The desk person worked hard to get rooms at 3 pm check in for several guests including me. Apparently a lot of noon check outs caused delays and scrambling around. I can't say for positive of course but my guess was short staffing?

Location The price and the breakfast was the worst I've had in any of the hotels in Colorado Springs I've stayed.

Room was clean , mattress can be a little more firm, otherwise great room and breakfrast.
- 4/5
The room was very comfortable and clean. The water in the shower was skewed and the pressure was not as strong as it could have been.
- 3/5
When in the breakfast room we had to wait for food, coffee, plates, flatware. The front desk person seemed to have to do that in addition to desk duties. Again - very little staff. The room was clean but we were advised we would get no room service unless we stayed more than 3 nights. E could ask for more towels at the front desk. Again, a sign if nit enough staff. It just didn’t seem up to Marriott standards.

This time was actually my second stay at this property and I totally enjoyed both. Melissa at the front desk is great to talk to about local things, very helpful and smiling face.

Everything was fine.

Great staff, great beds, great area. Loved the patio to eat breakfast and the fire pit. Nothing

Probably the worst, most negative check in. Really wasn’t the way I expected our entrance to the hotel . Our tv didn’t work, and the fitness room didn’t have any towels or drinking cups. No way to wipe anything down. On a positive note, most of the staff was helpful and nice. Just one front desk person who was extremely negative, and very cranky. The breakfast was good.
- 3/5
Rooms were clean but outdated.
- 5/5
Everyone was sooo nice!!! My room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable and it’s in a great location. I’ll be back in two weeks :)
- 5/5
Hotel staff were terrific and the room was great.
- 5/5
Everything was great.
- 5/5
Our stay was really great. They gave us an upgrade for one of the rooms and the staff was super friendly. I would highly recommend it!
- 5/5
Great stay
- 5/5
The bed was comfortable & so were the pillows.
- 5/5
Clean room, quiet.
- 4/5
All staff we encountered were very courteous. Temperature was easy to manage, although the wall controller was older and a bit finicky.
- 4/5
Rooms had a smell.... hot tub is permanently closed. Tried to blame hotels.com for trying to squeeze 6 people into 2 single bed rooms.... otherwise was good ejo7gh for Christmas
- 3/5
Our room was too cool and we were unable to raise the room temperature with the room thermostat. Also, the bathroom lavatory drain was extremely slow and unable to deal with water flow above a slow trickle.
- 4/5
clean room, good breakfast-great waffles but limited healthy options, very helpful front desk.
- 1/5
I was given an occupied or unclean room upon check in Second room had dirty/smelly pillowcases and dirty sheets.

Had a great stay. Clean and attended to any needs we had.

Breakfast was empty at 8:30 AM

Yes, it was fresh and the AC was fine. My day was very nice. I really appreciate it, but I would’ve rather had a Jacuzzi instead of the swimming pool but the swimming pool was nice once I got in so I appreciate everything. It was nice and I will come again. I don’t know when but I will keep my stay there. Thank you for reaching out. God bless

Great staff, close to USAFA, nice areas to relax

The bed was very uncomfortable and i killed a bugged that im not sure if it was a cockaroche or what it was and smell like sweat
- 2/5
No fresh towels. No one came to clean the room during the days. We had to go to the front to gather towels and take our own trash out. I wouldn’t go back.

