Lovely big and comfortable rooms. Staff are absolutely miserable here. When we went to check in the woman helping us was so rude. She said we canceled our booking which wasn’t true and made us panic. She didn’t give a shit. When I asked her to look again she found us and that we’d already paid. No apologies for the mistake. The air con units are a joke, so loud that we couldn’t sleep! The hotel is also right on the edge of the interstate so the road noise was bad here. Pool looked lovely in the photos but wasn’t nice in person, sad and dingy and in the parking lot!??? We had no hot water in our room on the second night. Called reception and got told to wait 2 hours because the hotel was full so the hot water had run out lol. At 9pm we called back and they moved us to another room. Again the staff member was so subpar, no apology or care and just handed me the key cards. Breakfast was crap, food was so bland and cheap. Not sure how people eat this sort of food, it’s like plastic!

This hotel has a lot of nice areas to relax, unwind, and chill after a long day of traveling. It was clean. The food/bar area was great and very well staffed and maintained. We have been traveling for two weeks and it had the best breakfast of any hotel we have stayed at.
- 5/5
It was so close to Garden of the Gods.
- 5/5
Very clean and comfortable Nothing
- 4/5
Location and cleanliness Bathroom is small
- 3/5
Great spacious room but wasn’t enough for 4 (2 kids). Pullout bed wasn’t super comfortable. No microwave in the room but you have access to one in the guest kitchen but you have to go all the way there to use it. There was a weird smell in the guest kitchen. Breakfast was really good. Staff was helpful and responsive.
- 5/5
Everything was great! The check in process could have been smoother and faster. Maybe employees are overworked. Breakfast was amazing. If you your room is facing the highway it would be loud to sleep at night. I had my noise defuser so I was OK.
- 3/5
The room was nice, but the breakfast was not edible and there is no additional food service othee than reheated meals. The coffee was nice. While checking out, there was a clearly drugged (I would assume fentanyl) man in the elevator. I requested help from the staff and he was removed, but he was able to get into the hotel unnoticed by the staff. A less than optimal experience, to say the least.
- 5/5
Excellent customer service and very clean.
- 5/5
Very clean hotel, pool was a little small but my kids loved it! Overall we would definitely stay here again
- 4.5/5
The staff were amazing. Very friendly, compassionate employees that give a great value to this hotel. Can't say I disliked anything
- 3/5
Breakfast room and layout not good to move people through to get their food.
- 4/5
Had reserved many rooms a year in advance and called a few weeks before arriving. Noted in both reservation and phone call we needed our rooms next to each other. We were not even close to each other after check in. Trash cans in room are no bigger than a liter bottle, very inconvenient. Overall nice hotel and would stay again if needed.

- 5/5
Wonderful stay and would definitely go back
- 4/5
Comfortable quality beds. Highly recommend.
- 4/5
Room very spacious, comfortable. Good location with lots of eateries around. Short drive to garden of the gods. Gym was excellent! Breakfast was terrible. There seemed to only be one poor woman working trying to get food out as well as cleaning tables and making coffees. Breakfast items ran out too early.
- 2.5/5
The AC unit in the room rattled loudly and nonstop through the night making it a sleepless night.
- 0.5/5
Curtain handle has fallen but not fixed. Maintenance is not good. Breakfast was so crowded because its space is so small and clumsy.

Rooms were nice. Our only complaint is the bathroom is so small. You hit your knee trying to close the door the room is so small.
- 5/5

- 2/5
The lady who checked us in was very rude. Our room was not ready at check in time, so our “Mountain View” room that I paid extra for ended up on the second floor and was mostly a view of the trees in the parking lot.
- 5/5
Was excellent place to stay!
- 5/5
There is not much seating in the breakfast area. Staff needs to be more informed about amenities as it relates to rentals. Two staff members made no mention of charging a deposit for items, while another claimed to charge for $100. Then after looking into her own book that there was a charge for rentals it turned out to be a totally different price of like $350. I’ve stayed at the Four Seasons where they do not charge for renting items so not sure why these fees are astronomical.
- 5/5
Fantastic stay all around.
- 5/5
Very quiet. Close to all the fun!
