I’ve stayed at this place three times already and I must admit that this was the worst time. As soon as we started to cook roaches came out of nowhere. We told the staff earlier that day, but we’re not moved out of the room until about 3 to 4 hours later which pushed us back on plans that we had for that day because we weren’t sure when we would be able to get another room, we stayed in the room until we were told to move, but was never told to move. I actually had to go back to front desk on four different occasions. But other than that, it’s in a great location.

The breakfast was good. We had waffles on Monday, but the lady running the breakfast area got aggravated because people was asking how it works so she took to down by 8:30. She just didn't want to help people so she took it down so she didn't have to deal with it. This is not fair to the customer

The suite was great with kitchen and separate room to sit and eat. The room was clean, however, the corners of the floors in the bathroom were not so great and the carpet needs to be replaced as there was mold on the wall by the air conditioning unit and I did not feel comfortable leaving my suitcases near it. We were there 5 nights and had to ask for coffee and towels as our room was not cleaned the whole time we were there. We had 5 days of trash when we checked out. The great news is it is great for going to the nascar races and shops

Our room was an end disability room. It needs some thorough cleaning, caulking & painting. The drain was slow in the bathtub. I forgot to call maintenance to get it fixed.

Rooms were nice, clean and had pots@ pans with 2 burners, full fridge and microwave. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only thing was indoor pool was cold messed up HVAC.

Room was good. Lots of hungry emergency line men were staying at the property so food selection in the morning was limited. But that was due to the guys eating lots before heading out. Staff was amazing and was working triple time.

Room and Property was clean. Breakfast was plain . Choose the property for the indoor pool but the temperature in the pool was way too cold, couldn’t use.

The Staff was AWESOME with there CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thank you all. My Room was SPOTLESS and we enjoyed everyday. Breakfast was Good Just not many options on Meat but was still Worth it. I would go back.

Check-in was simple and fast. The room was great and beautiful with an efficiency kitchen and a separate bedroom. I thought the bed was very comfortable. They had an indoor pool, which seemed a little cold or else I would’ve gone in it but other than that, I thought it was great. The breakfast was really good.

The staff was very friendly, especially Bobby when we checked in very late at night.

Hotel is fairly dated. There are no USB plugs in the room, so make sure to bring a charging block. Room size was nice but king size bed is actually width of a queen.

Hard to find check in desk, believe it or not. Value poor. Indoor Pool was freezing. And breakfast was poor.

I did not eat breakfast in the Dining area.

Check-in was quick and easy. Room was very nice. We didn't have breakfast as we left at 5:30 am to catch a flight home. We stayed for less than 24 hours but the hotel was very nice and I'd highly recommend it! Only negative is lack of local dining options if you don't have a car.

Large hole in couch back, 2 bathrooms, one shower did not work at all. 4 women-one shower! No milk at breakfast!

Breakfast was OK. The hotel is old and needs a refresh.

That said, it was a Nascar weekend, and the hotel was very busy. The indoor pool was very cold and not enjoyable to swim in, however the gym was well maintained and all the equipment was in proper order. The laundry facilities were easy to use with an app, and the property was overall clean and easy to get in and out of.

We visited for 5 nights as part of a wedding party. Staff members were friendly & helpful throughout our stay and the interior & exterior were kept clean. Our 1-bed suite was great and we enjoyed having a full sized fridge, microwave, and other appliances for our extended stay. There were only 2 small negatives in the room itself - lighting was strange and we never did figure out the coffee pot... With a long stay & large group, it was nice to have a variety of outdoor seating area options. However, when our group of 12 decided to make use of the firepit and grilling area, we ran into issues. The firepit didn’t work at all and the gas grill wouldn't get to temperature for cooking. Fortunately, we were able to use a small charcoal grill, but had to cook in shifts. The pool area was also frustrating - I can't think of anywhere I've stayed where there was an indoor pool but no hottub. We still tried the pool, but could only stay in the water for a few minutes because it was kept so cold. The location was very convenient for us - close to restaurants, stores, etc without feeling like we were in a city atmosphere. Just far enough set back from the road that it stayed quiet and peaceful. With a small effort, this could be an awesome property, rather than a good one.

Loved this hotel, very clean and had alot of food options and mall near by. Bed was amazing!! Customer service was great as well. The ONLY thing I had a little issue was is that they only had 1 elevator for the WHOLE building.

Overall, our stay went well. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We didnt receive daily room service and morning breakfast was ok. Please make sure to check your bill for accuracy when checking out. A few of us received pet charges when we had no pet. Hotel is a pet friendly hotel so no designated rooms for guests with pets.

The property is close to local attractions and shopping. Staff interactions were always friendly and helpful.

The 1 bedroom suite was spacious for 5 adults. The room was super clean. We ordered takeout and they didn't provide any utensils luckily the kitchenette was fully stocked with actual plates, eating utensils, and everything else you'd find in a regular kitchen! Overall the hotel had a pleasing aesthetic and we'd definitely stay here again.

Property could use some updating. One of the elevators wasn’t working and the halls are slightly maze-like. Made finding our way a little interesting. Bathroom was clean for the most part but saw some hair in a corner.

I’ve stayed in many residences but this one could definitely use an upgrade and a deep deep clean.

Everything was good except when I went to the fire pit it wouldn’t start and the grill wouldn’t start up either.