The Hotel was Overall a great stay! The staff is super friendly and accommodating for any of your needs. It is Very Clean and quiet. We loved our overall experience! I highly recommend staying at this location!
- 4/5
Nice view from our room
- 3/5
I understand full room cleaning on alternate days but at least the bed could be made up and garbage cleared out daily. No tea, only dark roast coffee provided in the room
- 4/5
Second stay. Convenient quiet. Fair breakfast. Friendly staff. Pool area could use some attention. Worth what we paid for.
- 5/5
The property was good decent location and for the first time ever had some gluten-free options for breakfast
- 5/5
Nice stay
- 1/5
The showers had no liner, beds were slanted twards the head, pillows almost non existant. The pool was supposed to be heated, it was jot at all, their excuse was maintenance filled it and must have forgot to turn it on, no whirlpool/hottub due to maintenence. Ice machine in the lobby sounded like it was gonna blow up. And worst of all the lamp in between the beds would crackle when you turned it on. We left early to drive home instead of staying another night there.
- 2/5
Forget about any sort of room service, they do it every other day and they took our towels, but did not replace them and did nothing more pick up the trash and take the dirty towels.. They did not even refresh the coffee, condiments or coffee station. The staff was not friendly, and the breakfast food quality was very poor, and they were not on top of keeping the coffee area serviced nor food/silverware. For the money, I would go elsewhere.
- 5/5
Friendly staff
- 4/5
The first room we were give had the closet door off the hinges and leaning against the closet. This door mad the closet unusable and could have fallen on someone. We requested and given another room immediately.
- 5/5
Clean affordable with good breakfast
- 4/5
Comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. Our only downside was fire alarms at 12:30 a m. Had to stand outside for an hour. Then sounded again once we got back in and again at 6:30am.
- 4/5
The rooms were nice and bed very comfortable. We did have a fire alarm go off early Monday morning. It apparently something electrical. We were outside for about an hour. It was chilly outside. I would think that being inconvenient and we’re checking out in a few hours that the company or Expedia would at least compensate at least 1/2 or something for this inconvenience. But besides this I had a enjoyable weekend.
- 4/5
Our room was nice and clean and the room size was perfect for us. We stayed 3 nights and visited family in the area. We did have a few issues though. We stayed on the 3rd floor and the water pressure was terrible in the shower and bathroom sink. The breakfast seemed okay, but they were 100% out of creamer and I like creamer in my coffee. We were evacuated for an hour or so the 3rd night at 12:40 a.m. due to an electrical fire/smoke. They probably should have comped our room for the night, since it was a very uneasy night and it smelled like an electrical issue for quite a while. We did get some extra points credited to our account for our inconvenience. The hotel staff was extremely friendly during check in and check out.
- 1/5
The room was overpriced $162 for room that you can get at a Motel 6 for 60 bucks. The paint on the walls were chipping, there was a bullet-sized hole in the wardrobe closet. The feel of the room was old and damp. The furniture was stained and old. I would never stay there again nor will I ever pay $100 plus for that room!
- 3/5
Unlike my first visit, which was excellent, this visit wasn’t. Room service - stayed five days and sheets were never changed. Had to ask for towels, took my garbage to a trash can, had a huge spider in room that staff killed, deadbolt would not always operate correctly. The deadbolt wouldn’t have been that big of a deal except that I had to contend with a super heavy door, a walker, and trying to get the deadbolt to retrieve. Jeremy from the front desk was exceptionally kind and helped me bring suitcases in upon arrival and always had a kind word.
- 5/5
Have stayed a few times now, always really enjoy it. This time the room had a funny smell but overall was very good
- 3/5
Beds are very uncomfortable. Lights in room do not work. Front desk does not have emergency items such as tooth brushes, razors, etc. use to be my favorite place to stay, not anymore.
- 1/5
There was a spider on the towels at pool. Pool freezing cold. Broken shower head
- 2/5
This hotel is “ tired “ … that’s the only way to describe it …. And breakfast was terrible!!
- 2/5
The room was average but the beds were terrible...lumpy and uneven. My room next to the elevator had a banging noise all night long. The TV only worked on a couple of channels. The price was too high for a $100 a night hotel room experience.
- 5/5
Staff was friendly and always willing to help with any request. Particularly, "JUN" at the front desk. Thank you. -M. Allsup`
- 4/5
The breakfast options vary each day and offered a good variety. Comfortable beds and shower ok. Only complaint was the mini fridge had a control that needed to be reset every few hours or would shut off and drinks became warm. Close to highway and a lot of attractions.
- 1/5
When I woke up in the morning and pull the sheets back I found a wad of black hair in my bed. (gag). I bought this to the attention of the manager and she stated she would credit my stay through Expedia. 11 days and still no credit. I can't stand when people say they will do things and never do, probably never intended to refund my stay. Check your sheets!
- 4/5
No really good restaurants or cocktail bars around there
- 5/5
Would stay here again.
- 5/5
My wife and I stayed here for 3 days to attend the USAF Academy graduation and festivities. Very convenient to the Academy, the rooms were very comfortable, the staff very friendly, and the free breakfast was surprisingly very good. Highly recommend.
- 4/5
We have stayed here several times and have always had a great experience. The same this time except the water in the shower was cold.
- 4/5
Stay was comfortable. Staff were great. One issue was when the towels were changed the new bath towels were small.... Smaller than the ones they replaced. Strange...
- 3/5
The young woman covering the breakfast service was excellent. My wife and I were impressed with her responsiveness and attitude. You can teach to the job, you can't hire the attitude. Negatives. We requested daily maid service and didn't get it. We were there for four days. By Sunday evening the trashcans were overflowing. The fitted bed sheets were not. We complained to the front desk staff and got a lecture about how hotels of this size had a hard time keeping help and don't as a rule offer daily maid service. Obviously winter was hard on the property. I put myself through college working as a janitor in a hotel. As such, I have a critical eye. The lobby and hallways were not up to standards.
- 5/5
There were gluten and dairy free options for breakfast, which was much appreciated.
- 5/5
This is the only hotel I stay at when I am in this area. The staff is professional and pleasant. My room is always clean. I feel comfortable staying here.
- 5/5
Everything was great except i like clean towels everyday.
- 3/5
A few things off. Beds were sunken, people knocking on door at 4 in the morning. Room temperature tough to keep consistent. Otherwise ok.
- 3/5
Mattresses were worn out. One side was really bad
- 3/5
Pretty good. It was older than I was expecting. Bathroom wasn’t the cleanest. There was a lot of dust (like they had drilled something and not cleaned up) behind the sink. The walls in the bathroom had marks on it. Breakfast was good and the front desk clerks were great.
- 4/5
Everything was fine, except for the showers water pressure very week.
- 5/5
It was quiet and very little traffic
- 5/5
A lovely modern well equipped hotel. The elevator, however, is slow and inadequate for such a large building. The breakfast is good with lots of choices. I would certainly suggest a different channel than Fox News to digest a meal.
- 5/5
Front desk clerk was excellent, friendly and quick
- 5/5
Has to be one of the cleanest hotels that we have stayed at. Breakfast was great and varied from day to day. Staff was gracious and accommodating.
- 4/5
We had a great stay here , with convenient breakfast on site unfortunately the indoor pool was closed during our stay. Conveniently located near McDonald’s , Starbucks and a gas station.
- 5/5
The front desk staff was friendly.
- 5/5
Quiet, convenient location; minor cosmetic issues (small area of broken baseboard, areas of carpet frayed); free Continental breakfast
- 5/5
Great stay!
- 5/5
Very nice!
- 4/5
They had a wonderful array of breakfast options in the morning. My son especially loved the egg bites.

