    Maybe the cheapest hotel around. We know how Motel 6 is through my experience, so it was as expected; okay for a night. Very noisy in front of busy road and a lot of public road racers had made big noises. AC was broken for all stay as notified, so even window opening all day made noises sound louder.

    That place very sketchy, plus the room had no ac! The room got hot & me & my partner got super sweaty. There was a fan but was super old & barely blew any air…it did but was warm . Only option I had was opening the window with curtain wide open but was worried we would be creeped on while we slept…worst experience ever. & until this moment I haven’t received my money back.

    I had a terrible time because all of the AC's and the whole entire complex were down I was in room number 109 and the AC done work and it was hot all night and I was afraid to leave my window open to keep my room cool so I had a horrible time because it was hot and humid , I'm hoping that I can get a refund I am a US Navy disabled veteran and I had a very horrible experience

    AC wasnt working they didn't let us know ahead of time they told us when we were checking in so we couldn't cancel to get refund and it was hot in the room even with the window open 😒. House keeping did not come once to offer towels or toiletries as i know every hotels/motels that we've stayed at always do and they dont have a microwave to warm your food up in the lobby most hotels do overall the worst experience I've had

    The entrance door does NOT fully close. As a single female travelling alone, I did NOT feel safe and I REFUSED to spend the night. I drove in the middle of the evening. ALSO there were groups of guests smoking and drinking outside in front of their room. NO air conditioning !!! PLASTIC pillows NEVER AGAIN

    First they don’t tell you until after you book that there is no air conditioner, most people staying there were living there, room smelled shower looked dirty,didn’t want to open the window because a lot of people walking around at all times of the night, there was dead flys on the bed not a good place to stay, we are out a lot on weekend tourneys, would not recommend it or stay there again

    We arrived at 1:30 am to find a line out of the office because they only have a kiosk with a remote person on a digital screen to help anyone with check in. When we finally had our turn to check in, we were told AC was not working for the whole property. It was June and the room was extremely hot. The windows had screens that were not properly attached. There were stains on the bed. Stains on all the furniture. We braved one night out of the two we reserved because they only have second night, our key card stopped working. We had to wait in another long line to get a new keycard. It was an absolute trashy place with no one on site to help. We were waiting in such a long line because people bring prostitutes to this hotel and have parties probably involving drugs. It’s in a bad area of town. Staff was non existent. They didn’t offer any refunds or discounts due to the property not functioning property. Do not stay here.

    The guy is nice however the AC was not working and he said the same thing to everyone that was checking in (AC just broke and it would be broken all weekend) I was driving two hours away to canceled last minute with no refund. It would of been nice to know in advance that the AC is not working. Pool needs cleaning as well.

    We arrived late. Check in was through a kiosk, interface with a person probably through a weblink. It was uneventful until we were informed that there is no air conditioning throughout the hotel. When asked, the receptionist said the air conditions were working earlier in the day but stop many hours earlier. We were tired and did not want to go and look for another place to stay for just one night. The parking was packed, understandably since it's close to midnight. The room was somewhat clean with minimal amenity. TV is small. Pillows were hard. The worst part is the smell. We booked a non-smoking room, and there is no ashtray in the room. Smelled like someone had smoked in the room and they did a poor job at cleaning up the room/smell. We hardly got any sleep and checked out very tired. They should have informed their guest (us) via phone call, text or email so we can make other arrangements instead of informed us when we showed up at the door. Won't be back.

