The price was good The bathroom had a shower but no way to turn it on. The bathroom sink also had a leak. The worker monitoring the breakfast was a little awkward as well.

The room was fairly clean except for hair in the bathtub. The worst part was the smell. The smell of weed was so overpowering everywhere. When we went to leave, the front desk attendant was not there. We clicked the button like it said one time. The lady was in the back and started yelling at us that she was busy and would be there in a minute. Overall, one of the worst stays I’ve ever experienced.

It was very dirty when I got into my hotel room. Tiny hairs on the walls, stains on the bedsheets, it looked like it hasn’t been swept at all, stains on the curtains, and the walls were dirty. Literally the only thing that looked clean enough was the toilet. The tv wouldn’t work at all. The only thing that was decent was the air conditioning.

Location First, the TV wasn't working. The remote didn't have a cover for the batteries. Management had to come work on the TV to get it working. Didn't offer a different remote or fix the current one. The deadbolt would not lock. Then, the shower head just leaked/dripped straight down. I spoke with management and requested another room. We were moved upstairs and the manager said he had checked everything. This shower was worse than the first one. More water got on the floor than on me. The AC didn't work properly. The room temperature never got to an acceptable temp. The breakfast-I'd be ashamed to call that edible. I used the text feature to notify management of these concerns and never received a response.

Tv didnt work in our room. Ice machines were broken throughout the entire building. I had to call just to find someone to check us in, after waiting and looking for someone for 15-20 minutes. We stay at this location numerous times a year, this will be our last.

Here is a short list of the problems that I encountered during my stay: cockroaches in the bathroom and bathtub; in-room phone didn't work so I could call the front desk; missing electrical faceplate in bathroom; the three lamp shades in the room were broken and dangling; refrigerator was making noise waking me up at night so I turned it off and then it leaked water over the floor; the TV was not compatible/unable to connect my Amazon Fire Stick; the complimentary breakfast was terrible (molded bread, cold food that should have been hot). This was the worst hotel experience I have ever encountered and am expecting some kind of refund from the property.

Can't bring breakfast to room which is a problem because we like to do that while we are getting ready. Noise problem during the night, arguing etc. No on staff did anything to stop it, and didn't seem to care it happened when we reported it at check out. Won't be staying there anymore. Room was dirty upon arrival, fridge unclean (we found a stray hair) and there was trash behind the nightstand! Toilet seat was shaky and broken. Bathroom was also nasty (loose hairs on the floor). Pool was fizzing and bubbling for some reason, not sure if it was safe to even swim in. Missing closet door. The AC would not turn off despite us clicking the “off” button and waiting over an hour. Other than that, the food was hot and great and staff friendly. Just wished it was cleaner.

Check in was great, the woman upgraded me to a Jacuzzi tub room at no charge since I had driven a long way and was feeling stiff. Breakfast had coffee with an extra pot of stronger brew.

The first room was horrible, it smelled of cigarette smoke, the cushions didn’t even fit the couch. The chairs had stick burns and ashes all over the arms. The room stunk. I went downstairs and complained. They gave us another room. The other room is a little bit better not the greatest. I paid for a suite they wanted to give me a room on the first floor because I had a service dog, they wanted me on the first floor, but there were no suites on the first floor when my husband went downstairs to get some coffee they tried to tell him that he was not allowed to bring it back to the room because there is no food or drink allowed in the room. I was not very pleased at this hotel and will not return.

Person checking us in, stayed on a personal call, with it on speaker, the entire check in process. They made me fill in some paperwork when i got there, after doing a early checkin on their site the day before. Beds are hard ,with hump in middle, making you sleep on the edge..

Had to wait over five minutes to check in front desk staff was gone. Same with checkout no one was there so I just left my keys on the desk. Overall clean but some bathroom molding /cracks could be seen in bathroom. My son also slipped twice in tub due to shower mat. Can be hazardous for future guests.

The bedding had stains all over it to the tv not connected to service to watch tv to not having any towels in the pool area and when I asked for some at front desk the guy gave me an attitude that he actually had to work that night!! Room was in a poor state of repair. Shower head was not clean, flooring was coming up, upholstery on chair was worn and dirty. Breakfast did not look great either. Also, an unfortunate accident of a hotel staff member entering our room when my wife was getting dressed...he did not knock and we did not have the deadbolt security engaged. Just an unfortunate accident, but it was still a violation of privacy, especially since my wife was exposed to a strange man. The manager was friendly and for a last-minute booking as we drove down the interstate, it was adequate for a night's sleep. Just a little run-down and dated.

Hotel room was well-worn. AC unit was loud with plastic pieces missing. Bathroom shower head was bent with ceramic at wall broken. Commode lever required constant holding for full flush. Room smelled musty/dank. We’ve stayed at numerous LQ’s throughout the years, and this one was not up to standard.