- 4/5
Great stay. Shower not so fantastic. Water was warm, certainly never hot and shower switch only sent half of water to shower head. Felt like was taking a shower while 4 other siblings taking shower at the same time in the same house!
- 5/5
Friendly staff, clean comfortable room.
- 2/5
I stayed there three days and there was no housekeeping. Nobody changed my sheets, emptied my garbage or gave me clean towels.
- 4/5
Price was very attractive. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Heating unit in room seemed to not work properly, but we dealt with it. Television only offered a few channels, not the local channels I usually enjoy, but we did get some programming. Breakfast was standard, but served its purpose. Coffee was weak. Otherwise, our stay was good and staff was great and we slept well. If you want more perks, spend more money. We have seen much worse in a hotel. We got what we paid for. Clean hotel, Comfortable rooms and friendly staff trumps all the downsides.
- 4/5
The Front Desk Clerk was very helpful checking in. She even came up to my room on the 3rd floor after my key would not work. She even got ice for me. I had a lot going on when I checked in and she was very helpful.
- 3/5
We stayed for an event our son was participating in. Most of the participants stayed here. This place is comparable to a motel 6 or comfort inn. There were several dark stains on the sheets, cleanliness was meh. It was okay, but definitely just okay. Wouldn’t stay again.
- 4/5
We noticed a very musty smell the whole 3 days we stayed there. Otherwise it was a good experience.
- 4/5
A fine place, meets expectations for what you think you are getting with a Fairfield inn. Not too much around though for food except McDonald's
- 3/5
The room had a musty scent to it, but it would go away if I opened a window. The place seemed a little run down, and showed some wear and tear! Especially in the pool area and the fact the hot tub was trapped over! Their phone system was down which became a problem when there was a group of loud drunk people in the hallway yelling and banging around until 1:30am and keeping myself and children awake! I was faced with the options of waiting them out or confronting drunk people myself as a single women! I choose to wait it out as it seemed the better option since I could not contact the front desk for help! Breakfast was good and they had waffles which is what is important to my kids😂

