    Where does the staff hide? Breakfast? What about coffee? Went downstairs three times, and coffee container was empty. Last time, when staff brought “new” one out, it filled 3 small coffee cups!!! Staff behind counter would only say, “we’re making some.” They were not helpful at all!

    It was sad that these rooms were renovated. They were not. It felt like I was back in the 1970s. The room smelled old. The appliances and furniture were old. Definitely not worth the price at all. If I could have checked right back out and gotten a full refund we would’ve done so. After check-in, we left to get something to eat and then we left very early in the morning.

    Worst place I’ve stayed in. The couch was ripped. The bathroom door was destroyed. Looked like someone had punched it. And there were no available utensils nor pans to cook in. Their breakfast was awful. This place needs a lot of house keeping to take care of and a remodel would come in handy

    Rust stains everywhere. This is the oldest looking hotel I've seen. Old worn our counter tops with lots of rust and stains, just old, out dated and dilapidated! I didn't stay the night and found another room.

    Very nice front desk clerk Unfortunately after getting off the elevator there was a strange man suspiciously staring at everyone while quietly standing half naked in his hotel doorway. The hallway and my room smelled horrible. It smelled like urine and burnt rubber. The comforter was covered with dirty with black spots. The carpet was filthy and the tub was infested with black mold. Also, the kitchen had thick sticky dark brown residue all over the cabinets, countertop, stove and refrigerator. The people on the same floor were loud and randomly running up and down the hallway throughout the night disturbing everyone from sleeping. Without a doubt, I know for sure that I will have horrific nightmares about this hotel for the rest of my life…. Trust me I will NEVER EVERRR stay there again! ???‍♀️ #Guaranteed ?

    The room was unclean, toilets with stains, old filthy, and the kitchen items provided were dirty, used, and clearly not sanitized, which is unsafe and unacceptable. No guest should be given used dishes or utensils that appear unwashed or with rust. This is a serious health concern. Common areas were poorly maintained, giving the entire property a run-down and neglected feel. The overall atmosphere made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe during my stay. For an “extended stay” hotel, this place fails at the most basic standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and hospitality. I do not recommend staying here and would strongly advise others to look elsewhere.

    The property is in desperate need of repair/remodeling. Did not seem clean. Stains on furniture, walls, doors and carpet. Flying insects in the room. Damaged furniture and lamp. No dishes, silverware, pots, pans or dish soap in the kitchen. The remote did not work for the TV, but the associate at the front desk was helpful. The staff seemed attentive, but again the property needs major updating, unfortunately I can not recommend this hotel location.

    Staff was friendly. The lobby and hallways reeked of weed. Our room didnt have a shower curtain or any kitchen utensils. Front desk provided a few bowls/spoons when requested but said they didnt have much stock. When we asked for sheets for the pull out bed, they gave us a sheet and nothing else.

    The bathroom door lock was broke. The lights about the bathroom sink were shorting and had to be adjusted. The sofa bed mattress had stains on the the bottom and they would not provide sheets for the sofa bed. The beds were not soft.

    This location is largely filled with families. There was the smell of smoke in the hallways and the heat was stifling. The room appeared to be clean but I could still see that there were old urine stains on the toilet rim (not cool) but I was exhausted and dealt with it myself. It had a kitchenette with dead roaches in it but we only needed it for 1 night. Overall, it was quiet and the staff was professional. The room also had a couch and lounge chair

    The room had the smoke alarm disconnected and hanging from the ceiling. I was nervous the entire time there. The mattress had a deep indentation in it so i rolled into all the time. The pillows were like cement. It was 4 days of torture. Most of the staff were nice and amiable. The rest shouldnt be working there at all.

