for the shuttle she talked with us for a while. Just small talk but she was always so pleasant and available to answer any questions. Please give her a raise. You have a real gem at the front desk.

- 4/5
Overall very good. Great price. Excellent breakfast included!
- 5/5
I always stay at this hotel when I have to be in Miami. It’s very safe, staff is lovely and parking so easy. They are renovating building, so if you don’t mind some temporary construction, it’s great. It will be even nicer when completed.
- 2/5
Filthy floors. My daughters feet blackened in a few minutes of walking in the room after bathing. Terrible stench in bathroom. Pokey linen. Itching experience during night. Noisy, construction of some sort and lots of banging.

- 5/5
Nice, clean and quiet place. Ample parking space and good trained staff.

Me encantó excelente hotel muy bonito y limpio y la amabilidad de las chicas de la recepción 👏👏👏

- 3/5
This is our third time at this hotel because it has a great location. The two previous stays were very good overall. This time, however, was not the case. The hotel is under renovation, and Expedia doesn't inform you. The parking lot is under renovation, and you have to park one block from the hotel. The worst part is that they charge $22 for parking, even though it's not on the property. Hilton no longer has the kindness of saying they're sorry and letting you park for free because of the inconvenience.
- 3/5
Staff is super friendly. The room smells terribly like feet. The bath tub is poorly draining so it’s not really enjoyable.
- 3/5
The parking is terrible, only about a dozen underground parking, the top was closed. Put the no bother sign at door, maids came in anyways move all around, did not respect my wishes for privacy
- 4/5
Our room smelled like someone just went #2. It took a long time to get the smell out. Garage was not marked clearly to use as the outdoor parking was being resurfaced. Staff was great...pool was nice...room was quiet and nice except for initial smell.
- 5/5
Generally nice property
- 4/5
It was under construction so it was a bit limited
- 5/5
Loved the room and great location.
- 4/5
Clean and the location was close to where I needed to be.
- 4/5
It was close to the meeting place.
- 5/5
I am thankful for the wonderful staff at the front desk! They were patient and super friendly. They were always professional and ready to ask questions. My hotel room was big and spacious! Everything was neat and clean. The metro station is across the street from here. There is a target and a sprouts which were very convenient.
- 4/5
Perfect location to do business in Coral Gables or Brickell
- 5/5
Cons: there was a lady throwing a temper tantrum in the lobby because her giant suv would not fit in the garage and she didn’t want to pay to park it in the street. The staff collectively seemed more concerned with attending to her tantrum than helping me and the others in line (three desk reps all left their posts to help this entitled angry woman). Room keys were shoved at me with a signal to move on. Please note I am understanding that nasty customers are not easy to deal with, and I’m sure the staff are very friendly under normal circumstances. They were lovely in every other interaction we had with them. More of an observation to help manage situations like that. Also tons of smokers standing at the only entrance vacuumed in Smokey air while I waited for the tantrum lady to move along. Overall this place has so many positives I would not hesitate to come back here. Was a good value, clean and nice place to stay in a convenient area.

I will come back again lived in this hotel

Always nice.

You would think a Hilton brand would be worth the money. The hotel had very dated including the noisy elevators, dated rooms and environment for the price. You couldn't turn on the bed without it squeaking. Breakfast had minimal options. The location is reasonable and it had a laundry which was accessible at convenient times. Staff was willing to help and quite friendly. It will make for a good budget reservation but unfortunateley I cannot give it a top rating.
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
Pleasant hotel for the money. Staff were courteous and room was well equipped.
- 5/5
Clean, spacious rooms, awesome showers and breakfast
- 5/5
We stayed here after a surgery and we couldn't be happier. The breakfast was great. It changed everyday and there were so many options. The room felt very clean, and I appreciated that they cleaned it daily. It's also in a great location central to everywhere you'd want to go.
- 1/5
When we arrived at the hotel, the room (with two double beds) wasn't available. The Indian guy who helped us told us they were going to give us a room with a king bed and would change us to a double the next day. That didn't happen, as he left notes, and the next day no one was aware of it. The elevators were out of service. One was controlled by an employee. I had to take the stairs down the 21 floors twice. I was restricted from going out because of the elevator situation.
- 5/5
Very clean and peaceful atmosphere
- 2/5
The place is under construction. The dust is everywhere. It caused me and family to check out earlier due to coughing , sneezing and breathing issues. We couldn’t sit by the pool with our baby nieces due to extreme dust on our bodies and drinks and food .
- 5/5
Great
- 3/5
I will be back. Cheers
- 4/5
Hotel is good. Breakfast is good. Area is under construction. Overall good experience worth the price.
- 3/5
Very cleaning the rooms and the breakfast area, but the exempt the Elevators (smelt like weed) and short lot for parking. Needs to improve better information about the real property information!!
- 1/5
No recommend this place staff was rude , no parking. and they tell you to park outside of the building, you have to pay an extra fee .