Check in took over 30 minutes because the gentleman checking us in couldn't get logged into the key card maker. He was very nice but it took a very long for someone to come help him. The tv in our room was broken alomg with the remote. The air-conditioning did work very well! The bathroom was just gross and puddles of water under the sink. I'm not sure why put we could hear EVERY bit of noise made, whether it was beside or above us!!!! When we took the elevator down, it took us up then back down stopping at all the floors (nobodys was waiting to take the elevator down at the floors it stopped at on the way down) and the ride was ruff!!!! A random door (not our room) had a hole knocked in it. Overall not worth the money went spent, very disappointing for the price we paid. The room was $40 more for the night we stayed vs if it would have been the next week. Don't raise the price and offer that terrible of a stay

Room 109 it was late and we were to tired to have anyone come and look at it ! We just put more clothes on ! The breakfast was good, it had a lot of options. ! After a long drive we just wanted to rest. Bathroom faucet handle was very loose and dripped. Shower wand didnt work. The bathroom door didnt line up properly and would drift half open (you had to slam it to shut it) and you would hear the faucet drip drip drip. TV didnt work and after 30 minutes of jacking with it the night manger came down and messed with until he got it online. By then I didnt want to watch TV and just wanted to sleep but at 10pm someone entered the room directly above and clomped around loudly for an hour. We almost left and went to another place but we were just too tired. Weve stayed in LaQuinta before at different locations when traveling and they are affordable and comfortable...this one was just affordable.

The staff was the best around! We received fresh towels everyday and I was given a broom to clean up the room some. We were there for several days so the children did a lot of tracking and eating in the room. One thing I didn't like was the room size. I thought we would be given a suite with a sitting area. We only had an oversized chair. So nowhere for the kids to sit and eat.

Absolutely the worst hotel you can imagine! Arrived at 1330 Thursday afternoon. Tried to check-in was told from CHUSH (FRONT DESK CLERK) that i would be charged $35.00 for early check-in! Only rhen was i told there was no clean rooms! I was unable to get a clean room until 1630! NO MANAGER TO BE FOUND! DON'T GIVE A CRAP ATTITUDE FROM FRONT DESK CLERK AND HOUSEKEEPING! A considerable amount of money for this!!!!! Need to be called back for this discussion.

The price was reasonable for the area. The afternoon desk staff was extremely unprofessional. Upon arrival, we were not greeted. The second afternoon, when our keycard would not work, the person was watching some program on the desktop computer. It was not turned down during our conversation and the program had loud vulgarities.

Front desk associate was amazing! Wish I caught her name!! Property was quiet and room was great. Only issue was the shower!!! I was in a handicapped room apparently and the shower leaked all out the floor!! I slipped and fell because I had no idea water was all over the tile and into the doorway! So bizarre to have a shower where water drains OUT of the stall! Plus no way to actually shower without the handheld spraying the wall! Oh well. Glad I will try again at home tonight! Others than that the place was great. A tad noisy with the room next to the exit door but overall decent

Check was unpleasant— the front desk clerk was dismissive & rude and was more interested in having her EarPods in place. Very dirty room. We requested Non-smoking but the room smelled musty faint cigarettes. The sheets were stained and had some hair strands!! The bathroom was dirty and we did our own wipe down. Sting on toilet paper — 1 roll had few sheets left and the 2nd roll had barely 1/3 full. Our room carpet was very dirty and had sticky patches here and there.

Horrible customer service from the front desk . Someone used my room to take a shower and left woman long hair in the tub and floor was disgusting. Took pictures to show them to the front desk lady and she was screaming at me very confrontational and rude . No class and no customer service ethics. I tried to contact you but there’s not a number to call only app and also horrible way to try talk you anyone to get help so I had to call La Quinta customer support with a real attention by a human not just apps to made a complain .

Great stay - only issue need better comforters. Beds were made but i was unable to pull the bedding up for comfort. Bedding was thin. Other than that issue - get remotes for TV that work. I hate having to use two remotes for the TV. Good stay- staff was friendly .

We decided on the king suite since we had two of our kids with us, one younger who slept with us, and the other, 12. We figured the suite would give us privacy and give our 12 yr old, an experience. However- we waited 50 minutes to check in, they were still cleaning our room when we got there. The kitchen counter/sink area was not wiped down, there was still stickiness from the previous people who were there. The bathroom was mopped but not swept as we could see the dirt and dust around the edges of the room. The sofa was horrible. You could barely sit in it, it was sinking, and then the pull out bed was so horrible, we didn’t even let our son sleep in it for safety concerns. The edges were torn, the wires poking out. The mattress was so thin! It was so late by the time we realized it so we didn’t leave but instead just stacked our pillows on top of the sofa cushions and he slept awkwardly all night. I will not be staying here again.

We will be requesting a full refund. Got to our hotel and walked in the room to watch a roach crawl across the bed. The tile floor was sticky, there were smudged/stains on the chairs and night stand, and there was an overall icky feeling. When we requested another room, there was not one available. The front desk worker said we would have to contact whoever we booked through and hopefully get help that way.

