    The environment around the hotel was really rough due to bad roads and construction. Also, there was no housekeeping, no amenities at all... not even shampoo. And the hotel smelled like marijuana most of the time.

    The bed is freaking horrible. It's ok if your a single male as lots of odd ass people in and around the place and the gas station next door. This area didn't use to be this way , crazy how times change. Upside was the room was very clean, tv really nw we worked .

    Went to check in and there was nobody at the desk. I didn’t get on the phone and call someone took 30 minutes to arrive when they finally gave me a room. I open the door and there’s a guy dog in here sleeping in the door and so I went back to the lobby and they gave me more across the hallway on the first one they gave me. And then I sign in the bed on the second on both beds are all messed up like an image of people sleeping this year and dirty dirty is all out. I had to clean room bed. Secondly, once I clean the room, I want to look for the TV remote and there was no TV so me and my kids had to stand around with no TV remote come and this is the second room so I went and went to try to get a remote and they accuse Jewel things that were not anything close to what I was doing in my room and that very much and kick me out because I always think about being dirty so you didn’t wanna talk about give me discount for all things wrong with the situation! yes, he kicked me out. Told me to leave after screw the first room that way we can get a dollar to our deposit cost $100 to kick out at 6 am because they didn’t want to be bothered with the effort of getting a refund for their mistake

    The pet fee is very high considering the rooms are small, with no carpet, so necessary cleaning is minimal. Actually the overall cost should be lower considering it is a " no frills" room with no hand towels shampoo, etc

    We booked a two queen bed room, when we arrived after an 8 hour drive we were told that they no longer have a two bed room available. Unfortunately, we weren't able to find another hotel and had to stay here and some how make it work. Horrible experience. Will most definitely never stay here agian.

    But this one was actually disappointing. The pictures looked decent online, but the actual room was poorly kept. I’m not one to complain, and I didn’t even complain to the staff. I just went to Walmart and got pillows and a blanket to sleep with. But I figured I’d save the person some trouble for whoever reads this review.

    Very comfortable and clean room. We stayed almost 2 weeks and had a very peaceful stay. The only thing we didn’t like was there was 2 of us and we only got one key card and you needed your key to get into the building so that was inconvenient occasionally but we managed, overall great stay!

    Stay was going okay until the last night. We had cockroaches in our bathroom and around the sink. Not to mention when we first arrived the room smelled like bleach. The room did the job for the weekend but I would not stay there again.

    They have roaches, & the elevators are down. They don’t clean the rooms. You have to take out your own trash. You have to bring down the previous towels they give you when you first arrive, and it will cost you $1.89 per load. Floors are dirty & sticky. Bathtub water backs up and doesn’t drain properly. Microwave halfway breaking down. The side door is an exit, not an entrance. Customer service for this hotel sucks‼️ I do not recommend anyone staying here‼️

    I didn't even have bath towels or a washcloths. When I went to the desk I got one bath towel and no wash cloth was available. Hair all over the shower and sheets. People outside my room making noise after 10 pm. No offer to bring me a washcloth after they were dried, only a hand towel instead. Worse stay ever.

    The property is very run down, dirty and extremely noisy. First off we had checked in at 1am. We called a few days prior to let them know that and we were told that is perfectly fine and someone would be there to answer the phone. When we finally got inside the lady at the desk stated "your reservation may not be here since you got here so late" not the best thing to say when it is 1am and you have a young child with you. Next the elevator is broken, and looking at other reviews, it has been for months. Then we get put on the 3rd floor... noise alp night, people yelling outisde all night. Terrible place to stay.

    Got there after weedy torn up road. Inside we were informed the pet friendly hotel had large charge. She did wave that. Then told after asking where it was, the elevator was out and we had been put on the 4th floor. We are 68 years old!! Four trips later, room was not in great condition but clean. Neighbors partied until 1:30 am. They were up at 6:00 am. If there was a fire, there will be many killed from stampede from amt and location of outside doors. I will stay at older, cheaper Travelodge down the street again befor here. Thought by the name and price it was an upgrade. Wrong!