- 5/5
Breakfast were good and varied. Scrambled eggs and fruit salad were available everyday along with cereals. They were accompanied by sausage, turkey bacon, French toast, mini spinach quiches, sausage gravy and biscuits. We enjoyed it. Hotel was clean and quiet, door key worked every time, air conditioner and heater in the room worked, bed was comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

I reserved a king Mountain View room for my 20 year wedding anniversary. When we arrived we were told that they had us in a room with 2 queen size beds. I asked if there was any other king rooms available and was told there was not. I was upset but needed a place to stay so I took it. When we got to the room it was full size beds not queen. I went back to the lobby and was told that is what they have. I became more annoyed and went back to the room and contacted Hotels.com about a refund so I could go elsewhere and was told that the GM Stacy denied my refund. At this point I was beyond mad. My wife went and talked to the staff in the lobby and was finally given the correct room I paid for. After all that the beds are way too soft, bathrooms are basically a 5x5 closet and the breakfast is terrible. I wouldn’t stay at this place again if you paid me. I have worked customer service for over 20 years and understand things happen but a good business takes care of the customer and doesn’t lie to them.
- 5/5
This place exceeded my expectations. I had an issue with checking in, not the hotels fault it was Expedias fault. The hotel staff helped me resolve the issue. I had 2 rooms both were much bigger than I expected and very clean. There was a lady at the front desk, I can’t recall her name! (I have her card somewhere in my luggage) she was fabulous, she checked me in the night we arrived! Kudos to her and all her help. Breakfast was decent only negative is I wish they had more then 2 small waste baskets in the rooms. We will absolutely stay at this property again. Right off the highway with food and stores close by
- 5/5
Cuarto confortable y limpio. Excelente atención en recepción.
- 5/5
Amazing property and staff. Parking was great too.
- 4/5
Great stay, we had an issue with our room and they were happy to help us out. Breakfast was great. They had plenty of gluten free items. Overall, great stay.
- 5/5
Our entire five day stay was exceptional the staff was very courteous . The rooms were clean and maintained. Breakfast was on point. Location of the property was not far from all the attractions we wanted to see. Like the garden of the gods.
- 3/5
I stay at many hotels throughout the country, hence I can make the comparison. The breakfast menu needs to be revamped, pretty basic. Also, there was a constant stench (smelt like a sewer line) at the back carpark, near the pool. So using those entry doors was always a quick walk for us. Get that checked. However, the room was clean, staff was helpful & responsive.
- 4/5
The breakfast was very nice and full of extensive selection. Thanks! The Mountain View was fairly blocked by other buildings but a short walk and you get the full view.
- 5/5
The breakfast each morning was fantastic!
- 5/5
Great location; quiet, easy access.
- 5/5
Stay overall was great everybody working there was very friendly. Breakfast was pretty good. The hot items change every day. Pool is closed for the winter.
- 4/5
Breakfast menu was excellent. Bar service was very good. Bar tenders didn't always know how to mix a cocktail, but overall we managed.
- 4/5
Otherwise stay was good.
- 5/5
This place was very nice. It was by many food chains. Staff were always available and the free breakfast was great. Rooms were clean and very nice. Highly recommended.
- 2/5
Terrible location, bad highway noise, crowded breakfast
- 4/5
The room was clean and people were nice
- 5/5
Clean room, view was awful it was of the entrance and roof.
- 5/5
The rooms are spacious and clean. Great view from our window. We were passing through and wanted to visit Garden of the Gods. We found the hotel close to the interstate and also very close to Garden of the Gods. Am very happy we booked a return stay as we head back home.
- 5/5
Mm
- 5/5
I loved my room
- 5/5
The room was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
Wonderfull
- 4/5
Hotel is pretty accessable for being off the interstate. Plenty of food options around. Gas station close by. Would stay here again!
- 4/5
When we arrived the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was cleanish. Windows made it a bit difficult to take pictures of the view i paid for. But all in all i would stay here again.
- 3/5
Bathroom tub and toilet area too small. Sink outside of bathroom. I dont prefer that set up. Room very spacoius. Microwave in room would have been nice. Staff great. Breakfast typical. Great location.
- 3/5
The staff is very good
- 1/5
The first room was dirty, there
- 3/5
Waste basket wasn’t emptied, wife step on some kind of plastic on carpet, found more plastic on self, bowl under bed and hair on side of shower. Wasn’t there best effort . Third time staying there and we were disappointed.
- 5/5
Room was pretty clean. The most important thing for me was convenience to my work location
- 3/5
Room in good condition and kind staff.
- 5/5
Everything was good I enjoyed the whole experience.
- 5/5
The room was great!
- 5/5
Everything was really clean it was great and the staff was really friendly.
- 3/5
Breakfast was not promptly refilled on time despite hour left.
- 3/5
Room - house keeping should make sure the shower bottle, shampoo and conditioner bottles are filled before the guests arrive. They should provide thick comforter for the sofa bed and not just a thin bedsheet material which doesn’t help in the cold weather. Amenities are modern in the room, which is good but they should have provided microwave in all the rooms. Coffee should be available all the time for the guests.