The check-in process was very smooth, quick, and easy. The front desk clerk was attentive and managed multiple guests at once with ease and professionalism. The available Dove soap in the bathroom in lieu of the typical generic ineffective hotel brands was a nice offering. The free breakfast was comparable to most offered at a hotel, they had hot options as well as quick grab-and-go options. Definitely a nice option if you stay with family / kids. The hotel is in a very convenient location with quick interstate access, as well as close to shopping and restaurants. It's also a safe, secure area. Cons: The room wasn't as clean as expected. There was bobby pins left on the bathroom counter from a previous guests, makeup on one of the pillows on the bed, and the floors definitely could use some cleaning. The walls are paper thin and it was very loud at night, not much sleep was had. Overall it was okay for the price point. There are better comparable hotels, just next door in fact.

We stayed on second floor the smell of spices in hallways was intolerable. Leaky toilet that kept running. Showers had nowhere to put soap or razor. Furniture in sitting area was old and had no support when sitting

I reserved a room for my family as we were traveling friday. The room was reserved online on thursday. I recieved a message through hotels.com to call if we were going to arrive after noon. When we arrived, we were told checkin was at 3. A man at the desk said they were filled up. I said i had a reservation. The woman asked for my number and said she would call me if a room was ready. Me and my family waited until 3pm in the rain and never heard back. I tried to cancel my room since apparently reserving a room wasnt good enough to guarantee we got one, and it said it was too late to cancel. We have been charged for a room that we were denied, and had to pay again to stay somewhere else. We should recieve a refund when it was no fault of our own, we were even early! We also insured the trip.

We checked in later and was extremely tired but the bathroom was dirty and still had hair on the shower. One towel was dirty. Expired beverage.

Disgusting. You can smell the odor from outside the building. This property is a health hazard. Wifi and tv didn't work either.

Rooms were dirty, hotel smelled horrible of weed and the front desk attendant said she didn’t care nothing could be done about it because they were booked and it wasn’t her job to check for drug usage.

Staff was rude they canceled my reservation twice and never said anything. I called and asked for a refund since my room was canceled without me knowing and they hung up on me. very disappointed in the staff i had talked to i would not recommend this hotel.

First I had to wait to check in. The clerk, who was polite and nice, told me I would have to pay $35 to check in 40 minutes early. There's dirty linen in the hallway and many areas of the property have the smell of either fresh or burnt marijuana.

Saturday morning, we were in the breakfast area, my kid had to pee, I wish I could send the awful downstairs bathroom pics. Both bathrooms hadn’t been cleaned, nor flushed, poop on the toilet seats, so soap to clean hands and no bathroom toilet paper or hand papers.

Poorly maintained facility, the beds were very uncomfortable. It smelled horrible. Most of the furniture was stained and gross. The eggs for breakfast tasted like cardboard. The light in the bathroom didn’t work and the shower would not drain.

I recently had the misfortune of staying at this hotel, and I must say, it was an absolute disaster.The first room we were assigned to was a nightmare. We arrived after traveling all night and were beyond exhausted The bathroom towels were stained and dirty and. Upon further inspection, I found dust and food particles behind the mattress when plugging in my charger, food on the wall, and awful smell. The floors were visibly dirty, and there were hairs in the bathroom, which made me feel like I was staying in a room that hadn't been properly cleaned in weeks.It was 3:30 in morning and couldn’t get a response about moving rooms until hours later.The lack of attention to detail and the hotel's apparent disregard for cleanliness made my stay extremely uncomfortable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and would advise others to look elsewhere for a clean and comfortable stay. We left and found another hotel for the rest of our visit to Conway. What added to make this situation worse was the lack of care towards this happening. We were told we should’ve left at 3:30AM in the morning (when we arrived) and found somewhere else to stay vs the morning despite letting management know these issues upon check in. The staff originally was apologetic and got our room switched but upon return to switch rooms the new employee said the owner pretty much said your SOL and switch rooms /leave with no refund. Very disappointing.

First, the receptionist gave us a dirty room. Bed was not made, trash was not removed, towels used. No breakfast in the morning, cook didnt show up. The 2 receptionist in the morning had difficult time to provide a receipt. They were in training. No manager around. Hotel is poorly managed.

Everything was great but pay attention to the pet friendly claim. Ad on Hotels.com said pet friendly with no fee. At checkout they wanted to add a fee until they looked at their ad. They honored the ad but pay attention.

Smelled like they were trying to cover up a weed smell. Beds were super hard and the toilet ran all the time. Multiple tiles were loose in the entry way.

When I got to my room it was filthy. The beds had not been made, room was not clean, McDonald’s bags were on the bed and food in the refrigerator. I asked them to clean it while I went to dinner. When I got back and turned the TV on it didn’t work. When I called the front desk the lady was very rude and told me I just didn’t know how to work the TV. The pool was clean but the bathroom at the pool area had explosive diarrhea all over the walls that had not been cleaned. Will never stay there again.
