The staff was okay but the room had two needles and foil where the napkins go. My plan was to have my children come with me but im glad they didn't. Also had a man drunk next door being loud with a lot of people at his room. I was never comfortable

Room was stuffy the entire time no matter what I did with the environmental controls. Pillows were extremely uncomfortable.

I need to clean the room and the bathroom and make the bed.

Their soap is as hard as stone, bathtub and sink no water stopper, blanket thin as a layer of cloth, and more. Some usb no power. It's in bad conditions, Ratner stays at motel 6.

When we arrived, we had a room were the sink was leaking and me and my friend had 2 young toddlers. Noticed the pile of water when our toes started getting wet. Tiles were dirty, beds were rough, toilets barely flushed. They ended up changing our rooms. Room look wise the same but better in a way. Towels were still dirty but we had our own. Cracks in the door on the bottom so little critters can come in, we had to put two towels to cover doorway. Door only has one lock (not high at all) and our TODDLERS were able to open them. Had to put a suitcase by the door to block door frame. When we changed rooms it was like 11pm. Next morning my friend killed a ROACH. They only gave us back 1 night refund. They were trying to offer us another room for our 2nd day but we just could not do it. Too much going on there.

The lady in the front desk was so lovely!!! Did everything calmly and with a smile. She even turned on the coffee machine for me even though the hours are from 9am-noon and i got there at 3pm. Love staying here for the great price, nice hospitality and pretty good area.

Its not a great motel, tweakers and weirdos hang out at the very back so if u get a room there try to get a room more close to the office as in the back you it feels uncomfortable

I did speak to the owner about lack of a bench, sadly, due to previous guest stealing the bath chair, it had yet to be replaced. Hopefully, one can be permanently mounted for future guests. **I would also suggest to owner to change shower head to an adjustable height one, so that individuals can access it for thier need The neighborhood was quiet, and far enough from HWY so no traffic noise. All staff were helpful and kind.

Thin walls, I could hear next door being loud and noisy and singing till 3 am ( drunk) lol, it was a bit humerus due to me being so tired that I was like I'm tired so much I don't want to deal with this but I guess I didn't care cause I was like well at least it's not "horror" screams and shooting, so I don't care, I'm going to listen until I'll fall 😴.

Staff was kind but our bed had horrible stains. I took pictures and showed the front desk and showed them in person. All they said was that theyd notify house keeping. We had no towels or an iron, the ironing board also had a lot of stains. Property denied a refund of any kind. They said that " they put layers on the bed for that reason ". It was very gross. Will not stay here again.

The property looks newly renovated. Check in was quick and easy. The room was very clean, however there were only 2 square (1/2) pillows. Which made it a little hard to sleep. Towels enough for 1 person. Decent place to sleep for the price

We just needed to stay for one night. Nowadays clean is the essential element for us to choose. Clean room, clean bed, clean restroom, clean refrigerator, clean microwave…. Happy stay!

Don't go out by yourself at night to go to your car. There is a shady person just waiting outside. We got there around 10:15pm with another group and saw the guy sitting right in front of the hotel minding his own. I have to go out by myself at around 11:pm to get something in the car and he got up quickly when he saw me and after I passed him I felt uneasy the way he stared following me. Lucky another car pulled in and stopped right next to my car so he went back to his spot and sat down. I felt that angel was watching me because the car just stayed next to my car and I can see the driver on his phone probably searching for direction. When I began walking back to my room, the car started leaving the lot so I just walked with the car and I quickly walk up the stair. The price is acceptable for the condition of the building but safety is a concern don't book here if you are by yourself and always go out in a group especially at night. Of course the man may not be there every night but be aware of your surrounding when you are in this area.

Property management was very accommodating

There were several loud people at around 2-5 in the morning. I’m assuming the manager of the establishment had gotten into an argument with some individuals because they were blasting extremely loud music and were just being an overall nuisance. Won’t be staying here again. It’s in a seemingly nice area but the people are disgusting and ghetto.

Just needed a place to sleep, no frills. Great stay. Clean maintained. If you're picky about fluffy pillows and towels, this may not be the place for you. Updated flooring, clean room and bathroom, easy check in and check out. Traffic noise late evening, but quiet later. Great stay!

Very good accommodations for price paid. Glad to have microwave & frig. If you want a plush towel, bring your own, and a hand towel...otherwise the basics are there, clean and good to go:)

This property was disgusting! There were cockroaches,ants, and other bugs. Microwave still had big chunks of meat inside, the blankets looked like Swiss cheese from all the burns. People in the room next to me were selling drugs and prostitution! People were knocking on my door and windows at 1:30-2:00 in the morning

I was so uncomfortable I decided to sleep in my car there were cockaroches coming from the air conditioner and outlets just a horrible place I want my money back

Check in was great and so was the customer service, but the bed was pretty uncomfortable and the bathroom had ants. I'm glad it wasn't roaches, but i wasn't expecting these unexpected guests.
