The property was fine for the price point. However, there was nothing in the room and I was unaware there were any dishes or kitchen items available. I saw someone walking away with them and then knew to ask. There was a flyer in the room I found on day 2 but it was tucked into a drawer and I didn't see it. I also hate that so many other guests were heavy smokers, outside smoking by the door and in their cars all hours of the night which made coming and going a bit creepy. Not sure what to do about this situation but it made me very uncomfortable having people outside sitting in their car chain smoking, listening to music and having a grand party while parked next to my car.

The hotel was clean. There is no ice machine. We were told to use ice trays. The smell of weed coming through the vents was awful. Wouldn’t recommend.

Everything worked well and breakfast was simple but fine. Nothing.

Everything was very nice, they even have full laundry capability onsite.

They should have the vent foe the stove top vent to the outside of the hotel. Instead it vents right in your face as you stand there to cook.
- 4/5
The staff was excellent. Anything I needed for my extended stay they provided to the best of their abilities, often going out of their way for me and I’ve seen them do the same for other guests. Very kind and competent staff that you can tell genuinely cares about the guests and their experience. The room was quite dirty upon my arrival as if the only thing done to clean the room between guests was to take out the trash and change the bedding. The floors were very gross and the kitchen had residue all over the counter top, cabinets, walls and stove. Before I cleaned the floor myself my feet/socks would be brown when I walked on it.

Chose your hotel because you advertised a breakfast ... but there was none the morning of 12/18/25 and the coffee pots were EMPTY. Beds were uncomfortable. I have several trips to CO Springs in 2026 and will not be choosing your hotel.

Good price, it had everything we needed for a long stay, and it is close to a trail where I could go for a run.

had a few minor issues such as staff accidentally keying into our room once without knocking (we were right next to the staff laundry room, so understandable mistake). facilities and breakfast offerings were pretty minimal, but overall it was a positive experience. the room and halls were very clean, rates were cheap, room included a full kitchenette, and the location was great. staff were also very polite and helpful, and allowed us to check in 2 hours early
- 2.5/5
No ice machine, carpet duct taped, no maid service at all, breakfast option was pitiful (coffee and some packaged snacks). Had a domestic dispute with cops on scene second night. Room was not as nice as expected or pictured. We wouldn't stay there again.

Great location to everything we wanted to do. Plenty of places to choose from to get food. Had to go to the front desk to get coffee cups & additional toilet paper. The rooms should have the utensils already there. Didn't get a parking pass for the rental car until after being there for four days.
- 1/5
This hotel was the closest to the animal clinic where are dog got surgery.
- 3/5
The staff was super friendly and welcoming but the room was outdated and had a weird odor. There was hair left on the shower walls, and the beds move/not fixed. I would not consider the small muffins and bars "breakfast". But again, the staff was very friendly.
- 5/5
The staff there is excellent. They are warm and friendly and extremely kind. They go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and comfortable. My wife and I were there for a week, and were greeted each morning by the staff genuine warmth. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great hotel to stay in. The price is extremely reasonable.
- 4/5
Very nice new for me have never stayed at one before. Excellent
- 5/5
The front desk lady (Victoria) Accommodated our request for first floor room. It was late but she was still willing to verify room was ready and make the change. She was very helpful and made our stay a good experience.

