    I cancelled my stay immediately. First, the key didn’t work. Then, when I got into the room, I was afraid someone was already in there using the bathroom, but the toilet was just running uncontrollably. It was filthy. There were holes in the walls and loose wires. It was the worst hotel I’ve ever tried to book. I cancelled my reservation immediately. I could not stay there.

    The property was going through renovations during my brief stay at this location. This property did allow me to have my dog which was a great thing but there was a discrepancy in pet fees that were advertised and what I was being charged. I did bring it up to the young lady at reception but she didn’t adjust the price or offer any concessions. The walls are very thin, you will hear and smell everything your neighbor is doing. The house keeping staff that I encountered were very friendly. I had to move rooms due to a work order that was placed for my first room. Upon entering my second room neither TV worked nor were any of the lotions/soaps refilled. Possibly could’ve been a room not turned over in a while. The receptionist did inform me about the breakfast but I didn’t stay long enough to part take. I stayed less than 24 hrs, unsure if I would stay here any longer than that in the future.

    Overall wouldn't go back. Planned to have return visit through there and cancelled reservation. It's being remodeled - parking is awful. Hardly any and can't see your car. Smelled like smoke on entry and in elevator and hallways. Very ghost town vibe while there. Side door to enter is jammed and won't open. Door to room had to be lifted up to lock. Overall wouldn't return. Breakfast was a joke since being remodeled. No juice even.

    The bad: The floors are linoleum, not carpeted so your feet felt dirty the whole time. The bed was made with two mattress covers, no fitted sheet which made it feel strange. The free coffee was a blend of tea and coffee which tasted nasty. The hotel was being remodeled so there was a lot of construction dust all around. The good: The room was nice, the staff was awesome. The outside sitting areas were very nice. I believe once all of the construction is done, this will be a definite spot to stay at.

    This is a nice are lots of restaurants around, but this is the worst Homewood suites ive ever stayed at. The outside exterior does not match the rooms, they are curently renovating. I feel like post that on your website that rolms are outdated until renovations are completed. The room fruiture is filthy, visible stains wear and tear. Chalking in bathroom is not well done, floor ac unit, walls have visible stains, carpet looks filthy in halls and dingy in rooms. It was definitely giving motel 6 vibes 2 star at most.

    So much construction was not warned about on booking and was dusty and nasty. Could not eat the breakfast was nasty and leaking tub all night, air cut on and off all night, tvs didnt work. Room keys had to tread back around due to not being activated correctly. Would not stay here again in current condition.

    Found clogged bathroom sink and slow draining kitchen sink which never got fixed for my two night stay. Large hold where doorknob went through it was never fixed. Refrigerator door was extremely hard to open. Whole side of living room chair was black from dirty and was nasty. They claim to be doing renovations, but need to focus on fixing current issues to keep current customers happy. Stayed here numerous times withing the last 2 years, but may not be back. Employees at the front desk were very polite and helpful, but know they do not keep people there long, probably because everyone complains abot issues that are beyond their control.

    I had to be asked to move to another room. I had booked an extra day and the room that I got was horrible. The bathroom was so filthy that I could not even take a bath. The wallpaper was coming off and it looks like it had mold. Also, the bed was itchy and I was scared of bed bugs. They did moved me the next day and it was better. I will never book at this location again

    The room was spacious and clean The reservationist wasn’t very friendly they didn’t greet you with a concern or a smile as if they, even care, after ringing the bell they took their own time to answer .when I came back to check in the young lady stayed on the phone at least 35 min as if it was a personal call.then a young man came in he started to get on the computer. We was sitting on the couch looking back periodically, but he never asked were we being helped then a woman came from the back and told him to wait on us , then the young lady got of the phone and helped him with the reservation because he acted like he could not do it. It took 45 min to an hour in the lobby to get a room…when we brought the keys back they was just cold…I would like a warm greeting and concern smile or just fake it it’s your duty when your job is an reservationist….