- 3/5
9:00 pm arrival for 2 women travelling alone & there's no room to park? Your clerk says just go park on the street by a meter. Your hotel web page said you have on-site parking. Bad surprise. It's unsatisfactory that a Hampton Inn owned by Hilton has no parking available for its guests when they pay for it.
- 5/5
This place is my second home.

This hotel is my second home.

The complimentary breakfast was a great start to the day, offering a variety of fresh and tasty options. The hotel’s location was perfect—close to great restaurants and attractions while still maintaining a peaceful atmosphere.
- 5/5
Great service all in all I would highly recommend it.
- 4/5
Wi-Fi at the facility is horrible. The parking garage is under construction, making half of the parking spaces not available. The facility charges you $22 a day to park in there garage. If the garage is full! Your only other option is to park on the street. With a hourly meter charge. This of course is not disclosed prior to your arrival. I have stayed at the facility many times, this inconvenience was unexpected.

Otherwise, the employees were nice and the place was clean.
- 2/5
People at the front desk are a little creepy. There was one young lady when we checked in who was awesome. But the next morning. Not so much. Ice on our floor was very very convenient. They have a security guard there who's absolutely useless. So two women are trying to unload six pieces of luggage from an Uber. We put it on a cart. Things are falling off of it all over the place and the security guard just turns his head and looks at us. How could anyone much less a man not step up when he sees ladies struggling? They're hot tub was tepid at best and it's a crap shoot if you can actually make the bubbles come out. I specifically book this hotel for the hot tub and it was useless.

Not friendly
- 5/5
This is the 3rd time I've stayed at this hotel. The rooms have always been very clean. I will definitely stay at this hotel the next time I'm in Miami.
- 5/5
We enjoyed our stay
- 5/5
Excellent 👍
- 5/5
Nice place
- 4/5
Bed was really uncomfortable and noisy! Air conditioning was not cold enough
- 5/5
Eveling, the housekeeper, was outstanding!
- 5/5
We would stay here again!!! Even though we had some issues with the first room, the hotel staff was very agreeable to our concern and did everything they could to make us happy. They asked us to check the 2nd room and was with us during that time and helped us move our luggage to the new room. They were very responsive and a delight. The front desk staff helped us find things to do, and all recommendations were spot on.
- 5/5
Always a nice time.

King size room was fine. Hotel staff was ok over the weekend but the girl on Monday morning was very friendly & helpful. Breakfast was decent for being included.

I dident stay long enough but so far was very good 👍

Is a very good choise to travel for a few days

Karina was so great!

Always a good stay at this Hampton.
- 5/5
Everything was good, I recommend this hotel. Thanks

Reported at the reception during checking-out and we have been offered 1 day money back for our stay ( we stayed 8N) for any inconvenience, however until now, we never received 1N money back.

Pleasant stay for a business trip.

Parking
- 5/5
The road is the not the cleanest. Across the street, there is a homeless person.
- 5/5
Really nice staff and a clean, well kept place. They let us check in early on our first day and I really appreciated it. The pool hours were short (7-7) but that was the only negative part. Coffee and tea were available in the lobby all day.
- 3/5
Staff, rooms, and the area was fantastic. This was my second time coming here. The reason why i gave it 3 stars was the garage and elevator situation. One of their elevators was down so everyone had to rely on just one elevator. Secondly, they closed the top portion of their garage due to renovations so we had to either scramble their lower garage for limited parking spots or street parking. Either than that, a nice hotel to check out
- 4/5
Good location. Great breakfast with eggs, meat, waffles, and pasteries. Water pressure in bathroom was fantastic. We had to request daily cleaning, but it was done great. We had trouble sleeping on the soft pillows, but used the 2 throw pillows under to bed pillow and slept better. One of the 2 elevators was broken. No big deal. Will go back for sure. Rm 505 very quiet.
- 2/5
It's a two elevator hotel with one elevator not in service.

The shower leaked constantly with water covering the whole floor after a couple of hours making it very slippery. We had to keep putting towels on the floor. Room service did not happen every other day as promised.

Very nice property conveniently located near casual eateries. On site, safe parking for a fee. Beautiful bathrooms with large vanity and huge walk-in shower. Largest in room TV I have ever seen in a hotel. Full breakfast is included for free. Staff is attentive and friendly. Would highly recommend. Only disappointment was the hot tub not working.
