I always enjoy staying at a Homewood Suites. Upon my arrival, I was very kindly greeted by a gentleman working at the front desk. His energy was beautiful, and his conversation was kind and funny. All the staff were very friendly; whenever someone at the desk saw me, they greeted me. I also didn't have makeup removal wipes or any hand soaps in the room, so I replied to a text I received, asking me how the stay was. They let me know they don't put those things in the room anymore unless we ask for them, and we were away at a convention, so when I got back, there was this cute little bag hanging from my door with the items I asked for. The breakfast area was completely stocked, and the food was good and hot, and it was very clean.

Anytime we come to Charlotte we stay here. And the staff is always absolutely amazing and helpful. Makes us feel like we’re home away from home.

Very friendly staff. You get 2 complimentary waters daily. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Rooms were very clean and include a full kitchen, dishwasher, silverware, 2-burner stove, full size refrigerator, and microwave. There is a room to do laundry where you have to download an app to pay $3 to wash and $3 to dry your clothes. You can purchase detergent from the front desk for $4. Didn’t get a chance to use the exercise room but it looked spacious. This hotel is down the street from Concord Mills Mall, Great Wolf Lodge, and the race track so there is plenty to do!!

I was very happy with my experience at this hotel. The room was quiet and clean. It had all the kitchen utensils I needed and a full sized refrigerator. The bed was super comfy. We had no issues with noise from the hallway or other rooms. The front desk and housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was convenient with a ton of good dining options nearby. I will definitely stay here again.

The only issue that my wife and I had was that the Ice Machine was right next to our room and we heard it make ice it seemed every half hour.

The room and hotel was very clean. A spill in the elevator was cleaned up quickly. All the staff, the front desk, breakfast service staff and room housekeeping were all friendly and helpful. This was our 4th stay at this location and we have never been disappointed.

As soon as I came through the door, German greeted me and made me feel right at home. Gen, Sarah, and Brittany were super helpful and so friendly. Breakfast was incredible, as was the entire staff I came into contact with. Loved staying at Homewood Suites and I must say you have spoiled me for any other accomodation. I will only stay at Homewood Suites from now on!

Horrible experience trying to book the room from Hilton honors website. Could not book it online. Had to call the customer service number. 2 customer service members including manager could not book it for me at the rate quoted. I hung up and booked the room at the rate I was quoted through Expedia. Once I arrive at the hotel, the Hilton employee could not find my reservation even though I showed them the confirmation from Expedia. The front desk tried but could not find my reservation through Expedia or anywhere else. He had to call his manager and she walked him through the process. They then had to call Expedia to confirm again. Total time wasted between trying to book online through Hilton honors and checking in was approximately an hour and 15 minutes. Very, very reluctant to use Hilton or Expedia again.

Hotel location, facilities and amenities was great and met our short stay in Charlotte. The staff and service provided was excellent. Close to lot of shopping, restaurants and entertainment. The room was spacious and bonus to have a kitchen. It served our purposes for a quick visit. I would definitely stay here again👍

2. The "free breakfast" was pretty much the generic type that you might get at a lesser hotel chain. At these prices you should get fresh scrambled eggs and actual sausages and real bacon. The fake bacon and soy sausage took away from the experience. Otherwise the facilities and staff were excellent. Thankyou for your attention to these minor issues.

I love that the room had a small kitchen and it was very spacious and super clean!

The Hilton truly surprised me in a great way , more than i ever expected, I will be back.

Our room’s bathroom got clogged on second evening. I asked for help and they handed over plunger which I am not supposed to do. I did it but didn’t help. So they told me they can ask their plumber to do next day until we have to use first floor general toilet which is lame excuse . We asked them to give us different type of room we will adjust they we had new room even though we had paid more for better room.

The Breakfast was one of the best Hotel free breakfast! I enjoyed that you have silverware , ceramic plates and glassware.. just like home.

Kids loved the half basketball court, and it was a super convenient location during a stop over on our road trip.

This was one of the best places we have stayed recently. From the friendly staff to the clean and cozy environment, it was great. And, as a person who doesn’t always sleep well in hotels, I slept wonderfully! I highly recommend.

Everything was wonderful from check in to check out! The parking lot was clean and well lit. Staff was friendly. The lobby, hallways and rooms were very clean! Breakfast was constantly filled when items were getting low and it was hot. There was a lot of variety in the options offered. The pool area was clean, nicely kept and peaceful. They offered complimentary towels which was great! The rooms were spacious and very clean with no issues experienced. The elevators worked properly and checkout was quick.

We attended a concert nearby and this was the perfect place for us to stay afterwards. We originally planned for 6 of us in the room and there would have been plenty of space. Sofa bed and 2 queens, with the sofa bed being in a separated room.. The room was very nice, clean, full size kitchen, refrigerator, dishwasher and dining table. Breakfast was more than your typical hotel breakfasts, they had street tacos and some other fresh cooked items. Al very good. Staff was also very nice.

The property and room were beautiful. We booked the property because of the pool. The pool was closed. There was nothing on the website to state that. Otherwise, it was a great stay.

Stayed over the weekend for a racing event and choose this hotel because it was close to the track but also close to a couple of points of interest and restaurants. we were also lucky enough to be able to check in early considering it was sold out. the room itself was great very large and spacious and even though it was only two of us we had more then enough room to move around without bumping into each other. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again

I felt at home. We didnt want to leave. Everything from the staff to the priperty condition to the breakfast every morning was phenomenal. The hotel did have a power outage from 6am - 3pm on our last night that enabled us to properly dress and prepare for the day but we made due and although we werent accomdated i still cant complain. Ganga is the best and made sure we were comfortable at all times.

Stayed here for a little over two weeks with my fiancé. The staff were amazing, knowledgeable, and very friendly and willing to help. Breakfast was amazing, there was something new everyday. I'll definitely rebook here the next time I come home on leave!

The staff at the Homewood Suites Charlotte were amazing. The check-in process was quick and simple. The desk staff quickly checked me in and offered me bottled water, which was much appreciated. The accommodations were great and comfortable. The hotel is currently being remodeled, but it was barely noticeable on the date of my stay. The breakfast was tasty, and the staff was friendly and helpful. This is our second stay at this location. Each visit has been restful and easy.

Very new property and rooms were is good condition. Very clean and still has the smell of newness. Complimentary breakfast was surprisingly very tasty. It contains the usual breakfast pastries, cold cereal, oatmeal, grits, fresh fruit and yogurt. They also have very tasty potatoes and tortilla breakfast wraps. Overall good stay!

This hotel went above and beyond in making sure you felt comfortable and welcome. I had to stay due to fumigation of my house, and when I arrived, I was greeted with open arms and a happy smile. My TV had my name on it. It was my birthday, and the staff gave me cookies and signed a birthday card for me. This is genuinely the best place I've ever stayed.

L’Oréal at the front desk was so kind and welcoming. She informed me about the taco breakfast and suggested not missing it. I didn't miss it and it was delicious! The room was spotless and the bed was very clean and cozy. I will be back to this hotel during my next trip to the area! Thank you!!!

Staff was very friendly. Check in/out was a breeze. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. There were no sheets in the room for the sofa bed, but we have literally never been any where that they were. AC was very slow to cool the room and likely needed service. The towels were out at the pool, though it was very late in the day when we went.

Love the location of the hotel which is close to Great Wolf and Concord Mills. Traveled with my 2 yr old daughter and family, the room was clean and spacious!

The only thing negative I have to say is that I would like a room that doesn't allow pets. I have allergies and am highly sensitive, so would have liked that option.
