Overall the stay was really good. Purchased two rooms for our family at a good price. The breakfast was pretty good and the staff were very accommodating and very sweet. The rooms were clean as well. The only downfall of our stay was towards the end the hot tub broke, but would recommend staying here!

The facility was very clean and tidy. My room was extremely quiet, which was great. Some of the furniture and there is a little beat up but not a big deal to me. Breakfast is the average stuff you find at places where they include a free breakfast.

Everything was great. Glad that breakfast started at 5a. We had a softball tournament and had to be at the ballfield early. Breakfast was delicious and we had plenty of time to get to the ballfield. Would definitely stay again.

Faucet in shower was either scolding hot or freezing cold. There was no in between. Asked for towels and was told that due to short staffing they could not bring any.

My wife has celiac disease. So she could only eat gluten-free food for breakfast one of the mornings they did not have any gluten-free bagels.

The room was awesome. The staff was wonderful and the cherry on top was the continental breakfast, which was pretty excellent by the way. I enjoyed the variety.

Extremely impressed with the breakfast options, customer Service I received, was very clean and quiet. Definitely worth the price.

We had an accessible room. Mildew in corner of shower. Shower curtain did reach the floor so water did not stay in the shower. HVAC did not regulate well. Fan ran constantly, usually blowing cold air, even when turned off the heat/cool. Flashing blue light in HVAC unit very annoying.

Overbooked! By the time we arrived, 1 of our 2 rooms reserved had been given out. At least they found us another hotel nearby, but ended up staying in 2 separate hotels. NOT convenient!!!!!!

Airport hotel, room was clean and beds were very comfortable. Not a lot of restaurants nearby if you don't have a vehicle. The nearest is the hotel bar/restaurant at their sister hotel in the same parking lot. The breakfast buffet was typical of all Hamptons with the selections of options and a good start to the day.

It started a little rough because they gave us the wrong room (1 king instead of 2 queens) They switched us to the originally requested type of room. And zero complaints. Staff was friendly, room was spacious and well equipped. Very clean. Would stayhere again.

The breakfast dining area is a bit small, and the food is only minimally acceptable compared to other Hampton Inn locations. However, the two cube chairs with rollers in the room were very convenient for sitting and relaxing.

Clean and close to airport, but not noisy. The only thing we didn't like was there wasn't clear signage on the back side of the hotel, so we turned into the other hotels a couple times!

Nice clean well maintained room. The beds were comfortable and the pillow selection was good to find a good fit.

The room was completely out dated. There was cobwebs in the ceiling, chipped paint all over the bathroom door. Mold on the old shower curtain that terribly needed to be changed (shower curtain was falling apart near the rings). There was stains on the couch including a large tear. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The window curtains did not moved much & was installed in a very awkward position where you still can see the lighting coming through the windows. This one photo says it all.

decent hotel super close to the airport which was important to me. They offer coffee and hot water 24 hrs but there was nothing remotely hot for at least 7 hours until I asked for some hot water to make tea. Normal Inn good for the price you pay.

The hot tub didn’t work but we were allowed to use the hot tub at the neighbouring hotel. Everything else was perfect.

Disappointed in the quality of this place in relation to what we paid per night and the star rating. The tv in our room would not work. The bathroom sink would not drain. The hot tub was not working. The side entrance doors were not working and left propped open which created a safety risk. Breakfast was cold each morning. We had to wait 15 minutes for a refill on syrup to go with our rock hard pancakes. This is not the quality I expected, or that I paid for. Will not stay here again for what we paid.

The breakfast was somewhat decent. The fruit was old and they kept putting it out daily. The toaster does not work and the juice was watered down.

For our stay, our TV didn’t work at all. At some point, someone threw up in the hallway outside of our door and it wasn’t cleaned up

Location is good, breakfast aint bad. but the suite we stayed in, everything is outdated, unsafe and needs to be replaced. bed and pillows were uncomfortable. shower curtain is ripped. the sofa bed was broken the frames held together with a tape and metal parts sticking out, poked my son and my husband.

It is an amazing hotel. The rooms are very clean, comfortable. This was our third time to stay there. When we visit again we will definitely stay there! It made our vacation so wonderful. Thank you!

Very nice and friendly staff. Hotel is kept very clean and breakfast was provided as well. My only complaint is that the price was outrageous for such a small room. But quite grateful for the last minute accommodation.

Staff was great, helpful and friendly. However, the room wasn’t as clean as it should have been, the A/C wasn't working and the room phone didn’t even have the cord on it that plugs into the wall jack. The staff cheerfully came at about 11pm and fixed the A/C. The overall impression was a hotel that is not being well kept up.

I’ve stayed in better Hamptons but this was just average.

