Check in was fast and the staff was friendly. Loved that hey had Dove products in the shower and bathroom sink. Beds were really comfortable as well. Pool and jacuzzi were great! not too cold and kids enjoyed it, and its open until 11pm. Would stay here again, main reason for choosing this hotel was that it was newer and close to the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Wal-Mart and food such as Old Chicago.

The breakfast was hot and there were many different options. Plenty of seating for guests. The morning light makes the space bright and sunny.

The pool was nice and fun for my daughter. The room was nice and tidy. The front desk attendant seemed like she was having and off day and was not friendly at all. The worst part was the fire alarm going off in the middle of the night and having to stand outside in the rain. We booked this hotel so we could get sleep before a big event that I was racing at. As soon as I stated to fall asleep the fire alarm started going off. We had to go stand outside in the rain. The building was clear so there was no fire. And then we went back in to get just a few hours of sleep before we could get up at 5am.

The hotel is actually fabulous. The beds are so comfortable. The only issue that I had was during check in, they wanted to charge me again for the room when I had already paid through Hotels.com. The lady said she had it all taken care of but when I went to check out the situation wasn’t cleared up but she was able to straighten it out and gave me a receipt with a zero balance. Other than that my stay was awesome.

It was brand new, everything was very clean. It was as expected for a brand name hotel - the breakfast was good, everything was extremely clean, the check in process was smooth and the rooms were clean and had nice furniture. The soundproofing wasn’t as good as I expected for a new hotel. We could hear the room above us and some highway noise, though I was able to sleep okay and would not have been with worse road noise. I also found the shopping centre car park it is in to be a bit stressful to drive in, which is mostly because I am an anxious driver.

If you are planning to use the pool/hot tub here then I would not recommend this hotel at all. They need to bring in a pool company to fix the issues they are having or close the pool.

I have stayed here a couple times and will stay again in the future. Fast friendly staff.

Very clean, saw plenty of guest with pets, mountain view from the entrance was beautiful although the room I had didn't have a mountain view. The room was great and just what I needed.

Everything was excellent and the breakfast was wonderful! Only negative thing was our rooms plug ins. Some worked some did not. Need to get s electrician to check them out.

My stay was wonderful. Enjoyed the swimming pool, hot tub, and breakfast. Overall the best experience of all was that my grandson left his case of head phones, and iPod and we left it accidentally in our room after checking out and the hotel help to make sure we got our stuff back. Exceptional staff and hotel. Thank you Holiday Inn for an exceptional stay experience.

Booked through Hotel.com. Was charged around $90.00 when I left the hotel. Called the hotel to inquire about charges. Was told a “ghost card should have been charged if booked through hotel.com”…Have not heard back. Still don’t know why my credit card was charged an extra 90.00?!

The hotel is conveniently located to Fort Carson. The room was great, the staff was courteous and the breakfast had plenty of variety. Will book here again.

The check-in was fast an cordial. Our room was spotless. The shower was large and relaxing. The breakfast bar consisted of two different kinds of omelets, and two different kinds of sausages, plus pancakes, yogurt, cinnamon rolls and more -- it was fantastic! i will remember this location for future trips. Highly recommend.

Clean new hotel with excellent rooms and an extremely soft bed! Enjoyed the snacks available in the market and onsite breakfast was good. Loved the cinnamon rolls. My only complaint is that footsteps from above occupants can be loud. There is a section of solid ground for the bathroom and entryway that I think gives way to louder footsteps. The rest of the room is carpeted so the problem only seems to be towards the front of the room.

Very clean, very friendly, good, fresh breakfast choices. Room design impressed me. In addition to the bathroom mirror, there's a full length mirror right inside the door with a corner shelf and a plug next to it. This makes it so convenient for 2 people to get ready simultaneously. There's also a good sized bench for luggage along with a drop zone for keys etc and a desk with a very nice and bright desk light. A desk chair and a corner chair provide ample seating. Two TP holders next to the toilet and they have Dove hygiene products to use which is what I use at home. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

We enjoyed the accommodations, there is lots of construction currently which obstructs the beauty but still excellent in all other areas!

area is nice and full of restauants and has Walmart and Sams next door not super quiet (its right off I25) but not bad parking lot is new and calm and not many drifters near. new hotel going up next door as well cheap gas at Sams to!

I was able to use the Hot Tub and Swimming Pool. Most hotels have pools but are in renovation 90% of the time and are closed. Best breakfast and being greeted by saying, Welcome Back, was a sincere greeting that made me feel welcomed.

Hotel facility is very nice and nearly new. Next to Wal-Mart and several eating places which is convenient. Current construction next door is not horrible - just not the best.

The place is very quiet, clean, near the hotel there are shopping centers easy to get to without a car, the only thing they don't have are the shuttle buses to pick you up at the airport.

The room above made loud noise all night into the next morning. Made several complaints throughout the night. Still kept making noise. Only compensation offered was a beverage

Didn't care for the TV set up, and line up. The remote worked ONLY after fidgeting with the batteries - which go ridiculous every time i wanted to change the channel.

Convenience of going/ leaving Colorado Springs after a weekend getaway. Plenty of shopping and restaurant access all around me.

The hotel is conveniently located near shops and restaurants. The lobby and rooms were clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

The staff were amazing. They were so accommodating and so kind and polite.

Some of the other travelers were a bit noisy but this place is my go to for Colorado Springs

We have stayed here twice and will continue to stay hwre everytime we come to Colorado Springs. Our hotel was fully booked for the holiday weekend and you would of had no idea! Convenient walking distance food and shopping. The staff is always so positive and attentive.

It was nice, restaurants are close, Walmart next door. While the breakfast looked nice it was not very warm, but it is offered. They also have shampoo/conditioner and body wash in the shower which is very nice. I would recommend staying here.

The things we disliked were beyond the control of the hotel. It's very close to I-25, so there are no good views. You currently have to drive through a construction area to get to the hotel. That should be resolved in a few months.

No towels or toilet paper were left behind!!! I had to go to the front desk for towels and toilet paper!!! And guy in front desk was just like whatever if you need them come down I am only one here I can’t take them but when I went downstairs he wasn’t at the desk

The staff was so welcoming and professional. We were traveling from out of town and they were able to get our rooms near each other. This was very convenient.

I love Holiday Inn Express hotels and this one was no exception. It was clean, breakfast was delicious, and the front desk staff (specifically Amber) was very friendly. She greeted us every time we walked by. The best part of this hotel is that they have a one time $50 pet fee! They need to do this at ALL their locations, and we’d stay exclusively with them!! Overall great stay!

Check in was fine. Very next day room did not get cleaned. Linens and towels were thrown on the floor. Front desk gave us blankets and sheets and told us to make our own beds. Very rude manager would not give us another room.

Refrigerator didn't work lost 2 meals, door to swiming pool wouldn't accept card to get in when front desk was told he said he knew to come and "get him to let us in. Ran out of hot water at coffee bench for hot tea after 2 cups.overall very disappointing with the exception of the outside grounds very well taken care of.

Fabulous and friendly staff, especially Amber who manned the front desk part of the time. Easy access to everything. Make sure that you ask for a room not facing the main road. We got our room changed and all was wonderful.
