Everything about this place is nickle and dime you. 100$ deposit for literally nothing in the hotel room. Charge for a useless breakfast that's overpriced. Dirty old rooms. Smells everywhere. Water savers on all the showers and faucets. Towels way too small. Do not go here

The beds were comfortable and everything appeared fairly clean. The air conditioning didn’t work, there were not extra linens for the pull out bed, there was a very bad smell through most of the hotel especially the corridor to the pool, the pool was cloudy and very small. These air not working and the bad smell made it difficult to sleep and the only reason we picked this location was for the pool that we didn’t end up using due to the awful smell and the unclean look of the pool.

Used "Pet friendly" filter. Didn't notice this stupid place only allows DOGS, so my cat couldn't stay and I couldn't get a refund because the manager wasn't very friendly. Like cats are somehow more destructive or dirtier than DOGS. BOOO. Stayed nearby in a much better place. But I lost my deposit.

Overall nice hotel. Clean and amenities ample . A/C unit was loud and difficult to maintain comfortable temperature. Beds were ok but pillows were not.

Property is very well maintained. Rooms are clean. Plenty of parking. Breakfast is not included. They have a counter where you can purchase things. They brew Starbucks coffee, but they can't make any of the cold drinks they advertise because they don't have ice at the counter. When you order from the counter, they give you a piece of paper with the total written on it. You have to walk that to the front desk and pay with a credit card. You cannot charge it to the room. The front desk writes paid on it and then you walk back over to the food counter. They also do not allow you to eat or drink in the lobby outside of items you purchase for breakfast. If we travel to the area again, we will stay somewhere else.

Parking spot only, that also because of the hotel is out of city I’m writing because the booking/listing states breakfast included, but the breakfast provided was only a muffin. There was no choice and no additional items. Also, beverages were not provided as expected—there was only black coffee, and orange juice apple juice options. In addition, housekeeping has been a major issue. The room was not cleaned properly, and during my stay I did not receive basic amenities—most importantly, there was no bottle water in the room. I was appalled when I got there and sat in lobby with my pick up dinner and was told you can not eat in lobby. My family had 3 orders of steak and I said where am I to eat and was told my room. I travel a lot and never have been told no eating in the lobby with seating and tables for 40+! Never will stay here again or recommend this hotel

Everything was great except for the 9:30 housekeeping interruption. Most hotels when you have an 11:00 check out wait until after check out to do housekeeping for rooms. But other than that everything was fabulous

The staff was extremely rude upon arrival and during the departure. The young woman who was there during the day was very disrespectful and was rude during each interaction. The rooms smelled of bleach and there were holes in the bathroom wall near the shower. My wife and I checked out 3 days early because it was unbearable. Would not recommend this property.

Clean When I booked through Booking.com, there was an option to select a room with or without breakfast, and I chose the breakfast-inclusive rate. Unfortunately, when I checked in, I was informed that no breakfast is served on Mondays. I contacted Booking.com and made them aware of the issue. If you're booking, I would recommend confirming directly with the hotel that breakfast is actually available on the days of your stay so you don't end up paying extra for a service that isn't offered.

The smell was terrible, the pool water was neither heated nor clean, and the room was not clean either. I would not recommend this place. The corridor constantly smelled like weed, and the staff did not seem to care.

This hotel and in convenient to my work place and very affordable. I used to stay here 2-3 times a week until management changed. Change in management they aren’t accommodating and quick to call the local cops over situations that can be resolved easily with the customer.

Nice staff and the hotel, has everything you would want in the room! The pool was not clean! The ceiling of the ice machine room was dripping water and moldy. There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom of my room as well.

The decor was somewhat updated/modern and the facilities were clean. I booked my stay online and looked forward to breakfast being included only to learn that I get a drink and a pastry. There were additional options available for purchase. So, the breakfast description and options should be more clearly stated on booking sites.

our ac in our first room wasn’t working so we sent maintenance to come fix it they couldn’t, so they moved us into another room that second room the shower was leaking it smelled like mildew! we were also on a very noisy floor. i’m pregnant and didn’t have good experience at all.

Area seemed safe and well maintained. Breakfast is available but not included with room. Not far from the airport so you hear air traffic starting at 6am to about 10pm. I did not have breakfast at the hotel. I'm not sure about the cleanliness of the beds. I now, have several large red spots on my legs, as if I were bitten by bugs at night. I do have pictures of the many large red spots.