    The only positive thing I can say about this hotel is that the shower had good water pressure. Otherwise, it is abysmal and I would not recommend anyone waste their money staying there. The rooms are rundown and disgusting, with mold in the shower and peeling wallpaper. The sheets were so old they had stains. Over the course of three nights our room was not once cleaned, despite repeated requests. And, most of the staff was incredibly rude and dismissive. I saw a cockroach. A terrible experience.

    I was assigned a room that was in the middle of construction project. When I complain about the noise to the manager on duty at 9 AM on December 17, he was there a dismissive and borderline rude to me. I am a senior citizen who only wanted to express my displeasure with this particular stay. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone simply because of the customer service I received today. Room assignment was in the area of a construction project and win the work on both days I was there. I was very disappointed with this property today.

    Breakfast has really went down in the last year. Better off going out to eat. Housekeeping best thing about property. Run down furniture, AC unit made horrible noise couldn't run it so we could sleep. Even after calling property 4 times to confirm reservation, the following day they wanted us to change rooms because they said we booked wrong under this app, it wasn't the same as prior night we stayed. I had to follow up hours later because they just left us hanging on to what she may be able to do.

    Problem with check in. Lady in the front desk couldn't my reservation and she said she has been had many issues with Expedia. She said she will figure out with Expedia. She said she is a manager at this locatio. I felt like she found my reservation in the system. But Funny thing was she was pretending that she still did not find. Terrible check in process. Toilet didn't work properly. Dishwasher broken down. Noise from old AC. I have traveled a lot and the worst experience at this hotel.

    Pool was filthy and not working and NO ONE knew about it. Next day a closed sign on the pool asked the manager at the desk and they had NO idea why it was closed and when someone was coming in that would know gave me a time and then changed it when i went in to check what was going on about the pool. Ice machine now working on our floor. Weeds growing all around the pool. and if you look close at the out door area in the corner there is a black plate on the ground in the corner of the Foutain area and most likely still there. was the first and last day we were there along with the weeds by the pool area. Tv was not working and had to be reprogramed by the maintenane person. dish washer posted not working.

    The staff was nice. The property itself is pretty run-down though. The AC unit in My first room was taken apart so I had to ask for a different one. My shower stall door was broken. The ice machines were broken. One.of the entry doors was broken.It was hot in the hallways and there was an unpleasant odor in the rooms. I paid way too much for the room given all that.

    Well we arrived early for my sons basic training graduation and was hoping to get in the room a lil early as we were going to the family day and we didn’t get to check in till after 3 the lady at the desk was highly rude in the get go definitely needs more training on customer service.     We got put in a handicap access room so it wasn’t as up to date as the other rooms. There was a bowl of old cereal in the cabinet when we arrived… but other than that the hotel was clean.     Over all, the stay was very good. The staff, especially at the front desk, was very friendly and professional, even very helpful. The hotel was clean and the breakfasts were very good. Unfortunately, unknown reason, the cleaning staff did not clean or refresh our room one day. The front staff was very apologetic and gave us clean towels, etc.

    We were here to visit family. The room was nice but needs updating. Lots of stains on the furniture along with ripped furniture. The shower had black mold along the edges of the tub. All it needs is a little bleach sprayed on it. The bed was very comfortable and it had a nice kitchen.

    The location The room had a leak from the floor air conditioner. Unfortunately I stepped in a puddle due to the leak. The bathroom was dirty with the tub being the worst. I will not be going back ever again and I want a refund. The couch was gross! I couldn’t let my 9 month old sit on it… I mean I’m livid about it!

    This place is in a good location and looks good from outside but the rooms are very dated not worth the price, we had to change rooms the first one air did not work the second one they showed us was missing furniture and reeked of smoke and looked like someone had been sitting in the bed. The room that we did get finally the toilet run all night, oh and someone pulled the handle off the side door so people were propping it open with a rug to get in, no security at all.

