    Booked a double room, 4 nights. Room assigned was assistance needed room. We checked in late so no time to change rooms. I asked the desk for another room the next day. Room had very low beds and soft mattresses. Uncomfortable. Shower wand was supposed to be adjustable on a slide bar but the shower head was stuck at bathtub height. Next morning no regular rooms available until the third night. Exception was another assistance needed room one floor up. We checked the bathroom and at least the shower wand could be raised so we moved there. In the evening upon return we found the motorized window shade didn't function and was wedged up into the header. Told front desk. Maintenance would get on it "in the AM". Had to roll shade manually for the evening/morning. Next day upon return to the room asked if the shade was fixed. "no" they had to 'order the battery' for the mechanism. Silver oxide battery that could be found at home depot. Asked for another room with a regular shower and I would pay for the difference. None available in all 5 floors?. Missed our room service day 2X as we had to move rooms and had to remind the staff 2X. Told I would get Hilton Points for 'inconvenience', never happened. Parking is atrocious. Lot so tiny if you're not there by dinner you have to park in one of the other hotel lots nearby and walk there. Staff tried but were unhelpful. Never ate breakfast. Coffee decent in lobby, bad in room. Room carpets were not clean. I would not reserve there again.

    Plumbing was clogged toilet and sink didn’t drain properly. We booked a king when we got to the hotel they said they had 2 queens. When we said ok we will cancel and go elsewhere they suddenly had a king available. Won’t stay at this property again. Many other options in the same area.

    Location was excellent The allowed pets and we didn’t check( not their fault) they didn’t have a room which a dog has not been in . My husband had a severe allergic response, the room had dog toys under the bed , the shower curtain was stained and dirt found under the bed but we didn’t find it until second day we was there!

    Room was nice enough, we really loved the conviene of having a mini fridge and microwave, especially because we were traveling with an infant, the breakfast had lot of variety, we went at different times each day of our stay and was fresh, parking was well lit, the best part was the location, we were close to all kinds of restaurants and shopping.

    My children attend a competition in Columbus every year, and this is (by far!) the best mid-range hotel we've stayed at in town. Everything was clean, worked well, it was quiet in the halls, breakfast actually tasted good, and the staff was pleasant. Literally nothing to complain about. I'll be back again next year!

    We had to move rooms two times. The air conditioner wasn’t working in room 202. Moved to room 310. This room was awful. The smell coming from the bathroom was awful and grew stronger with each passing min. Moved again this room was better. The front staff was great very understanding and courteous. The pool was closed. Only good thing at this hotel was the front desk staff

    We came here to support our service member. If I had not have driven over 18 hrs I wouldn't have slept. I was placed by the elevator and was just me and another adult. There were kids screaming and crying all hours. The AC was load and had a metal sheet you couldn't move, which was raddling the whole night. Bed anytime you would move would move or partner. I looked for reviews for weeks around the area, which most bases aren't the greatest. That being said, also look at my review of the one across the street at almost the same price, at the time. Holiday inn was alittle better. If we have to come back, that is where we will be staying. Also want to add, this hotel had mold starting in the bathroom as well as a broken/ cracked window we noticed. Definitely scan the room and take pictures. That's what we did. We brought our own blankets and pillows, that was just preference. We also didn't eat the breakfast only because Hampton inns in past haven't been very good. We went to coffee shop down the road. Overall, wasn't the worst place I have stayed at but not the best for sure.

    Good location, good breakfast AC wasn’t working great. Felt like half the room was cool enough but far side (my side of bed) was hotter. Toilet backed up Fri evening and property could not let me borrow a plunger, said they were locked up and housekeeping was gone. Also there was a constant drip in the shower.

    After this hotels remodel everything is miniature sized. The sink is like an airplane bathroom size. The toilets are designed for children and are unusable by anyone over 5 feet tall. I have always stayed here but will not agsin. They only changed the sheets once in four nights (only after I asked) and never made the bed. Horrible service.

    Our AC went out the second night but issue was resolved by the end of the day. The maintenance guy was supper friendly. Front desk was helpful and nice. Breakfast was something different each day which is a plus when staying 5 nights. I will say the only thing is the room could’ve have been cleaner. I felt like the bathroom/shower was not very well sanitized. Overall not a bad stay and walking distance to grab a snack at a gas station or McDonalds.