Amazing staff and management .
- 5/5
Overall, a very nice place.
- 4/5
The "free breakfast" leaves a lot to be desired. Coffee, small muffins and Nutri Grain bteakfast bars.
- 4/5
My stay at this hotel was enjoyable, it was easy to navigate to and was clean.
- 1/5
I checked in for 2 days for work. My refrigerator didn’t work which I realized the first morning I woke up which ruined all my food. And then I tried to watch TV before I went to work and the cable was out. Called front desk when I got off work and all that was offered was no cable and they could bring in a new fridge. My food was already ruined and I just worked 13 hours, I don’t want to wait for someone to replace a fridge- I just want to relax! Will never stay there again!
- 2/5
The only plus was the girl who checked us out was nice.
- 4/5
Alicia at the front desk is the only thing that made me give this four stars however she is definitely five stars and by far the nicest and most hospitable of all staff. She went above and beyond to help me when I was unable to get my room cleaned for over the month I stayed she even changed my sheets herself and went out and personally bought me a swiffer to help me. Aside from giving me new linens when needed I was unable to get any real service but please note the other two ladies at the front are also really nice but sadly for the rate I was paying I should’ve been able to get service at least once a week but apparently they don’t even offer it but once every two weeks and if you miss they won’t come back no matter how many times you request it. Also the maintenance guy was really nice. Please note they do not offer a breakfast daily it’s just coffee and Otis Meyer muffins…
- 3/5
The staff were friendly. Unfortunately, the elevator had a notice saying it was going to be shut down. The notice disappeared around the date it was supposed to be shut down, so I'm not sure if the issue was resolved. I took the stairs most of the time I was there. Also, found bed bugs.
- 4/5
Everything was fine for the situation i was in. Wish i knew about the pet surcharge, but not really a big deal.
- 5/5
Clean and great staff
- 2/5
The room didn't have the kitchen utilities they promised, I had to go and asked for them, which was not a problem, the problem was that the coffee pot was dirty, with old burnt coffee on it. I brought my dirty towels for an exchange, as I was ready to go back to my room and take a shower, to my surprise,, there were no clean towels. For sure, the hotel was not as expected.
- 3/5
Location was fine. Room was old, and there wasn’t a coffee pot in the room.
- 4/5
This hotel is convenient to the freeway. There are lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Don’t expect a good cup of coffee and breakfast in the morning. It’s bad coffee and packaged pastries. We watched someone come off the elevator and clear out half of it. He probably had the munchies because someone on our floor was smoking pot all night. The smell was overwhelming! It is an Extended Stay and it appeared to have quite a few long term stays. The staff were very nice and Oscar was super helpful. The room was fine and it worked for our short stay.
- 4/5
Convenient, clean
- 2/5
There was hair in the shower from a previous visitor. The free "breakfast" is a joke. Coffee and prepackaged muffins or nutrigrain bars. Right on the freeway. Dog barking a 7 am.
- 3/5
The type of breakfast or non breakfast that is available. There is not much to choose from and on two of those days didnt even have ANY oatmeal. You could have gone to the grocery store and bought some ready to cook oatmeal. Also why have room with kitchen and there are zero plates, cups, spoons, etc. I know you can ask at front desk but the minimal should already be in the room. Also obviously had a pet room since I traveled with my pets. Smell in room was obvious some previous pets had urinated in the room. Clean the room or dont use the room.
- 1/5
Customer service was great being able check in a little bit early. When we walked into the room it had a weird smell (which stayed the whole stay), and a big red stain on the carpet. Next morning around 09:00 AM we had a knock on the door from the cleaning service, the lady asked if she could clean the room. I responded with no, check-out isnt until 11, stated we only stayed the night we will be leaving soon then again asked if she could clean our room. There wouldnt of been a point if she cleaned because we were not leaving yet. Not happy with the stay at all, not worth the price I paid. Want a refund for the stay.