    It was the worst experience to uave and to then be there for a funeral, made it worse. Service was slow to respond at the front desk. Sheets were dirty even after asking for clean ones. Pullout bed was ripped and base broken. The microwave caught fire if you used it. Room phone didnt work the 3 days of our stay.

    the whole place SMELLS LIKE SMOKE. The head board and wall around it were stained and marked up. The metal in the shower, toilet and sink was stained brown and black. Adjacent rooms looked as if People were living there. Kids being picked up by the school bus in front and in the parking lot. Tried changing rooms bug found bugs and more issues in the 2nd rom. Checked out next morning. DO NOT STAY HERE

    This hotel is not welcoming, not clean, and not safe for anyone to stay at. We had to ring the bell and call the hotel for several minutes to get front desk staff to arrive. After finally checking in and getting to our room, the room smelled and the air tasted of something rotting. The entire floor and the furniture was sticky. There was a brown substance--that looked like and smelled like leaking sewage--on the bedroom (NOT the bathroom) floor. It took forever to get the front desk staff back to assist and all they could do was to give us our money back but that would take 7-10 business days. AWFUL experience. Would not recommend. The public health department should shut this place down.

    People were sleeping in the parking lot. The fridge and stove were rusty and looked like they’ve been there from the 1960s. There was hair on the floors and counters. The floor itself was sticky, the bed was disheveled, there was spray on the furniture, there were stains on the carpet area, the bathroom was rusted and unclean, you could hear people on the hallways yelling and fighting. There was gunk on the remote. I left and went to the Hilton. Will not stay there

    Booked 1 king + pullout couch for my wife, daughter and myself. Arrived 3pm to no bedding in room for pullout. Went to front desk and requested bedding, and was told it would be brought to the room. Left property, returned at midnight... still no bedding. Went to front desk and was handed a fitted sheet and a blanket, but was told they were "out of pillows". (Apparently they were out of top sheets too?) THEN... went back to room, and toilet is clogged. Called front desk and was told to "come down and get a plunger". (Fix your own toilet at a hotel?!?!?) Went to front desk, and nobody was there, even though they knew I was on my way down! Tapped on glass for probably 5 minutes before staff returned to desk and handed me a plunger. 3 people book a room, and you don't provide bedding for 3? You assure someone there will be bedding and 9 hours later there's still none? And then you make the guest come get it? How does a hotel not have enough bedding for the beds that they have? Cleaning staff doesn't flush the toilet between guests to make sure it's working? Guest then has to come get the plunger and do it himself? Guest tells you they're on their way to the desk, and that's when you decide to go to the bathroom? Not a single apology from anyone for any of this? Again: Ridiculous customer service.

    I booked this hotel last minute after my daughter and her friend had been at the ballfield all day, and we had to be back early in the morning. When walking in the 1st floor it smelled like cigarette smoke. The 1st room we checked into was dirty, pull out couch bed sheet was dirty/stained, used soap was left in the shower, and a cockroach was on the wall. We went to the front desk and got another room. The hotel needs to be updated in general. Our floor was sticky, the kids were grossed out, but at this time it was late and we sucked it up. For the amount I spent I wish I would have stayed somewhere else.

    This hotel was booked last minute and it was adequate overall. The lobby area was clean and the reservation process was smooth. The room was fairly clean but outdated. You'll need to request dishes and utensils from the front desk. The downside was that there was no hot water or water pressure in the shower. We had to use a local gym for showers and it was inconvenient. But overall, it's solid but no frills

    Although it was my mistake booking only one night instead of two, it would have helped if the front desk had confirmed my stay dates at check-in. They were accommodating when I requested a room change due to a noisy fridge, but when I returned from an outing, my belongings had been thrown out because of the misunderstanding. They offered me another room, but at a higher rate, so I booked the same hotel at a different location through Hotels.com for less. A simple policy to confirm stay dates at check-in could prevent this in the future.

    So they switched me to a different room the couch look like Freddy Krueger got to it, and the TV was positioned so the two beds couldn’t see it so I had to MacGyver that so that I could watch TV. For the amount of money that I spent it just wasn’t worth the experience so unless I get this hotel at 50 or $60 a night it’s not worth the time and energy even for one night. You’re better off staying at the one closer to Columbia 100 Parkway or going to the one over in the corporate park down the road. Not staying here again.

