We were pleased with all aspects of this Hampton Inn—spacious room, comfortable bed, great shower, and fantastic breakfast!

I had a short trip here but the hotel was lovely. Staff is very friendly the rooms were clean, and thank you for being cat friendly.

Sherri at the Front Desk checked us in. She was very friendly and made us felt very welcome. She checked us in a mountain-view room that had a beautiful view of Pike's Peak. Our room was spacious and clean. Plenty park spaces on site. The hotel was walking distance to Target which was nice for me to pick up few things that I needed. The unlimited hot beverage kept us warm and the complimentary breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The gym was equipped with all the essential equipment for my workout needs. All the hotel staff were very nice and courteous. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay.

Great location & walking distance to restaurants and especially the event venue, literally across the parking lot. We saved money and a lot of time by being able to walk vs drive for our event ! Other stores/restaurants very close driving distance and helpful for items you may need or have forgotten.

The staff is very friendly and personable. I really don’t have a single complaint about anything. Even the snacks they offer are good.

We chose this hotel because was right next to the Broadmoor World Center as we were attending a concert. The thermostat wasn’t easy to control the heat. Breakfast was basic. But it was clean and easy access.

Our only problem was that we were given a room with two queen size beds. We had booked a room with a king-size bed, not happy about that.

Watch on overbooking rooms. We had to get a single room with a roll away to accommodate us.

Our initial room smelled of chemicals as construction was ongoing during our hotel stay. Fridge in the room was not plugged in so we were unable to keep food cold initially. Our serious safety concern was the shower in our room malfunctioned and would not turn off. It remained on full blast with extremely hot, scalding water. At the same time, one side of shower was sealed, making it difficult to safely exit the stall. We were upgraded to another room.

Location was ok and grounds were not the best kept up. We reserved a king size bed months in advance and when we arrived they put us in a room with 2 full beds. Said they were booked and therefore couldn't move us. There is no way they were booked based on the amount of cars and people we saw.

This property is dated. They’ve started to make some upgrades, but it needs a little more work. There was not a comfortable chair to sit in in the room. Only a kitchen type chair with the desk.

Professional and helpful

We were there to attend the TSO concert next door at the Broadmoor World Arena. We had hoped for early check-in but no rooms were ready. Alicia locked up our bag for us and allowed us to park in the hotel lot while we attended the concert. When we returned, check-in was simple and quick. The room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was OK, although I would have liked some kind of jam other than grape, and there was no salt or pepper set out. All in all, a very nice stay.

Next thought to ask if the room was designed for handicapped. The closet could not hang long garments. The shower has limited space to place shower items while showering.

Toilet seat poorly mounted. Blower on air conditioner was only high speed and no directional adjustment. Blew right in my face. Breakfast was good and the attendant was excellent.

The King room I had was roomy and plenty for a single occupant. The room was serviced every other day. The curtains didn't like to close all the way and the parking lot lights shined right at my window. Be nice to have a means to tie those closed. The breakfast was really good each morning. At least for the 6 days I stayed it was the same each morning, but it was plenty and it was good. The location worked perfectly for my visit being on the edge of the lot for the Broadmoor World Arena. Plenty of restaurants were right across the street: BWW, Outback, Old Chicago, etc. Plus Target was right up the road. The doors required keycards 24/7, which is some nice added security. Overall a good stay and great location close to I-25.

This was a fantastic hotel to stay at for a concert at the broadmoor world arena. Just steps away from the concert. Not only that the hotel was clean, the beds were awesomely comfortable, the breakfast was good and the staff was friendly and helpful. My only disappointment is the hot tub wasn't working, which seems to always happen to me. Waaah.

Our room was clean and comfortable. I especially liked the shower head, there was good pressure. The breakfast was very good with a variety of items.

Everything was clean and fresh. There were adequate bath linens, and beds were well appointed. The bathroom was clean, as well. I didn't get breakfast either day this time, as I was in town to see family, and we ate together. It smelled great, though. The desk staff were all helpful and friendly.

I’ve stayed at a lot of Hamptons. This one was great! The room I got was huge! The layout was great. Condition felt nice. Staff was friendly & helpful even on a very busy holiday weekend where they were at max capacity. I highly recommend this property.

