We spent a nice quiet week at this hotel. Pool and hot tub were very clean and not terribly busy while we were staying. Breakfast was standard continental fare and staff was very friendly. Would stay here again.

Friendly staff, good breakfast, very clean, and adherence to the no pets except ADA only service animals greatly appreciated, as I am VERY allergic to pets.

Easy place to find close to the airport. Pretty clean and well kept. Room was clean, but very small with just a couple feet from the end of the bed to cabinetry, drawers and TV. Bedding and towels were average. The mattress was pretty worn out in our room from heavy people sitting on the end and edges of the bed where the mattress edges were broken. Didn’t sleep well on it. Replace it and you’ve got a great value and reasonable room for the money.

The location is not the best, and the bathroom in our room was really small. Other than those two things, the place was great.

This was on the lower end for a Holiday Inn Express. The shape of the property is odd, the bed was broken on one side, and it was just overall dingy.

Cleaning staff would race to elevators so you could not get on. Sub par cleaning/stocking room.

This is an older Holiday Inn Express. It is quite worn and dingy looking. Desk staff were barely welcoming. Breakfast staff were warmer and working hard to keep food out. The area the hotel is in feels industrial, though the noise in the room was tolerable. There are limited "close" decent food options. We are a fan of this brand, but not this particular hotel.

The staff was very nice, the outside was average. The room was supposed to be 2 queens but the beds seemed smaller than a queen and the walking area around the beds was pretty tight, not much room to mover around the room. Definitely not worth the room cost of $200+. The outside traffic noise was unfiltered.

Breakfast was really good. Panorama park is within walking distance and all the major attractions are a reasonable drive.

Staff was super nice and accommodating. We arrived early and our room was ready. We used the gym and the pool twice. We were so comfortable and happy with our stay.

Everything was exceptional here. I've paid twice the rate for a quarter of the quality of this Holiday Inn. Staff was amazing, incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was exceptional, from the comfort of the bed to the cleanliness of everything. The complimentary breakfast was outstanding. It wasn't just donuts, cereal and juice. They provided hot breakfast, including a station to make your own fresh pancakes. I had the biscuits and gravy and an herb and veggie omelet which was perfection after having traveled for over 24 hours. I would recommend to anyone. Great job Holiday Inn. Keep up the fantastic work.

The pool was too shallow.

The only problem we had were noisy guests above us that kept us awake most of our first night, but the front desk informed us they were checking out and they would leave that room open for the remainder of out stay. That was very much appreciated!!!

The stay was horrible do not stay in room 313, we felt the vibration of the washers in our bed for the first few hrs of sleep, could have swapped rooms but it was too much of a hassle at that point and figured it would stop eventually. The pool was extremely cold for being enclosed. The maids were extremely loud starting at 7am on a sunday morning and had no care for guest trying to sleep. First and last stay at this hotel.

The hotel was easy to find and a nice location, it looks good inside and pretty clean had an incident with a towel not being cleaned properly but everything else was good. The shower was ok but not much pressure. Beds felt amazing but the rooms are not sound proof. Got woke up at 3am to music blaring and im assuming partying, called down stairs to the front and was told they could only call and ask them to be quiter wich she did because i could hewr the phone like it was in my room. This did not stop them so no sleep for me after. Id give the hotel another shot but that ruined the night and trip a bit

Room was great, service was great. However, our first night, we started smelling cigarette smoke, and an overwhelming amount of it, not like it wafted up to the room through the window. When you went in the hallway, it was even worse. I called the desk because my daughter is allergic and they said they would look into it. Couple of hours go by, and it still smells horrible. Finally, it goes away and then the sudden smell of marijuana comes through, which happened the rest of the night. If staff had actually come up, they would have been able to tell which room it was coming from because the door was propped open. When I checked in, I was notified that it was a 100% no smoking property, so it was kind of frustrating that this occurred and not rectified. However, our second night there was great! Calm and relaxing! Still love Holiday Inn Express!

The whole place smelled like pot. The mattresses need updated. The wall mounted shower soap was empty. The ice machine was on a different floor. The toilet only flushes if you hold the handle for 1 full minute and the single ply toilet paper is barbaric...beyond cheap. The pillows are worthless (all 8 of them). The usb ports dont work and the electric outlets are so sloppy my cpap wouldn't stay on amd my phone wouldn't charge. Pretty lame other than friendly staff. I wont stay there again though. The staff can only do so much the rest is up to corporate. I think corporate is cheap and its evident in the the room but not in the rate.

The little time that I spent on the property was enjoyable. The young lady at the front desk was SUPER sweet and we had a few chats…she helped me order my LYFT! The lady that prepared breakfast was really sweet as well…the 3 of us talked a lot…really nice!
