The location is it's best feature. Coral Gables is beautiful, and there are plenty of quality restaurants within walking distance. This will be my "go to" hotel when visiting the Miami area.

The hotel is dated but the room was clean, well laid out and quiet. TV, Ac and bathroom fixtures all worked. Parking was not an issue. Daily room cleaning was an add but you could get clean towels at the front desk. We did not partake in the breakfast as there were plenty of places close by. Overall, the hotel met our needs. I will most likely stay there again when I visit the area.

The rooms are dirty. I had mold in the sink. Old peice chicken in the corner of the floor. The floors were so dusty, my pillow fell on the floor and had thick grey dust on it. I would not stay here again.

Nice stay before cruise. Room had odd smell.

The place reeked of sadness. Zero amenities, no staff of note. Room was spartan and jagged. Just so much less than cozy and comfortable. It exists only to remind you how much worse your life could be.

Lots of noise and construction all night. Moving and dragging furniture. Hammering. Loud music that vibrates the entire room. Staff appear to be slow adults. No help and no responsibility. Roaches!!

Didn't seem like a hotel. Seemed more like a hostel. Stayed for five nights and no house keeping for change of sheets or fresh towels. For towels you had to exchange go to the front desk and exchange yourself. Breakfast offered was well below standards. It was coffee with very limited package snacks.

I booked a 1 bed but they overbooked and didn’t have it anymore so they gave us a double full bed. So uncomfortable to sleep. Also shower head is horrible, the water barely gets out. Couldn’t even wash my hair. Really disappointed for a couple getaway weekend.

Room was clean, the hallway carpet had a terrible bad odor. Definitely needs to be cleaned or replaced

Allowed me to check in hours earlier! Staff is wonderful. Everything I need was in walking distance would definitely stay here again .

Upon arriving to our hotel, everything was good. The check in process was smooth, property's nice on the outside, room was clean. Upon checking in, they tell you it's only one cleaning per week. I checked in on a Sunday and was told my room was to be cleaned on that Wednesday. It was not. We called in on Friday and was told that they would not be able to clean my room till that following Monday. Mind you, that is the day before we check out. I told them that was unacceptable and that our room needed to be refreshed. They say they would try to send someone out sooner but they only had 2 house keepers and they were fully booked. They managed to send someone out the following day (Saturday). This house keeper only took out SOME of the trash, changed the towels and that was it! No beds were made, lots of trash left behind, no cleaning of the bathroom and not sweeping/mopping. In addition, whenever we bumped into the house keeper for fresh towels, we were greeted with absolute silence. Almost as if though they were completely mute! So rude. Also, no gym, no pool. Not a lot going on in this property. Location is great, but other than that, will not be staying here again.

We arrived at 2am and it felt a little sketchy. A women could easily feel unsafe but once your inside its all good. Its nothing special but its a good place for a layover when waiting for a plane or boat. Price was inline with expectations. If they could increase lghting and put a sign at the entrance it would be much better

I went down to the front desk to report the issue and asked if there was an ice machine I could use. I was told there was no ice machine and that I would have to purchase bags of ice instead. That response was extremely disappointing. If a hotel provides a refrigerator and freezer in the room and they don’t work, basic customer service would be to provide complimentary ice or offer some type of discount for the inconvenience. Neither was offered. This situation showed a lack of concern for guest comfort and poor customer service. I expected better.

Never got to see it Owner sent no information as to how to enter the property. No keys, no lockbox, no instructions whatsoever as to how to enter were ever sent or communicated. When we arrived, nobody was present, no sign, no note as to how to enter the property. No good phone number. Not an actual rental space, just some upstairs apartment. That's only a guess because we never got inside. Had to leave in the middle of the night, neighborhood did not feel safe. Definitely would not recommend or suggest to anyone. Owner never responded and refused to refund. Worst experience I've had traveling in years.

First I will start with the positives. It was a great location to and from the airport and cruise port. But that is about it. The rooms smelt awful the floors were dirty. No breakfast at all. The beds holy moly are they hard.

Good space in all facilites Bedroom, bath and Kitchen., comfortable, big window, the kitchen in the room is a good complementary space. I can heard the TV from the room next to mine till late at night.

Our 3 day stay was ok. Free parking but the continental breakfast was basically not there. It’s only coffee and blueberry or chocolate muffin. The room was a bit outdated and they had no housekeeping everyday. Out of 2 elevators only one worked. The hot water to shower was only warm so if you like hot showers be aware. No usb to charge in the room. It did have an iron and ironing board.

Estadia de una noche, en relación precio-calidad no fue la mejor. La habitación 510 era amplia pero todo es viejo. El baño tenía suficientes toallas, papel, jabón y un champú miniatura. Las camas estaban cómodas, las sábanas seria bueno darles un "upgrade". Las lámparas en las mesas de noche estaban todas mohosas y hubo que ajustar la luz para que prendieran. La nevera estaba apagada cuando llegamos y cada vez que prendía hacía un ruido fuerte, si tienes el sueño ligero, no te deja dormir. Nosotros no nos quejamos porque fue una sola noche, eso sí, enfriaba muy bien. Tiene estufa y fregadero pero tienes que pedir todos los utensilios en el lobby. Traté de usar el teléfono pero no servía por lo que tuve que bajar a pedir los platos y vasos , los cuales me proveyeron. El A/C enfríaba muy bien. Tiene buen estacionamiento y está ubicado cerca de restaurantes y parada de buses. En la noche había un guardia en el lobby. Las damas que nos atendieron en el lobby fueron muy amables y serviciales. Llegamos como 3 horas antes del check in a dejar las maletas y nos dijeron que ya la habitación estaba lista al igual pedimos si podíamos salir mas tarde y nos permitieron salir a las 12:00pm sin cargo. Escogimos este hotel en un cambio de planes y me enfoqué en que incluía desayuno y tenia kichenette y no me dio tiempo a leer las reseñas donde decían que el desayuno era café, frutas y barras y asi nos los indicó la encargada, no bajé al desayuno, por lo que no puedo opinar.