    Terrible. The elevators were broken and room was on 4th floor. Mind you I had a service animal so was very inconvenient. The room was not equipped with more than half of the amenities that had been expressed by the person making reservations. There were no blankets for bed, was surprised there were at least sheets.     Front desk was closed when I first came in at 5:30pm “Helping another customer” Ten minutes later was assigned a room on the third floor and when I found the elevator, discovered it was out of order. The stairs are not clearly marked, so I had to return to the office for directions to carry my luggage to the third floor. No coffee maker

    Not sure where to start. Checked in and was put on 4th floor. Went to find elevator only for it to have a sign saying out of order. I am disabled with a knee brace on and I go back to the front desk and tell him I can’t walk 4 flights of stairs to which I’m told it’s not really broken it just overheats. Next morning I go to elevator and it’s broken. I can’t get downstairs call front desk no one’s there. Hotel.com calls mgmnt who tells them to tell me to call 911 and ask them to come get me down the stairs it’s their policy to not help with luggage.?!?!Are you serious. Ever heard of ADA. Also had no toiletries and no remote for the television.

    It normally doesn't take 3 hours to check in from the check in time. Only has 1 worker to clean 30 rooms. I offered to help as well as my daughter who specializes in housekeeping but got denied the opportunity due to liability, however they had middle school age and high school age kids helping with the room that was the attendants kids. No cloths in room already but with hair on the sinks that wasn't ours

    Horrible place to stay. I can't believe extended stay america let's thier name be on this building. Staff is lazy and rude. Rooms are dirty and run down. Hot water barely works. TV didn't work. Bed is almost unbareable . Front desk staff doesn't want to do anything. They get irritated when you show up at thier desk. Would have been better off at motel 6.     They gave us a room which hasn’t been clean. Dirty floor, bugs in the fridge and no bed sheet. Talk to front desk and got another room which they claim was clean and ready. Floor was still dirty. Dead flies everywhere. Not enough pillows on bed. Nothing in bathroom but toilet paper and towels. Hall way smell like cigarettes. And elevator was dirty.

    This place was the worst I have EVER seen. The place was totally filthy, and there was a lot of loitering inside and outside.     If I could rate less than 1 star I would. Property was ok when you 1st arrive and go to the desk, check in, and pay. Once you walk through the door to the actual hotel, it's a different story. 1st thing was we were assaulted with a horrible smell. Only way to describe it was a combination of urine, seafood, and Marijuana. There was trash in the hallways. The room wasn't much better. Rust on the stove and in the microwave. The toilet still had feces in it and the shower had hair all over it. We were afraid to even attempt to stay there. We immediately checked out. We reserved and paid for 6 days and they refused any type of refund.

    The location was perfect. The staff was friendly. Entering the hotel was like entering a security zone. The staff is located in a secured booth behind glass. You have to use your key just to get into the building. I didn't see any panhandlers around the building, but it sure felt like I was in a minimum jail facility. If you leave through the side doors you have to return through the front of the hotel. The elevator was filthy but my room was quite clean. The blinds were pretty dusty, but that was all. You get the bare bones here, not even a complimentary coffee maker in your room. One tiny bar of soap and shampoo - that's it. Lastly, the mattress lies atop a canvas cot secured by springs which does not pose a comfortable nights sleep. The hotel looks beautiful on the outside but doesn't match with comfort, decor and amenities. My recommendations to the owners: either advertise as a "hometel" so travelers know people actually live there (thus the tight security) or keep it a hotel and provide more comforting amenities.

    The place was horrible...nasty and dicusting! I checked in (for a 3 day stay) and when I walked into the room, it smelled nasty, was dirty and nasty. I didn't spend the night...I ended up getting another hotel. The following day I went back to check out and told the staff how nasty the place is and that I wanted a refund for the remaining 2 days I had left. I informed them I was NOT going to stay. The staff told me I was not getting a refund even if I checked out the following day. I will report this place to BBB and take them to court for charging me 2 days that I did NOT stay.

    We arrived late and followed the instruction to call the attendent, she came down and told us it was to late and the computers were already down and would not let us check in. We verified befor we booked that they allowed late night check in since we knew it would be late befor we would reach the hotel. We have requested a full refund but have not heard back yet. We will not stay here again this was a frustrating exoerience for us and we would not recomend this property to anyone.

