Not as advertised, not a breakfast, rooms falling apart. Bathrooms really bad, toilet not secured, and towel rack falling off wall, mirror fell down. Loads of people smoking pot inside. Concerns of homeless outside. Price ok, $107 a night with tax. Does not feel safe for. Family. Pillows were old and sheets not crisp or clean.

Wonderful staff. Issues with the elevator.

Dirty and stunk
- 4.5/5
The rooms were clean and well equipped - microwave & minifridge - and the towels are thick like in an advertisement. Jay on the front desk in the evenings is especially good at his job because he has a sense about people and is respectful but has no tolerance for shenanigans. The noise level was high in general. Mostly guests and music, but emergency vehicles were running all hours it seemed.

The staff cleaning the room were friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was two types of cereal (tiny bowls to use), bread for the toaster, and eventually some donuts. Why were there photos of pancakes if there weren't any pancakes?

The room was clean. The staff was kind and knowledgeable. Laundry was conveniently located in the first floor. $2.25 to wash and the same to dry. There are several food options within walking distance, a little further away you'll find the Cidedel Mall.

great location. There was an issue with cigarette smoke, so I was given a different room. Room was nice. It could use better lighting. Was difficult to read. But I do have a portable work light that I brought with me. Bathroom and shower were nice. The staff were very friendly.
- 2/5
Rude and the room was cold and has black mold bathroom doors
- 5/5
The staff wasn’t polite
- 2/5
Room not cleaned over 4 night stay. Had to ask for shampoo at front desk. Shower head at below eye level; had to stoop or bend over to wash hair. (I’m 5’6”) Noisy altercations late night/early morning on at least 2 occasions. I was in town for a funeral and would have changed hotels if I had not been so busy with these arrangements.

Mcdonalds and Starbucks nearby. Apparently, this is a halfway house for recently released prisoners. Not recommended for families.

This place is terrible. Full of druggies and homeless people. Old, out dated. Nothing worked. Left after about an hour. Couldnt stay there. Ended up driving the 3 and a half hours home.
- 4/5
This property is in need of up keep. Cleanliness of the room was poor. The hallways and elevator area was really dirty. The tub was not operable but the shower worked. Toilet broke. Floors and doors in very bad condition. Paid &160 for one night.
- 1/5
First off there were a slew of people hanging outside the building when we pulled up. Then when we got to our floor there was a guy seemingly drunk looking for a room. Then the following night we returned from spending time with family and there was atleast 10 police vehicles outside and a firetruck. The noise from the street racing was annoying as well. The continental breakfast was severly lame, non- existence, I saw some bread, maybe muffins and cold cereal. We ended up at the McDonalds across the parking lot instead. Do not advertise this property in your listings it was awful.

Mid-stay, Sierra at the front desk was my saving grace. But upon check-in, they gave me an extremely filthy room which I called the front desk about and asked if I could at least have the beds cleaned because the sheets and everything were so filthy. It looked like nobody had cleaned the room. So, the front desk guy said he could send someone up to clean it or he could give me a new room and I said please yes a new room. However, he did not give me a new room, just sent new bedding. Saw some baby cockroaches crawling about in the night. I complained about it again the next morning to Sierra who gave me a new room that was completely clean and much better. There are a lot of unhomed people lurking about the property outside and some people that I witnessed are spending the night in vehicles in the parking lot. No comforters on the beds. Just a sheet and a small thin throw blanket. It’s dog-friendly and the coffee is good. Sierra is an absolute gem. She did all that she could to ensure the stay was acceptable.

Better breakfast would be nice but i cant complain about anything else.

Bad area, bad clients, room run down, couch shredded, wall stained
- 1/5
This place is so dirty and run down I would have immediately returned to the lobby and asked for a refund if my son and I hadn’t gotten in so late. But I wish we would have, I was grossed out enough it was hard for me to sleep. There was a couch in the room that was so visibly filthy I told my son not to touch it. We found a different place and didn’t stay the second night as planned. They did grant a refund though, so I appreciated that.

Frightening and traumatic. The manager felt compelled to warn me against keeping my reservation as the property is also an apparent shelter for any and every transient human. Unsafe. Manager suggested I find a different hotel as my car was at risk of being stolen. SURREAL.

Looked like a flophouse. The mattress had blood stains. We took one look at our bed and left.
- 3/5
Sheets were clean, the floors were clean. Mattresses should have been replaced about 10 years ago. There were a lot of unpleasant smells in the halls, but the room smelled okay. Bathroom desperately needed redone. Breakfast was minimal, but available. It’s the cheapest room we could get on short notice. Ymmv

The continental breakfast was laughable. A few transients hanging around. Not the greatest neighborhood, kinda ghetto!
- 5/5
Guest services and housekeeping are cordial.
- 3/5
Service was adequate, decent housekeepers. Updated handicapped rooms. Two washers and dryers, coin operated. Some snack items and cold drinks available at front desk. Breakfast was bread, rolls, pastry, bananas, cold cereal, milk, juice, coffee. No eggs, meat, waffles, hotcakes, or hot oatmeal. Many smokers hanging around outside. Noisy tenants, homeless haven. Convenient McDonald's right next door, Shell gas station and convenience store. Easy access to shopping and major highways. Close to Petersen SFB.