Free breakfast was terrible and cold. 10-12 people being made to wait till 6am to get breakfast when everything was ready before 5:45 cold eggs, cold gravy, cold biscuits. 1” of water at the top of the oatmeal. Staff should be required to eat it daily.

Dani was wonderful! I am disabled and when I got to the room and saw the really short toilets that I was unable to sit down or get up from she immediately reassigned us to a disability friendly room. She was very helpful when our key cards stopped working, answered all our questions with a pleasant attitude. She made our stay really special. We loved staying at the Hampton and will certainly pick it again.

The breakfast scrambled eggs had a weird texture to it but I hear that happens when it’s made from powder. Appreciate that they offer breakfast at all. It was great to have a tea and coffee station as well as a water station available all day. For some reason I didn’t get a single day of housekeeping for my 4 night stay likely because I had booked the trip on a few separate bookings and they clean only every other day apparently, but I didn’t bother asking about it. I’m sure they would have sent housekeeping had I asked.

Wonderful accommodations. Friendly staff. Comfortable atmosphere. Upsetting to see every single juice cup wrapped individually in plastic film. Coffee cups are not this way. Very wasteful and environmentally unfriendly.

Staff wasn’t overly friendly. They didn’t mention the included breakfast. Key card reader for our door malfunctioned multiple times! Hotel is tucked away at the end of a shopping center, so the area isn’t very pretty. However, there a quite a few restaurants within walking distance, so that was convenient.

Walking distance to our event at the Broadmoor, The Staff is what made the stay amazing! There were extra security steps in place to keep guest and property safe because of the huge event made us feel way more safe a comfortable. Staff was very helpful, friendly and conversation were awesome! The only issue we experienced was the noise from other guest if your loud enough and you didn't have to try to be too loud the walls are super thin above us, besides us, doors slam at all hours a little unsettling, the second was the bed was just uncomfortable, third our heating unit would blow hot air then cold the next go around other then that it was still a nice stay would we stay here again no.

I visited the Hotel, 3/23 thru 3/27, it was very clean and staff was friendly. I did find it strange the front doors were locked and required a room key or staff to let you in. The bed was terrible and the pillows were the worst ever.

This hotel was located in the airport part of town according to both receptionist they did not have any places to go. It was a very noisy hotel. Also, the pipe burst and so they were fans throughout the main floor and it smelled like egg water.

the rooms were not the cleanest, the toilets were so low to the ground we had to purchase a toilet seat because there were no grabbars or any thing of assistance for the elderly. the noise level was terrible. we could hear all the activity on the floor, and when you turned the lights off, you could see a 1/4 inch frame around the door. not a good experience. beds were so uncomfortable, and when you lay on the mattress, it felt like it was rolling you out onto the floor.

Check in was fast and efficient. Hotel was neat and clean and offered the standard, but plentiful Continental Breakfast. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars was unlike other hotels, it did not provide any plugs near the bed to charge devices. It also did not have any USB plugs in the room. Charging devices is now a way a life and I would rather stay at a hotel that has accepted this and has updated their room to accommodate. Besides that, I would highly recommend the hotel.

My son and I were back in the Springs for a celebration of life so didn’t spend much time there. Breakfast was awesome and the attendant was very friendly and helpful.

Not to mention it lists as pet friendly, however we were charged an additional $75 for our non-shedding dog who has CGC certification to stay there from 11pm - 8am. To me, $75 for one night (especially for a well behaved and low impact) for one dog is absolutely ridiculous. That’s half the price of a room. The staff was nice enough but this hotel needs a remodel or at a minimum a deep cleaning as our room was no where near acceptable, especially for the price we paid - per charges aside. I think the 9.0 rating I saw when I booked is skewed or outdated. Would not recommend.

We had a nice stay and the suite was very clean and comfortable. The staff were ‘okay’. The breakfast was very mediocre, especially for a Hampton Inn. We usually rely on a nice breakfast. It’s one of the reason we select a Hampton Inn. We actually didn’t eat there the second day. The location was good. Restaurants nearby were nice.

Absolutely perfect stay here. Employees were fantastic. We checked in with a gentleman (i can't remember his name now but out had a capital L in the middle of it?) that was so friendly he made my evening (after a long 9 hour drive). Hotel was clean.