    Booked a room for Motel 6 as we were trying to escape the chemical leak issue in Garden Grove, CA. Try to check in and were only then told that air conditioning is broken throughout their entire facility. Rep at Motel 6 (online video Rep) says he will cancel the reservation and I need to contact Hotels.com and let them know that Motel 6 cancelled my reservation and that Hotels.com would contact them and they would confirm the cancellation so I can get a refund. Well, Hotels.com says they tried to call but nobody answered but would follow up. Next day, I get message from Hotels.com that they could not validate the cancellation. So now, I’m screwed out of my payment for the stay that I did not even take/use. Both Motel 6 and Hotels.com has been a huge disappointment. I notified my credit card company to dispute the charges, as I paid for a room that I did not even use and one that was not acceptable by any means, given the fact that their air conditioning was broken. Again… both Motel 6 and Hotels.com has been a huge disappointment and unless fully resolved, may end up never using Hotels.com again.

    The double room was so small for 2 beds I'm glad we only went for the night. Hotel room flooring was dirty and sticky. Neither ice machine worked so we couldn't keep drinks cold. Bedside lights weren't even the same color - one was a newer white light and the other was still yellow. The worst part was that there was never 1 employee on site. When we checked in at 4:30pm, the front office was closed and there was only a check in kiosk with an overseas representative. the person in the kiosk told me they stepped away for a break, but the office closes at 6pm. I came by again at 5:45 to get extra towels and was told that they were still on break so he called a worker from them back who unlocked the door to get me towels. I don't know if

    We stopped in for one night but the downside is that the staff isn’t actually at the location (they are on a computer). Motel 6 seems to be doing this at more locations. It’s hard to get what you need without staff being physically present. They could not help me with anything I needed. I did do laundry and it was convenient and well priced. A resident who lives in the hotel told me what a fabulous property it is and raved about management. It’s a clean, basic motel 6. Nothing more. Nothing less. Perfect for what I needed for one night!

    The pool was very clean! The animals were well behaved and always on a leash. The orange screen check-in process was smooth with a real person. My room smelled like cleaning chemicals and I enjoyed it! easy walk to McDonald’s, mom and Pop Café, and a popular Spanish grocery store.

    Not having been to any other Motel 6 locations it is hard to judge, but this location has had it's washer/dryers non operational for several months and the rooms are in much need of a refresh as the door in the bathroom of my room had peeling paint and what appeared to possibly be black mold along the bottom edge.

    Rooms space great no untesils for kitchen no immediate towels or toiletries housekeeping was no help at all kept demanding to ask front desk for everything and was at times rude some were friendly but when asking for access to lobby restroom i got no entry to it also got nasty phone call for putting our trash in bag by the door no aware housekeeping wont throw it like most hotels but trash dumpster was close by outside so no big deal until you needed more bags also no change available for laundry and rude ladies who hung out all day in lobby

    The bed was completely wore out in room 157. There was a huge wore down spot on both sides of the mattress it was like I was sleeping in a whole. If you stay more than one night you have to service your room yourself, and the room had a musky smell. I was there on a business trip and it made my days extremely hard. The staff were less than cordial and seemed like they had a chip on their shoulder. The worst Motel 6 I have ever stayed at in my life and in the top five worst motels of my life

    I had to kill of like 6 bugs (pinches and rollie pollies, and moths) and 1 inch long black widow! It had a web and everything! How long as that dood been there!? Mf was huge and stretched out. I dont know man their doors are not sealed to the slightest. Also, i didnt ask for an accessory room but got one for some reason, where the restroom and shower is just a room. The floor was wet for days and had walking around so uncomfortable. Then one day I went to the door and my key didnt work. And also what was weird was they dont have staff members therr, you have to check in and check out by facetiming india. Really weird. I mean I appreciate self checkout and stuff but this was nuts. And walls are ultra thin you hear everything everyone is saying. It was so noisy if someone knocked on a door 5 doors down it sounded like it was your door. The bed was okay.

    Staff was good room was comfy but the neighbors ruined our experience with arguing, things thrown on the ground, tv blasting,dog barking and cigarettes smell seeping thru in the non smoking area.     The Room was Decent , could have been cleaned a little better but what do you expect for the price. Location was ok close to fastfood and markets. The check in lady was very nice i think her name was Yesenia she got me into my room as quicky as she could due to them changing all the locks and having to make new key cards. Id recommend staying if your just passing thru and need a place to shower and lay your head for a couple hours.

