The bathroom has feces in the toilet. Dirty floors. A pair of underwear in the bed with a ripped sheet. Talked to the staff across the street because nobody is at the desk. They are very rude and really don’t care if you aren’t happy. We chose this hotel because it was close to our sons place (he was injured) what a huge mistake. This is why we stay at Marriotts. What a joke for a business.

When I checked in, my room had no trash can, toilet paper and only 2 towels. The front desk did provide these though. One day while I was out, housekeeping serviced the room. However, they did not replace the towels they took to clean. Lastly, the room I was in did NOT have a smoke alarm in it!

No towels when I arrived. Told I could get them tomorrow because they forgot to wash. Bed sheet had a stain that I hope was chocolate and not blood. Bathroom door broken. Covers missing on several electrical plugs. Drawer handles missing. Curtains torn. Wall by sink had a sticky dried spill nobody bothered to clean. Lobby area and where soda machine and snacks are is filthy.

Worst stay of my life. Should have checked reviews… Tv didn’t work, stains on all of the sheets/ towels, dust bunnies on the ceiling, all of the room keys stopped working, no mini fridge in room as described, added late check out and was told no, could hear banging, people yelling, sirens all night. Plus some people just sleeping in their car…

It was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. When I go to the room online, I specifically asked for a room on the Second Story because I’m a single small female by myself and wanted to feel safer on the Second Story. Away from all the ruckus, I specifically noted this when I booked the room. I got in late and there was nobody even at the hotel. I had to go across the street past crowds of people, it was terrifying. Then I found my room on the first story right by the entrance and it was constant noise all night, the entrance doors were banging on the walls as they opened and closed, the door didn’t shut the whole way, the handle was broken, the safety was not up to par. I was too afraid to even leave the room to go out to my car to get the things that I needed. So I stayed in my room all night and clipped my blinds shut because they didn’t reach otherwise, with my carabiner on my car keys. I didn’t like how the woman gave me the room on the first story right by the entranceway after I specified in my notes that I needed to be on the Second Story away from all the noise. But I was put in the noisiest spot. There were people coming in and out all night, loud noises crowds of people in the utility room directly beside my bedroom kept me up all night long! At 5 o’clock in the morning, they were loading the machines and I had to get up out of bed and bang on the walls to get them to stop being so loud! I typically don’t like to complain, but it was a terrible experience. The door handle on the inside of my door hung down and was not fully in place. There was a large gap at the bottom of the door like the door didn’t fit the jam and could easily be broken into.

I made a reservation for one week stay at the wrong location by the same name. Contacted hotel immediately after (10 minutes) and no one answered. Submitted for cancellation and was told I no refund would be allowed for the seven day stay. Their policy is that a cancellation fee of one night would be applied which is fine but this wasn’t the case. Companies that conduct business in a shady manner like this are despicable.

The bed was off the bed frame cause a metal rod to stick out underneath the box spring, but we didn't see it because the comforter was hanging over it. My 2 year old son slipped off the bed and hit his forehead on the metal, requiring two stitches at the emergency room. The one reason I am not sueing is because the attorneys I talked to said the wound is not serious enough for the effort. Additionally, the window did not lock, the HVAC didn't work, the TV didn't have any channels on it just a blank screen. When we complained about the HVAC and TV we were told to "unplug it and plug it back in".

We believe the staff did the best they could with what they have. The entire stay was a disaster. First: our original room could not be opened because the door was broken. We saw the same situation happen for a few other guests. They were able to give us another room immediately which was great. That room’s tv did not work, the fire alarm was chirping and it took a few times asking to get that remedied. The toilet was also clogged. TV was never fixed. The room smelled like old cigarettes masked by cleaning supplies. There were only 2 towels for 4 people. Linens were never changed and when we requested new linens - the staff member said “if we have any”. They never got us the new linens after we had informed them our autistic son had an accident - so he had to sleep on soiled sheets. The staff were divided between two hotels so it was difficult to get help and at times there was no staff in the building and impossible to find someone if there was an issue. There were several people who lived on the premises and they were unsafe and seemingly under the influence of drugs. This made this an unsafe environment, especially for my children. The maintenance and staff did try to accommodate - it just seems they are stretched entirely too thin for the amount of issues present. Also: the fire alarm went off for 30 minutes, fire dept came to check, cleared the building. But no one offered an explanation or reached out to us.