- 4/5
Not bad
- 4/5
Staff great! Didn’t realize was more of a living area without any amenities of a hotel. Always have counted in at least a coffee pot n pods, and blow dryer. Perhaps shampoo n conditioner. Drove 12 hrs n did want to have to find a store for supplies. Thought the “ basics” would be included.
- 3/5
It was ok for overnight. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. We were surprised that the room was not stocked with any typical supplies, such as coffee maker, toiletries, ice bucket, etc. They had them available, but you had to request them from the front desk. By the time we got settled in we didn't want to have to go get everything.
- 1/5
This property is old. My room had a shower that was running all the time. No outlets by bed. No lights that worked wall. Moth flew out from under bed. Juat a sketchy property.
- 5/5
Staff was very helpful
- 5/5
The staff was kind! I liked the full sized fridge:)
- 2/5
Room was alright, but there was a person actively trying to get into peoples cars in the parking lot. Very hot inside the facility outside of the room.
- 5/5
Property was clean, staff excellent . Only issue was the condition of the bathtub walla
- 5/5
Comfortable and quiet. Excellent value
- 4/5
The breakfast could have been better
- 4/5
Pretty clean and staff was pretty nice and helpful
- 3/5
The staff at check in were very polite, but incredibly slow. Once I got to my room, there was an overwhelming urine odor. The bathtub was covered in hair and debris, as were the towels.
- 4/5
It was fine for a night. There weren’t too many extras but I wasn’t looking for them. Great price service ratio.
- 5/5
The good-- The hotel was clean and welcoming, Oscar who checked us in was very sweet. Our room was clean, the heat and a/c worked beautifully, water pressure was good, and the hot water was fantastic! Using our room keys we were able to get in side doors so we didn't need to enter and exit the front doors everytime. The bad, but not terrible-- Housekeeping is only bi wrekly or upon request. If you want to use the stove top or utensils you need to get them from the front desk. Our shower curtain was stained yellow. The bed was a little to firm for my liking. Grab and go breakfast was just that and goes fast so getting there early is your best bet. Overall great stay, great price, and would 100% stay again.
- 4/5
Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Bathroom vent needs to be cleaned.
- 5/5
After 12 hours of driving, it is a nice place to take a shower, relax, and spend the night. The room even had a small kitchen, perfect for anyone staying for a longer period of time. Oscar attended us at the front desk during check in and he was wonderful, giving us all the information we needed and even joking with us, which helped us get distracted from the long trip we had had and the one that still awaited the next day.
- 3/5
Kitchen was not stocked. Felt rushed at checking.
- 4/5
The room had a very stale odor and smelled like a stinky trashcan was left on the room. It hit you every time you open the door. The coffee maker had to be cleaned by me. The toilet paper was way too thin and suer rough. The bed was way too hard woth very little padding. The curtain rod was brokenand held together with two color-coded paper clips that kept coming apart.
- 5/5
I love how clean the room and the hotel were
- 2/5
This hotel had no basic amenities in the room, like not even a tiny bar of soap for washing hands. Some dishes and a coffee pot could be requested. Grab and go breakfast was very limited we went down 45min before it closed and they were out of several things including coffee. Had to ask for all towels, there was no bath matt so our bathroom floor didn't stay nice very long. The shower drained very slowly so you stood in water while you showered and the tub always looked dirty from the standing soap scum. The expedia pictures showed a pool on the 3rd picture I believe and there was no pool at this facility. We would have happily paid more money to have stayed at a more comfortable facility.
- 3/5
It was okay.
- 1/5
Many many friends recommend it and I loved it. Sunday the 3rd sept I went on line and the price they billed me was $145.00. When I check in the lady told me $110.00 I was shocked of the $35.00 more by Expedia. Any answers? Monte Lalman 601 Free Rein #1 Horseshoe Bay Tx. 78657

