The neighboring construction, lack of breakfast, and limited parking when full. Would be helpful to have plastic wear available in the hotel, but it worked great for our quick getaway to stay near the ford amphitheater! The staff was also very kind in helping us every time we locked ourselves out or forgot our keys.

Very well maintained property. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Large refrigerator, large microwave and electric stove. Quality of furnishings and bedding is decent for the price range. Only thing missing were basic kitchen utensils in a room with kitchenette, which mostly travelers won't be carrying with them. A simple saucepan and frypan would have helped. But really decent place to stay with family. Will stay again on visit to Colorado Springs.

It was very convenient to places to eat. The room was very clean and spacious. We had enough of what we needed as far as towels, etc. It was also close to the base museum. The staff was friendly. The kitchenette was wonderful also.

We had a great stay at My Place Hotel-Colorado Springs. The hotel was extremely clean, quiet, and located in a very safe area. It was conveniently close to the Air Force Academy, along with plenty of restaurants, shopping, and things to do nearby. Compared to other hotel prices around Colorado Springs, this was by far one of the best values we found. The rooms were comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the location made it easy to get anywhere in town. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Colorado. Can't think of anything that we didn't like

Exceptional

Room was clean but not stocked. Stove, microwave, refrigerator etc but no dishes, silverware,pans etc. Thin walls, hard to sleep with the loud talking and noise from nearby rooms tv's. Lacking a comfortable breakfast room, only 3 very tall tables. Nothing offered but coffee and the coffee was out one morning. I would suggest the Hampton Inn.

Staff were nice and welcoming! Offered 24/7 support. Kitchen worked well and so did the other appliances. Room was spotless when we arrived- even had a view of the mountains our entire stay! Would 100% recommend

There weren't really many amenities which is why thats a 3 star other than a laundry room and free coffee and tea. I didnt expect any tho so that was actually fine. I enjoyed my stay. The bed was comfortable. Everything was so clean. People were nice and quiet. Great location. Overall it was a 5 star stay

This hotel was even better than expected! They gave me a room on the ground floor which included a kitchenette (stove, microwave and a full size refrigerator) for the price of a regular room with a Queen bed.

This was a great day! Great price point. No frills, but not needed, for me anyway. Very clean, brand new in the last few months. Staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. Not a four star resort, but definitely not anywhere close to being a bad place to stay.

It was okay, although we were placed by young adults who were loud a majority of the night. It was quiet after 3am.

Great, clean place with kitchen. Fair rates. Safe, immaculate. Only disappoinment was no continental breakfast. You can order breakfast & have it brought to your room (pre-prepped/instant) but it costs. Kitchen is nice but no pans, utensils. Just a very nice empty kitchen.

While the property may not have had every amenity I typically look for, it more than made up for it with the breathtaking views of the mountains and the Air Force Academy. The staff were very kind and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I also appreciated that the rooms included a fridge and stove, which was convenient when needed. The location was another big plus—it’s very easy to get on and off the highway and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay and would absolutely choose to stay there again in the future.

We had a snow storm and I couldn't travel and go there last night! I wonder since I have to visit Colorado Springs again in January if what I paid for but was unable to use could be applied at the same hotel in January of 2026.

The young lady at the desk was very sweet and informational. The room was clean outside of red stains on the carpet. The bathroom didn't have tissue and when we got a box the tissue was so rough for use so we chose not to. The elevator was sketchy because it wouldn't move for 4 minutes and when it did get to our floor the door wouldn't open for a few minutes. Otherwise the beds were comfortable and the view was amazing.

Stayed here one night to attend a concert at the Ford Amphitheater. It was very clean and comfortable and quite convenient to the venue. We were able to walk back after the show and it felt very safe.

Really surprised on having a stove, microwave, sink, full size fridge. Just need your own pan and utensils. Clean place. Odd only having queen beds but I knew that already and it was comfortable.

This hotel is very handy to USAFA's North Gate. It is very good - in good condition, clean and comfortable and the breakfast is fine. We've stayed multiple times and the staff and experience have always been good. I revommend it.