We were to stay at Motel 8 but they only had a king on 2nd floor, we are not able to carry the luggage. They moved us next door to Days Inn, 1st floor, but queen beds. The dresser did not have a bottom in it. Everytime we left the room the keys would not work, There was no Ice, you had to walk back to Motel 8. They told us someone would look at the door, never did, really angry about that. Went to check out and speak to the manager. No one there so we left. From the moment we got here we knew it was budget, and that was ok, but it couldn’t deliver on most basic motel needs. I booked 2 rooms, and both were in the same condition: no air conditioning, no working tv, no towels, a shower curtain that was too far away from the tub to actually be a shower curtain, and two throw pillows on the king beds. To cool the room in 90° heat we opened a window that had no screen on it on the top floor, and crack our door to get a cross breeze. I think I slept maybe 1.5 hours? The freeway was too loud since the air conditioning was out and the window was open. Just don’t book here. Sleep in your car, that would be more restful.

The room smelled strongly like cigarette smoke even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. The carpets were stained. The lamp shades torn. Supposed to be a continental breakfast. That was coffee with no creamer, and a cup of yogurt with no spoons. The second morning the yogurt was gone by 8:00. My room key didn't work if I left the room (I had to get a new one 5 times). The breakfast was the worst I've ever had. A package of small muffins --1 kind of dry cereal & the milk sitting out on the counter -no refrigerated-- no fruit or juice any day. The last day they did have small cups of yogurt with thr muffins but then no cereal. The coffee was made & in a thermos but it was cold. There was a microwave to reheat it. All in all there was really nothing there. I had a handicap room ? with only a grab bar near the toliet -- none in the tub -- very dangerous getting in the shower. I asked for a seat to sit on while showering & they did get one from the motel across the way but it was still very dangerous trying to get in & out of the shower. The water supply was switched so the hot was the cold but they did tell me so it wasn't a surprise. Something was wrong with the TV so you could never turn it off only the sound but of course the picture made the room impossible to darken. They only cleaned my room 1 day & only after I asked. The man who checked me in the first day was very nice but I only saw him that day. I have never been so disappointed in a motel like there but I flew in --had no car -- no way to get to another motel so I endured my stay but never stay there again & will warn others

We ended up not staying because of how dirty it was. There was mold and mildew in the bathroom, the sheets were dirty and stained, and a lot of the furniture was broken.

Felt unsafe. Had a disgusting experience. Blood stains on carpet and wall. Random nasty stains. The room reeked of cigarettes. Cigarette burn on bed. Dirty bedding. Didn’t last 3 hrs before asking for a refund.

We were visiting our son stationed there in the army. It was quiet and room was comfortable. We did have to go next door for breakfast in the mornings cause kitchen wasn’t open. Other than that it was ok.

Cigarette burn in sheets. The breakfast was not stocked and also very dirty/not maintained. The juice machine was not working & the soda machine was dispensing expired soda. The property was quiet for the most part and the night staff was very friendly.

After we arrived at about 6pm and checked the ONLY room available to us(I was told it was unusual to sold out all rooms but that one even though i’ve booked way back), I had NO choice but canceled the room so that May be the manager could sell this last room since it’s so popular hotel. I immediately book another hotel across the street also operated by the same hotel chain. The room price was just slightly higher than the other room, since i had you purchased on the spot not online. I like that room though. I am still shock that the same hotel chain will operate 2 hotels within 100 ft to each other with such big difference in quality. Anyway, sorry for the bad report. I was just explain what’s wrong experienced.

This Motel has a lot of issues. The entire Motel Wreaked of pot smoke! It was overwhelming! Our rooms TV was shattered so they moved us to another room. That room did not have a mini-Fridge or a microwave, the Heat and Air did not work, only the fan and it was quite loud. They were supposed to provide breakfast, and you had to walk to the next-door Hotel for that and they were not adequate for that amount of people they needed to feed. Not a great experience.

The card never worked to open the door. A front desk person had to come open my door with their key each time I needed in. The hall A/C unit was on the outside wall by my bed and was very loud for my entire stay. Not all pillows had pillow cases when I got the room. The shower knob was falling off. When the front desk staff was asked to get the access issue with the door lock fixed nothing was done.