Had to buy 1 day worth of WiFi $5.99. No coffee pot in room. Breakfast was limited as no Juice only coffee/ oatmeal packets no bowls had to use cup.

Dirty floors and bathroom
- 5/5
I've stayed at this property many times over the years. My stays are always lengthy and the staff has always been very accommodating and friendly.
- 4/5
love the location
- 1/5
Staff rude and VERY Ltd staffing hours. I very “not our problem attitude”.
- 5/5
Wonderful check in procedure!
- 3/5
We knew it was extended stay, but there was instant oatmeal and breakfast bar offered. For that price, I would think the hotel could offer a tad bit more.
- 1/5
Our room smelled disgusting the entire time we were there. We asked for air dragnet and they gave us a bottle of Fabreeze and we used almost the entire bottle and it still smelled horrible. When we got into our room, the refrigerator was defrosting and smelled horrendous. They did swap it out for another right away. When we went to check in we were told there were no king beds which is what we reserved and then they finally said okay we could get one but would have to wait. We will never stay there again.
- 3/5
We reserved this hotel for the 2 double beds that were advertised. Apparently, they don't have any rooms with 2 beds in them? Also, very basic hotel for the price paid. Just expensive to then not even get what we reserved.

Quiet, overall clean common areas. Room was clean until I entered the bathroom. There was hair in sink and bathtub had hair and a ring around it. Definitely had not been cleaned when the last person moved out. Overall there was a nice walking trail across the way with a creek that was a nice surprise to walk my dog. Morning Coffee bar with Packaged Muffins and Protein Bars.
- 5/5
Great staff here.
- 3/5
Couldn’t turn on the heater due to it smelling like fire.
- 5/5
I've stayed here before and liked the property. It's very convenient, right off of I25, and it's in a quiet little alcove that seems very clean and safe. I didn't care for their "breakfast" options and would have preferred to cook in my room.
- 5/5
These folks bent over backwards to do things for me. I had only to ask and it happened.
- 4/5
Breakfast was coffee and a muffin ! Trash area wasn’t picked up , rooms smelled stale . Parking lot wasn’t cleared of snow and ice in areas .
- 5/5
Property has easy access from I-25 and northwest Colorado Springs area. It is located close to hiking trail. We appreciate that our room was quiet and clean. Front stuff was also very helpful.
- 5/5
Ease of check in and service was great, I didn't like to walk to the stores to get food,
- 5/5
Oscar at the front desk was wonderful.
- 5/5
It was a great stay. Maybe get some more pillows would be nice. Kitchen is great but had to ask the front desk for pot/pans. No dish soap. Breakfast was ok. Also need the coffee maker in the room. Little inconvenience for sure.
- 1/5
I did not like just about everything at this property, there were stains on the bed and bedsheets. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, the bathtub was excruciatingly small. There was Also a broken knob on the stove. And last but not least they said they had a breakfast but the only things they had were coffee, muffins, oatmeal that you had to put in a cup, and granola bars. They said it was a “grab and go” breakfast but that wasn’t much of anything at all. And if I’m going to pay over $100 per night I at least expect to get a bit more out of my stay.
- 5/5
Clean, convenient, staff care
- 3/5
Bed was hard and pillows are flat..... did not sleep well
- 3/5
However the room was not clean. There was a lot of dust on top of appliances including the TV. The informational placards had food drippings on them. You have to request dishes, utensils, pans. These were provided in a dirty condition. One window was falling out of the frame. Unsavory persons loitered in the parking lot, some for at least 8 hours before night fall. People were having fights in the parking lot. Also, the breakfast provided is not breakfast. They are a very limited selection of pre-packages snack bars and mini muffins. There is no coffee/tea in the rooms. No paper towels/napkins provided, so I ended up using tissue paper.
- 5/5
Great hotel and location. Easy parking and freeway access. Very quite room. Nice condition. The only negative was no ice machine. I had to drive around the area for 40-45 minutes until I located a store that had ice.
- 5/5
Cant say enough good about it. Our experience there was GREAT!! Comfortable , clean , super people at the desk. Cynthia and Oscar were so helpful and made us feel right at home. Full kitchen helps a lot. Very comfortable bed. We will go again for sure!
- 5/5
Extended Stay was very close to everything I needed. The staff gave me great customer service and the room had a lot of space. I would consider coming back.
- 5/5
Very nice place with excellent staff. I would highly recommend this hotel for your stay.
- 3/5
Staff was friendly at all times. Very helpful when my room key kept in deactivating
- 3/5
windows were both left cracked open upon arrival, smell of cigarettes lingered in the room and was strong in the bathroom
- 4/5
I stayed less than 24 hours. I only needed a place to stay for the night and this hotel served that purpose.
- 5/5
Staff was friendly and very efficient.
- 4/5
Some of the room's fittings could do with a re-fresh (windows for example the outer window didn't close making the window singe glazed) however nothing that would stop us returning and recommending this hotel.
- 1/5
So gross
- 2/5
First off, usually when you get a room with a kitchen, you have stuff to cook with. It was empty. I had a fridge microwave and 1burner. No coffee maker. The room stunk and the floor was dirty. The breakfast was a joke as well.
- 2/5
We will not be back to this hotel. Huge mix-up as we checked in. We had booked a king room, but it had been given away. The girl at the front desk did her best, but there were no double rooms left, so she put me and my husband in adjacent single rooms. Not ideal, but we were willing to roll with it. The first night the toilet in one room started clogging. Not overflowing, but nothing going down. When we notified the front desk the next morning we were informed that there is no maintenance on the weekends and they would "see if they could do something". Translation: absolutely no effort was made to remedy the problem. I realize that the maintenance guy was off, but surely there was a human in that hotel with a plunger and the know-how to use it. In the end, it turned out to be a good thing that we had two rooms, although going next door in the middle of the night to use the bathroom was a tad miserable. The hotel was clean and quiet, the location was good. Too bad it's so badly run.
- 4/5
Room needs to be updated with brighter colors of paint
- 5/5
From beginning to end, and from the clerks Alexandra to Oscar, we were delighted with our stay. The room was clean, fresh, and well-appointed. We will definitely stay at an Extended Stay America property again.
- 5/5
I really like that they allow pets and have an area out back for dogs. Very clean facility with great rates
- 4/5
The stay was fine. The bathroom was not as clean as it could have been
- 1/5
Initially the room hopping was annoying at best. (First attempt already had guests in our assigned room, second attempt for my non-smoking room smelled like a team of sailors on leave with unlimited cigarettes, third and final attempt at placing us in a room left us with a ground floor unit with sticky hardwood floors). From my first phone call to inform them of our late arrival (rude) up to the single ply sandpaper TP, this visit was one of the worst EVER experienced for this frequent traveler. No effort made to apologize or compensate. Done with this chain!!
- 1/5
The room was dirty. There were crumbs all over the counter from the previous guest. The room smelled musty.
- 5/5
Everyone was nice and it was really quiet.
- 5/5
Great job big improvement from the last time we stayed here.
- 4/5
It was fine

Very good very clean non handicapped parking in reserved spots. No ice machine.
