The staff was fine. The breakfast was fine. The shower leaked water on the floor. The carpets in the elevators were filthy and one elevator makes a loud rumbling and vibration when it comes to an upward stop. No 24 hour coffee bar. Hotel needs a renovation, everything seems to be old and overused. Parking is free and spacious. The hand sanitizer at the elevator on the fourth floor where we were was always empty. The near by window was cracked and held together with tape. The mattress in our room could use replacing.

This is a top notch hotel near I-95 and many good restaurants as well. Highly recommend!

That said, this stay was not good. Checked in just after 5pm and they didn't quite have a room ready - put me in a room they thought was ready. The first queen size bed was either 40 years old or someone broke that mattress in a bad way. Wasn't possible to lay down flat. Imagine you drew a circle in the middle of the mattress, cut it open, took out 80% of the foam or springs and sealed it back up... Other bed? A bit better but still worn? maybe is the right word... Much more "level" but still not great. I was out of my room for the majority of the stay and my 2nd night I had decided i'd ask for a different room. I got in so late, it just wasn't worth switching when I was checking out just 7 hours later so i didn't... At check out, told the front desk person about the room and the one mattress in particular... their only response? "ok i'll write that down." Not a typical Marriott experience so be forewarned some room maintenance might be needed...

I like that it was in a prominent area where I could access different stores and near the main highways.. rooms were very spacious and comfortable I checked out Sunday in the system but asked to stay until Monday..spoke with housekeeping outside the room to come and clean, left out and came back and they didnt clean.. I let the front desk know

Breakfast nice and simple with reasonable variety and laid back atmosphere. Cafeteria buffet style.

Room was dated with many light fixtures non operational/ dated. The room had a very musty odor that never seem to go away. I accidentally forgot my toothbrush at home and non was available for purchase or complimentary, hotel was out of water (bottled) leaving us stranded overnight without drinkable water. Luckily, there is a great gas station nearby offering great coffee, snacks, and quick bites

The place overall has a bad feeling , I did not feel comfortable staying . My room was also placed right next to a stairwell so I can hear a slamming door all day . I would never stay nor recommend anyone to stay here

The waffles smelled so good walking down the hall. My favorite is always the oatmeal and they had so many excellent mix in choices! The room was spacious and well laid out. Had everything we could need and then some. Everything was well done and all the staff I interacted with were helpful and friendly, especially at check in/out.

I had a four day stay and not once was my room cleaned by housekeeping. On the second day I asked front desk to make sure that housekeeping gathered all the trash, it was all neat piles for them to collect and to change the bed. Came back that evening and nothing was done, when I asked for some sort of compensation that front desk lady god bless her heart had offered to change my sheets. It wasn't her fault so we ended up having to change our own sheets

In a great area and a short distance from White Marsh.

Staff was very welcoming, property was well taken care of.

The property itself is kind of congested its next to a car wash where we had to wait 20 minutes just to make a right turn into the property. We had to call several times downstairs because the upstairs noise was unbearable just really really loud. I didn't really get a good night sleep there. I was Clock watching all night. I was just ready to go.

Fantastic room service, very clean room (suite) with clean air climate controls, hallways vacuumed and floors mopped daily, free buffet breakfast was spot on with very good choices, free parking, overall safe (as far as my experience), manager and front desk staff are very kind, helpful, and professional. Would surely stay again.

The staff were phenomenal. They were pleasant, very professional, eager to provide clean sheets, and listened attentively to my complaint when I was departing. The location was wonderful with accessible locations to restaurants, banks and gas stations. I was very surprised and disappointed after two days sleeping in bed on dirty sheets. I asked for sheets on the third day, the sheets were filthy, old silk rose petals along the base board and at the top of my bed. When changing the linen, I found a stained dirty mattress. a stained couch, dirt behind the bathroom sink and the room had an odor. We initially moved from one room to another due to the smell after entering. I feel awful having to write this because overall the staff were wonderful people and quite attentive.

When we had a noise issue with a neighboring room the front desk was extremely kind and accommodating and moved our room to a quieter spot.