    Staff was good The shower floor looked really terrible The floor felt like it was caving in when you walk throughout it there was spots that feel like you were going to fall through and there was a woman getting beat up a few doors down in the middle of the night there's dogs barking like crazy there is somebody pressure washing at 7:00 in the morning that was super duper loud The pillows were flat and the Air and heater I wasn't sure if they worked we didn't try

    We were greeted by a kiosk outside the office. There was no one at the office from 5pm-11pm. The kiosk was fine but you can say that we checked ourselves in. My room was missing towels of which I couldn’t get any because office was closed. The mattresses are old, we didn’t sleep well. The bathroom shower needs a facelift, shower floor is scuffed up , shower curtain is old and torn on the bottom. Shower curtain was hung with zip ties, bathroom door is old and broken, bathroom door hinges are rusted. The pictures imaged on the website only show what they want you to see of which it is deceiving.

    I ended up leaving this booking early, within a few hours of check-in. I have stayed at several Motel 6 locations and they have been decent enough to spend one night comfortable but there was no way I could spend the night here. At first we had to switch rooms because the first smelled horribly, but the condition overall of the rooms was poor as well.

    The room itself stank badly of weed when we arrived, it was so overwhelming at first it caused one of us to vomit. We tried our best to air the room out to a bareable level, but it was lingering in the sheets/air (we also couldnt open up the window in the room because it was broken). The smell got worse when we tried to run the heater in the room as well so we ended up sleeping in a cold room the entire weekend. The bathroom also didnt seem to have been cleaned when we checked in, there was trash on the floor from what we assumed was the previous guest in the shower-room that we had to pick up. We didnt call the front desk to complain/asked to be moved based on the check-in process making it feel like the front desk team couldn't be bothered. We stay here usually once a month for an event that happens nearby, but this was just a particularly really bad stay.

    I stayed at the studio 6 across the street by mistake. I thought I was going to this place and ended up there on accident. Their manager trashed this place. So I stayed there and was beyond disappointed. They double charged me for deposits and even charged me for pet deposit when I had a service animal, which is illegal but I’m so non confrontational I didn’t make it a big deal but I am pissed off about it no doubt. I came here and boy the front desk is so beyond polite. The customer service is excellent and super friendly. You’re treated like it’s a pleasure to serve you and you’re a friend of theirs. The amenities are slightly less than studio 6, however you do have the option to pay more for upgrades and it ends up being the same price as across the street, probably less cuz there’s no deposit. Stay here- NOT studio 6.

    The room was clean and roomie. Overall, the staff upfront at the desk was friendly although hard to understand a little bit the May did a really good job on cleaning the room. This is strictly for the upper people it’s time for new mattresses somehow have lumps in them some had holes where you sink into it. It’s time for new ones. You got a greatest time that’s been here don’t debt don’t let that be the one pain in your side. Great job to the maid housekeeping great job to the maintenance and great job to the front desk lady.

    Where do I start?? So my husband drives a semi truck. I have done cross country I am not “extra”! The location is far from town on an industrial avenue. Room was tiny with l2 well worn double beds, that the sheets didn’t fit welll. the heater / ac unit thing there is more like a swamp cooler and I don’t think the metal grate on it has ever even been wiped off. So it is literally a wet feeling in there even the bedding felt cold and wet. We could not really use the heat bcz when we tried something with it made us both feel sick. 2 Broken washers, many people actually living there, they allow people to smoke where ever so it was gross smoke coming in my room. We were rebooking and paying every morning for that new day etc. well my husband accidentally booked a room that did not have a fridge and we had one so this ghetto rude horrible woman named Ce Ce who said she was the manager comes beating on my door even though I had barely gone to sleep she was just a bad everything ! Got my dogs all upset with her abruptness and she said she didn’t care that we had already paid or had been there for like 4 days. But bcz they were booked up and I had 20 min to be out!! My husband had to leave work I was exhausted and furious they gave us $ back for that day but what a horrible stay, horrible hotel horrible experience!! Trust me you can easily find many better places to stay, even with pets! I am being harsh bold and very truthful bcz i would never go back !!!!!!!!!!