- 5/5
All was good. Room, staff, breakfast.
- 5/5

- 5/5
Room was very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful
- 5/5
Nice clean rooms, great breakfast
- 5/5
Great breakfast! Very clean and nice rooms
- 4/5
It was clean polite staff
- 1/5
Room felt old and dated, staff was dismissive.
- 5/5
Room was clean , very big to move arnd in. Queen beds were great. Close to everything in area.. was a great stay
- 5/5
Room was nice clean friendly staff
- 5/5
Everyone has been so friendly and welcoming we will definitely be staying again!
- 4/5
The temperature was hard to manage. Too cold then too hot
- 5/5
Nice place to stay. Above average free hotel breakfast
- 5/5
Clean rooms, all the appliances worked, gym was clean and usable, good breakfast.
- 5/5
Clean and spacious room with couch/TV area. Complimentary breakfast better than expected! No free bottle of water for regular guests.
- 5/5
Clean, quiet, comfortable, spacious, convenient. Good value. Staff were polite and helpful. Not sure if it is considered an amenity found only in lower tier motel/hotel chains, but a microwave in the room would have been nice.
- 5/5
Manager was great as were all the other check in desk employees we encountered.
- 5/5
Good breakfast, friendly helpful staff, great room and bed.
- 4/5
Not that healthy powder eggs, sausage links and some bread options, little bit of fruit. Drink options were good milk, juice and coffee.
- 5/5
It’s great. Closed to all tourist spots.
- 3/5
Inattentive staff. Room was not ready for 3pm check - in. Room reserved not available.
- 5/5
Comfortable rooms
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
Excellent staff. Full hotel and everyone remained calm.
- 4/5
Great place to stay. Only complain was super slow service at the bar. I think they had like two ladies and they were running the bar and front desk. So I don’t blame them. Other than that this place was great.
- 5/5
It was close to what we wanted to see and food was great.
- 5/5
Room was very nice. Great view.
- 3/5
We were assigned the handicap room and there were 3 bottles of drain cleaner in the bathroom. We returned them to the front desk and they didn't know why they were there. Well, the next morning my husband took as shower and the water went allllll over the bathroom. What a mess. We were assigned another room immediately so I could take a shower.
- 5/5
Great one night stay. Will stay again
- 4/5
Clean, comfortable, reasonably priced. Front desk staff could have been friendlier and more on the ball.
- 3/5
Should be queens
- 5/5
Awesome location. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Very nice- big rooms.
- 4/5
The rooms and breakfast were great. It seemed under-staffed at the time, that might be my only complaint!
- 2/5
We are very disappointed with this property. The bathroom set up is ridiculous. There was a toilet and a stand alone shower that was so small it was like a closet. You almost couldn't shut the door and there wasn't enough space to get dressed after showering. Not a good use of space considering the room with the sink is quite spacious. Also no microwave in the room. The night desk clerk was very rude on more than one occasion.
- 5/5
Beautiful room and property.
- 5/5
Very accessible to everything
- 5/5
The room was spacious and very clean. I was impressed by the cleanliness. Most comfortable hotel stay I have had in many years.
- 5/5
Perfect location and love garden of the gods location.
- 1/5
Closed the hotel the same day I was supposed to check in.
- 1/5
Friday, we left early to do a bunch of sight seeing. We came back around 1:30p and realized there was no water. We called the front desk to inquire. We were told “yeah we’re aware, we’ll see if there’s anything we can do for you for the inconvenience.” It wasn’t just an inconvenience. It was a sanitation issue. The bigger problem was that we were getting married the next day, which they knew. We waited a few hours and then went down to the front desk to ask in person what was happening. There were several other guests clearly confused and upset in the lobby. I was met by the assistant manager AJ at the front desk. I was polite and asked for an update on the water issue. I was met with an attitude and bluntness I did not appreciate. He told me he was aware of the issue and had no updates. I explained that I had a pretty big situation — we were getting married the next day and it was pertinent we had water to shower. I was then told by AJ, “well it could be a day, or a week, until we have water. We don’t know.” Zero empathy. Zero problem solving. He acted like he gave no damns and couldn’t be bothered to help us. We left and went to another hotel, thanks to Expedia’s help. That hotel needs shut down and inspected. And AJ needs a different job.
