Great location great parking perk

The room just wasn't as clean as I would like. I wore sandals the whole time and did not take a shower because there was other people's hair on the floor of the restroom and in the tub. The outside area by the pool was tiny and crowded, and we couldn't eat breakfast out there because there were so many people smoking. I was very disappointed. This felt more like a shabby Best Western than an Ayres.

Great place. I will stay there again in the future.

I would love it if the pillows stuffed or not so soft. Nothing else to complain about. I will stay again and tell others about this hotel.

We really liked this hotel and location! The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was great. Amenities were very nice (other than the hot tub was lukewarm warm). The hotel could use some updating and could be a little cleaner but all in all it's a great option and we would stay again.

1- Hotel Staff are so helpful, friendly and do their best to make you satisfied 2- Room is spacious with 2 queen beds which is convenient for a small family consisting of 2 adults and 2 kids 3- Location is perfect, you will find yourself in the middle of everything. For example, it takes 40 minutes from hotel to Disneyland which is great. Also, if you are interested in shopping, a lot of shops are very close to you like Macy’s, Outlets, GOSCO…etc, just 10 to 20 minutes by car. 4- Free parking is available which adds a significant value to your booking as any hotel in Los Angeles will ask you for at least 40 USD as a daily rate. 5- Hotel serves a daily breakfast, it is not a big one but it has all basic items like egg, oats, cheese, fruits and each item provides in a high quality, and i like the ladies who made the daily breakfast as they are super nice, and keep smiling all the time. Furthermore, kids can enjoy corn flakes with milk so you will enjoy the delicious breakfast provided daily. 6- Big markets like Walmart is just few steps from Hotel (5 mins walking) 7- Laundry service is available and you can do it for just 8 USD. 8- Housekeeping team is excellent and whatever you want, they will respond in a nice way. 9- A lovely swimming Pool is available and my kids liked it so much. 10- Multiple options for lunch or dinner are available nearby the hotels or you can use Uber eats as well. Nothing, everything was perfect and Hotel team from reception, Restaurant, Housekeeping and Maintenance are super nice - Perhaps, if they added boiled eggs in the breakfast, I will give them 20 out of 10 but honestly, My family & I liked everything in this hotel.

Clean and nice decor including outside patio for breakfast dining. Helpful, friendly and courteous staff at check-in and check-out. Room was large with nice amenities and very comfortable bed. Hot breakfast offerings. Fresh fruit selection at breakfast. Similar to other same-type overnight accommodations, breakfast items included simple processed food.

First room smelled before we even walked in. And my sense of smell is bad and I could still smell it. There were 2 different camper/rvs parked in the parking lot with people sleeping in them like camping out in parking lot. Overall not clean, old and worn, breakfast was ok with options and good for a standard breakfast buffet. Nothing special at all though. Their coffee was absolutely horrible and I’m not a coffee snob at all. It was bad.

Breakfast hours were optimal as it was open later than most other hotels (10am.) Indoor seating was a little cramped, but there was outdoor seating available. Food options were great. A great stay for the value. Will definitely stay again. Hopefully, sofa bed issue will be resolved in the future.

everything was fairly nice, but the bed was and I've been in all kinds of hotels especially in this price or value range and the bed was a disappointment the mattress was really unusually firm. breakfast was nice it would be nice if they had something minor to have almost 24/7 because my flight my last day there left at 5:00 in the morning at the airport so I had to be up really early and there was nothing of value you know for me at that time of day and me dining room not even a cup of coffee or a banana

The location was definitely a highlight: very convenient with several food options right in the same plaza, plus a gas station nearby, which made things easy during our trip. The room itself was a cold and comfortable, and the shower was excellent. We also appreciated that shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were provided. In terms of amenities, there was a pool available, but we did miss having a hot tub or jacuzzi. The property itself felt just a little older, though it was still well-maintained overall. It was nice that breakfast was included, which is always a plus. However, we were a bit disappointed by the limited selection (there was no bacon) which we were hoping for. Overall, a solid stay we would still recommend!

