Breakfast was mediocre at best. It wasn’t staffed properly I’m assuming as food was always out as were clean dishes.
- 5/5
Love having a separate bedroom, and kitchen and TV sitting area. It’s makes traveling with others so much better. Breakfast had good options and real fruit bowl
- 5/5
Good breakfast, clean and Very helpful staff.
- 3/5
The rooms were clean and so was the bathroom as far as on the surfaces. I found some trash under my bed from the previous person. There was a top to a drink from a gas station it looked like and some other food item container but I left it there. The breakfast was pretty much like other hotel breakfast. They didn't have the juice machine working Monday morning when I went down there. I was never told about the dinner social when I checked in and it didnt say anything about it when I booked it on hotels.com. I could have saved more $ on my trip would I have known that. The inside was clean but not the outside area so much. I thought there was alot of scum in the pool. It was very green the whole time we was there and I booked the hotel for the pool for the kids and the hot tub for myself and friend because we ran a trifecta spartan races over the weekend and needed someone warm to soak in to relax. It seems like everywhere you go the hot tub is closed. And it was looking really dirty in there. I just ended up taking warm baths to suffice. At least the water inside was super hot. The grill out there could have used some detailing on cleaning. I saw a bucket by the door on floor 1 going inside from the back with nasty water, gloves, cigarette butts just sitting there for a few nights. The basketball court could use fencing on the sides so kids aren't hitting vehicles out there. My car got hit once while I was sitting in it. No telling how many other times it happened.
- 5/5
We stayed for an extended weekend get away. It was a great experience. The hotel itself could use some upgrading. But overall it was a comfortable place to lay our heads while ventured out during the day.
- 3/5
There is no maintenance on the weekend, the room had a slow running toilet when we arrived. I had to have them find a plunger, so I could take care of it myself. We were told the pool was heated and ready for use, it was not
- 3/5
Room was very clean, but the breakfast needs help.
- 4/5
The eggs.
- 2/5
Pool and hottub outside where closed with no notice or warning. Our shower screamed at us every shower... so loud and horrible. Pet friendly had a dog barking none stop. Better get to breakfast early because once they run out you're SOL and no butter. Outside property in sitting areas are not kept up.
- 5/5
Breakfast was good! Room was clean. Staff was very friendly and responsive.
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel... great views and convenient
- 3/5
The big rooms Beds are hard
- 5/5
Breakfast was excellent.
- 5/5
We were thoroughly pleased with the accommodations. We will be using this hotel brand on more of our travels
- 5/5
Clean room. Breakfast was good, lots of options
- 5/5
Room was clean. Daily breakfast is served with different choices each day. The location was quiet and convenient as it is close to the freeway and downtown is a few minutes drive. Will stay here again if opportunity comes to visit Colorado Springs.
- 5/5
Never used the pool. Accessible to almost all attractions around Colorado Springs area with less then 15 min drive. Abundant dining options in 5 min drive for dinner or lunch
- 3/5
Staff were friendly and helped a lot though. They even helped change rooms when we had issues with bathroom door not closing.
- 4/5
My room, and stay was adequate for my needs, but some attention to cleanliness would make the environment much more appealing.
- 3.5/5
One of the managers wouldn't get us ice
- 5/5
Breakfast was decent, though they were a bit short on fruit. The staff was excellent, and the third-floor room was just as described.
- 3/5
Upon arrival we were given the wrong room. Once we were settled into our new room we noticed the bathroom door didn’t close all the way allowing zero privacy. The free breakfast was less than desirable. The fruit was not fresh (it looked days old) and the eggs and bacon were cold.
- 4/5
The staff at this hotel are amazing, kind people. Enjoyed everyone we came in contact with. The pool wasnt open for our stay ?
- 5/5
We had a bit of trouble checking in, but staff worked hard to work things out so we got an equivalent room to the one we booked. The room was clean and quiet. The breakfast was good, and the breakfast area kept clean. Would stay again.
- 2/5
Shower made a noise no matter the setting or hot or cold... breakfast was terrible eggs were hard boiled and then smashed for "scrambled eggs" every single day. sausage tasted gross ... only thing if anything we ate was us making the waffles... went out and bought breakfast and other items so my kids still ate something... pool is outside so its closed for the season which is 100% understandable. Tv in first room didnt work so got switched to another room that the shower screamed the entire time. Staff was kind though any time i spoke with them. The house cleaning ladies were very polite, kind, and helpful anytime i needed anything. Stayed for about 8 days. No offense but i wont be coming back
- 4/5
Nice stay overall. The room was nice and clean and the facility was charming. Hallway smelled of pets and the rggs at breakfast were fake. Sausages were good though.