The first thing I noticed when entering the room was a bug on the curtains. Then the hair was left behind in the bathroom, particularly around the shower. The floors were stained. I paid in advance for continental breakfast and only able to select certain items that would’ve been free at other establishments. It was $2 for an apple and the breakfast charge was $10. The stay overall was below average. I do not recommend.

We saw people eating pizza off the floor by an elevator due to the staff telling them they couldnt eat at the tables in the lobby. If there is tables in the lobby then people should be allowed to utilize them! Also a bunch of us were watching the flyers game in the lobby and the staff turned the TV off right at 10pm. Appearently this hotel has a curfew... what are we in high school? Also the prices at the breakfast la carte were overpriced and ridiculous. The staff though was friendly and the rooms were clean.

The property does not take cash. Also you cannot sit in the lobby area after 10pm.

The hotel pool that was supposed to be heated, was not heated. It was cold plus they changed the hours so the pool is no longer open till 11 PM. Now closes at 10 PM and the staff when we inquired about the temperature, did nothing to assist us and she noticed she was just on the phone with the manager who was off site but couldn't delegate any assistance. With the weather, I did not feel like getting pneumonia when I wanted to swim, and I was literally the only reason why I booked that hotel. I also booked a room with a room rate including continental reference comma which was not served period when I inquired about hot breakfast they said it was an additional cost. I have worked in that hotel industry for decades, and I know what a continental reference consist of and that was not it. I would definitely like to inquire about a refund and have this issue escalated to the general manager.

The room was very nice and bathroom was very clean. Comfy stay I left my watch in the room, I called not even an hour after I left and i was put on hold for the staff to ask the cleaning staff for it then I was abruptly hung up on. I then tried calling back three more times and no answer. I waited an hour and called again and the clerk instantly said that they didn’t have it. I even know the exact spot where I left it. My watch was definitely stolen and it was not cheap , very upset with these dishonest and clueless staff will not be staying at this location again!

The room was great! The breakfast wasn’t great. The pool was at a good temperature the first day we went in but the next day it was really cool. The worst thing I have to say is getting back the security deposit. It’s been 12 business days and I s still haven’t received it.

Overall, we had a great stay.

The hallways smelled like smoke then the rooms where even worse with the cigarette smells walking in each time it hit you like a wave. There is absolutely no bars of soap to wash your hands after the bathroom or any in the shower, the dispensers that have shampoo, body wash, and conditioner were almost empty. The room was not very tidy when we first walked in. There is not enough pillows that are offered for the bed either. The overall experience lacked for us and the room itself could definitely use some maintenance and updates for sure! Oh, an no water bottles which is almost like a requirement for hotels to provide at least two complentary bottles of water for their guests... WOW!

The property was advertised as non-smoking. However, the entire hallway smelled like cannabis. It was clear that other patrons were smoking in their room and management didn’t address it. Also, the breakfast menu options were disappointing.

I was placed on the 1st floor near the exits & there was a LOT of foot traffic. There were also a lot of kids for some reason. I typically come here because of the quiet. I can't say that was my experience this time. They were in & out of the side door, talking loudly in the halls, and it wasn't enjoyable. I bring my dog and loud noises make her bark. I definitely won't be placed on the 1st floor again. They eventually stopped around midnight. The room was clean & neat...pillows and bed were comfy.

Some rooms seemed to have nice little balconies and there is a delightful little courtyard with chairs and little lights for nighttime. Room was musty smelling and fairly clean - not spotless. Potential for, if not actually with some mold since the floor in front of the sink was carpeted. Beds and pillows weren't amazing but served their purpose. Perfect for a quick overnight while traveling to a different destination. Wouldn't bring kids since walls and floors were not very thick and due to mold potential.

Even number room face the court yard, much more quite that the odd numbers which face the street. (175) All in all very good value for the Columbia MD area.

The hotel is tucked back from the road which is perfect because this particular area of Columbia can be quite busy. But the location of the hotel provided for a quiet and secluded stay. The room was quite lovely and very comfortable. No doubt I would stay here again when back in the area. Plus there is a grocery store and more than several restaurants for various cuisine within a short walk from the hotel if you didn't want to get back in your car.

Room needs work. 4th time at this hotel and every room had its own unique thing that was either worn out or messed up. This time, the bathroom ceiling was sagging with a hole, the bathroom fan didn’t work, and no hot water for morning shower.

