I won’t return. Staff seemed like they had better things to do than help us - zero enthusiasm. Room A/C was louder than a dump truck as it cycled on/off throughout the night. We forfeited our second night’s stay just to escape the property.

We stayed 2 nights for a soccer tournament. The location offers quick freeway access, an indoor pool and laundry. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very accommodating and friendly.

Rooms were very spacious and clean. There is an Islands restaurant walking distance! We visited the area for the Norco soccer tournament, and was about 15 minutes away from the fields.

Staff is wonderful, hotel is clean, offers a great breakfast. I am there up to two weeks per month. I always book this location.

Clean, good breakfast, traveled for basketball tournament and it has a court so the kids loved it.

Outstanding staff. It was unfortunate that someone burner some hamburgers in the room and set off the fire alarm, but that’s not the staff’s fault.

The breakfast was adequate. To improve the protein offerings, I recommend incorporating bacon and sausages. Regrettably, hot chocolate was not provided for those who do not drink coffee.

Should be able to get more coffee packages; lobby was out of regular a few times. There should have been a discount for a room that faces a wall. Hot tub wasn’t there anymore. Every time we wanted to sit outside there was a lady chain smoking, I’m allergic to cigarette smoke. She was there for long periods of time. Thought you were a non smoker hotel. I assumed the bottles of wine were small bottles for $15, $25 for wine is ridiculous. The toilet paper was terrible.

Close proximity to beach and Disney. Without the cost of being in Anaheim!

The location is very convenient to reach Cal Baptist & local attractions. The ladies at the front desk could not have been nicer. They were always sweet & very pleasant. It is like they are happy to be there and happy to help. My room was spotless & had plenty of space. We even got to cook together & have some time away to just hang out.

I appreciated and loved the way bathroom was set up for shower and tub. I'd like that in my home! GPS didn't get me to hotel as it was off a bit missing a road however found it and them was jo problem.

Everything was great! My family and i loved it. The breakfast in this hotel has been the best from other hotels, the food actually had flavor! Will definitely be coming back.

The place and stay were awesome! The staff is super friendly and reliable. The place is well accommodated. The room was super spacious and clean. Area around is nice and quiet. Plenty options to eat around. Free coffee and water in the first hall. The gym and pool were top notch ! Had a one day stay before leaving to the San Diego and will definitely come back and check out a room on the way back

We were visiting the area for a wedding and totally enjoyed our stay . Very conveniently located to every need.

The room was very nice. It included a little kitchen with full size stove, refrigerator and microwave. First problem was the lights from the two clocks on the stove and microwave lit up the whole room making it difficult to sleep. I was able to cover one clock with a towel but could not cover the microwave clock. If that wasn’t enough to keep us awake, the TV kept turning itself back on throughout the night about every 5-10 minutes. The breakfast was ok except for the burnt and spicy andouille sausage which me and my daughter could not eat. Never knew andouille was spicy. Nothing noted it was spicy sausage. We thought it was an overcooked kielbasa until the first bite. Then found out it was spicy. Because we bought on hotels, the manager could not adjust the cost of the room. He did waive our $10 parking fee. We literally got zero sleep making this expenditure nearly worthless.

Our suite was clean and perfect for our stay. Parking is easy and the restaurants across the street are perfect for a date night. Would stay here again!

I really liked the staff. During my five day stay, I spoke to a lot of staff. All of them were friendly, helpful & made me feel comfortable .

It is clean and quiet. Parking is easy. It would be better if there is a bar in the hotel.

Was put into a room with no air conditioning our room was at 84 degrees while getting ready for a concert. Worst was staff knew before checking in the air didn’t work.

I came for parents weekend at CBU. This hotel was very convenient for the weekend. Easy access to the freeway, stores, restaurants, and the college. My room was huge, incredibly clean, and the staff couldn’t have been nicer. I had a lovely stay at this hotel.

Everything was great, with exception of another guest’s behavior at breakfast. She made herself four waffles & didn’t allow others to use the waffle machines (2). My husband was waiting but decided not to wait after she continued to not care that others were waiting. There should be a limit per guest.

It was an average hotel with not many things to do close by with limited food options. Continental breakfast was good.

Hotel is nice and clean. I loved having a refrigerator and stove in the room. I would have to agree with others on the parking fee being unjustified. The hotel is inside of a very large shopping center and there’s plenty of parking all around yet there’s a parking fee to park in a public space. Breakfast was served from 7:30-9:00 if I remember correctly. By the time I went downstairs with my daughters there were 3 sausage patties left, 3 English muffins and a few slices of bread and yogurts. I asked if they would be putting more food out and they said they were out of food. Only thing that made this hotel worth my stay was the location. Other than that, I more than likely wouldn’t stay here again. The “free” breakfast wasn’t worth it and the parking fee was the deal breaker.

Booked last minute and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Room was clean and the kitchen was great to have. Couch bed wasnt the most comfortable but it was decent.

Stayed here for 3 days, I had a course to complete nearby so this was a close convenient stay. They had hot breakfast every morning, friendly staff and most importantly a very clean relaxing room. Bed and pillows were super comfy( I’m super picky w/pillows). Shower had perfect water pressure! Kitchenette came in very handy to prep my lunch for class as well. The only turn off was the $10.00 per day parking, it’s not like they have a private garage or anything you just park around the hotel where people park to go to the surrounding businesses, so I guess that’s my only gripe. Other than that, I would recommend for a comfortable room.

Lots of parking. Close to the freeway but quiet. Located in a business complex so its clean and safe.

Very dated, kitchen light did not work, they did not come in and clean one time over a 5 day stay, we asked multiple times. The toilet did not flush with out opening the lid on the back to make flush. The size of the penthouse is very nice though specially for a large family of 6.