- 3/5
I stayed five days there. The hotel is almost new, the room is of a decent size, and the furniture is good. The cleaning is average, but I need to ask the housekeeper to come and clean every day. It is a hectic hotel. The breakfast is below average. The surroundings are not safe. My last problem was last night. I parked my car in front of the back door, and my bikes were stolen the next morning. During my checkout, I complained to the staff, showing pictures of the bike racks with broken lockers on the ground. The staff asked me about the police report that I don't have. But, as one of the bikes has an Apple AirTag, the signal was captured near the hotel. All police development action took place. They didn't find my bikes; they were just part of that. I gave the officer the name of the staff member I complained about, and they went there to look for evidence. Even though I have my contact date, none from the hotel after 23 days have given me or sent me any word. It is not a behavior I expect from the Hyatt brand.
- 4/5
Great Stay
- 5/5
Very friendly and professional establishment. Courteous staff. Clean property
- 5/5
Very spacious room. Very helful staff cheerfully got me ice each morning for my water bottle. Comfortable and beautiful. Great breakfast, but get there early!
- 4/5
We stayed for 2 days. First day was nice but 2nd day breakfast could have been better and house keeping was not done
- 5/5
I will stay here again real soon!
- 5/5
Informed staff
- 5/5
Pool was great. The kids and I enjoyed our stay.
- 5/5
I was impressed with the front desk staff and the spaciousness of the room
- 4/5
The room and common areas were clean and nicely presented. Seemed like it was in nice shape and didn't look older. Breakfast was well done. This might seem a little picky, but, the trash cans in the room were very small. Only other issue I had as a light sleeper was the interstate road noise. Close to Garden of The Gods.
- 5/5
They really enjoyed the pool. Will definitely be staying here again
- 5/5
Nice hotel and great location.
- 1/5
Disgusting Management
- 4/5
Nice place
- 5/5
Quiet, clean, upscale, nice views, friendly staff
- 5/5
Clean
- 5/5
Great place. Friendly, helpful staff. Convenient to activities in Colorado Springs. Comfortable beds; roomy.
- 4/5
Staid only one night. It is good for the area.
- 5/5
Good breakfast Friendly people
- 5/5
The staff at this location are incredibly friendly!
- 3/5
This was not the cleanest hyatt I have visited. The common areas were nice and clean and the staff was very friendly. My room seemed a bit run downed with the shower ceiling peeling. There was a stain on my sheets and my bathroom floor felt gritty underfoot. My room was also overpowered by a deodorizer that was strong enough to give you a headache. For the same money try staying at the Polaris, a four star property that puts this one to shame.
- 5/5
It was great
- 3/5
It was good
- 4/5
Overall a great stay at decent rate.
- 5/5
Clean rooms, friendly staff, great location.
- 2/5
The room we were given smelled HORRIBLE! I complained and housekeeping staff assisted me in having a room change. Beds were NOT queen size and we were very cramped. No laundry facility.
- 4/5
Staff were helpful but inconsistent in advising on facilities and costs for drinks and food
- 4/5
Fine
- 5/5
Great amenities at a fair price
- 4/5
Great stay and friendly staff.
- 5/5
The hotel is very clean. Breakfast is very good. Staffs are friendly and help full.
- 5/5
The room was very clean
- 4/5
It was safe & clean
- 5/5
the hotel and room were very nice and everything we needed for a comfortable three night stay. Only ding was the room faced the freeway and got some noise from it.
- 4/5
Very nice hotel, but ask for a room on opposite side of freeway. We were on the first floor on the freeway side, and it was noisy. I ended up having the fan run all night to drown it out with some white noise.
- 5/5
Love the location to gardens of the gods. Breakfast was good. Resturant food not good at all. Luckily there are plenty of nearby restaurants
- 4/5
Overall I was pleased but I did not get a King size room and I did not have the mountain veiw that I booked
- 4/5
Water was warm in the shower. Good location for travel.
- 5/5
Clean and close to Garden of the Gods
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly, and the room was really nice. My only complaint was that there was only 1 person working in the bar, so we were not able to order dinner, and we choose this hotel because it had a restaurant and bar in the hotel.
- 4/5
Check-in person was particularly helpful .
- 4/5
A last minute booking and the Hyatt did not disappoint. Great breakfast I used in our stay. Highly recommend!
- 5/5
Spacious Rooms appreciated.
- 5/5
Check in Staff was Excellent very helpful. The entire hotel staff was very welcoming, professional, and helpful. Breakfast was good. Location was OK depending on where you’re going but getting around CS from there was easy but you need a car
- 1/5
I would not suggest this hotel. There is no cafe, deli, or restaurant.
- 5/5
nice clean place! loved Manager Kennedy!
- 5/5
Close to all the places we went to
- 5/5
Nice and clean, friendly staff
- 5/5
The room was clean and spacious, I booked for a family of five and was perfect, I get two queen beds and a sofa bed, I loved the breakfast room everything was clean and delicious, I love the fresh fruit with Greek yogurt.
