We loved the beach front property! Natalya was very helpful and made sure we knew everything we needed to know. We loved that our 2 chihuahuas were welcome as well! Has a nostalgia feel to it and had everything nearby to have a great weekend alone for my husband and I. We definitely would love to come back soon!

The room size and it's location were excellent. But, on the second day there were small ants crawling. And on checkout day at 9:00 Am the air conditioner, microwave's power shutoff,as well as the toilet would not flush. So we left at 9:30Am. When checkout time 11Am.
- 5/5
The room was great. The beach was beautiful. Walking distance to the aquarium. Food was great at pier 99. We will definitely visit again.
- 5/5
The room was clean, although the bedframe needs a bit of an upgrade. The beach view is insane. We were literally in front of the water. Right in front of the USS Lexington. Air conditioning is fantastic. I love the Contemporary Room. The name speaks volumes. I will definitely be back again. Thank you so much for your hospitality and the snow cones.
- 5/5
View was beautiful. The room stayed very comfortable. Staff was super friendly. Loved the place will definitely stay again.
- 5/5
Would stay again.
- 4/5
Great price very clean friendly staff
- 5/5
We loved our stay here. Room was clean, cute, and unprententious feeling. The service was very good. Natalya was friendly and helpful, bringing us ice, coffee, and fresh towels. As animal lovers, we enjoyed seeing and petting the friendly hotel cat too!
- 4/5
Great little place right on the ocean looking at the USS Lexington. Owner is on site and happy to help and easy to communicate with. If you want something unique with little fanfare, cold AC and to be left alone in peace this is your place.
- 3/5
Property could definitely use some upgrading. It is a gem and could really be a standout property due to the location. I would recommend putting some utensils in the premier Lexington Suite and complete some landscaping around the property.
- 5/5
We absolutely LOVED our room, and the property! Natalya is so nice, and since there were so few rooms booked, originally offered us our choice of rooms, but we decided to stick with the one we had booked. Bed was VERY firm, which was great on the wife's back, tub is DEEP, and the location is absolutely perfect since 2 of the things we wanted to do were go to the USS Lexington and the Texas State Aquarium. It's peaceful, relatively quiet, and right on North Beach, so the views are amazing. Really enjoyed having our morning coffee & breakfast on the back deck. 100% would stay again!
- 5/5
Very clean and comfortable with the surroundings. I will definitely stay there again.
- 5/5
Comfortable, convenient and quaint. So convenient to activities.
- 5/5
I loved my two nights here. This is not a corporate hotel: it's quirky and interesting. Meticulously clean, but a little battered, kind of like all of us. Easy walk to the aquarium, right next door to the ramp to the USS Lexington, right next door to Pier 99 (yes, I went for lunch and then again for dinner, amazing food and so pleasant outdoor seating). Loved my room. Bed was comfy; shower had insane water pressure and wonderful hot water; floors were hard wood (or something), not skanky carpet. Fabulously interesting view of the beach and Bay, with the Lexington RIGHT THERE. The owner/manager was very responsive, but be aware that there's no front desk, you'll need to text with her to coordinate check in. Also no good coffee in walking distance (short of paying the aquarium entrance fee to get to the cafe there, which I considered), so make sure you're prepared.
- 5/5
Uniquely decorated rooms. Gives it a great personaltiy. Its not all cookie cutter. Very quaint. It looks to be devolping into a very cute spot. The rooms very cute and clean. Owner super sweet. We enjoyed chatting with her.
- 5/5
The hotel doesnt have parking but there are other city parking available. We were provided with clean towels daily. The hotel is small so its quiet not nosey.
- 5/5
Our stay was great. The hotel is older but rooms have been upgraded. Cold A/C. The owner was wonderful. Very helpful and available if needed. Close to the Lexington and alot of other places to go or eat. Beach was never crowded during our stay. Parking is the only issue. Not bad once you learn how everything works in the area. Will be coming back.