Floors and bathroom dirty. Corridors and lobby floors always dirty. As a local and ATT costumer, the signal was bad, and the free wifi had no signal, so to work you have to pay! Windows Duarte with green old grime. Elevators slow and doors make loud noises. Breakfast quality poor.

The whole building had a horrible smell, as well as the room having a horrible odor. It felt like a hotel for those on welfare that need a place to live, and nothing else. The room lamps were rusted and looked completely worn, the bed tables were also not very clean. The bathroom looked and felt like a layer of filth was on it.The front desk would never answer the phone when we attempted to contact them. The front desk clerk was watching online videos on her phone and was completely ignoring us when we attempted to check in. When we checked out the front desk clerk was also distracted by watching something on TV.

Great location , free property parking , right on coral way, the hotel needs some update to their laundry machines and over. Overall it felt clean but the rooms can feel a little stuffy and dusty . Pet friendly. Great and amazing front desk staff.

I did not enjoy my stay here. It has a convenient location, though the room smelled like someone smoked there. Receptionist was very kind to change it immediately. In new room the bath tub did not drain the water. Bedding sheets didn’t feel fresh.for breakfast is only granola bar and coffee. I’d say it too overpriced and the definitely under deliver.

the was no security anyone could walk in and up to the rooms, concierge was always on their phone or watching tv in the back and did not know what a “do not disturb sign” was for the doors, the air conditioner in the room was leaking making a noise all night. room was spacious but not worth the price.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable and everything worked as one would expect. We had to ask for a coffee maker and coffee/cream/sugar as well as extra towels, but this was not a problem at all. Breakfast was minimal, but was as advertised. We would stay there again.

Nowhere to put soap or shampoo inside of shower. No safety handles in shower area. Only yogurt in food area along with some fig bars. Some muffins. Coffee was ok. No juice available. No trays.

Also, Having to order all my items for my kitchen just made more work for me. I understand the need to do this but hate that all good peeps have to suffer for the bad in the world.

when i went to check in they told me i have reserved only one room when i reserve 2 rooms. they refuse to give me the keys for the second room, and there was not a manager. i have to go again when a I spoke with a new front desk person, and he gave the key for the second room.

The staff was amazing, the continental breakfast was lacking and not clean. They were very courteous to our pet dog. However, one guests dog almost bit our poodle. That’s not on the hotel but on the guest. Was very noisy from street traffic. But the overall experience was positive. I would stay there again. Access is not great due to the highway, which was very busy and you could not make a left turn once you came out of the hotel. Restaurants are nearby and was within walking distance of my work business that I was visiting.

It just didn’t feel clean and did not seem like a very nice place to stay. It needs a severe update in the reception area where you check in. There was one nasty place to sit that you probably wouldn’t wanna even put your purse on. A woman got out of the elevator, carrying a plunger while another gentleman was paying for his rent. So I’m not really sure what’s going on at that place. It just didn’t seem like.

The only thing I qualify as completely SHAMEFUL is the “Continental” breakfast!!! There was almost nothing to eat. Just Coffee, muffins and yogurts. Where are the pancakes? Milk? Scrambled eggs? Sausages? Orange juice? Fruits? Only one Orange I saw in the basket. It is ridiculous! In others hotels in Miami they offered all that as Continental breakfast. And it was 8.15am

For the price, it was very adequate. Nothing fancy. The sheets and pillow cases were rougher than I am accustomed to. That could be improved. The breakfast, was awful. There were a few prewrapped muffins and fruit bars. The coffee was bitter and awful. We went down the street to a cafe to have a very good, but expensive breakfast.

I picked this property for a 2 week visit that was close to shopping and had a kitchenette. It worked out great. The place has a funky smell, not sure why but we could open our windows for fresh air. It serves breakfast type food each morning, things like instant oatmeal, granola bars, yogurt, hard boiled eggs and coffee, which was fine. Rooms are decent and clean.

Eventually, the front desk staff handed us a key, assuring us they would "figure it out." However, we had reserved a room with two beds and were only given a room with one. To make matters worse, the manager was unreachable by phone when the front desk staff tried to escalate the issue. I want to commend the front desk lady, who was clearly embarrassed by the situation and did everything she could to assist us. Unfortunately, her efforts were undermined by the lack of support from management. It’s disheartening to see such a lack of communication and organization, especially in a hospitality setting. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel based on this experience. The inability to honor our reservation and the poor management response overshadowed any positives. I hope they can improve their operations for future guests.

We were on the second floor and could hear doors slamming in the lobby and the hallway very early in the morning. The room was clean enough and in perfectly fine order—nothing flashy or particularly nice but also no issues. Worth saving the $100 over the Aloft down the road.

The property doesn't have a shuttle service as noted in the amenities the hotel offers.

The room was a good size, with a clean sink, bathtub, and toilet. However, the laminate flooring had many hairs on it, suggesting that it had not been vacuumed for quite some time.

I suggest that they must provide tools for cleaning for every room, for example for sweaping, for 1 week stay cleaning is not included. A shower hose would be ok. The water that comes out from the shower is too little. And the breakfast to go is quite ok. Staffs are amazing.