The worst hotel experience ever, the bed was broken and I injured my back; no call from GM to follow up. I was put in a disabled room; carpet in the entire hotel was dirty/stained. Worst continental breakfast, staff are not enthusiastic about their jobs.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The bathrooms were updated and clean. The heat didn’t work in our room. It was 64 degrees the whole night. The bed was hard and sagged in the middle. Very disappointing.

Thank Goodness my phone is attached to my card. I was told it was night audit. Well yall need to fix it. They who stay was unpleasant cause of they kept charging my card... The dog from the across the hall barked the whole time. They should have a designated areas... Cause it is very disturbing to people who does not travel with with there PETS..

Loved the separate shower room and commode room. The beds were very comfortable and the room was well appointed. The hotel had rented the lobby for a birthday party and it was incredibly loud. Unsupervised children were racing up and down the halls screaming at 9:30 pm. When I called to complain no one picked up at the reception desk. I had to get out of bed and go into the hall to yell at the kids and a big sister came along and helped get them back to the lobby. Meanwhile their partying parents were all in the lobby carrying on so loudly that they likely didn't even know the kids were cretaing havoc in the halways. I question the choice of renting to a large group of loud people so close to the rooms. I was in the first room near the lobby. I have no idea whehter these were people staying in the hotel or whether they were just throwing a party. If it is the latter, it is not really fair to the guests who are paying a not insignificant sum for a room to relax in and sleep.

Well there was a few things, the toilet handle was broke, the room had a animal smell that could have been fixed possibly if you clean the carpet, also the the phone is useless the front desk just keeps going to a busy signal. The air/ heat unit is really loud it wakes people up. and your windows are so thin the cold air come right through.

They should pay you to stay there.

We have stayed at this location before. The room is very nice, it's clean and the service is always great. We had to be up and out before breakfast on this trip so we can't rate that part of the stay.

Room was fantastic. A lot of healthy options for breakfast. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Loved that it was pet friendly.Just need more sound proofing between floors. You could hear kids jumping up and down til 12:30.

The breakfast was standard. My main suggestion would be to add more variety, specifically regular sliced bread, as not everyone prefers thick bagels. Adding more variety of fruit would also be nice! Thank you for a comfortable stay.

Check-in and the front desk staff were great. The hotel walls are so thin and all of the rooms were so loud. You could hear everyone talking and screaming and I could even hear footsteps above us like it was an old house. It was a horrible night sleep. The room was clean, but the thin walls and the noise level was just unbearable.

Room was not cleaned on 12.21, had to request toilet paper and clean towels.

Spent the night here since we were going to the Luke Bryan concert. The room was so spacious and super clean. I had low expectations thinking it was an older building so I was pleasantly surprised.

Staff was great, allowed extended stay for checking out, little noises from occupants , shouting , banging on doors. Started feeling unsafe.

We had gone up for my Great Great Nephews Graduation. It was very close to where they lived abd easy enough to find. Nice hotel. Would definitely stay again if up that way.

Water main break on the check-in day! Horrible nightmare...however Mr Dell accommodated my 75+72 year old mom/aunt. Made our trip worth coming back.

The property was good all over, but then certain incident happened at the property where the hygiene was compromise so red flagged husband said that it was a friendly staff. But again they just charged without my consent.

This hotel is NOTHING BUT GREAT! From the checkin to the little touches like separating the toilet and shower and having quiche on the breakfast menu. I will be staying there whenever I'm in the DMW area..

Old, outdated room. Clogged sink. Very old carpet in the elevator, hallway, and room. Loud AC unit.

The hotel was clean and well kept, with modern chairs, lounge area, and a small market place to purchase snacks. The bed pillows were a bit too flat for me , but overall I'd stay again for the price and convenience. So far my Marriot experiences have been great! The workers are also kind and helpful!

I booked this overnight stay literally at the last minute. The Hotel was a great choice. If I'm in the area again I will use the Springhill Suites.