- 4/5
Everything was good with the exception of breakfast.
- 4/5
Yes
- 3/5
Beautiful location. Bad breakfast. Exercise equipment broken. Toilet seat worn out so we moved rooms due to that plus we were given a room on the East side of the building when we reserved the west side.
- 5/5
The staff were friendly and polite the whole time, the food was delicious, the place was clean and beautiful, and they made you feel at home, comfortable and safe.
- 1/5
Only good thing was front desk gentleman Doug was nice to switch us rooms and this was 10 o’clock at night. Breakfast was gross bacon was burnt eggs were gross. The breakfast bar was not replenished and the juice was out as well. The attendant was in the back talking.
- 4.5/5
Its very quiet an good location for any restaurants an activities.
- 3/5
This hotel has gone down hill since my past stays.
- 5/5
Really really good breakfast! Freshly made and warm, good flavor and friendly staff that helps with any request. Very nice location with a mountain view. Only struggle was getting stuff delivered, drivers mistake it for another hotel since the Staybridge sign is way in front of the Holiday Inn hotel so had to be super specific on my deliveries other than that really great hotel!
- 4/5
Breakfast was great, Loved the fresh fruit and options! Rooms were clean and supplied with enough dishware for more than one person along with a dishwasher. Overall, it is a nice quite space that is well maintained and would recommend. Only reason/s for 4 stars is the pool in the building was either out of order or there was not one in the building we were staying, not sure which. There was no notification or anyway of us being aware of this, until we arrived. The distance to the building where the pool was available was not very far but a pool being critical (included in search when booking) due to children staying as well was a little underwhelming to also get there and find out the hot tub was not an option either. Providing a key in order to get into the pool room due to not being a guest in the building would have been nice as we didn't think about asking and were not informed by front desk a separate key was needed when trying to locate the pool. Did not realizing until we got off the elevator to the locked door. It was just a little more stressful than intended considering we were not aware and having an infant as well as 2 other children age 8 and younger that were excited to just get in and enjoy on top of us all being tired and looking forward to this MUCH needed getaway. Our family ended up having to check out a couple of days early (stay was for 4 days total) and unable to do so at desk due to booking through Expedia. Hoping a refund is granted for unaccounted da
- 4/5
Good variety, clean room, front desk staff were the best! Very good fruit.
- 5/5
Room 233 was nice and comfortable but pillows were poor quality
- 3/5
The staff was friendly other than the person who checked us in; he was not very helpful or friendly; we arrived late and when we entered the room, it smelled like smoke; we let the person who checked us in know, but he was not very helpful and seemed resistant to help us change rooms; the bed in the room did not seem like a queen bed; smaller than our queen bed at home; the view was lovely!
- 5/5
The room was clean, and very quiet to get rest! Staff was friendly! Breakfast was a plus!
- 4/5
The staff were incredible. The overall hotel lobby and dining area was very clean. The room we stayed in was nice but dusty.
- 5/5
The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable and having the kitchenette was very useful for the kids. Overall I would highly recommend this location!
- 5/5
Beautiful Mountain View’s and near a lot of places to shop/eat & enjoy. Staff was amazing, kind & helpful.
- 4/5
Overall this property was good. However, the hotel allows animals, which is not a problem at all. The only problem is they have someone who is a frequent guest who cooks their own dog food. The ENTIRE hotel smells like dog food. They are aware the guest does this but still allows it to happen.
- 4.5/5
location Wasn't aware pool was closed for the season. Assumed it was an indoor pool.....
- 5/5
Uncomfortable bed
- 5/5
Overall stay was perfect. Breakfast was kind of blah. But it was just your traditional.
- 5/5
We loved our stay! The location is perfect, convenient to food, shopping, and supermarkets. The daily breakfast was excellent, offering great variety. Our room was very comfortable with a magnificent view of the mountains and Pikes Peak, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The staff, especially the front desk team, were spectacular—truly going the extra mile to ensure a great experience. We look forward to returning to this hotel on our next trip to Colorado Springs.
- 5/5
Breakfast is something different every morning. Rooms are roomy and clean.
- 5/5
Fantastic hotel. Super clean and updated. The area around is okay, with transients hanging around the gas station up the road and possibly in the brush behind the hotel? (unable to confirm that) but I had nothing but positive things to say otherwise. Close proximity to a lot (Walmart, gas station, the highway, Garden of the Gods) which made it convenient and incredibly nice to be at. Who I believe to be the manager roams the place and says hi every time you see him and is incredibly friendly. Definitely one of the best hotels I’ve been to.