    The A/C unit was confusing. It was mostly cold, tried to make it warm but it took forever to understand the functionality considering it was easy to use but no heat was initially coming out. Then after a few random button pressings, the heat was on, but was loud in the room, was able to finally go to sleep but the temp dropped on its own while we slept so I woke up with sinus issues. I didn’t voice it to the front desk because it was already late in the evening when we noticed the temp problem and we’re gonna check out the next morning anyways.

    Check in staff was excellent! She was very nice and helpful! I was scheduled for a back fusion the next day. She was very accommodating with the shower and handicapped accessibility. I cannot get around well and it was super nice of her to make sure when I booked to answer my questions and she got me the room I needed! Room was clean, WiFi was great and my room was perfect at 75 degrees when we walked in. Thank you for this wonderful experience before a not so wonderful one!

    The hotel staff was very friendly and somewhat accommodating. The hotel elevator was broken we were put on the 4th floor and the elevator didn’t work majority of the stay therefore had to use the stairs. The air conditioning in the entire building excluding the main lobby was not working properly and it was extremely hot. I booked weeks in advance for a total of 3 rooms. 2 king size bed rooms and 1 king size suite. They tried to give me 2 king rooms and a double queen room. When I showed them proof of payment and booking for the king suite I was told that’s through Expedia and their mistake. I was offered nothing to rectify the mistake, no option to be reimbursed the price difference which was almost $200.00. I was told “We don’t have a king suite available.” Now I’m out money, didn’t receive the room I’d been anticipating due to booking weeks before and zero solution was offered.

    The staff was very friendly when I arrived. I had called ahead to let them know I was running late but would still be coming in. They were amazing and made the process easy... which is always a comfort from the Hilton Brand. We have decided to make this our regular visit in Columbus when we have to come for my son's doctor appointments. Also, my son said breakfast was chef's kiss which is high praise from him. All the way around a great experience.

    Room and hallway leading to room was extremely cold and even though we set the HVAC unit to HEAT at 75 - 80 degrees, the room never warmed over 60. Otherwise, room was clean and comfortable. Very large television with a really great picture. We were not aware that dining area was under renovation and were disappointed that no breakfast was available, aside from a few cold bagels and muffins. Desk clerk stated that Hampton website advised that, but we booked through Expedia and were not aware. Frankly, we would have stayed elsewhere had we known.

    Cons: parking lot is small. There was one very small garbage can and the housekeepers didn’t come in to remake the beds or take the trash out. The shower gel bottle in the shower was empty both days we stayed. Overall great experience and I will definitely be back

    The hotel was under construction and we were not aware of that ahead of time. We were told we had to park at the McDonald's next door, which completely surprised me and was inconvenient. There was a sign in the elevator that stated the water would be shut off daily from 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. due to construction. This information needs to be available to the guest ahead of the stay, as a refund was not available. Very disappointing!

    Very dedicated to cleanliness. Good breakfast. In a very good area with lots of excellent restaurants and shopping nearby. In process of remodeling. . Shampoo and conditioner were not pumping and wall mounted. Facial tissue was out. Brought to front desk attention. Someone dropped off these but did not remount them which required a key. Also if staying multiple nights they only clean room and make beds every other day.

    We couldn't pull the room darkening blind down so when I told the young man who had greeted us at the front desk I asked if he knew how, his response was, "I don't know either". Also of note, the toilet paper holder was hanging from the wall with one screw; while not a big deal it stuck out because the rest of the room was so pristine. Last, there was a dark area on the perimeter of the building from which you could access the hallways and I ran into employees who had slipped out to smoke both times I tried to go through there. The staff who prepared and set up the breakfast were outstanding, friendly and helpful.

    Staff was excellent! A special thank you to Ms. Moe who was exceptional in handling a difficult situation when room keys no longer worked because of a nearby accident knocked out the system. Everyone, from the breakfast room staff and housekeeping personnel to the front desk staff, were outstanding. It felt more like being at home, rather than at a hotel. Loved the personal feeling!

    Cons: The hotel is outdated and is being renovated. We went to check in at 2:55 and it took until 3:55 (after i had to ask if it was ready yet) to get a room because it wasnt clean yet. No one else was in the lobby waiting. Parking was limited and some people had to park at the McDonalds next to the property. The pool is also being renovated, who does that during pool season. Also the website says hot tib, one of the main reasons i selected the hotel, there isnt a hot tub nor plans for one in the future. Our showerhead was point at the wall so unless you pre stood up against the wall, you couldnt wash yourself, and the was only 1l2 your body at a time. 3 of the 4 ice machines did not work.

