The room was very clean had no issues getting extra towels. Breakfast was to expected at a motel. All in all a good experience.

The rooms are very clean. That staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Pleanty of parking. The parking lot is well lite.

The room was excellent, comfortable bed and pillows. Fluffy towels. Plenty of amenities. Would like to have had a plastic shower cap, but otherwise everything was perfect.

The breakfast left much to be desired. Prepared foods are nice, but some of them when reconstituted were not all that good. In addition, the air conditioner in room 209 did not always work. It would shut off in the middle of the night, leaving the room, very stale

Newer hotel, modern, attractive styling. Very nice, spacious, pristine bathroom. Water pressure in glassed-in shower was great. Alice & Co. eucalyptus/lavender bath products were pleasant smelling. Crisp clean sheets. Comfy bed. Chilled, filtered water available in the lobby at no extra charge. Ground floor, which we requested, was a bit noisy with guest room (?) doors closing loudly in the middle of the night. Perhaps to be expected with Room 104 being near the side entrance, but was also convenient for entering and leaving. Heard running water during the night from other guest rooms. Secured curtainswith a hair claw. They closed well but didn't completely shut out parking lot lights.

Fairfield inn and suites was literally the nices, cleanest and quietest hotel that we have ever stayed in, in the United States. The breakfast was delightful as well. I compare it to the Euro Building hotel in Ecuador which was the finest place that I have ever layed my head. Worth every penny spent!! I will definitely be returning to Fairfield hotel during my future trips to the area. Thanks for a great nights sleep!

Right across from the coastal Carolina campus. Close to downtown Conway. Within a few minutes of the outlets, mall and boardwalk. Great location. Breakfast was really good and convenient. Would definitely recommend!

The hotel was very clean, staff was super friendly, breakfast was well stocked, and the hotel was very quiet during our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Conway/Myrtle Beach area. It was centrally located to all of the attractions.

We have been staying in motel rooms for awhile now due to moving from one state to another. Of all the rooms we have stayed in this was by far the best. Clean, friendly, helpful, professional and the water pressure in the shower was amazing. I would highly recommend if in the area and need a room to stay here. Parking was very convenient & close to everything in the area. Very Nice for a change !

Staff were amazing. They checked the waffle batter for dairy because I have an allergy. I am also a partial paraplegic and am about 3 1/2 feet tall in my chair. They opened doors helped me unpack and reach the extra pillow from the cabinet. I felt so welcomed

Rooms: love the pillows! These pillows are for me. Soft, contours to my sleeping pattern and are just so comfy. I slept extremely well. The area is not walkable due to Hwy 501 and you can't just cross the street to get to restaurants or to CCU (3 mins away)-you need to drive or take Uber. But i still think it is more than worth a stay as it is still close to downtown Conway, airport, The Market Commons etc. You will also need to order dinner for delivery if you can't go out. My wish: water in the room. Dinner served onsite or options to buy something other than salty snacks.

The front desk staff at check in (Quisha) was phenomenal! The beds were the most comfortable hotel beds ever which was great. We did have a leak in the bathroom shower, but the staff took care of it right away. Internet was spotty due to construction outside. Will stay here again for all future Conway Trips to visit CCU.

The pillows are awful - they do nothing for you. The mattresses are not comfortable. This is our second stay - with making reservations no the in advance - and when we check in there are always issues with our reservation - despite us supplying our confirmation informations.

I stayed here the last week of August 2025. I have to say I thought it was one of the most pleasant hotels I have ever stayed at in my long traveling history. The staff were incredibly nice, especially the ladies running the breakfast buffet each morning. The breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious And they could not do enough to help you out. The hotel was absolutely spotless and I would recommend this place to anyone traveling in this area. 10/10. And for the ladies who ran the breakfast buffet, I want to give them 20/10 as they just went above and beyond each morning and we’re so pleasant and helpful to be around.

Bed and pillows super comfortable. Everything in brand new condition. Spacious bathroom and shower. Staff was pleasant especially the woman working the front desk upon checkout! Very nice! Location is perfect for shopping at the outlets, visiting Myrtle beach, and Coastal Carolina university. My complaints are: rug wasn’t vacuumed in my room AND 2 employees speaking poorly of a customer which I thought was unprofessional. With that being said, I’ve stayed at several hotels the last 4 years in South Carolina and this was great! Will stay here again.

I love staying at this hotel when I help my son move in or out of his housing at CCU each year. Comfortable, clean, and the breakfast is good. Very friendly staff.

The hotel and staff were exceptional.

Staff was fantastic. A lot of airline crew arrived at check in which to me means they stay often at this chain. Bed was comfortable. The back door to the parking lot was broken and didn’t close all the way so I was a bit concerned with security but I had no issues. Property could use some basic maintenance but overall it was a good stay.

Great stay for a long weekend to visit friends. Our flight was delayed and we arrived around 2am. We ere greeted by Tammy. She was absolutely delightful and obviously lives her job! She couldn’t have been more helpful. Tammy finished her night shift and stayed to help with breakfast a couple days we were there! Says a lot about a company when your employees are happy! Clean and convenient, too! Will stay again!

General cleanliness was good and staff was friendly. Upon arrival, there was no bathroom shower mat or bar soap provided. Staff brought soap and bath mat upon request next day but never brought coffee or other items. Shower door leaked significant amount of water on floor each day.

Overall, our stay was okay. We had an issue with the bedsheets not being changed/cleaned from the previous guest. The staff was able to move us to a different room after we found the issue.

parking spots were inconvenient for elderly people.

Door kept getting stuck on the carpet making it difficult to get into the room. Got in the shower and after about a min had no hot water for the rest of the shower. Had to get to work so had to take a cold shower. It was 34 degrees outside and had to take a cold shower. Went to make coffee and only had decaffinated. Had to hurry and get ready and go downstairs just so that i could have coffee while getting ready. Staff was vwry friendly at check in

First, I needed an early check-in. Without hesitation, they were able to accomodate me. Upon arrival, the front desk was expedient, and very friendly. The room was very clean, nicely decorated, and quite large for one person but was definitely comfortable for two. Finally, what most people are concerned about, it was very, very quiet. I will definitely be staying there again!

Amazing check in service. My daughter and I were traveling and arrived late, tired and hungry. The front desk was friendly and offered food suggestions. The hotel is clean, well lit and very close to Coastal Carolina University. The continental breakfast offered a variety of food and the staff was friendly, welcoming and on top of making sure the stations were clean and stocked.

Stayed in Fairfield Conway twice and was completely satisfied with how clean and comfortable our stay was. Front seat was polite and helpful. We used Uber throughout our time in the area without any issues.

Convenient to stadium, wish there was either a shuttle or walkway over highway to stadium

Very nice staff and very clean comparative speaking. Hotel standards have changed over the years so possibly 5 stars based on that. We had most of what we needed. Housekeeping only comes every 2 days so 2nd night we needed a couple of wash clothes and shampoo since upon arrival ours was empty. That said, the amenities provided such as body wash, shampoo, and conditioner were much better than expected. We will stay here again in the future.

I know my English is not good but I do not think the hotel staff has the right to shout at me. I hope that the hotel will take action to ensure that all customers are treated fairly and with respect. Took my son back to Coastal Carolina Univ for his 2nd year. Hotel is right across the highway which made things much easier. The staff was very polite. The room was exceptionally comfortable and clean. The breakfast area was well attended and the food was good.