The walls ar thin you hear everything. Kids jumping - people arguing. Bed was comfy and it’s a newer hotel so it’s clean.

Its cery clean and in a nice area, i didnt like that we saw the round a bout and nit the mountains but ill get over it. I will definitely stay again.

It was a lovely room. The temperature was difficult to manage with the heavy duvet cover and the inability to keep the fan running. That said, i would stay there again.

We stayed at My Place because we were attending a show at Ford Amphitheater. My Place was an excellent choice. We are typically freaked out by staying in hotels due to their lack of cleanliness. My Place is different in a very good way. It was insanely clean, quiet, and only a 1.2 mile walk to the theater. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating. There are kitchens in the rooms, but no cookware or serving ware is provided and you need to turn your in room ice machine on when you arrive. We knew this thanks to reading other reviews, so brought along our own ice and plastic cups to make cocktails prior to the concert and home-made breakfast bowls, plastic forks, and paper plates to microwave and eat alongside our My Place coffee provided in the lobby before our departure in the morning.

It would it be noce to have some cooking itens in room since there was a cook top with two burnes. Also, an ice machine could it help. At least, they should tell to turn on the ice maker in your room at check in. The room was very comfortable. More variety on the vending items can help.

Nice clean basic hotel (no big, not needed amenities, especially for a 1 night stay … like pool or gym). Granted, They may not have advertised a microwave but I was surprised there was not one…I would rather have had that than a FULL sized frig or stove top. No free breakfast either. I was excited about a hotel room at this price until I noticed I hadn’t looked to see if the hotel had these things. Was new and clean and in a new section of town/neighborhood. Friendly staff. I really enjoyed our stay. It was conveniently located next to the Ford Amphitheater. A shuttle drop off or pick-up from the concert would have been awesome because it rained both days and they didn't allow my umbrella into the concert and we were soaked.

It was okay. NO dishes, silverware, etc. in rooms, which is odd for an extended stay property. Why not have "kitchen kits" at the front desk and collect a deposit for them, to be returned when kit is returned, clean and in good condition? Everything was very clean, front desk staff were friendly and efficient. Decaf coffee was always cold though.

The rooms are noisy. Sound proof was poor. Rest was ok but not easy.

Loved everything about this place. The only thing I have to complain about is the doors to the rooms. Every door slams shut like a mad teen. If you plan on getting some sleep it won’t happen. Our neighbors were in and out all night and each time their door would slam. When we would leave our room ours would slam unless you caught the door.

The bed was not big enough for my partner and I , so if you are on heavier side I will advise you. There’s a Kitchenette area but no actual kitchenware is provided. If you plan on bringing groceries there is a bigger fridge but no utensils to cook I believe you can ask front desk. Def a convenient and nice spot to stay, we will stay here again!

Ok well nice hotel beds were very comfy. Place was clean. We did not know there was no dishes or pots and pans in the room. You could buy the stuff but it's pricey. We ended up going to the local dollar tree and king Soopers and buying ceramic plates and bowls, glass cups, strainer, grill utensils, and silverware. I normally bring my own cooking pan with lid to any hotel because I'm familiar with my own pan. We usually grill and I make breakfast in my pan. If you are not going to supply the room then please write in the description nothing in the kitchen but you can buy it or bring your own. Would help people out instead of being surprised. We had a great view of the mountains which both my boyfriend and I really liked. We would stay there again especially since my boyfriend bought stuff for that place to use. We live in the Denver area so it's not a big deal but you have people who come from out of state and are forced to buy yours and I doubt anyone wants to put that in luggage on a plane. staff was very friendly and attentive. Very clean.

Beautiful rooms pleasant staff

The hotel is conveniently located right across from the Academy North Gate. The property was clean and we enjoyed the toaster and full size fridge in the room. The shower pressure wasn’t great and the beds were a little uncomfortable, but not bad.

Check in time is 3:00 - arrived at 4:00 and had to wait until 6:00 for a clean room.