- 5/5
Great in term of everything
- 5/5
All good
- 2.5/5
Dogs in hotel bad food
- 5/5
This was our favorite hotel from our week long Colorado trip! Staff is amazing, breakfast was so delicious and there was plenty to choose from. And the hotel is very clean and well kept. We loved our room, it was very clean and spacious.
- 5/5
friendly staff...nice clean room, great value...excellent breakfast............one of best stays ever had for the money..had never stayed at staybridge before..............10's all around nothing
- 5/5
We did a 7 night girls trip and we loved the hotel. It was quiet and easy to drive to other activities from this location.
- 5/5
Excellent location and space
- 2/5
Hotel never serviced my room over a multi-day stay, even after it was directly requested with staff. Hotel staff set up our room key to expire every day, even though we had an extended stay, causing us to be stuck outside and had to wait in line.
- 5/5
The staff was friendly and very helpful. Garden of the Gods , restaurants , grocery stores etc .. just a few minutes away. And hike trails literally just around the corner .
- 3/5
Okay.
- 5/5
Great place, very clean, and great staff!! We will definitely come back. Perfect views of the mountains!!
- 5/5
Staff was excellent.
- 5/5
One complaint would be the smell of dog in the room I had. I found this may have contributed to some of my breathing issues as I am allergic to dander
- 5/5
We LOVED our stay. We upgraded to a suite for more room traveling as 6. To our surprise they serve continental supper 5:30p-7p Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday. Food was great especially being continental. Located within 20 minutes of everything wanted to do and see.
- 5/5
Extraordinary stay! Thanks to the receptionist!!
- 2/5
Phone and TV in room did not work, front desk staff did not inform earlier, this was disappointing for the price. Old property. Front desk staff do not answer calls. Will not be staying at this property again.
- 5/5
Great location for many sites in Colorado Springs. Easy access off I-25 but located behind other hotels so it still seemed private and quiet. Pool was a hit with kids. Breakfast was convenient and good. The front desk staff really takes their hospitality role seriously and we can’t say enough about how much we appreciate their readiness to help and their cheerful greetings every time we passed by. Highly recommend if you’re looking for an extended stay location in Colorado Springs. General wear and tear on hotel was starting to show, mainly carpet in stairwells.
- 5/5
Everything was very good only complaint was lack of water pressure in shower
- 4/5
No door into main bathroom are from bedroom. Couldn't get ready without waking up my husband. That was a really big deal to me. Photos are misleading.
- 5/5
Property was great
- 4.5/5
We were a group of 8 (2 x families of 4), and we had a very comfortable stay in Staybridge Suites. The beds and pillows were comfortable, showers had great pressure, and the kitchenette area was perfect for our needs. We felt truly comfortable in our base to explore garden of the gods and other nearby attractions. Breakfast was lovely too, it had everything the kids wanted. We would definitely stay again.
- 4/5
Room was very clean, stairs and halls could have used a vacuum.
- 5/5
Beutiful area behind the hotel. View of the mountains and a pretty little stream.
- 5/5
Beautiful place to stay. Loved the kitchenette in our room! Really good breakfast and comfortable beds. Loved sitting out on the patio.
- 4/5
The view off the back balcony is gorgeous. This hotel needs updating which is the only reason I did not give 5 stars. Not all the lamps worked in the room. The lighting in the room was bit dim. Also, only cable TV. Most hotels provide the option to use steeaming services and this does not.
- 4/5
The comfort of the bed was awesome, and enough clean towels for your needs. The staff was helpful as well.
- 5/5
The staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable and welcomed. The property has a great view. Everything was clean and breakfast was great.
- 5/5
Jordan was easy to do business with. The breakfast was delicious. The outdoor pool and hot tub were great. It was safe.
- 5/5
Neat,Organized, Quick checking Train in early morning
- 4/5
This hotel is great for families as it is comfortable, has a great breakfast buffet, large pool and hot tub, and convenient kitchenettes. The hotel needs to be updated quite a bit. The hot tub was missing quite a lot of tiles and everything looks very worn out. Other than that, a very nice and easy place to stay.
- 5/5
Staff was wonderful. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great— many options. Dog friendly with reasonable fee.