    Our room was very small and did not look like the pictures. It was also super dated and had a damp/musky smell. In addition, the air conditioner made noise all night long. The pillow felt like a paper bag stuffed with cotton balls. The main hallways were very, very hot. When asked, the staff manager said they are due for an update..... We asked to move rooms due to all of this plus there was no desk for my husband to work at with his computer. They moved us to a room that had a more open concept but online this room is cheaper than the suite with seperate bedroom that we paid for. The breakfast was plain, and not appealing at all. I will not be going back.

    There was a pronounced smell in the room, which it seemed to come from the sink in the kitchenette area. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and worn out. There was a back door to the outside, which was broken, so there was no way to key in to the closest door that we would have used from the parking lot. The staff was pleasant. We’ve stayed at the same location multiple times before, but it seems like there’s been diminished upkeep to the hotel as a whole.

    Called an hour before I arrived to let them know I would be a late check in. Upon arriving I had to wait 10/15 minutes for assistance. I tried to push their button for service and call the number but no answer each time. Upon going to my room the toilet would run unless you jiggle the handle and the ac unit was very loud making random thud noises. This kept me up most of the nights. Staff was nice and welcoming. I’d give it a second try.

    We checked in to the property on 4/24 after a 12 hour drive for my brothers Army ceremony at Fort Benning. Immediately, we went to the room to settle in. We realized that one of the bathrooms was completely broken and unusable. The maintenance man came to the room and said that he has been aware and the part was ordered. He said that the room should not have been available for rent. The front desk only have 2 seperate rooms avaliable to offer to replace the broken room, but that would not work as we have 4 minor children. The room was filthy right down to the mutiple broken faucets and mud covered sheets. This property is the worst I have ever stayed in and I will never stay at a Hilton owned property again after this interaction.

    We got there at 4 and although check in is 3pm our room wasn’t ready until 6pm. That meant that our plans had to be postponed because we could not get into our room. The ice machines were broken on two floors. The pool was broken with a crack in the bottom. The TV remotes did NOT work. It was a disaster. The desk assoc was nice but could only do so much. We still have not recieved our deposit refund or refund for our stay. We spoke to the manger SEVERAL times. Definitely disappointed.

    Room needed attention and the air didn’t work. As if that wasn’t bad enough the smoke alarm went off at 3:30 am and didn’t stop for 2 hours. Worst stay ever!

    We personally had a lot of issues with this property while visiting. The hotel is in a great area and does have some wonderful staff people working, however this does not offset the bad. Day one I was in my hotel room and was unable to get the tv to work and the staff member handed me two remotes and told me how to change the input on the TV as she thought that was the issue, however after taking the remotes back to my room and then attempting to fix the issue which did not resolve, she did not seem all that thrilled to assist me in coming to the room to fix the issue. I also noticed there was black mold growing on the ceiling in the bathroom and along the edges of the shower. I also attended the complimentary breakfast and got an overnight chia seed pudding which I took back to my room to enjoy and while the flavor was good, I bit into a staple, yes a staple used to hold papers together. I called the front desk to notify them that they might want to pull the others to prevent any other mishaps, but I was put on hold and then when the line was reconnected was told “they don’t have staples in the kitchen” I took the food item and the staple down to show the front desk who offered me a new overnight chia seed pudding, to which I declined. I wasn’t mad, just wanted to ensure nobody else got hurt. Finally on my last night the fire alarms were ringing and flashing from 0230-0450, so most of the people staying sat in their cars while we waited on someone to come turn off the alarms

    I‘m not one to do reviews, but expected more from Hilton. The hotel carpet in the halls is stained, the chair in our room was stained. The water was out for hours. Housekeeping came by and took all our towels, but never replaced them and did not refill shampoo and more. We called to let them know and they said okay but never did come back with them. We called the front desk and she was super sweet and brought the towels up for us. This was after being out all day. Then the fire alarm repeatedly was going off. My youngest really struggled, saying his ears hurt with the constant fire alarms going off. The breakfast was cold, but had a okay selection. I did like the water pressure and the hot water in the shower. I will say the front staff was super nice! Would I stay again, no, it cost way too much for the headache. Oh and the elevators were way overdue for inspections.