I am upset that Expedia offered this property. There were cars full of people in the parking lot, there was a person using game goggles right outside our door all night. The bathtub was so filthy we could not even shower. The ceiling was covered in stuff and the floor was damaged everywhere. One of the beds leaned so poorly we had to double-up in the other bed. It was the worst facility we have ever gotten on Expedia. We paid ahead of time, and checked in around 10pm, so we had to stay, we didn't have another choice at the time. Weirdly enough, the towels were new-ish and white, so therefore I gave cleanliness 2 stars.
- 1/5
Didn’t stay. Questionable neighborhood and “clientele” hanging around outside. Didn’t feel safe for three ladies. Rooms looked ok, a little run down and outdated. Walked out and handed reception the key. Staff was very nice.
- 3/5
Check-in process was the most lengthy of any hotel I've been to. It took about 15 mins and about 10 different papers to sign. Felt unnecessary.
- 1/5
Police were there ever day & night arresting people. Very unsafe! No ice nor as advertised no pool. Not updated units.

Could not sleep lots noise people smoke in front of motel homeless around motel
- 2/5
Evening front desk was nice, but the room and hotel facilities were very dirty. Feet black from walking in room without shoes, get photos to document any damage already in the room so you don't get charged for it, had to get new sheets due to hair in bed, rips in curtains, dirty bathtub, door and floor, non working phone. Elevator dirty and smelled of marijuana. Continental breakfast was stale bread or bagels waffle maker clearly had not been cleaned in a very long time. To be clear the reviews are true, this is affordable and relatively close to garden of the gods, but not a place to stay if you have any explanations of cleanliness. Was simply an overnight stay (arrived late), and get out as quickly as possible, then shower and clean up at our next stop.
- 2/5
If you can stay somewhere else, do!
- 4/5
This was the cleanest Roadway Inn that we have stayed in. The staff was friendly. We expected our room to be serviced between stays. We had to ask the front desk for towels when we got there and the next day. The breakfast was very limited. Waffles, cereal and coffee. The area was very convenient to get to stores and fast food. We would have liked more than 2 pillows per bed and the top blankets were very rough and dated. AC worked great but very noisy. Rooms were very spacious. Walls were thin as we heard a lot of slamming doors and dog barking through the night.
- 1/5
It was horrible. People are living there. State paid for it was scary. I was concern for my granddaughter's safety. It was so dirty. It's stunk. The carpets were disgusting, the elevators the floors were sticky and they were chicken bones in it. You couldn't get in the doors only from the front and they had signs everywhere about people stealing stuff and had to pay $25 to use a blow dryer
- 3/5
Staff were friendly but whole place smelt of smoke.
- 1/5
For 2 days..never came to clean room or change sheets or towels...the one they came ..drop off towel paper ..cleaned garage..but no clean towel..folded old one..and left in bathroom

One towel. No flat sheet on beds and comforter was dirty. Had to go to reception desk to ask for towel and flat sheets.
- 1/5
Rooms and beds are not good at all. We wanted check out right away due to room conditions but they told us to wait until next morning and then they charged early cancellation fees.
- 4/5
Staff was friendly and cooperative, stay was good.