- 2/5
No AC in lobby, hallways, or our room. Very uncomfortable night at 78 degrees. Our room, lobby, and back deck need maintenance. Chipped paint, chipped furniture, decaying fireplace on deck, ripped furniture cushions. Really run down hotel.
- 3/5
Gym equipment was broken
- 3/5
I really liked the property but the hot tub was not working. The outside hot tub with the Mountain View was one of the main reasons for selecting this property. Breakfast was better than expected but the weekend breakfast hours are later so we had to leave before breakfast was ready.
- 5/5
Seemed an older property but was comfortable and well appointed.
- 4/5
Staff very friendly, nice clean rooms. The only thing is the bed was very hard, bathroom door squeaked badly. Great views
- 5/5
Very clean, nice property
- 5/5
The staff was very nice and attending, and the hotel was very quiet. They accommodated my big family very well.
- 5/5
Staff was friendly and accommodating. It was rainy when we arrived, but the kids were able to walk over to the indoor pool at Holiday Inn and gain access. Great family experience.
- 5/5
Quiet and clean
- 5/5
Enjoyed our stay here. They upgraded us to a larger room after there was some miscommunication with hotels.com on what we had booked. Really appreciated the no fuss accommodations. Not a luxurious property but it was clean and had a nice efficiency kitchen in the unit and a good breakfast downstairs with very helpful staff. What really stands out for this place was how kind and helpful everyone was at the property. They even helped us fill some zip locks with ice from the kitchen to take out in our small coolers to make our day trips easier. Great home base for exploring the surrounding sites.
- 5/5
The rooms were nice, I like the apartment style. The woman who checked us in was very nice and helpful.
- 5/5
Everything was excellent, costumer service was amazing, so comfortable.
- 2/5
The property is in a convenient location with sizable rooms, but that's where my compliments end. My truck was broken into overnight and I found it with broken glass, everywhere. When I notified the front desk they said, "It does happen sometimes." and then they notified me that they didn't have any security cameras outside. The walls are paper thin and you can hear your neighbors even if they have a normal conversation. The carpet smelled dingy in the halls and stairwells. Overall this property needs an update or at the very least a deep clean. They should invest in security cameras to help protect their guests!! They did refund the 2nd night of my 2 night stay when I let them know I didn't want to stay the 2nd night, but they didn't offer me any sort of refund or compensation for the inconvenience of my truck being vandalized. I'd recommend finding a hotel further north and away from this area so over-run with vagrancy.
- 5/5
Love the room! Very clean and cozy! Breakfast is overwhelming with nice cold yogurt, fruit, granola, eggs, bacon, waffles, bagels, and more including all the toppings. Beautiful views! My only small complaint were the pillows. You do get around 5 in the room, but did need to keep fluffing it all night. But definately a very well maintained hotel. Very quiet. God bless! Would stay again!
- 3/5
The kitchen and house keeping staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the pool is an outdoor pool, and we stayed in March and had to use the much smaller and crowded Holdiay Inn pool. The web site did not make this very clear when booking. Also there were complaints about the doors slamming, but this could easily be fixed if the door hinges were replaced with the proper slow closing hinges.
- 5/5
Great location, comfortable and great service.
- 5/5
This was by far one of the best experiences! Staff was amazing! Amazing breakfast! And they were renovating so our room was available but they upgraded us to a two bedroom, 3 bed, and two bathroom room! It was like being in a apartment! It was an amazing experience and we will definitely be back!
- 4/5
It was very clean and inviting. The HVAC was quite loud for sleeping. Amenities were quite good.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, comfortable and clean bed, and nice room with a kitchenette.
- 5/5
We had a great stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful. Lots of guests with pets so keep that in mind. Didn’t bother us but if you have allergies could be bothersome. If weather is icy parking lot could be problematic.
- 5/5
The staff was amazing; the manager went out of his way to be accommodating
- 5/5
Really nice property. Quiet and clean building, although some remodeling was going on. The location was convenient for my needs.
- 4/5
I couldn’t get the TV to work, otherwise my stay was pleasant.
- 2/5
It was ok. Not the cleanest, the rooms were super outdated and patched. Staff was wonderful.
- 5/5
Room was clean and just as advertised. Staff was great and the breakfast always had ample options and variety each day. It more than fit our needs with two small children and there is tons to do within 15 minutes or less. Could not have had a better experience for what it was; a clean safe hotel with great staff and hot breakfast
- 4/5
Good place
- 5/5
Beautiful stay , very happy
- 5/5
Tidy, clean, convenient
- 5/5
The staff was kind and attentive. The breakfast was great every morning. We spent Christmas week there and were not disappointed. Thank you to the staff for working and being there for us for the holidays.
