Radisson Hotel Colorado Springs Airport

Decent hotel, but check-in was very slow. The paper breakfast vouchers feel outdated. It was difficult to find and get to my room because the layout and wayfinding are confusing. The hotel could use some updates, and there was an unpleasant smell in some areas.

Very nice older property and nice pool and restaurant. They had numerous baseball teams in the hotel so it was chaotic for everyone else but hey we were young once and some of the kids were fun. Nice room setup and bathroom size.

Hotel is worn and could use some updating. The staff was pleasant. Breakfast offered good options with a different variety each day. The breakfast staff was extremely pleasant.

We stopped for an overnight stay along our road trip. The hotel was very clean, as was the room. We were thoroughly impressed, as another Radisson stay prior was not the best. The staff was fantastic! I forgot to print out some documents prior to my trip and Jodie printed it for me when their computer/printer was not working. They were all so welcoming. We really enjoyed the breakfast too!

Breakfast was great. Checkin was seamless and staff was very friendly. Nice room with good space. Down side: pillows were very flat, and the glass desk/dresser top was greasy--hadn't been cleaned. Shower was great but tub needed something to alleviate slipperiness -- front desk said they had mats, but no one told us. We probably would stay again, depending on relative pricing.

The walls are paper thin, so you can hear everything. As far as the free breakfast from 6-10, you need to get there early or you may not get anything. They don't replenish items quickly and if it's close to 10, it won't be.

Jodie at the front desk was super helpful!! Even though she has a hard time distinguishing pink from salmon. We are road tripping and our windshield was hit by a road rock and needing replacement. Jodie helped us by giving a checkout extension and allowing us to park under the awning so the tech could work in the rain. Great pool/hot tub area. Breakfast was legit and the attendant super friendly/helpful.

The only thing was i was traveling with my mother in low and father in low and i asked for a close room becase they are eldery people and they were no close room that day.

We ended up here due to an issue at another hotel and were pleasantly surprised. The room was large, clean and had everything we needed. The front desk was extremely nice and very helpful. The pool and hot tub were great and they had an excellent breakfast included, would definitely stay here again.

Very nice experience checking in. Actually felt like they were glad to see us. The room was spotless and big. The hotel was large and we parked in the back near our room. The breakfast was one of the best complimentary meals we’ve ever had. We ate there every morning of our stay. The bar was a nice spot to have a nightcap and appetizer in the evening. We used the shuttle to the airport on our last day there. Checked in the day before we left to get on the list and it was very prompt and was only a 5 minute ride.

This was one of our best hotel experiences. The buffet & buffet staff were fantastic. Hotel is a bit dated but room was clean. Loved the fact that you can still find a Bible in the hotel room. Also enjoyed the landscape paintings that were in the hallway. It was very helpful to have the shuttle that went to and from the airport. Staff was super friendly. Overall, it was just a really enjoyable place to stay. We would definitely stay there again.

I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times over the last two years and I used to very much enjoy it. My last two visits have been terrible. The food has gone down hill and my room and bathroom was not clean. The area to buy snacks was half empty. The food is expensive and there were two nights it was literally inedible because it was not cooked all the way. Very sad this was my go to for my work trips to Colorado but I will not be back.

Location Cleanliness could be improved and customer service could be better. Our room had major hygiene problems, the toilet constantly smelled throughout our four night stay. Even after reporting to front desk several times they did not take care of it. We found used and rotten coffee creamers in our room. Coffee machine was not clean had a thick layer of dust built up in the water tank.

A nice place like this n a bar . Not having a working tv in the bar. N no one to take care of it. I think all someone was to do was replace original batteries it might have worked. Then next door in cage same i dont care from the staff on there tv in there area. What a beutiful place. With people who dont care how sad. Noone around to even try too address the situation

The breakfast is one of the best we have had but the hot tube was not very pleasant, the power of the bubbles is practically nothing, it is not hot only the water is warm and it is outside. They gave us only a small soap for 4 days and there was only a roll of toilet paper that was already used. There wasn't enough soap, shampoo or toilet paper!

The customer service at the Radisson was wonderful. Even though it is an older hotel, the staff at the front desk at the breakfast Buffet and the ancillary staff were very kind and always wanting to help.