Staff were very accommodating. Excellent communication, extremely nice. The room was nice and clean. The pool was great for the two day stay, just wish the hours were later. The breakfast was okay but honestly just enough. Ample parking, even the grounds crew were very nice and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. It was close to shops, restaurants, the highway, Baltimore harbor and a short drive to D.C.

Our stay was just average. Basic amenities. We specifically chose this hotel because of location to what our weekend plans were, but also because it had an indoor pool. However, we were very disappointed that it was so cold! Any hotel we have ever been to at least heats the indoor pool. The shower had obviously not been cleaned. Other than that, everything was just ok. Probably would not stay at a Sonesta property again. But it was adequate for just one night.

The check in area looked nice. They did not have house keeping. Our room was not cleaned during our stay. The room smelled like pee when you walked in. They did not restock the room with toilet paper, towels or coffee supplies. They charged 13 per person for a Complementary breakfast of coffee cereal and a pastry. I paid for 4 people they have me a card for 2. Anytime we called the front desk for anything they told us no one was available to help us we would have to come down to get it. The room filled with the smell off weed anytime we turned the air on. Overall a bad experience.

While I didn't have breakfast, at the hotel, I DID get a good, quality night's rest. The nightly rate was VERY affordable & the location convenient. I will, DEFINITELY, consider staying here, again, on my next trip to MD.

I was booked for 2 nights but I stay just 1 night and let the sonesta receptionist aware that i am checking out early but they have still charged me for 2 nights instead of 1 night. Even though I made them be aware that i have connected Expedia customer service that I can check out early but sonesta still went ahead to charged me 2 night fee. I need my refund

My room had a bug a stink bug and the heat did not work properly. The room was dusty and small not the cleanest. They make you pay a $100 security deposit which none of the guest seem aware of. I paid $44 for breakfast and it was not breakfast at all a coffee cake , tea, coffee, or juice. My daughter wanted breakfast made and was going to pay. My daughter is 13 the lady ignored her the whole time and made an entire family breakfast. Not the best experience in a hotel it was convent because it’s across the street from Wegmans.

Breakfast was an add on we didn't choose. Staff wasn't as sharp mor friendly as they should be. Called our room at 9:00 PM to ask our name? Not being sure about the call, I said I will come down to the desk. When I got there, I was again asked my name then I was told to step away from the desk, and wait. After a short wait she called me back up and said you can go. No explanation, just a big inconvenience with no apparent reason.

In general the hotel was good. There are two reasons I did not rate it as excellent. First, we did not get the room I booked. We got a handicap accessible room. It was okay for an overnight stay but prefer a regular room. The other issue was a surprise $100 security deposit. This was not mentioned in the Expedia listing. That is excessive and I do not like the fact the hotel is holding my money for several days.

When I checked into the hotel on Thursday it went smoothly but come Friday night -Sunday morning I had to make numerous phone calls to the front desk everyday because kids was running up and down the halls loudly and banging on doors and was even running in the halls passed the times it said it was quiet hours and I couldn’t sleep or rest. And all the front desk said is they couldn’t do anything about it and that they would send their maintenance or cleaning people to go check it out and to me that’s unacceptable because if I’m making the same phone call about the same incident something should of been done the very first time

For a mid-level hotel, this was great. It was clean, quiet and close to shopping and concert venue. Staff was nice. It is probably a 3 star hotel-and in that context it deserves 4.8 stars.

Visually the property appears good. My first impression of the first room , I was given in , I entered in and it smells strongly of urine. For this to gain a better rating from me sanitation.Perhaps cleaning the carpets making sure the Bathrooms inside of the yes, rooms are properly cleaned and sanitized.It was an immediate turn off entering the room and smelling urine!