- 4/5
Hotel is a bit tired so to speak... But it appears some renovation work is starting. Was nice to have breakfast in the morning. However, when we arrived our room was 55°, TV doesn't function well in the living room, TV in the bedroom doesn't function at all. Smoke alarm was beeping and the desk clerk had to return twice before installing new batteries instead of ones that were already used put there by maintenance apparently. Little rough on the check-in
- 1/5
Breakfast was great. The hotel was clean and friendly
- 4/5
We have stayed at the staybridge a couple of times and enjoy the hotel. The rooms are very comfortable and the breakfast is good
- 4/5
Breakfast was consistently good, usually cooked egg/meat/potato in 3 pans plus usual bread/cereal, there was yogurt/cottage cheese and toppings including blueberries and other fruit. Not so easy to spot and not many walkable eateries. Mountain view was nice, on that side you also hear trains. Seems to be a lot of dog owners, got surprised twice by dogs coming out of elevator. Outdoor pool not available and most of the parking is in the back at lower level than lobby so if you need to use the single elevator might be inconvenient unless you qualify for handicap parking.
- 5/5
Excellent beds, perfect mini kitchen and loved having the living room separate from the bedroom area
- 5/5
Great new property in the springs with nice large rooms
- 5/5
.
- 5/5
good area easy to get around
- 5/5
.
- 4/5
The staff was nice at check in and after we never saw them again. Our room wasn’t cleaned at all while we were there. We only had one roll of toilet paper. Bed was comfortable and it was quiet.
- 4/5
Like that the rooms have kitchens. Hotel is definitely aged. No USB charging ports in rooms, couches arw well worn and dingy.
- 5/5
Clean, spacious and a great full breakfast.
- 3/5
Pool wasn’t open
- 5/5
Nice
- 4/5
Okay hotel conditions. Needs a little tlc. The hotel was in the process of renovating the entire first floor of rooms. The stairways were filthy and the carpeting needs replaced. All the way up to the third floor. Our room wasn't as clean as I would have preferred. Alot of hair in the bathroom including a huge wade of beard hair on the floor. The amenities were nice, but varies places in the room and bathoom needed upgrading and repainted. Assuming they are renovating the entire hotel eventually, it definitely needs it. But they are pet friendly and have a very nice view area around back to walk pets. Including views of mountains and a stream. But there was some piping along the ground that was popping up, a definite trip hazzard. Overall decent hotel, just needs some renovations.
- 5/5
Peaceful and clean.
- 5/5
Nice hotel, spacious two bed rooms with nice beds in both bed rooms
- 5/5
The staff was very courteous & the manager was very helpful about how to get to specific places. The rooms are currently being renovated & when done this will be like a brand new hotel. It's close to freeway, shopping, restaurants & attractions. We'll definitely be back!!
- 5/5
This was a nice hotel. It had a good breakfast, however, the Hispanic person tending it could not tell me where the salt and pepper was. She did not speak English.
- 3/5
This property has great space in the rooms for longer stays and the front desk, maintenance, and management were very kind. We stayed for two weeks and had our room cleaned twice. The cleaning staff didn't change our bedding, and just remaid the beds. I had to go ask for toiletries, paper towels and trash bags twice. On the day of the 2nd clean they left us 1 wash cloth and I had to mop up the bathroom floor after they cleaned the shower. The back of the bathroom door was gross and obviously had not been wiped down in who knows how long. Something had been spilled on the wall and couch and was not cleaned up prior to our checking in. We had ongoing issues with our AC. Maintenance was great, however told us that we were put in a room with a very old unit and it regularly had issues. I struggle to understand why this room was given to us knowing we would be staying for 2 full weeks. Due to the AC issue our room smelled like wet socks. The space and kitchen were nice to have, the cleaning and attention to detail definitely needs to be addressed.
- 5/5
It was close to the places we wanted to go(Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, Seven Falls, Manitou Springs, Old Colorado City and more). Nice and clean. Very kind front desk and breakfast workers. Best of all, the location. Very spacious rooms.
- 5/5
We enjoyed our suite with its nearly full size fridge and freezer, dishes and utensils, and adjustable thermostat.
- 5/5
Very nice place when you're traveling with pets
- 5/5
Was great space for a pit stop on our long travels.
- 5/5
We had to move to this location on short notice. The staff was kind and helpful. The accommodations were very comfortable. We will stay here again.