Got the ADA room with my daughter,super spacious and clean. Really nice that they have fans down the hall to keep air circulating. The breakfast is decent for what you get and enough parking since the place wasn't too busy. I like that it is close to the freeway and some basic stores.

2 issues but only 1 impacted our stay. Bathtub had flaking/chipping around the drain. Only stayed 1 night so we didn't use the tub. Maybe a mildew ? smell prevalent. I liked that we could open the window which helped alittle. But pretty strong. Both issues were pointed out to staff

Very clean property. Nice area. Lots of convenient shops. Food service is minimal — only a limited breakfast. Parking is a problem, the hotel’s lot fills up quickly and the shopping center is crowded. Only problem was that my air conditioner (room 252) didn’t work correctly — but I didn’t notice it until late. I’ve stayed here twice now and I would do so again.

The staff wad very friendly and accommodating. Even the breakfast was far better than any breakfast I've seen at other hotels. The only reason I gave it a 4 instead of 5 is because of the ceiling damage in the bathroom

Rooms are very nice and spacious. Very Comfortable bed. Pretty good breakfast. The staff was very nice and accommodated us with a quiet room at the end of the hall because we stayed on a weekend where it was full with sports tournaments. We definitely appreciated that. This is our second time staying here and we will definitely stay here again!

The hotel had a very homey feel, very clean and I love that there are nice ceiling fans on the hallways going to the rooms. The room is clean and spacious, towels are clean and had a nice smell, the front desk lady was nice and helpful. The only thing I did not like was breakfast. It was 1 and the same the whole 5 days that we stayed so we only had breakfast 2 times. Supposed to book again for another 5 days but decided to go to another hotel. I wish they will have several options.

The moment I laid down on the bed, I started searching for another hotel. The mattress felt filthy, springy & stiff like cardboard... and who knows what was inside it. It felt like I was being bitten. I pulled back the sheets to inspect it, and it honestly looked like they’d dragged the mattress in from the side of the road. I checked in at 11:30 p.m. and left by 12:45 a.m. for another hotel. I checked out within an hour because the room felt dirty and unsafe. Save yourself the trouble and stay elsewhere.

Breakfast was very average. Weve stayed in other Ayers hotels and they offered a much nicer menu. Over all, the stay was pleasant and we would recommend.

The room was very “tired” - worn out and stained carpet, shower enclosure had cracks and shower fixture was not sealed to the wall. For a non-smoking hotel there was a strong smell of smoke and marijuana. The staff was not professional at check-in.

The staff are beautiful. But there’s South Sudanese scammer ring working out of this hotel. Beware. The assistant managers name is Mr. Lopez. Mr. Javier, Brenda, and Lynn were super sweet and helpful. But I was shocked! Their own catering staff involved in blackmail and fraud.

Short one night stay, room was nice but found a couple cockroaches in the bathroom. Staff was nice.

We enjoyed the hot tub and pool, as well as a good size room. Great water pressure for the shower and the tub option is always nice with young children.

We booked and paid for King Studio Suite, but when we entered the room, the first thing we noticed are the bed is not king size and no sofa bed. We went back to the reception to complain, and he said there's no more King Studio Suite available, so we were stuck for the last room available at the hotel. Not very happy about that.

Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the entire property was spotless and well maintained. Breakfast was also a pleasant surprise—better than most hotel offerings. We’ll definitely stay at an Ayres Hotel again whenever we have the opportunity. Highly recommended!

The stay was great but the bed was a bit too firm for me and our room was on the freeway side so it was pretty noisy. Not a good nights rest. Overall I would stay again and maybe try a queen bed and get a room opposite of the road noise.

My staying was like i was at home, cleaner and you can relax at the pool, and next day breakfast complimentary delicious.