It has a pool and workout room. I think you could do 2 strokes per lap in the pool. But fine for kids wanting to play. Workout room is tiny and had a weird strong odor. I’m not sure if it was the flooring, mold or something else. We were in room 110, which seemed convenient. But we were woken repeatedly by loud noises that appeared to be plumbing related. There are public restrooms next to that room, so maybe that’s what caused the noise. We weren’t sure. There was also quite a bit of noise from the hall. I think this is in part due to the room’s location and in part from poor sound insulation. Bed was a king. I think the top sheet was a queen. Bed was ok. Not terrible, but definitely not what I’m used to with Hampton Inns. Breakfast was meh. Runny eggs (looked like watery buildup rather than just runny from being undercooked…so I’m assuming this was some kind of instant mix?) Biscuits and gravy, but the biscuits were cold and dry while the gravy was like a thick glue. I didn’t try the waffles, but they had two flavors.

Nice, average hotel with a below average breakfast. One luggage cart which my husband had to go hunt down himself. We had a free stay because of our accumulated stays booked with Hotels.com, but nothing about this hotel is worth the listed price. Sorry....

Everything was great besides being on the bottom floor. Did not get any sleep due to upstairs people stomping around all night. I’d probably request a room on the top floor next time. I don’t know how these people were allowed to make all that noise all night

Our stay was great! The room was very clean and quiet. We appreciated that. The staff was helpful and friendly. No issues parking.

It was quite comfortable, missed having a bottle of water nearby...had to go to the drinking fountain down the hall; too tired; had dinner from the vending machine on 1st floor. Not great but sustenance nevertheless. Perhaps I was just too tired having driven 110 miles after a busy day, but always appreciate the cleanliness of Hampton Inns.

The staff was excellent, place clean and comfortable and an excellent breakfast before the hotel shuttle conveniently brought us to the airport for our flight.

I ended up missing my flight! The door lock broke and it took them over an hour before they finaly used a hammer. I told them.I had a flight to catch they didnt seem to care. Not staying at hiltons again!

Please consider putting out a "tips" jar for the staff serving breakfast. They deserve it. I have seen this at other hotels. Very good service.

The hotel was fine. The issue was the Airport Shuttle. We arrived at the airport and was told the Shuttle had stopped running. THIS SHOULD BE POSTED on their website the hours of operation for the Shuttle. No one wants to be stranded in the night at an airport.

Bed is comfortable and clean yet housekeeping needs improvement on certain days. Room was on the 1st floor and was noisy from above … running and walking during the night and in the morning. Otherwise, breakfast is like any other free breakfast hotel but at least it is included when we did try it..

The check-in process was so easy and quick. The staff was very friendly. The shuttle staff was super kind and a good driver. I felt very safe traveling alone to this property. The continental breakfast was actually one of the better free hotel breakfasts I've ever had. I also really liked that the property was pet friendly and had a dog behind the counter late at night.

I always love to stay at the Hampton Inn Colorado Springs-Airport when I come to the Andrew Wommack Ministers Conference in Woodland Park. Your facilities are convenient, exceptionally clean and comfortable, and provide a wonderful breakfast for guests. Thank you so much!

Looked good from the outside but halls and rooms need updating

Super friendly staff and very clean facility. The airport shuttle driver was the best way to start another day of travel. We enjoyed every part of our stay.

What I didn't like was that there was no clock, no real drawers, and the furniture was not condusive to older people. The only chair was on wheels and the beds are quite high. I had my 93 year old mother with me and I had to push the chair against the wall so it wouldn't slide around. I also was not thrilled about the "closet". I blame none of this, obviously, on the staff. just poor design.

Comfortable and clean

Staff was great, offered free waters at check in. TV in room would not work no matter what. There were no dark or medium roast coffee’s in stock for breakfast and you can hear everything from the hallway like the full conversations from the old man that was having a very early phone call walking back and forth.

When I checked in the staff quoted a price of $543.56 and I had the price quoted as $472.78.They said the extra was for "incidentals' like if I bought something from the little shop in the hotel Well I did purchase 2 candy bars that is all and at found out I was charged $543.56 That seems a little extreme for 2 candy bars don't you think? If this is the case why wasn't I told this BEFORE I booked at the hotel.? what a way to rip people off

Door to my room was propped open when I checked in at 11p… wasn’t confident it was clean as not sure who accessed the room all day ( neighbor across hall said door was open all day) no other rooms available asked them to while it down and change sheets … she had me change sheets my self and gave me Lysol wipes to clean room myself unacceptable especially during a global pandemic!

Really loved our room. The pool was down one day but they let us use the Hilton’s pool right behind the Hampton so it worked out great. It was up and running the rest of our trip. We stayed four nights. The lady at the desk was so nice and the breakfast changes every other day. We had mini omelets, and link sausage. Plus oatmeal was great.

Upon arriving David was very helpful and kind. His assistant i believe Claire was her name were very helpful when i asked about take out food. Over-all our stay was comfortable and great.

The beds are as hard as a rock. The free breakfast was disgusting with cold eggs cold sausage and no syrup for the pancakes. Thoth days this went on and to top it off both days the coffee ran out . I forgot to mention the jacuzzi was not working. $ 230 a night and this is the best you get.

Hotel was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was buffet style and pretty good. Only disappointment was the pool area was closed due to some construction going on and we werent aware when i made the reservation. I would definitely book again. Best sleep in a hotel i have ever had.