- 5/5
The view
- 4/5
Everyone was extremely helpful and welcoming. We love to stay here but the rooms are beginning to show their age. For example, our room didn’t have a proper safety latch. That’s the only reason I gave them 4 stars.
- 5/5
Never disappointed when staying at a Staybridge
- 5/5
This was a last minute booking and the staff was so friendly. I felt so comfy and relaxed.
- 2/5
Railroad tracks right behind the property. Trains pass all night long!!
- 3/5
The room was great beds were comfortable. For what we paid I feel like breakfast could have should have been better. I was also excited about them having dove products but I did notice it was only the dove bottles most likely getting filled with other products all I use is dove and I noticed it really wasn’t dove products in the bottles. Over all for a good nights sleep I recommend
- 4/5
The staff was friendly and provide excellent service. I will be providing my recommendation to my family and friends.
- 5/5
Very nice
- 5/5
It was fantastic
- 5/5
Really enjoyed our stay.
- 5/5
The people here are just wonderful! Every person I interacted with was so friendly and helpful. When my Instacart order was delivered to the adjacent hotel the front desk person immediately figured it out and even went to go get it for me in the snow. The beds were comfortable with nice linens and the food for breakfast and social hour was delicious. The gym had nice equipment and the hotel is beside some open space near Monument Creek, which ruins through town. There were thoughtful touches everywhere, like live plant cuttings on the dining tables and a collection of books and games to play. The room furniture was a bit worn and some places needed fresh paint, but overall it felt clean and safe. I also liked that they had middle of the road CNN on the public TV. We'll definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
Very friendly staff. Effort for cleanliness. Furniture slightly over worn but place was clean and comfortable. 2 bedroom suite was perfect for family of 5.
- 4/5
We stayed on the first floor & nobody mentioned anything about any remodeling/renovations. However, there was a significant portion of our hall that had giant sections of wallpaper partially hanging off &/or missing. There were areas of baseboard carpet that were removed & rolled into a pile on the floor. While our suite layout provided us the space we needed, the furniture in our suite was VERY VERY worn. Both the couch & chair cushions were flat & malformed with snags & small holes. Not inviting or comfortable at all. The carpet in our room showed the same significant wear. Overall it felt terribly dated & in dire need of an update. The staff was very friendly, informative, & helpful. The breakfast offered much more of a selection than we were expecting & was good quality. The except of the property was clean & inviting.
- 2/5
We stayed in room 311 and had to get up in the middle of the night because my son said he felt a bug. Sure enough it was a BED BUG! We had to wake our 3 kids up pack everything and switch to a different room.. the staff was very empathetic to us and polite and we understand its not just one persons fault. We were staying 2 days and said they would comp us the points for a free nights stay at any of their IHG hotels but we really only recieved enough points for a discount. Safe to say we will never be back.
- 5/5
This was a great place to stay. I wanted a king bed for 2 adults, 2 dogs so we didnt get the cheapest room. We had a kitchen and bedroom for $129 plus tax and $25 for dogs. I called first to book direct but the rate was more than online. The gal was not upset or rude that then booked online. When I got there she commented on the good rate I got and that she wished they would pricematch. Check in was easy, facility was in great shape. The included breakfast was so nice that twice I looked for signs to see how much extra it was, but it was included! Nice pet are and the pool looked very nice but we were there in winter.
- 5/5
The breakfast was delicious and the bed was wonderful. We absolutely plan to be back!
- 1/5
I broke my foot and was unable to travel. I cancelled a week in advance, but Staybridge would not allow Expedia to refund my payment, even though they told me they would. Thus, my entire experience was awful.
- 5/5
The entire staff was friendly, helpful and attentive. I came here with a family of 7 and everyone loved the hotel. It’s in a great location, the view is spectacular. I recommend staying here.

As far as the room, we had a 1 bedroom suite and it was great. Nice comfy space and for the most part, pretty quiet. Unfortunately, there were a few cosmetic issues in the room but nothing to get worked up about. The property itself was ok, several repair items that were visible. The roughest part was finding the property at night. The place id behind another motel, Holiday Inn Express i believe, and the sign for Staybridge was not on and the front of the property was dark/ poorly illuminated. Outside of that, not too bad. I would definitely stay here again and i do recommend.

Trains going by wake you up several times during the night. An alarm was going off in the adjacent room from 5 am for a full hour. Only went off after I banged on the wall!!! Not a great stay. Probably won’t stay here again

We had a fabulous King suite on the 3rd floor with the perfect view of Pike’s Peak. We woke every morning to that view!