- 4/5
Rioms were ckean, breakfast was good, definitely woukd stay again!
- 5/5
Clean, comfy beds. I’ve had a positive experience at any Hyatt I’ve stayed at
- 5/5
Super clean and comfy beds nice staff upon check in
- 5/5
Wonderful hotel. Bed was super comfy. Room was very clean and neighborhood was great. Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast and coffee were good.
- 5/5
This was an amazing place to stay. We stayed 4 nights here. If I could give it extra stars I would. Hotel is conveniently located. Staff were so friendly and helpful. (Thank you Stacy). The room was in perfect conditions and very clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. We loved our stay here and would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
We’ve stayed here several times when in Colorado Springs and always enjoy our stay. The room was lovely and very comfortable. The area is close to several restaurants and shopping. The staff is always very friendly. We’ll definitely stay here again!
- 3/5
Could not get the Wifi to work so I had to use my phone as a Wifi hotspot the entire time. Also, the shower made a horribly loud screeching noise most of the time using the shower. Breakfast was continental, not actual breakfast.
- 5/5
This property has a nice vibe, the bar on the first floor makes the whole "speakeasy" feel that much stronger. Some of the features are dated (A physical key? Who does that?), but it's a comfy hotel close to Yokohama Station. Lots of food and shopping options nearby and kind helpful staff.
- 5/5
It’s right off the highway with many opt for fast food and shopping. No a high end location just a lot of traffic around but the property is fantastic clean the have breakfast which saves a trip and wondering around and food at good prices for dinner at happy hours. Personal was friendly. This was a last minute booking and I drove to the 2 other hotels in the area and took Hyatt because it was the best and safe place.
- 3/5
Only downside was no laundry on site, housekeeping not done daily, & we had some noisy teenagers on a trip on our floor. Otherwise clean facility, convenient location, and good breakfast
- 1/5
We checked in and they gave us the room keys. We went to the room and it was a double bed room. I booked a king bed with sofa room. Me and my wife had to sleep in separate beds because they didn’t have a king bed room at all. This was very disappointing. The receptionist didn’t even bother to tell us when she gave us they key.
- 5/5
Excellent staff
- 4/5
It was nice--a nice get away with my Husband.
- 5/5
Excellent
- 5/5
Location right off the interstate. Will kept
- 3/5
We could hear a lot of road noise from our room
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly
- 5/5
We enjoyed our stay very much, kind staf good breakfast, nice room. We will come back!
- 5/5
Everything was awesome and on point with the services and amenities. Even with one elevator working it didn't take away from a great experience.
- 5/5
Very good
- 3/5
Property was nice however the bathroom shower was tiny and low pressure and it did not warm up hardly
- 5/5
Conveniently located to I-25. The staff is very helpful. The breakfast is tasty. The local restaurants are walkable.
- 4/5
Property is in good condition. And in a convenient location right next to I-25. I would recommend. The cost was very reasonable as well.
- 5/5
.
- 5/5
Carl the Houseman was amazing, helpful, Friendly and really funny. What a great asset to your property. Jill The Front desk agent who checked me in was just average, not very friendly, didn't smile nor anticipate my needs. I had to ask everything instead of her telling me about the property. I was not impressed. Kenedy who worked the night shift was amazing, friendly, smiling and helpful! I would stay here again. Perhaps Jill needs more training on how to help guests. Housekeeping did an awesome job as well as the room was clean and stocked. Thank you to those that helped me!
- 5/5
Very clean room and bedding and good breakfast
- 5/5
Plenty of food options near by, gas stations. Overall great location
- 3/5
The traffic noise was terrible probably won't say here again
- 3/5
Staff was rude.
- 5/5
Very happy with our stay. Friendly hotel team, clean and spacious room, tasty breakfast. We would definitely use this location again.
- 5/5
The staff is very personable, professional and helpful. Staying here is very comfortable and convenient to I-25.
- 3/5
Our hostess wasn't very friendly. Our room was good until we went to sleep. You could hear the traffic from the interstate. Very annoying!!
- 4/5
Location is great right next to freeway and restaurant. Noise from the freeway was noticeable. Very friendly and roomy rooms.
- 5/5
I would definitely choose this place again, however there is an abundance motor vehicle noise which doesn’t bother me, just a heads up.
- 4/5
Spacious room and comfortable bed.
- 5/5
Fast check in and staff was very helpful. Convenient location with tons of dining options to choose from.
- 5/5
Comfortable and quiet. Nice staff, good breakfast choices and convenient location.