Would have liked more handicap parking available as I have temporary disability from a broken ankle and the couple of spots were not open.

No problems with the use of Mobil check in.

Overall we really had no issues or very minimal issues. Family of 5 in the area for a wedding and family memebers in other rooms and we all had a positive experience. Linens and rooms were clean. We opted not to have our rooms serviced every day we were there (4 nights/5days) but they were quick to offer tissues and toilet paper when we needed to refill. Needed linens for the pull out bed but front desk supplied when we asked. Our 1 sink was a bit clogged but not enough to cause an issue. A family member did have them service their clogged sink and they quickly took care of it. Would have been nice if breakfast was offered for 1 more hour each day, but we had busy evenings and were sleeping in a bit. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Struggled to find outlets near the beds, no extra blankets or pillows, heat blowed out cold air long before getting warm and the lights above the beds did not work at all

Not a place to stay

Pillows were too, too soft, toilet too low and without a grab bar to help you get up. Mattress felt like a spring covered with a sheet. The young woman at the front desk was very helpful and pleasant. She made me accept the bad things by being so nice.

I left behind my GOV laptop and bag in my room (208) on 28MAR25. The front staff worked with me to get the laptop shipped to my home in Virginia Beach. Unfortunately, someone stole my medicines and a personal document that I had in my laptop bag.

I was disappointed when we got there we were told their pool had been closed for a year and the reason me and my family got the hotel room was to enjoy the pool. It was false advertisement that the pool would be an amenity of the room. The front desk lady was willing to work with me in getting a refund but it was too last minute for me and my family to do so.

Nobody replied to calls for cleaning the room or ask for extra pillows. The air conditioning unit on the roof makes noise that is similar to jet engine… every 30 min

My family stayed here at the Spring Hill Suites before we closed on our new home. The room was clean. The split bathrooms turned out to be an added bonus with 5 of us in one room. The location was perfect. The breakfast was great!

My room was not cleaned properly. A few hours after I checked into my room, I found a Cheeto and dust on the top shelf above the microwave. I assume it was left by the prior guest. I mentioned this to Ian when I checked out.

Springhill Suites smells like a wet dog in the room. They really need to have a thorough cleaning and spray it to make it inviting. Theres no pool on this location, asked the front desk and told us to use the pool of the hotel next to us. Unbelievable! Also gym is under maintenance. Breakfast was just dedicated to healthy eating. I understand if they have additional options for just vegan but they took away completely the options for normal breakfast items.

Went to 4th floor the unit stayed at 65 but the thermostat was broken so you can’t adjust. The fridge was on high and froze my drinks over night. When I checked in I was not registered to the room that aircondition worked so I couldn’t get internet or use the TV. I have never had a bad experience wit Marriot Bonvoy establishments ; but the is property needs serious attention. I tried to tell the desk the issues as checking out and she was passive so I didn’t press and just left.

Quick overnight trip for a tennis tournament. Room was comfy but fan and a/c were noisy and didn’t regulate to the set temp. Fan went on and off all night. Hard to sleep.

Rats everywhere in rear parking lot and around the rear side of hotel. You literally had to maneuver around them. Not mice, Rats. We stay in a lot of SpringHill Suites for business, and this one was definitely not typical. Beds were hard, pillows were either completely worn out or hard. Doors missing from cabinet, 1 cup and 1 coffee in room. Every listed amenity closed for renovation. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

For the price the hotel was great. I was visiting family so just needed a place to shower and sleep. The staff were super friendly and professional. The bed was comfy, hated the blankets ( wish I had a comforter but again for the price it was fine)

Both the gym and pool were not open under construction they said we could use the joining property at the Hampton although when we went over there the gym was also closed and they'd said they do not share with the Spring Hill Suites

It was convenient for our needs.

There was only one receptionist at check-in time (4pm) which made for a longer than necessary wait time. Also, there was a water leak in the dining area that was poorly marked. However, I will stay here again in the future.

The shower was broken so we couldn’t shower. The handle broke off the bathroom sink. There was no hairdryer in the room.