Management is very poor and discriminatory. My stay was from 3/9-3/15. First one of the elevators certificate expired on January 14 2026 and the elevator functions very slowly and like it needs to be maintenenced. Also, the first set of stairs by elevator 1 the door on the second floor is splintered and destroyed. Breakfast is supposed to be available from 6:30am-9:30am. My first two days there breakfast was either not available at all or started way after 6:30am. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling because there is no fan in the shower area so the bathroom stays damp all day. The card I used to book the room was denied to purchase water at the front desk. There is a sign that says cash app cards are not allowed but I have a chime card which is not the same thing. Then they told me my card might be fraudulent that is why they cannot accept it. All the while they kept asking for my room number which made me uncomfortable because how would that change anything. Would you then say my stay was invalid even though it was already paid for? You won't let me charge the item to the room. You have an updated POS system but you cannot accept tap pay. It is very clear to me that the manager of this establishment does not know how to manage his POS system or any other part of this hotel. I sent a message above to corporate and they submitted a ticket to the hotel. The next day as I was leaving out the manager was glaring at me. I felt very uncomfortable so I checked out early

Roomed smelled like a liter box/ cat urine. Hotel smelled like dispensary, half of the staff struggled speaking English. And when they mess up, they double charge your account for room deposit and say sorry about your luck.. didn’t do anything wrong. A water and Snapple downstairs costed almost 10 dollars in lobby. No staff in cafe at all. Wouldn’t recommend staying at this location.

Wifi is slow but workable. Gym is very small as expected. One of the treadmills was broken and one was in use so had to return to the room.

Property is located in a good area, nice restaurant next store. Ive stayed here 3 times so far and I will say every stay is great. Only problem I have is the breakfeast spot located in the hotel is never open or it opens late. Thats my biggest complaint!!

The first room we were put in smelled like smoke, room switch took an hour. Staff complained about new private ownership instead of corporate management. Door for second floor was kicked in at some point, never replaced, probably by a patron whose card key stopped working and lost access to his room, or maybe by someone trying to rob the guy selling bud on the 3rd floor. Either way, we stayed last year and the quality of the rooms had dropped, property standards dropped but so did the price. Whatever they are spraying to kill the bed bugs is working but also dropping the air quality inside the rooms. The hygiene for sheets seems to be spraying instead of washing.

Yes, the staff never expressed care. I requested my room to be cleaned and was not on the list as the morning staff told me. My refrigerator did not work. Maintenance never came. To top things off tgere was a flying asian ladybug that bites. Of course the front desk used a user excuse as as they always when you call them for something which is they can't leave the front desk they're the only ones there there's no maintenance there there's no housekeeping there I've only seen one housekeeper since I've been here and that's only because I had to call back again to ask for my room to be clean the carpet smell like feet that lady cleaned the room and did not even do anything to the carpet it's just atrocious it's like they just want you to book a room take your money and then that's it everything else is on you

Staff was ok, not too friendly but ok. I know that early check in is usually a benefit so sometimes there is a fee attached. Sonesta is the ONLY hotel ive ever stayed at where a fee was attached. I get a fee if there is no room available and they have to hurry and clean a room for you to get in OR if its a small convenience fee like $25. I paid more for the fee to check in 3 hours early (even with a room already available) then I paid for my reservation. I guess i was supposed to sit outside in the snow until 4pm got here. Oh and thr curtains don't close. This is my last time staying at a Sonesta unless i have no other option.

The Expedia description mentioned "breakfast", not a cup of coffee and a Dollar-Tree-quality pastry. There was no coffee or "breakfast" on Dec.25th due to the attendants' day off. It seems that the breakfast counter is run by Starbucks, not by Sonesta. The description should say "Starbucks on site, closed for holidays", and this hotel shouldn't be coming up for "breakfast included" searches on Expedia. In addition, the pool was cold, and its filters were also taking a day off for Christmas. There aren't any restrooms near the pool. Not suitable for kids.

I got charged 3 times and the staff was not helpful. Owner get better workers that truly want to work not lazy people who are not friendly and are rude to customers. Learn how to treat customers.

Room was outdated and dark. Couch in room was dirty and stained. Iron spit out massive amounts of water and leaked. However, bed and towels were clean. Electrical outlets worked. We were there for one night for a soccer tournament. Breakfast was supposed to be served from 7am-10am. Went there at 7am due to an early morning game and the breakfast area was completely dark. We left without eating and checked out.

This room was spotless. One of the cleanest hotel rooms I've seen. Due to travelling with a dog, we were given a room with a sliding glass door to the enclosed courtyard. This is very helpful for late night walks. The room came with a fridge, microwave, and little keurig coffee maker. The sheets were clean and the halls were quiet for the most part. The only concern was the cafe area had sticky stuff on the floor that hadn't been cleaned up. I loved the ambience close to the entrance.

The room was clean and I really like the accent couch. Wish they had a bigger TV in the room instead of the outdated small one. The pool was heated, clean, and very spacious! The continental breakfast is not worth it as it’s only a croissant, coffee, and your choice of box cereal or instant oatmeal.