Bathrooms were outdated with a home bathtub. Outside of that, the property was clean, well-maintained and staff were super helpful. Pool area overall was fine, but bathroom needs attention.

The experience at the Radisson was exceptional. The staff, especially Mr. Taylor was over the top. My brothers and I truly enjoyed our stay. Would recommend it to all.

Overall this place did tick off all of my boxes: free parking, nice pool and hot tub, free breakfast and it’s directly next to the airport. But it’s in an older building with poor lighting in the hallways, the property itself feels like a maze and not easy to navigate, and my “suite” was bare minimum, a lot different than it was portrayed in the photos. It was clean and got the job done though.

This property is run down and dated, but we found it clean and comfortable enough. The breakfast was actually quite good and had several hot and cold choices. Small inconvieniences were that the hot tub was out of order and we didn't know that ahead of time and the batteries were not installed in our safe. Staff was friendly all around.

Pros The room was cute with more unique furniture. The breakfast was great compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at. Staff was helpful and polite at check in. Clean anywhere I looked. Super comfy bed. Cons One of the closets doors were broken. The room didn’t have a tv that I could stream on so had to go get a Roku remote to use with the tv. The only issue I had that was somewhat upsetting was that I specifically paid for a room with a roll in shower due to having back issues. I even called to make sure and was told yes, it will have one. It was still a pretty shower/tub combo, but the drain needs clearing as well as the water level went up some while using. To be fair, I didn’t go and complain to staff to be switched to a different room. It isn’t worth the hassle to me after driving all day and risking being more upset if told to no.

We checked the next day still freezing called the desk and the receptionist was extremely rude and told us thats just the temperature and there's nothing we can do and hung up on us, so we never got to swim with our baby. We went for the complimentary breakfast the first morning. My wife wanted bacon when we went they said they ran out. A bunch of kids came and ate all of it, but there was still two hours left of serving breakfast and they weren't going to make more, so we went to breakfast some place else and didnt even try the other mornings. The sheets and curtains had stains all over them. All and all I would not stay again. I would not recommend staying here to anyone.

Everything was great but the bathroom needs an upgrade. The toilet took forever to flush.

Breakfast was amazing and the property was in pretty good condition. The pool was great the first day. A cold front came through and the pool, although is it technically an indoor pool, was too cold to swim in when the weather was 40 degrees.

The property staff are wonderfully helpful and friendly. The cleanliness of the room isn’t horrible but the curtains had what appeared to be ketchup on them and some of the linens were stained. Overall though, the hotel itself was a good purchase. The pool and hot tub were well maintained and the breakfast was consistent. Great find for the price. A little far from all the main attractions, but quiet and safe. Everyone was very kind and helpful.

We were in room 259 and really wish they had warned us that people taking the stairs could see right into our windows even with the shades down. Blackout shades are needed to not have random people peek in on you. Saw some trash throughout the interior floor, and it feels like a whole different clientele is there now from 5-7 years ago. The pool is large which we love, but that fan in there is just too loud. Breakfast could be elevated but is good and free.

The was amazing besides the one hiccup but we got it solved the bar tender was very skimpy on filling the glasses for the drinks.

Not a big deal I didn’t have time to ask them either though because if I was going to take my daughter it needed to be quick so she was a little disappointed other than that price was fair and staff was very accommodating.

I have stayed at this hotel several times and always choose it when I need to stay in The Springs. Hot tub, pool, and breakfast are huge bonuses, too. If you feel you have graduated from base level discount hotels and want ease and quiet, this is your place.

This is an older remodeled hotel with a nice ambiance, friendly staff, and a fantastic breakfast. The room was very clean. My son lives in the area and I would stay here again.

The outside is slightly deceiving and looked almost like a nursing home, but inside was great. Rooms were clean and nice looking. Everyone really nice. Breakfast was great and they even had bacon! I was very pleased with the hotel and the price of it. I would definitely recommend it.

I was disappointed by the property. I would not have rated it as "Wonderful," which is how it is ranked. It is dated. There was nothing wrong with the rooms, but the overall feel was just worn and tired.

The hostes that checked us in did not tell us how to get to our room nor the location of the elevators.