    We stayed one night on our travel from NOLA to SC. Check in was very efficient with Jay. The room was spacious and very clean. Comfortable bed and bedding very quiet. My husband used the peloton in the fitness room in the morning. The breakfast area was very clean and the food selections were very good. We would stay again in the future. Numerous restaurants and shopping available nearby if wanted.

    The property is very well kept and clean. The rooms are very big and spacious. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. Breakfast was a real breakfast and not just packaged muffins. The fireplace has a avery room homy feel to it. The BEST part of my stay was the satff!! They are ALL very nice, polite, professionals. They all go above and beyond trying to help you and most of all they acknowledge you!! My son will be turning blue at the eid of April and I will fly down and so will my extended family. I told them all about this hotel and we all agreed we are all booking rooms here then. Thank you for making my stay so comfortable, and easy for me!! Thank you ,to yoir staff!!!

    Furniture was extremely nasty, stain covered. Room was over 100 degrees when we woke up with no way to change the temperature. My girlfriend make up was melting in the bathroom because of the heat. The kitchen sink sprayed water every way except for down the way a sink should. Amenities were lack luster and had to require the TV just to get it to work at all.

    We came in from a cruise and stayed one night before heading to Arkansas and to visit with family. The only problem we had was that we booked a 2 bedroom suite as there were 5 of us and they gave our room away and we got 2 rooms with kings so two people had to sleep on the pull out couch. Not good when you are 74 years old.

    When I say this staff are amazing. We had a horrible trip coming in. What was supposed to be a 5 hour trip, took 14 hours. When arriving at the hotel 8/23/24. Miya, the receptionist, was getting screamed at by an entitled, old hag!! Complaining that no one was available to take her bags upstairs or park her car at MIDNIGHT. Not once did she break character and was professional. Staff here made this stay WORTH IT!! I can't wait to come here again just to here their friendly voices. WE LOVED IT HERE!! We loved it here so much that we became members!! Thx to Miya😉

    When I got there they gave my room away and gave me 1 queen bedroom. All they have was a double. That was terrible. Sofa stained, bedroom no tv , no room phone, bedroom ac was leaking so half the carpet was wet. Paid over $350 to be uncomfortable When a double is $200 And got zero sleep, back hurt, so disappointed. Every stay I have always booked 2 bedroom so for management to give my room away to a friend reunion group . And inconvenienced my family and ruined are visit. Front desk lady tried to make it right but over charger my family. We was left feeling strand and helpless with 4 babies under 6.

    I was not happy with the experience at this Hilton hotel. My bathroom was not clean, no toilet paper on the roll, ceiling damage and peeling and the shower was in poor condition. I was moved to another room and and it to had damage but not as severe. The box covering the curtains from the ceiling was coming detached from the ceiling.

    Our reservation was for 3 nights and booked 2 months in advance. This reservation was canceled by the property at 3:15pm via email while we were flying into Columbus, GA for a graduation. When we arrived we were told they had cancelled our reservation, were sold out and did not have a room for us. The rest of family was also staying in the hotel for 3 nights. This was very upsetting. Hotels.com helped us book with another the Clarion and it was very dirty and 2 miles away from family. This made it very difficult to coordinate with family that was staying in our original hotel and spend time with them. I booked this hotel 2 months in advance and for 3 nights. This reservation was cancelled the day of checkin. Imagine this happening to you when you have planned to visit with family and fly in only to find that your hotel has canceled your reservation and you have to stay in a different hotel miles away from your family that you haven’t seen in over a year. This was very upsetting. There has not been any compensation for this issue.