    When I arrived, I had to move to three rooms before I finally settled in, but I appreciate how the staff was very professional and handled the situation. I definitely will come back when I got to the third room even though I realize one of the windows is broken. I was too tired to move again the next day. I realize my refrigerator was warm and everything that was frozen had melted. The manager came and replaced the whole refrigerator I told him I was hoping he would just fix the problem because I did not wanna move again since this was the third room I was in. He felt bad and gave me an extra night even though there were some inconvenience. I really really appreciate how the staff was very professional in handling of the situation with a smile on their face and apologize for the inconvenience. That’s how you do business and I definitely will return in the future and will recommend people to this hotel

    Nothing like the pictures. Rust all around and in the bath tub, cracks in the walls, water coming out from inbetween the titles in the floor. Bed was not comfortable at all. The complimentary breakfast is coffee and oatmeal packs and pre packaged muffins and my second morning there i got up an hour before breakfast was over and it was bare and there was no coffee

    The place looked terrible, the counter was old with cigarette burns in the kitchen, cabinets were in very bad shape. The pullout bed spring was broken, my friends had to sleep in incline due to the mattress having no support at the end of bed. It was late, so we waited to tell the front desk in the morning.     Had to stay on short notice because of an issue and this was only place available in the area. The hotel is incredibly old, had horrendous odor. Lights did not work in room.     I needed a place to shower and nap between events I had planned in the area. Check in went okay because on the day of my reservation I was told that there were only 2 housekeepers on staff, and my room may not be available. Once checked in and getting into my room, I discovered that the laminate on bathroom wall was discolored, black/gray stains on the towels and a stain on the sheets. I didn’t complain to the staff as I had no plans of staying overnight. I am grateful that I had shower shoes & that I didn’t NEED to use the linens. The positives are that the parking is convenient, the location is close to shopping, restaurants and other activities, and the price is competitive.

    There was TV was broken, bathroom door would not easily open from the inside. Cockroach in the kitchen, Cockroach by the bathroom and bed. I found lot of object under the bed (shoes, plastic bag, lids of botter) I was very disappointed and could not stay in such nasty and dirty room I requested a refound so I Went to different hotel in the middle of night with my all family. The Strange thing was that the staff hotel at the reception was shocked to learned that I was given Room 206. According to her the room is known to have cockroach and dirty.     The first room I was assigned had a rusted bathtub, smelled, and had damaged walls and worn out finishing on the tub. The bottom of the tub had holes with rust, and was discolored or dirty. I couldn’t believe they were actually charging money for this room. I complained and was given another room which was only slightly better. The bathtub was missing the stopper in the tub and was discolored. The toilet paper holder was broken so toilet paper was kept on the back of the tub. The door was cracked. The floor was so dirty that after I showered and picked up the bathmat it was brown on the side that faced the floor. Shame on the hotel and shame on Expedia for representing them. This is the 2nd time in a row I’ve booked a hotel through Expedia and been deeply disappointed and infuriated.

    One room had a dirty bathroom still. The AC went out on the final night in The other room. There was either no sound deadening between floors or there was a pack of elephants in the room above us. The room with the broken AC didn’t have a phone, trash cans, desk chair or coffee table like the other room. The rooms didn’t match the pictures. The only plus was the location to our event.

    The sheets were dirty. We had fruit flies. We were told if we wanted new towels we had to bring our olds ones down stairs. We stayed more than two days so I don’t know why the room wasn’t refreshed or new towels brought to us. Everyone including staff smoked in the parking lot and in their rooms which drifted into the halls and our room. In person the hotel looks different than online.

    dont value long term guest or any guest our air condition didn't work entire stay the temperature in the room was 84 and 85 degress my elderly mother suffered we had to by a fan. The stove stop never worked we had to buy a hot plate we payed over 3,000 our stay we was always advised to book 3rd party so because it was cheaper but not telling us we would receive a tax credit each month that would go towards your stay but that never applied to our stay

    Had to visit front desk for toilet paper during stay. Tub had rust spots on bottom that looked like fecal matter. Pleather on recliner was cracked and old. Room phone didn’t work. Upon checkout they showed an outstanding balance that was equivalent to the price paid via hotels.com

    The first room had a hole in the baseboard. The fabric on the couch was worn and frayed. The second room had water stained bathtub or was that pure dirt? Absolutely would never stay at this hotel ( I left after 15 minutes..how long it took me to find another hotel in the area). DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!

    Employees were courteous. Their "breakfast" is anything but. A muffin and cup of coffee is all they have. Room was ok but bathroom light was pretty dim. I would stay here again if by myself but would not bring my family here.