The hotel is a bit outdated. Our room was pretty outdated with the carpet, furniture, and bathroom. All of the lamp and headboards were dusty. For the two nights we stayed, there was either some party or large groups of families being very loud in the courtyard and pool area until just after 10pm. We requested a quiet room. When I asked the front desk if there was a quiet time they told me 10pm. The breakfast was pretty chaotic and the two mornings they were very shorted staffed. The food was limited and not amazing. The staff were nice and I could tell were really doing their best. The hotel is right next to an airport so there is a decent amount of noise from that and to be expected. The beds were ok. I would not stay here again. I think it is probably a good option for families with a budget. My kiddo enjoyed the pool and surrounding area.

Airport areas are often not great and this is no exception. But don't judge this hotel by its cover. We were so impressed with the helpful and long-term employed staff. It is older and nothing fancy, but the room was so clean on every surface right down to the corners in the bathroom. The shower was great, bed was clean and comfy, and the black out blinds were truly the best we’ve ever experienced at a hotel! Little bit noisy from our upstairs neighbors so not as sound proof as some more modern buildings but overall a little hidden gem we would return to for another short stay.

Only ended up staying one night (awaiting a refund for the second.) Arrived a bit late, shortly after 9pm. Had realistic hopes, it is not a newer hotel which was obvious upon arrival. They do have an older airplane on the property which is the restaurant, and I was actually pretty excited when I saw that. Check in was fine, and my room was right down the hall #108. I went into the room, started trying to settle in for the night and put my pajamas on. Then I looked at the bed only to find the duvet was dirty/stained. I pulled it off the bed and went to get the duvet off the other bed. That one had a large yellow stain. Pulled the sheets down, and the bed looked clean enough, but in the process I felt something got stuck on my foot. I lifted up my foot to find a false eyelash was stuck to my toe. Really gross. I had one of the people from the front desk come to the room to see everything. He was very nice, and after a few minutes housekeeping brought new sheets and a blanket (not a comforter or duvet,) and they just handed me everything. No offer to fix or remake beds, or even to take away the stained linens. In the morning I asked to cancel the second night and get a refund. They agreed, apologized and then I heard excuses about the washing machines breaking down and being in the process of getting replaced. The pictures look much nicer than it actually is, and I cannot recommend staying there.

Stayed at this hotel due to SWA canceling our flight at the counter. They had room availability and even sent a shuttle to pick us up at the airport. Saved the hassle of renting a car for one night basically. Room was clean and cool. Restaurant was ok but not great.

Great...the pool could have been warmer and the hot tub cleaner but over all so good. My son in law was in the bathroom at one point and a worker came in to use the facility and did not was his hands afer...later we saw him come out of the kitchen......Our evening meal.

I was close to a smokers’ area so it was noisy late at night and early in the AM. Don’t they sleep?! Other than that, stay was excellent.

Great location close to airport. Clean and nice lobby. Room 8 out of 10. Big room lots of extra space. Restaurant- breakfast buffet was good. Only issue was dinnern we were the only ones there yet it took 20 minutes to get our dinner which consisted of just a caprese salad and chicken wrap.

Got to the room and could immediately smell smoke, turned down the air hoping it would work as it was late and we were only staying one night.... nope and after checking for BB saw the sheets were stained. So we went down and had to change rooms. I got the girl that kept interrupting and she asked "when did you check in" I was like seriously!?! I was literally here 5minutes ago and was the only person in the lobby so clearly she wasn't paying any attention to me when she kept interrupting the other agent. Crazy to me how unaware she was. I will say she did try to offer me free drinks for the inconvenience at the bar but I refused as I only wanted to go to bed. So that was nice of her. 2nd room..... right across the hall. Smell... bearable. Sheets again probably not the best so we slept on the top sheet and looking around in the bathroom there was tons of hair and when I say tons I mean clumps, dust bunnies, strands you name it, it was there! My mantra for the night was "It's only a night". I survived but had it been any longer I would have gone elsewhere. I was never happier to see the sun come up and I could leave.

I had never stayed at this hotel, but selected it because of the pool for my grandkids. It was the perfect pool for them, but the rest of the experience was just as wonderful. The room was very large, quiet, and had a beautiful view of the mountains. The breakfast buffet wasn't a standard hotel buffet, but rather an excellent breakfast with plenty of options for adults and kids alike. We ate one supper at the hotel's restaurant, and it was quite good. Every interaction with staff from manager to housekeeping was positive. This stay has won me over and I will definitely stay next time I visit Colorado Springs.

