World class experience! First and foremost, the staff is excellent. From the bellhops like Carlos, who grabbed my bags instantly and truly wanted to help. To the front desk staff who cared very much about making sure I had a great experience. Gabriel and Rachel wanted to help me get settled in, inform me of all the perks of the stay, and were there if I ever needed anything. THE POOL IS AMAZING. Calm, chill, and NOT BUSY. I think when I was there on the Thursday before MDW, there were like 7 people there. An attentive pool staff made sure I had drinks or towels. The gym is chill and nice. And the bellini's were delicious. The location is phenomenal. There's so much going on within 2-3 blocks of the hotel. It's really convenient. Oh, and I forgot to mention, my room was SPECTACULAR. I felt like a king. I love the balcony and all of the Mr. C branidng items. I love the nautical theme of the hotel. It was an elite experience. Highly recommend.

Bed was very comfortable and balcony was good size with a beautiful view of the sailboats. We enjoyed the roof top bar with nice friendly service!!

Very luxury feel and the rooftop is lovely I was kept up all night one night, either by a neighbouring club or a party on the roof. When I asked the staff the next morning, they acted nonchalant and vague.

Morning staff was excellent. Night front desk…. Not so much. Valet folks were excellent

Love this hotel, however the noise level was really high on Thursday night/early hours of morning. Front desk might give a heads up and some ear plugs. I also travel with a white noise machine which I had on and my sister and I still heard it - really loud (we were on 4th floor). Love the hotel though!

A true Boutique Hotel where you see the same friendly faces day to day and want to spend time there. The location is perfect to walk around to all of the great shops and restaurants in Coconut Grove, but definitely enjoy Bellini and the Creperie in house!

The hotel is also lovely. Unfortunately, the overall service did not meet expectations. We had two rooms, and on the first night, both rooms had not been cleaned when we returned after spending the day out. In addition, there were issues with the hot water, and maintenance had to be called, which was inconvenient. Check-in was also problematic. Although the hotel’s stated check-in time is 3:00 PM, one of our rooms was not ready until after 5:00 PM, which caused delays and frustration. To make matters worse, the hotel hosted a party with extremely loud music that continued until about 2:00 AM. The noise made it very difficult to sleep. While the staff themselves were courteous and professional, these service and operational issues affected our stay.

The staff and level of friendly service was first class. The food either in the restaurant or pool area was great too.

It was fine until I came back to find that housekeeping left a floater in my bathroom.

Dinner service at Bellini was not very good. The servers gave diners the wrong meals, and one diner's meal was forgotten. When it came out, it was undercooked. Instead of comping her meal, everyone else was finished with dinner, she was offered 2 desserts. Totally unacceptable.

When I reserved my room, it said it would fit four people as so I imagine both beds we’re going to be queen, but they were like a big twin size bed. I don’t think even a full-size bed we had to order an extra bed for one of my daughters to sleep on because the four of us would not fit in the bed and we’re thin people. I think it’s badly advertised.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The property is very nice. A small boutique hotel in a nice area with lots of shopping/eating within walking distance. The service was amazing. Seriously, in the last 6ish years of traveling I've never had such good service. Def will be staying here again in the future.

Mr. Cs is always a flawless experience. Do yourself a favor and get the grilled veggies at the restaurant!

In all my travels I have never stayed anywhere so pretentious. The hotel staff was offended by my existence. They really don't like that poor people even exist. if you are not part of the 1%, they want nothing to do with you. When I checked in they lied to me about an upgrade. They said the same thing to the entire team.

The attending staff at the pool were very helpful and friendly. I think warmer pool water would have been nice. Having complimentary coffee available early in the morning was great. The elevators were quick and quiet (we've been in "high end" hotels where that isn't always the case).

The property is quite fun - great restaurant and great rooftop pool. Very convenient in the center of the Grove. However, the room was very noisy. It seems soundproofing was overlooked in the construction. There was a family with young kids in the next room and we heard every yelp or cry. And on Saturday night, an adjacent club provided a techno soundtrack that lasted well past 2am and was loud enough in our room to keep us up. Bottom line — great for parties who don’t need much sleep.

The hotel staff are polite, courteous, and attentive, and the location of the hotel is in a very walkable area; however, I the view from our "courtyard view" room (#112) left a lot to be desired: a parking lot and trash-can area.

Staff are wonderful, place was clean and seemed very affluent. Guests seemed 'stuffy' and snobby. I'd also like to comment that when I was looking through the "guide" book, there was a white powdery substance and a "cutter" in between the pages. So for those of you party people out there...please clean up your "junk"before you leave.

Just a wonderful hotel in the heart of Coconut Grove. Was there from St Pete escaping hurricane Milton. So it was not a pleasure trip. But if i ever go back to the Miami area, this hotel will be on top on my list.

The staff was over the top friendly and accommodating. Always smiling and greeting the guests. They even brought our dog a bowl of water with ice as we enjoyed our morning coffee. The property was spotless, well maintained and clean. On property amenities like room service, fine dining, valet parking, cafe dining and morning coffee were just right. The decor was beautiful, classy - like a fine yacht. I am pretty picky about cleanliness and refined spaces - and I felt Mr C offered all this at a very reasonable rate.

Everyone was nice and welcoming except the valet. They were extremely rude, rushy and pushy to our daughter who had come by to pick us up from the property. They were not accommodating to her at all and instructed her to park on the road to wait for us.

Mr C feels special. There is great attention to detail and the staff are helpful and friendly. Many eating options within a five minute walk but try Bellini too.

Good standard and very clean. View from bedroom ( 212) not so good as looks onto air conditioning units. Pool and bar area on top floor great views of the bay. Our stay was marred by the disrespect shown to us by Alejandro the team leader of the restaurant due to an overbooking incident.

The hotel and staff are great but if you have a double room on the weekend you are subject to dance music from a local club until 2 am. The hotel should either hand out ear plugs or start calling the cops on their neighbors at midnight because we are exhausted.

Ever bring was great but beds are not comfortable. Pillows and duvet are thin.

Lovely stay at Mr C, the room was lovely and the view great. My only complaint would be the noise on the first night due to a party taking place in the hotel.

This hotel is a gem! Boutique style with excellent European service. Every employee was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooftop restaurant Bellini was fantastic and picturesque with its Bay view. The rooms were well appointed with nice amenities too. Aside from low water pressure in the shower, it was about as perfect as it could be. Thank you Mr C, we’ll be back!

It is conveniently located in the center of Coconut Grove. Excellent service and a rooftop restaurant next to the swimming pool. The gym is rather small.

I did a reservation over the phone and pick up the room’s key at the reception.- My room was for handicapped people. I requested a change of room. We could not have dinner at the restaurant on the fifth floor….. The hotel is Beautiful. PS It was our 34 anniversary

I have been staying here multiple times each year while my daughter has been at the University of Miami. The property is immaculate, the rooms, perfect, and the location is central to everything in Coconut Grove. As good as it gets.

This hotel is a great location. A bit pricey for the size of the room. Staff was friendly, service was great and Bellinis restaurant has fantastic service and food.