Very good breakfast and very comfortable
- 5/5
Check in process was very easy and smooth. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was hot and tasty.
- 5/5
Fun clean stay
- 4/5
It was pretty good. The person who checked me in was very nice. Sorry dont remember his name, he said he was new to that locations. Only issue was the a.c./ heater wasnt to optimal on the heat side. I turned the heat to high and it was warm at best, and cold air leaking through the window. I would definitely use again.
- 5/5
We frequently stay at this hotel while visiting. It’s clean comfortable and convenient. The staff this time was exceptionally friendly and helpful.
- 3/5
Hotel was clean and located in a good spot. Clerk wasn’t very helpful and couldn’t answer basic questions.
- 4/5
Overall, this is a solid hotel for the price. The breakfast is actually pretty good and the front desk was top notch. The biggest downside by far is the shower water pressure was terrible which was a bummer since I won't likely stay here until it is improved. If that doesn't matter to you, this is a solid place to stay.
- 2/5
On the plus side, it had a great, full breakfast and the staff we met were very friendly and helpful.
- 4/5
Breajfast was great, hot with many choices. The place was clean abd welcoming. The desk staff was friendly, helpful and prompt. The room was nice, clean, specious. The king bed was comfortable except for the bump in the middle of the mattress.
- 4/5
Good location for what we needed.
- 4/5
Was a nice, quite, clean place to stay. Staff seemed friendly as well
- 5/5
Staff was great!!
- 5/5
Was a little confusing for to find then parking lot after dark.
- 4/5
Was in town to visit family and the hotel is 6 blocks away so close by. Friendly staff and clean. The breakfast has lots of choices.
- 2/5
Staff was friendly and helpful. The elevator being out of service for people in their 60’s with a room on the 3rd floor was not pleasant. The shower water pressure couldn’t get the conditioner out of my wife’s hair. The shower was useless
- 4/5
The woman who was in charge of the breakfast the next morning was helpful, friendly, and efficient.
- 4/5
Bed mattress seemed old and water pressure was low in shower. Breakfast was excellent and service was great.
- 4/5
The property was clean and the staff were considerate and helpful.
- 4/5
Enjoyable stay
- 5/5
Beds were comfy!! Great breakfast!!
- 4/5
It was convenient to the Air Force Academy as we were going to an early football game the following morning. Breakfast was ready on time at 7:00 as we were heading out to the game. My husband didn’t sleep very well, he said it was noisy outside of the room and he could hear footsteps in the room above us. We were also disappointed that the hot tub was not working.
- 4/5
When I checked out my bill was $30.00 more than when my reservation was confirmed. When I asked why the person at the desk did not have an answer as to why this occurred. There were no other charges. It looks like bait and switch. The shower control for water flow and temperature was terrible. If the stream was usable it was too hot to stay under. At a usable temperature there was no pressure. The additional wand was broken and not usable. The room, bed, and breakfast were great.
- 4/5
The shower was weak but everything else was just fine.
- 4/5
This property was easily accessible from the interstate, which was convenient but also meant there was some road noise at all times of the day. When we checked in we were greeted right away and were able to quickly access our room. However, I noticed at other times there would be no staff at the counter when others in our party were trying to check in. Calling the phone number on the sign just rang the phone behind the counter and produced no help. We had to flag down a maintenance person who was then, after several tries, able to find someone to help. Our room was not cleaned at all during a 3-night stay, though we were told at check-in it would be serviced every other day. There is not much light in the room during the evening, even with every available light in the room turned on. The bed was not comfortable, having a pretty obvious deep indentation suggesting it is in need of replacement. The pillows were fluffy nothings that did not support your head for more than about ten minutes. Finally, the property needs to do a temperature assessment. Hallways were rather warm, but the breakfast area was so cold that people were pulling chairs against walls to try to avoid the blowing AC. On the final morning I asked the front desk person to adjust the temperature, which he did. However, you’d think someone would have thought of that sooner and set a more reasonable temperature. Besides all of that, the staff were very friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
Front desk staff was wonderful
- 5/5
Tv was not working and the staff fixed it promptly. Friendly staff, good bfast, convenient location.
- 5/5
We stayed at your hotel, because we were scheduled to have a college tour of The Academy. The staff was kind, the hotel and rooms were clean. The only thing I would like to see change at this time, is the length of the shower curtain. It barely reached the edge of the tub, so shower water was getting outside of the shower/tub, and onto the bathroom floor. We had to use a couple of bath towels to wipe up the water.
- 5/5
I was hoping the EV charging port would have been available
- 5/5
Nice room. A bit chilly when we arrived but we adjusted the temperature . Pleasant staff.
- 4/5
The hotel was fine except the sagging mattress was terrible. Didnt sleep well and terrible backache.
- 5/5
Location of property was so beautiful
- 4/5
Exterior signage and lighting was not working for the duration of our four night stay. Plumbing fixtures in our room were loose and poorly installed.
- 1/5
Our bedding had stains, and we constantly asked for more towels and did not receive them, our tub did not drain so we would be ankle deep in water every time we showered.