Staff was amazing. Hotel is older but well kept. Stayed on 1st floor and heard every step above me (children up there never slept lol), staff did offer to change my room. Not much around but near airport so very convenient. The food at the restaurant wasn't very good, but across is the airplane hotel and food was better.

Staff was not very friendly checking in. The hotel had a musty old smell to it. Tv in the living room did not work. The room was not very clean. I definitely will not stay again!

Pool and jacuzzi. Cleanliness is the rooms. Breakfast was delicious.

I wouldn’t recommend stayin he here , you might as well stay at a motel . It was an absolute mess and nightmare … thankfully the staff was sweet but it doesn’t help with how dirty and nasty the hotel and rooms are .

The staff was excellent , the breakfast buffet was great the pool and hottub were clean and well kept also great that its in close proximity to the airplane restaurant

While this Radisson had a lot of great things going for it, the nagatives will prevent me from ever staying there again.

The folks at the main desk were fantastic. Tyler took care of us and conducted himself like a manager.

The staff were really friendly and customer service oriented, loved this!

The room had a work area with tv which gave it more of an apt. feel. The on site airport shuttle is convenient

Everything was great.

The bathtub wasting cleaned or rinsed well because there was body hair in it. The restaurant was nice. A bit slow, but it was 8 PM when I got there. It was probably because there was only one server on shift. Food was good. Bed was comfy, room was clean.

I would have liked the pool restroom for changing to be nicer, cleaner.

Close to area attractions friendly staff

Definitely need to work on cleanliness through out. Front desk and dinning staff were great. Bar staff was terrible, seemed bothered to be there and didnt acknowledge our pressence despite being one of 2 couples in there.

Really recommend this hotel the service was outstanding. The room was very clean and the breakfast was great.

Complementary breakfast 3/10 and the beds are so hard but rooms seem to be clean

Everything was good except for 2 things that was we found pubic hair in the bathtub and sofa bed and there was ants on our room as well other than that everything was pretty good.

Carpets were dirty. Room had bad odor. Changed rooms was better but not good.

Love the area, very safe and is out the city, very clean, service in anyway very good, I love that the have a bar ,and the breakfast I loved it, also you can have dinner ans you don't have to drive around. l9ve everything, I travel very often with my family and my granddaughter was so happy about the swimming pool she enjoy her last the day at hotel. Than you so much for the time with stayed at the Radisson

Pleasantly surprised that the hotel had been updated, had a rstaurant and bar. My room was much more than I expected.

I did not like the way the room smelled. It was a combination of cigarette smoke and wet towel. The bedding has lots of hairs on them. I did not like the toilet/shower being separate rooms from the bathroom sink. Our room was a 2 queen beds and there is no privacy to change clothes. The toilet/shower was too cramped. Breakfast was very good though. The pool was nice also. A table in the pool area would have been nice. I had homework to do while my kids played in the pool.

I didnt like the pillows were thin flat in my assigned room.

The bathroom was disgusting, mold in the shower ceiling. Around the nightstand was dirty, old food.

They were very prompt in attending to whatever I needed. Staff was very hospitable, professional and polite. Breakfast buffet was awesome and plentiful.

Breakfast was good. Limited selection of teas (although I appreciate most drink coffee).

Family friendly

I requested a room away from noise and I was placed in a great room in a far mostly isolated area of the hotel. Perfect. Very comfortable bed and pillows. CLEAN. Easy access. Daily breakfast was gluten friendly with exception of BREAD. They need to offer GF bread options. Or baked goods for breakfast. Eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, breakfast potatoes, juice, coffee and more!

Had a good stay

The room was really good. We loved the stay and yes good breakfast. But the only trouble we had was the door key card. Never worked, we had to go to the receptionist every single time , which was really frustrating

Fast-paced motel with many guests and activities. Our room wasn’t ready when we tried checking in at 4:30, but they had it ready 30 minutes later. There was a large party in the meeting room. Rooms are very nice and spacious. Shower was glowing white and clean. The restaurant was good. We got 20% off our food order. The outdoor pool looked nice!