    This is an outdated property. I was on the 3rd floor, blinds and curtains falling down, drywall clearly has issues with moisture and it was falling down, carpet is from the 90's, and elevator probably from the 80's. It is close to restaurants but that's about all that is a plus. I will not stay again.

    The employees were wonderful so must of the stuff was out of their control. But it was going through renovations which should have been listed on the Website. Good luck sleeping in past 7am. Drill and hammers going at 730am. The TV was straight from 2006. I've seen tablets bigger than the TV in this room. The 80s called and want their thermostat back. The AC never worked properly. The front desk was notified and no one ever came to see what was wrong. That's the only ding against the staff. All that being said the sweet lady that put out the breakfast needs a raise. She literally is the only reason I'm not giving this one star.

    The property is well located near Piedmont Northside hospital, which is why I chose it, less than a 5 minute drive away. I had a procedure scheduled at Northside at 07:45 and two medical actions I had to complete during the night. A call came to the room phone, ringing just once. I fell asleep at

    Hotel was well situated to main road and close to where we needed to be. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom had a combo jetted tub and shower which was not in the best shape. Shampoo in containers in the shower was empty. Had to run downstairs and get a mini bottle of shampoo. Staff were great, accommodating, prompt and friendly. Breakfast was decent with good variety and plenty of fruit and regular fare. Eggs, waffles, etc. Would stay again.

    Room was VERY dated. Peeling wallpaper, yellowed jets and aged stained jacuzzi tub with 2 completely different handle styles on faucet, poor lighting (80’s brass dual candle sconces (?) in restroom. Room decor looked like it was purchased from a thrift sale - lumpy rust color chair, worn yellow carpet squares, blue geometric patterned drapes, burgundy “grannie” decor…thermostat from the 70’s with stick controller. Bed was nearing replacement time with ultra-cheap pillows. Such a disappointment from the flagship name. It wasn’t even mediocre. For the price (and name), I was expecting “more”. Strongly consider not using Hilton moving forward; very disappointed.

    My digital key was not activated until the next day. The toilet was clogged and when I called the front desk I was told “we have a plunger down here if you would like to come and get it”. I disconnected the call and she called back a few seconds later and sent someone up to fix it. The faucet was leaking upon arrival and the employee said he would put in a request. I’m not sure why they would rent the room as I’m sure housekeeping was aware of the severely leaking faucet when they cleaned the room, last but not least, the parking is limited at night. There were cars parked in front of the entrance due to this.

    chair in room was torn and worn - mattress worn out - uncomfortable - air conditioner didn't work - great repair person came and it cooled the room about 2 hours later then next night it was hot again. Didn't have any other rooms to move us or any other rooms in the city.

    Stay here often due to location and the staff. Noticing the rooms are starting to show their wear/age and need updating. Bed was overly soft. Nice breakfast and a decent Fitness Center.

    It was not bad. Not fully clean and room alittle run down. Also this is the first hotel where there was only one towel in the room. I had stated there was 2 adults in the room so shocked we had one towel.

    We only stayed 2 nights but had to move rooms 3 times due to the air units not working. Overall, the staff was friendly but the condition of the hotel was not acceptable. It really needs a good renovation.

    Double bed room booked in advance. Not available when checking in due to staff not cleaning room before leaving shift. Room booked 4 days in advance. Offered King suite with sofa pull out bed ( needed 2 beds). Needed to make the pull out bed myself and get linen from front desk. Raised spa bath / shower combo. Raised bath unsafe for shower use as elevated. Desk chair very worn. Should have been thrown away. Room overall was bleak looking. Unsecured wifi access.

    The hotel was nice but looks a little outdated. Bathroom could use a paint job. Jacuzzi tube was nice but looks old and scuffed in the bottom. I cleaned it b4 taking a soak.

    When entering the room we checked it for bugs, and found it hasn’t been swept in what looks like years under and behind the bed. The faucet ran continuously. The toilet was against the wall so everyone you were with could hear you. Sconces IN the mirrors. Our view was a brick yard. It was just as expensive as a Disney Value resort and wasn’t even close to the quality. Highly disappointed.

    Check in was really slow…it was 5:00 and only one staff person with 6-7 people trying to check in. Room was spacious, clean and ok comfortable. Very good location with walkable restaurants near by. Hotel is showing its age.

    Staff made sure we got room we book. System was not updated and we almost got the wrong room. Staff worked on it and got the toom we wanted.