Reserved and paid for a room with two queen beds. Nothing was mentioned during check in, so I arrived in my room to find one king bed instead— and when I called the front desk, was told that “someone should have called me” and “we are all sold out of queens” — Staff was unable to explain how my reserved and paid for room was not available for me at check in. Felt like a Seinfeld episode. Super disappointing.

Our stay was ok. We reserved a room with a king bed and we got an accessible disability two queen bed room. The bedroom was very clean but the condition and features are outdated.

I was very dissatisfied with my say here. I’ve stayed at this hotel before and the room was nice previously, but the room I was in this time had a foul odor, the dresser drawers were off the hinges, the refrigerator had no bars so when you opened it everything fell out. Just overall negative experience. I won’t be staying here again.

The property was mostly fine, however our room had bedbugs. The hotel refused to compensate us, despite waking up in the middle of the night to bites and having to move rooms.

I came to the area for a memorial service and checked into an Airbnb that was a nightmare and had to find last minute lodging for my pup and I in an unfamiliar place. This is a quaint hotel and upon arrival I was unsure. And BOY WAS I WRONG ! This place was perfect and I wish I would have started there instead of wasting money on an air bnb. The rooms were clean and quiet and very comfortable with nice touches like a bar sink and a rain shower The rooms have balconies to sit and watch the sunset or the city vibes on A1A . It’s literally across the street from beach access to the quietest prettiest beach I’ve seen from the Pacific to the Atlantic on the mainland of this country and exactly what I needed . I was greeted by a very lively and funny lady that evening (holiday weekend last minute booking ) She made me feel very comfortable and was every bit as welcoming as a larger brand hotel and certainly more than the hosts at the joke of an air bnb I paid ten times as much for. The pool is large and clean . The property is quiet even tho it is located near bars and restaurants sure to have something for any taste in food or music. Do yourself a favor and stay here . You will still have money to spend with the local vendors and you will definitely enjoy the kind and relaxing atmosphere ! Thank you so much to the staff here for their pride in their place and their unmatched southern hospitality !

I have made complaints to Expedia and also sonesta customer service.

Always like staying at Sonesta because it it pet-friendly! The only issue is I am scent-allergic and lots of scented products were in use to clean when we arrived. Had to open the window to get rid of the scents.

We had a fantastic check-in experience our check-in guide nudged us to get an Uber instead of driving because we are going to a concert. Our hotel room was lovely and I feel like the stuff at this hotel should all get raises because we had such a lovely time.

I liked that it was close to a couple shopping centers. What I didn't like is that the room I booked wasn't available (probably because I booked 3rd party and chose to pay at check in) but the lady found me a room with what I asked for. Another thing I didn't like is that they didn't offer free breakfast or at the very least a free coffee station. BUT you were able to purchase coffee at their franchised Starbucks for $6 and buy breakfast too. Plenty of other hotels in walking distance that do offer what this place didn't.

When we first arrived check in was smooth but when the air conditioner went on we got hit with a bunch of dust and it didn’t clear out for a few hours. The room was noisy, the door lock kept getting stuck and we had issues with the smell of marijuna kept leaking into our room. We had to check out early because of the smell getting us sick and I was charged double to check out early. I would never stay here again

The woman running the breakfast counter was pretty terrible. She was totally incapable of multitasking so it took us 20+ minutes to get a cup of coffee. Nothing in it, just plain coffee. There was one person in line when we started. I give your hotel a C-. Nothing felt special or select.

What made me mad was when you first check in and they tell you all about the breakfast and what time the breakfast is and then they tell you about how they have their little snack area for if you get hungry they have all these things available and that'll sounds great The only part is they don't tell you they're going to charge you something extra for that. Sure that breakfast is available if you pay extra for it. Sure you can have one of those snacks. No problem, you just have to pay extra for it.

The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable, but the shower water pressure was very light and the tub drained extra slow. I had to wait about five minutes after my wife got out of the shower for me to get in the shower because that’s how long the drain took to empty out the water. Also, a huge safety issue is the front door to the room would not close on its own. You had to slam the door shut to have a possibility of closing the door. When I had left to go get my forgotten item from the check-in desk, I thought the door Had closed all the way behind me because I heard the sound, but it was actually the sound of the lock just hitting the frame of the door. So when I came back, I was surprised that the door had not fully closed. Thank God because that could’ve been dangerous since my wife was in the room by herself at the time. Other than that, my stay was pretty good. The only thing is this is the second Sonestra I’ve stayed at where the water pressure has been trash. Not sure if it’s a coincidence or a problem throughout the system. Idk.