Everything was good

I will not recommend hotel to anyone. Very unsafe (Bathroom light socket and plate was broken with exposed wires. Potential of getting electrocuted). Iron table was broken and beds were extremely dirty. Inspite of multiple requests to get non-pet friendly room we were assigned room with Pet friendly. Kids were allergic. I am going to request full refund. Unsafe. Don't stay.
- 4/5
When we got there we were given a room and someone was in it. So we got the key and left to go to the airport to pick up my daughter. When we got back to the hotel and went to take our stuff to the room there was somebody in the room AGAIN so went back down to the desk and they said our room had been changed. Thank God we didn't put our stuff in the room before we left to go to the airport or who knows what would have happened. Then my daughter read the reviews and I guess this happens a lot with this hotel. So we just locked the front door and didn't leave any valuables in the room when we left for the day.
- 3/5
I stayed last week for work. Staff was extremely friendly. Nothing was wrong with the rooms or the property, just very outdated. For the price, it’s a decent place to stay.
- 3/5
We got a nonsmoking room that smelled like cigarettes as soon as we walked in. The room was not clean, there was hair in the shower and the floors were dirty. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. I would not recommend.
- 5/5
Excellent
- 1/5
I had booked this place a few months in advance and the pictures looked great. Once I got there the room we were giving was dirty there was holes in the sheets and hair. We were grossed out in sleeping there that we asked for a different room. The next room was a bit cleaner but the sheets still had holes like cigarettes burns. The hotel was a smokefree room. They only had 2 pillows and they were flat. I asked for more pillows and blankets and they didn't give us more. I had the worst night sleep and I am currently pregnant. I would never stay or recommend this place to anyone. They need to update the hotel and clean the hallway carpets they smell like smoke.
- 2/5
The first room we checked into didn't have working electricity. The second room absolutely reeked of body odor and had holes in the curtains. We decided to just eat it since we were only paying $60 but certainly will not be going back here.
- 1/5
Nothing
- 5/5
Solid budget choice, with stand up honest staff. Really meant a lot to us
- 3/5
It was very neutral for me, had a bed to sleep in, no problems. Not located in a good area though, air conditioner was very loud and I could hear traffic all night. Not fancy but will have to sacrifice luxury to save money.
- 2/5
Power was out in my room (no working lights or phone).Lamps not plugged in, some bulbs out. Desk clerk had to check the breaker, but some lights still didn’t work. She moved me to 3rd floor, but power was off there too. She flipped the breaker & all was restored. Hotel is apparently a residence for many people. They hung out in the lobby & hallways & were partying when I arrived. Noisy & smoking. Residents consumed most of the breakfast foods, so there was very little to choose from in the morning. Only one elevator, old & dirty. My key fob had to be reset twice. Surprised when I was required to pay a $100 deposit at checkin. Took 5 days after checkout to be credited back. Bed was comfortable. This hotel was convenient for my purpose, but I didn't feel safe. Will never return.
- 1/5
Drug invested motel.
- 1/5
The facility was not as clean as we usually have with Hotels.com. It was a very old, not totally clean facility. Had some pretty shady people hanging around outside and in the lobby. Would never recommend this place.
- 4/5
Manger was nice… staff wasn’t very friendly and also walked in on our room while in there.
- 5/5
Staff are nice and helpful but the tub drain need work
- 3/5
If was an ok hotel reasonably clean, bed was very hard , breakfast was very disappointing, lady cooked my pancake raw in middle, couldn’t take food to room, or would get $250 fine!!!
- 1/5
I did not stay here because of the conditions of the room and place. I did not feel safe and gave my room key back 10 mins after checking in but they would not refund me still. It smelt like smoke in the room and felt dirty, there were guys on drugs dancing outside my door for just the 10 mins I was in there. I was seeking a good place to rest after my apartment flooded and this was not the place. I left and got a different hotel that night.
- 3/5
brought two pillows from Walmart as when I asked for two more pillows I was told they had none. Had to ring the hotel approx 5 days later to get our $100 Back. Would I stay again given the above... yes as it was value for money.
- 1/5
Very disappointing and over priced. Could hear constant talking and noise in and outside the property at all hours. Bedding stained and old. The curtains were years old and very grubby. Tap dripped, tv had lines on screen, squashed flies on the wall, trim coming off along the floor held on by tape.
- 1/5
I would not recommend the hotel. However, the staff was wonderful and very welcoming.
- 5/5
The Front Desk lady was very nice and friendly

- 1/5
The internet and TV didnt work and they didn't have towels stocked. The breakfast is waffles and muffins.
- 2/5
Would have been great, if not for a rather terrifying moments when I discovered crabs in the bed.
- 1/5
I wouldn’t stay there even if it was free. Dirty, trashy, very uncomfortable being inside and outside
- 2/5
Toilet backed up and management did not have a plunger onsite for use. 2 out of 3 rooms did not have working AC We are on a 2 month project and will be staying elsewhere
- 2/5
reserved a non smoking room and when we walked it it smelt so bad of cigarettes, the door didn’t lock and looked as if it had been kicked in.
- 2/5
Very Dirty
- 2/5
Desk Dude in the AM has an attitude, lacks social skills… and unnecessarily yells at customers… despite the fact it was hotel’s fault
- 5/5
What I liked about the place it was not to far go shopping or dinning at one of the restaurant. there was a McDonald's and a shell gas station right next door. It was also quite. I was able to get some rest that i needed.
- 1/5
Really bad business! Not to be trusted!
- 3/5
Destiny was great help! The condition of motel itself needs updating. The beds were uncomfortable, not enough pillows, and roaches!
- 3/5
Our room was extremely cold, could have been due to the remodeling being done.
- 2/5
There is a flat walk in shower with no guard once your done with a shower water is all over the floor. And there is no shower head, there is one with a hose that yiu have to hold the whole time. Felt like I was in jail again lol