    The room smelled like someone died in it, definitely long term tenants too, at this location! Box fans in most of the windows tell you that… asked for another room and they said that they were sold out… but all the guest get there room number after they check in… you couldn’t give me a room that hasn’t been checked into, yet?!!

    Customer service was great! Our room was musty smelling, someone else’s trash was under our sink. We didn’t discover the trash until the following day. The toilet also was clogged. I wouldn’t stay again, but the customer service was great. The gentleman that helped us did everything in his power to get us in a room as quickly as possible (it was 2AM).

    The bed in the room did not have a blanket. Unfortunately for us, my spouse & I did not notice the lack until we went to bed, at which point there was no one at the front desk (staffed only 7a - 11p). I was able to get a blanket the following day, however I had to explain to the front desk staff that I was not asking for an EXTRA blanket, I was asking for ANY blanket. The room also was lacking in toilet paper - we were greeted with only half of one roll. Again, it was only with reluctance that I was given another roll of TP. Again, I was not asking for EXTRA. At that point we had NONE AT ALL and had had to supplement with kleenex. Our room was near the end of the hallway on the top floor. I'd guess the housekeeping staff had run out of stuff on the cart, and just couldn't be bothered to restock and return. For that reason, I feel no guilt about leaving poo-laden kleenex in the wastebasket. The ice-cube trays in the freezer were empty. There is no ice machine in the facility. We had to get ice from a nearby grocery. I was also underwhelmed by an ESA in Timonium; I'll likely avoid this chain in the future.

    From the moment we arrived dirty, bathroom wasnt working sheets were dirty and the pull out bed should not be allowed to be considered a place to sleep as it was maybe 3 inches and dirty alsp. I would NOT recommend this to anyone ever.

    I booked 2 nights with them April 17 and 18 , I arrived to check in there was 5 to 6 police cars in the parking lot ,I went inside to check in the girl at the front desk was so unprofessional made me wait for ever making excuses that the system is down , and I can see that there is police officers and detectives every where , I didn’t know what’s going on and the front desk lady didn’t tell me anything , finally she gave the keys to my room on the 3rd floor room 314 , there was 6 to 7 police officers in the hallway next door to my room and there was horrible smell rotten smell I can’t describe the smell worst thing I ever smelled . I entered my room and the bad smell was worst couldn’t take it even with my mask on , I didn’t even sit down I felt something wrong going on but didn’t expect at all next door a decomposed body and that’s why the smell was awful and horrible. And what made me mad they didn’t even informed me about what’s going on . I tried to speak with front desk to refund my money because I wanted to leave . They offered me another room but I didn’t stay I left and booked another hotel .Worst experience ever be aware folks , I googled this hotel today and found out this is not the first time they had it . Very dangerous and scary don’t book with them .

    This hotel stay was disappointing due to several issues. The pervasive smell of cigarette smoke was noticeable throughout the property, contrary to what I understood. My room had cleanliness issues, including a used sock found under the bed from a previous guest and some bugs present in the kitchen area. Additionally, there was an unpleasant odor in the hallway, and the refrigerator in my room did not cool adequately. The breakfast offered was minimal, consisting only of coffee that tasted watered down, a few muffins, and some Kellogg's bars, which was quite inadequate. Due to these unsatisfactory conditions, I checked out early at approximately 6:40 am as the environment was no longer tolerable. I will not be returning to this hotel in the future.

    This property is in a great location central to the hustle and bustle of Columbia. The issue I have with this property is that there are several people that live there that make the entire property their home. Not much you can do about it because they are in the common areas, but I did watch this dude‘s dog piss on the wall and that’s not something we want to see his dog because we are already limited as it is and that just makes it bad for everybody.

    This property has been ridden hard and put away wet!! Bathtub drips and cannot be turned off. Toilet runs wasting water. Refrigerator shelves missing. Cupboards in rough condition. Linens are threadbare. Towels has trim hanging off and should have been thrown away,.bathroom countertops are worn out!! Bed was comfortable. Very disappointed!

    Two things irritated us about our stay. First, the kitchen counter was very small and difficult to use because the refrigerator stuck out too far from the counter. Second, there were no lights in the living room area. From the pictures, an end table and lamp were missing. I asked to get a light, but never did although we were in the room for 8 days. We looked at other rooms, but they did not have dressers for clothing.