The AC doesn't work neither does the microwave. I had to get my key card redone every time I left. But I'd have to wait for someone to come to the front desk from across the street at Days inn, I was staying at super 8. They split staff between both places.

John from the night time staff was amazing! Truly was a remarkable person, however the day time staff was discriminant towards me and my colored girlfriend. They would not give our deposit back for no other reason than her having her menstrual cycle. Which is ridiculous, considering we were polite ourselves removing the bed sheets and putting them in a pile. Since I travel with many females (daughters, sisters) I will just go ahead and tell them to cover it up in the future (how are you supposed to be careful when your body doesn't give warning towards this that is why the sheets are white, that is why you have bleach) you blatantly used it as a excuse to steal the money. Live and learn. Try to be honest and cheap hotel staff takes advantage to take your cash. Not to mention our next room neighbor was smoking crack and asking us for tin foil. Awesome, glad I gave you guys a chance and you completely blew it. Again, none of this reflects on John, he was EXTREMELY nice and helpful. To your daytime staff. KARMA

This property has nice staff, however, it had no available towels to take showers at one point, and we had to have our cards rekeyed Everytime we came back. It never opened on demand. The carpets were filthy, it didn't have a coffeemaker or a Continental breakfast (as promised in ad!)

There was multiple areas on the walls that had been patched, but never re-painted, carpets were very stained, no towels in our room until we went down to request them, only a partial roll of toilet paper for a multiple day stay even though someone had been in our room to collect trash.

Room was really bad holes in the furniture holes in the curtains. I laid in the sheets for about 20 minutes and was concerned there could be bed bugs or other problems in this room so I asked for a new room they said none was available it was booked full so I asked for a refund and they said no. I ended up going to a different hotel for the night.

Front door does not close, room had dirty badly stained carpet. Tile in bath broken, paint coming off walls, bedspread and curtains had holes. No continental breakfast, had to go to days in next door they only had coffee juice and cereal and milk. Horrible place. I couldn't sleep on bed.

There is no coffeemaker or microwaves in rooms; breakfast was not provided (nor was coffee). Had to have key card reset every day; lots outside had old furniture and mattresses. Was provided one bottle of shampoo (no soap), and though housekeeping never cleaned my room they came in one day and took my towels and didn’t replace them leaving me having to search someone down at 6am so I could take a shower. Definitely do not recommend.

First of all, the very large front door was hanging off the hinge as a greeting to guests. But we ignored that. We went in and it felt like there was NO AC on in the entire building!! Not okay for summer travels! Then, the clerk told us we were on the top floor (only 2 floors in entire hotel) but there were no elevators! We both had 2 pieces of luggage each which were both heavy enough! Frustrated, we decided to walk up to our room to see if all of this hassle was worth it. Nope! The door was closed and in a "locked" position, but we could push it open with 2 fingers. We tried it 3 times to make sure we weren't dreaming! Needless to say, we marched downstairs and got our money back and had to try and find another hotel last minute!! Do not bother staying here!

This hotel is extremely run-down, as of August 2024. The carpets were filthy, both in the hall and in the room. The entire floor in the room was sticky -- I wouldn't walk on the floor without shoes on, my feet stuck to the floor. The blankets were threadbare and had cigarette burn holes. The toilet seat was completely worn out and disgusting.

There were blood stains in the hallways busted out side doors with caution tape. Room was a mess and disgusting, all electronics were gutted in the room no towels over priced full of drug addicts that live there. Party central on the weekend while I was there they were shooting fireworks out of the parking lot and drugs everywhere. Would love my money back and left a day early not worth the danger. Will never recommend or go back should be shut down.

I asked for extra blanket, they said they do not have any. It was advertised that they have crib for 10$, we asked they said they do not have any, misleading advertisement! There was only 1 towel in our room, (we were 4) when I asked for an extra towel, they said they did not have any extra. We had to request two times for an extra towel until I pointed out the other room they had, so they bring. There was a spider in the bathroom, which perhaps needs treatment. The ice machine did not work. The breakfast was not served in the hotel, they sent us to the neighboring hotel, where the breakfast was basic (just milk, cereal, and yogurt). No coffee at 7 AM! I had to ask their staff to refill the coffee. The room carpet needs to be washed.