    I like the staff they were friendly and helpful when I needed the assistance with my first room being dirty and they decided to change the rooms but that room was dirty too. Hair on the sheets, bedspreads, bathroom and dirt on the floor. So when I mentioned about the next room they took it upon themselves to change the sheets and clean the area to make sure that me and my husband had cleaned sheets and other things. This place also has an stale odor about it. I guess for two nights it was okay.

    When we decided to stay three extra days and went to extend our stay we were told we would be charged DOUBLE per night what we had been paying -- only because we had not added it on with the original stay. Ridiculous. We went to another hotel for half the price and enjoyed that place more. We will use the new place on our next visit. Thanks for giving us the nudge to check out other hotels. We won't come back to you if you are going to gouge us.

    This was the worst hotel experience ive ever had in my entire life. the most unprofessionl manager ended up firat loosing my reservation and then getting an attitude with me on the phone when i insisted that I did have a reservation, to by to almost the end of my reservation the manager kicked me and my family out because they never charged us for the dog that I put on the reservation and wanted to back charge for 3 weeks. The manager said that I was argumentative over the situation and kicked me and my family out on the spot with nowhere to go. My husband and I called the cops just to make sure that they wouldn’t harass while we packed. NEVER AGAIN will I stay in that hotel or any other hotel with the same name.

    When I got there my room was not ready, several people was off, but the staff worked really hard to get me and others taken care of. I was very impressed with the service and how hard they worked

    My prepaid room for a week was literally stolen from me by the GM and given to her friends or family. I've met people since who have had the same issue on long stays paid in advance there. I had just spent a week at your other Woodspring Suites on Chestnut before booking and paying for a week at your Airport location. I received a call from my boyfriend on the 13th after he took the dogs out for a walk and left the key card in the room. His credit card was used to pay for the room and he had the card and ID with him. He tried to show both to the General Manager. She wouldn't issue him a new card, it was an extremely hot day and he was stuck outside with my service dogs one of which is elderly. He was frustrated with the situation and called me to see if I could call and get him a key. When I called at 4:14pm I was informed by the Manager that I was being evicted because he was rude to her, screaming and being aggressive. I was told I had until 7pm to vacate the room. She also mentioned the dogs, I had requested a pet friendly room and told her I had documentation for them as service dogs. She didn't even look at the paperwork and proceeded to charge me $93.60 after she evicted me without approval or even notification that she was doing it. I was not charged for them at the previous Woodspring Suites. I paid for an entire week and only stayed 2 nights. I had to load all my belongings by myself, 4 trips +. . She didn't even contact me to let me know I was kickedout

    The front desk service is not disability friendly, due to deafness, anytime you need something you must make a phone call to reach out a representative and nothing is provide to accommodate for deaf people. There was no shampoo, soaps, ice machine, etc. in the room. TV remote was also missing from the room.

    The hotel was not ready to check into at 3:00. I came back at 10:00 pm. Three other people were waiting to check in. There was a 30 minute wait for someone to come to the window. The whole floor smelled of pot. The room had a small bed for two people. The toilet ran ALL night long. The electricity went out in the night. In the morning I tried to let them now about the toilet, check in window was closed. I tried to call them at 9;30 am, and the recording said they were closed for the night. I gave up letting them know the toilet was broken. Also, the door into the rooms was broken.

    The rooms were nasty and smelled of pot. We didn't have any toilet paper had to go out and buy some on my own as well as cleaning supplies to get the room clean. Check in was at 3pm but they wouldn't let us check in until 5:30pm. You have EVERYONE even the cleaning crew out front of the building smoking cigarettes and pot where children and people go in and out of as well as drinking. We tried to get clean towels and we were told they are out and we would have to wait until they could get some , so we ended up just washing the ones they gave us at check -in. One morning we got up and got ready to leave and there was an ambulance crew next to our room and they were talking about the guy and how he OD'd and needles. You have homeless people drunk and sleeping in their cars in front of the building at night. The vops were always being called there. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN !! If I could have gotten my money back I would have went to another hotel. I don't recommend people with children to stay here at ALL. I feel bad for the military families who are stationed here and don't have a lot of money until housing becomes available for them.