My wife and I booked this last minute as a getaway evening. The front desk staff was very friendly. Our room was nice and clean. If you drive a full size crew cab truck the parking lot spaces can be a little tight. The lobby has a print out of local restaurants which was very useful.

This was a last minute trip, for the most part it was a nice stay. The only thing I would want to change is the decor, you can tell they spend more money on the lobby than the rooms themselves, the rooms had a weird smell to them and the carpets looked a little suspicious. The elevator was really really old to the point we just took the stairs instead. They have a pool, the pool was really nice but really really small. The staff were really really nice and pleasant.

The staff was understanding, caring, respectful, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable and welcoming as possible. This reservation was a urgent last minute request.. I originally hit booked Ramada by Wyndham Baltimore West and that was a total disaster, walked in Sonesta was the best decision I made. Thanks to the staff for making my 5 days & 4 nights, 1st time visiting Maryland a memorable vacation. Keep up the amazing job. I will be back next summer.

Front desk staff would not change my credit card at checkout, even though I selected “pay at property”. 3 staffers said because I booked through Expedia, they can’t change the card on file!?!! Very unwilling to help or even try! I booked 3 rooms for our group and they wouldn’t add other names to rooms for them to check in. After calling a 3rd time (and talking to 3rd different person) did someone finally help me add a name. Young man was very nice in fact. Otherwise Front desk people were not friendly at all.

The bathroom was not cleaned properly. The staff were awesome, polite, and helpful. Staying here is ok, and not bad choice for budget short stay.

The hotel room has a horrible smell. Realized it was blowing in from the A/C. Room size from photo was very deceptive. Had to give 24 hour notice to get housekeeping. Some staff were friendly and some (the one male I encountered) didn’t even make eye contact with me. Breakfast was terribly overpriced. Won’t be staying again.

My check-in experience was wonderful I believe her name was Michelle, can’t recall. I spoke with a front desk agent to complain the second day of my stay, that the room smelled very damp and I was told maintenance would come after 10AM I waited until 5:30PM, there was no visit from maintenance. The room had a very damp musky odor and I didn’t feel 100% comfortable sleeping in my room but I made due. I don’t think I’ll be staying at this hotel again.

Everything was great with one exception, during our stay there was toddler swimming classes being taught in the pool. My kids went down to the pool multiple times but were told they couldn’t swim because the pool was being used for swim classes. They were finally able to swim at 10:00pm. Why advertise a pool when it can’t be used by the hotel guests.

First checked in was fine but when went to room the room was dirty hair in tub and sink found a bug in bed I gather all my belongings put it back in my car when went to front desk the guy whom I spoked with the bug was quick to tell me it wasn’t a bed bug but after doing my research It was I put the bug in a napkin and empty water bottle as evidence they only offered to reclean room . Not a refund I would never stay in this establishment again they didn’t come and clean the whole time of our stay besides when I found the bug after that not once.

One of the reasons we stayed there was the free breakfast. The morning we really needed it--we were heading out for a funeral--we were told, no breakfast today with no explanation. The price was right, but I would never recommend a Sonesta hotel again. I am already booked at the Chase in St Louis (a Sonesta hotel)--and I am thinking about moving to another hotel after this experience.

I loved my stay at Sonesta Columbia. It was so comfortable and relaxing. I enjoyed the suite with the king size bed and sofa bed for family. Such a clean and cozy hotel. We loved the pool and amenities offered as well. We will be back. Thank you

Front desk personell exhibited a lack of acceptable customer service and communication skills! It was a struggle getting succinct informational flow, without continuously having to ask follow up questions. In addition, I was unable to add and pay for an additional night when I checked in at the front desk! I was asked to reserve a room for the next night and confirm that reservation the next morning. I reserved the additional night and I received an email confirming the reservation riddle with serious grammatical errors and an a substantial increase in price! I cancelled the reservation and will not visit this facility ever again!

I particularly noted how well kept the grounds were - manicured and green grass in the middle of a heat wave. The parking lot was clean, with no debris. The front-entrance trashcan was stuffed and overflowing by the end of the day and needed emptying, though.