We stayed at the Ayres Hotel in Corona and were really disappointed. The place felt extremely dated — like it hadn’t been refreshed in decades. The furnishings and overall room appointments were old, and the bed was tired, sagging, and very uncomfortable. After just one night, we decided to cancel the rest of our stay and moved to another hotel. Definitely not the quality or comfort we expected.

From the moment I checked in my experience was nothing but friendly. Check-in was quick and easy. The room was clean and comfy. The only thing I would say is the bathtub could be updated. Overall great day great experience I will definitely be coming back.

The breakfast was very good. Scrambled eggs, sausage and potatoes. Also french toast,cereals, yogurt, fresh fruit and pastries and bread for toast. We would definitely stay again. Actually its the second time we've stayed here. Great hot tub and pool. Plenty of restaurants in the area. Plus a Walmart and a Costco.

Checked in around 9:30pm. And around 12:00am I noticed there was roaches in my room. I killed 4 and 2 got away. I packed my stuff and went to front desk to get a full refund. I only got a 1 night refund and I bought 2 nights. Stayed less than 3 hours….very disappointed!!!

I would stay here again. It is definitely better than other places I’ve stayed at. The complimentary breakfast was great. I witness the cook making the eggs and pancakes on the grill right there in the eating area. It’s not microwaved like some places. All 3 days I was there the food was the same. Eggs, pancakes, French toast potatoes, sausages, egg sandwich. All the staples for breakfast like yogurt, cereal, fresh fruit. They should add one of those waffle makers to the mix. Besides breakfast, the room was great. It was perfect for my daughter and I. The only issue we had with the room was the ants in the bathroom and the shower itself had some kind of damage to the tub wall. It’s probably from wear and tear. The hotel was near an abundance of restaurants and stores. Some restaurants were in the same vicinity as the hotel. The major freeway was literally an hop skip and jump. Overall, our stay was great.

Meh ! Not what I thought it would be. While the staff was pleasant the room was not. It smelled moldy so we slept with the windows open. Then it was yellow stains on the floor tile behind the closet and the actual toilet lids were not cleaned thoroughly.

We were referred by my parents who enjoyed staying when traveling to Riverside and Norco. This time my daughter and I booked and returned after our in between trip to California. The manager helped me print my parking ticket for the airport which was appreciated 👏. We enjoyed the roomes, breakfast the atmosphere and witnessed the staff cleanliness.

This review is specific to the two room we stayed in. The front desk crews knowledge and willingness to help was split. We had a bad experience with the plumbing and the speed at which the hotel tried to accommodate us. Not great on either end.

My room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned—there was a stained towel with a long hair in it, which made me question the overall cleanliness. To top it off, I drank from the $4 water bottle provided in the room, and it tasted like tap water—possibly even refilled. When I brought this to Lynn’s attention, she still insisted on charging me. I asked to speak with the manager. After hiding in the back, Scott Smith finally came out and showed zero care or professionalism. He rudely told me I had to pay for the water since I drank from it, ignoring the fact that it may have been tampered with. We had two rooms and spent over $600 for just two nights. I travel often to Riverside/Corona and had hoped this would be a reliable hotel, but after this experience, I’ll never stay here again. Ayres has lost consistent business over $4—and I’ll be sure to share this experience with others.

Overall, my family and I really enjoyed our stay here at Ayres Hotel. From walking into the lobby, to the receptionists who are not just friendly but also helpful and understanding. The rooms are clean and properly decorated. The cleaning service do an excellent job in keeping the rooms clean, fresh, and decent. I recommend these hotel for anyone whos traveling for business or pleasure to stay here at Ayres Hotel Corona. You won't regret your stay.

Very nice. Would stay again for sure. Very quiet and no complaints at all. I stayed an extra night and they were super accommodating. Breakfast was good. Gym super tiny but to be expected at a hotel, There is a 24- hour fitness .5 miles away.