Great location, close to many things to keep the ladies busy. Five minute check in was cool. Bedding was a little questionable but nothing negative to say. Mold on the AC vents needs cleaning. Cleaning was fine besides a cup lid was left in the freezer. I just wish the complementary breakfast was mentioned during check up. I double checked the hotels.com information and I didn’t see anything. Ten minutes before leaving I say an outdated flyer on the refrigerator that noted breakfast was over at 9:30. Turned the key in and the front desk worker stated breakfast was over at 10.

Arrived to water pipes busting. Not water, they arranged for us to shower next door. Good to go. Next moring no hot water...Blah. I was there for business and had about 10 employees staying. Patrick the GM comped all our rooms for one night and I didn't pay for the conference room. We use this hotel a lot and will continue to have trainings there. Great Customer Service!!

A standard hotel in a pavement-heavy chain restaurant hotel. I appreciated the kitchennette with real silverware. There was a couple minor wonky things (showerhead noise, wobbly microwave with a rotating ring that didn’t fit so the plate wasn’t flat) but overall clean, very comfortable bed, and windows that can be opened a little (big for me because I am sensitive to off-gassing and cleaning product smells) but I didn’t end up needing them. I can’t comment on the breakfast as I had to leave early. I only had interaction with staff at check-in, and it was brisk and efficient. There is a pay-per-pour beer and wine dispenser which I hadn’t seen before and a little market. A fine but not particularly notable place though I would probably stay again for the spacious room and kitchenette.

I did not feel like I was at a nice hotel and didn’t realize it was an old outdated property either. That’s my mistake in trusting the brand. The fixture on the wall fell off whenever we closed the door. The room pics online vs in person…unreal. For a king mattress I am a little confused about the size in person because the measurements seemed a bit odd. Embarrassed at bragging about how good our stay would be vs what we actually walked in to. Did I complain on site? Nope bc it was a race weekend and I assumed it would be sold out and also that we would have had a fantastic room that looked as it did online. I only booked with Expedia, even thought I’m an elite member, because I couldn’t book the dates on the app that far in advance but could on Expedia. What a miss on your part! Either way I certainly hope that wasn’t a difference in the room. Super disappointed overall.

We returned home and a few days later finally got cell signal in our area. I looked at the emailed bill and they had charged me 1 night at the Expedia rate and 2 nights at the higher rate. I immediately called and explained the situation. Although she was nice, she said oh no we don't price matched with Expedia, you should have rebooked with them. I said I would have but your front desk person said they could take care of it. Then the other issue was I was overcharged for the 2nd night from Expedia. I had to email my confirmation. So they had to refund me where they overcharged that night, but refused to for the 3rd night. Watch their billing!!

I stay here whenever I have to go to Charlotte. The rooms are big, clean and comfortable. I love the kitchen area and being able to cook my own food.

The hotel itself was nice, with a very helpful and friendly staff. As a solo traveller without a car it isn't the most convenient location. For any dining and local sights you'll need to call an Uber. But I perhaps could have looked into this more before I left. My primary reason for travel was a convention at the hotel next door, so of course for that it was very convenient. There is a complimentary breakfast offered, but you'll likely want to head out for something more substantial. Staff gave me lots of good recommendations.

I have a video that was taken during my stay. Outdated, extremely hot, air not working. I was given a box fan, but I ended up checking out at 1am.

Comfortable stay

Wonderful experience. Only issue I had was when I arrived, no one was at the front desk. I was standing there maybe 10min before someone arrived to check me in. Aside from that, no other concerns or issues. I would still recommend this hotel.

Aside from Greg, the property didn’t have any “wow factors”. Broken hinges on doors, broken tiles in the bathroom, just not really what I’d expect from a Marriott Bonvoy property.

Price is very steep during Nascar events.

Check in was smooth, the place was perfect for what we were looking for. Nice pool, nice view, and a basketball court. Clean, great condition. Perfect for our stay! Kitchen and enough space for 6 people to sleep. Made our plans turn out great! My niece's sweet 16 was a success! All smiles!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hotel was ok. Indoor pool is not heated. Booked this hotel primarily for the indoor pool. No hot tub. Noisy guests. Property is old/worn. Needs to be cleaned better. Saw a gentleman cleaning the entry way earlier in the day, later when we went by it didn’t look like he had cleaned anything.

Room appeared nice but had ants in the shower. And, it may possibly have bed bugs as I had bites, itching and hives on my neck during the night. I looked for them but didn't see anything.

The rooms were spacious and well maintained! My family and I stayed for 2 nights/3 days to attend a wedding in Concord, and this location was absolutely perfect. Close to the CLT airport, the wedding venue and many dining/shopping options! The hotel was clean, the HOT complimentary breakfast was just right and the amenities kept our family entertained.

Always pleasant staying at the Residence Inn.. the staff from check in to check out was nice! I always stay at residence inn, it’s my number 1 place.

My sister and I arrived at 3:30 and our room was not ready and that was fine but the guy at the front desk was not very friendly. Someone had left trash out of the side door and it was still there the next morning, which was nasty. The sausage at breakfast was horrible. And the tv in our room kept skipping so made watching a show very irritating. Other than that we enjoyed our room. But for the cost of motel, we were expecting it to be outstanding.