    Also the bathroom needed significant updating as there were holes in the walls from old fixtures being removed and never patched. Also the bathroom door had a large gap between its bottom and the floor allowing cold air into the bathroom. Lastly the heating/air conditioning unit in the room needed maintenance as the intake and exhaust vents were filthy and the unit barely put out any heat although the air conditioning portion worked fine.     Shower floor dirty and sticky. The lady’s at the front desk were great! Friendly and very helpful. Overall if you’re going to use it to just shower and sleep a few hours a night it’s worth the price. Ice machines and vending machine’s work great.

    Very unsafe, my room was almost broken into, many of the window films/tent are bent and broken from attempted break ins, doors frames are cracked and broken and poorly repaired. When a door frame is broken it must be replaced not repaired! Cheap pillows, employees neglectful. An absolute nightmare I truly considered sleeping in my car on a nice neighborhood.

    The staff are extremely welcoming and friendly, the rooms are a cozy snug fit but are in need of ac units because it gets really hot. The shower and bathroom worked fine, room was in decent condition when we came. We did have a reoccurring issue with key cards, they kept disabling and we had to exchange them with new ones often throughout the weekend.

    The room was absolutely filthy. There was fecal and urine residue on the bathroom walls. The air ducts are in desperate need of cleaning - the air flow was non-existent. I want a refund. And, I have pictures too to validate my claims. Hotel management should be ashamed of themselves.

    We were looking for a cheaper hotel for one night. It was cheap, for sure. But there was food (or unsure what) on the walls, the bed was very uncomfortable. There was one pillow per person, so two. The shower and floors didnt look clean. No coffee pot or microwave.

    Okay I wanted to write the perfect review for this place because the people that work here are absolutely excellent and they are friendly they are attentive and if you need something they are there 24 hours a day now I know people are going to say well this is Motel 6 it's the level of service that you got here that is excellent it's worth the money it's worth this day it's worth the trip and you cannot go wrong and I want to give everybody that stays in any hotel a piece of advice always be truthful what exactly is going on being honest guest and you will have an honestly great visit

    A few weeks back, one of the cleaning lady’s was washing down the sidewalk at no time did she stop and I fell on my right knee. She didn’t apologize nor did she even ask was I okay.     Room had holes in the sheets. Every morning I went for coffee it was out of water. To replace your towels you had to ask and they counted and treated you like a criminal the roof leaked from an air-conditioner so I’ll have to put a towel on the ground so I wouldn’t sleep over. Seriously, a very bad hotel. Hotel six is no longer the value it once was.

    The stay was not the best, the bed was terrible, room had a dirty dog mop smell that lingered for the whole time. Front desk was kind and helpful. People visiting shouldn’t be staying next to others that are living at the motel. Large dogs barking and triggering my small dog to park for no reason. Otherwise the pool was clean and kids were enjoying it.

    Room was super filthy, I’ve stayed here multiple times and room 136 edges of room was CAKED with bugs, dirt, dust and filth all along the walls near the baseboards, it’s like they don’t sweep or mop under furniture or even at all, so many housekeepers but none doing their jobs it seems. I wish I took pictures but I’m sure management will see and go take a look themselves

    The mattresses need to be replaced. I slept on a mattress that was so warped in the middle it was like a 400lb person sat on it and broke the springs. The water system needs to be upgraded because the toilets don’t flush properly and clog even if there’s nothing being flushed but luquid. The “delux” rooms that are priced higher are tiny. No complimentary shampoo/body wash just bars of soap that make your skin feel like sandpaper. This place is a dump