- 5/5
It was nice and the beach was literally right there. Owner was very friendly. Only thing I would say is the floor could be cleaned better. We found dust bunnies and a pair of socks that were not ours under our bed. Everything else superb!
- 5/5
We had a wonderful stay. Natalya is the sweetest! The area was quiet, the AC was strong, the wifi worked well.
- 4/5
We love this hotel. Convenient to the beach and attractions. Great food in the area.
- 5/5
The owner is awesome and super friendly. It's close to lots of stuff within walking distance. Very clean, super nice, and very comfortable. My only complaint, and not her fault, would be the lack of dining options within walking distance and no pizza delivery. Again, not her fault. Great option for someone wanting to stay at a place that is personable and not a chain. I'll come back for sure
- 5/5
Natalya was a great host. Met us at the entrance and showed us our room. The room was great- clean and very nicely decorated. The hotel was steps to the bay to walk along the beach which is just what I wanted. Great place!
- 5/5
Love this little beach hotel! Really nothing fancy, but clean and comfortable. It is an older property lovingly refurbished with a room style for everyone. Can be noisy as it sits in front of the Lexington Museum, but the view is amazing with plenty of beach available.
- 5/5
Friendly and personable owner. Clean room.
- 5/5
Lady running it was very friendly and helpful. Very nice.
- 5/5
I loved it was small and nestled right next to the Lexington. The view of the bridge and the Lexington were fabulous! The staff was super helpful and friendly. If you are looking for something fancy this place probably isn’t for you but if you want down to earth, comfortable , close to attractions and restaurants stay here.
- 5/5
I love how it’s right on the beach with restaurants in walking distance. Natalya is wonderful and we’ve loved both stays here.
- 5/5
We had a very pleasant stay at Capri Beach Hotel. Natalya owns the hotel and also runs the ice cream shop beside it. She's amazing. She came into our room everyday to empty trash and give us clean towels. She works very hard and it shows in her property. Its no frills, but the location and scenery outside the rooms is magnificent! I will recommend this place to everyone i know! Thanks so much for the hospitality!!!
- 5/5
Lovely rooms Definitely suggest staying here
- 5/5
Quaint modernized older hotel. Nice rooms. No lobby or parking. Checkin outside and use street or lot parking.
- 5/5
Great hotel with view of ocean and USS Lexington. Parking can sometimes be a little difficult because of all the people going to the beach taking close spots, but never had to walk more than 2 minutes from parking to room
- 5/5
Service was great. Check-in was quick and simple. The room was clean and inviting.
- 5/5
We enjoyed our stay very much. The owner is very nice and the property was gorgeous. There at quite a few gift shops and attractions nearby within walking distance. We are already planning to stay here again for our next visit!
- 5/5
For a hotel literally right next to a major attraction, it was so quiet. We stayed in the Mediterranean Room right next to Lexington Plaza and had no issues with noise. The room was clean, the a/c was cold, and the deck outside was a great place to sit. We had two dogs with us as well who loved the room and the people watching opportunities.
- 5/5
I loved how there was so much close within walking distance, everything you needed in one area. The room was great loved the theme of the room, the patio/outdoor area was clean and so great to sit outside to watch the ocean
- 5/5
Very much like a bnb. Very comfortable Natalia was very nice and tentative. We will be going back
- 4/5
Very nice and clean. The pillows were terrible, and the area lacks places to eat. Pier99 next door is the only and closest restaurant, food is not fresh and overpriced. Overall good place to stay and I will stay again on my next visit. The hotel is very convenient to Northshore Beach and the Lexington aircraft carrier museum.
- 5/5
Thought parking would be an issue but it wasn't. Our room was so cozy and the view is awesome. It's most definitely a returning spot for us. Romantic, private, relaxing, everything was perfect. Walking distance to dining and touring. Beach was right in front of us and easy to access. Beautiful experience.
- 5/5
The staff is friendly and efficient. The hotel is located centrally and the beach is wonderful. There is a long, concrete fishing pier that looks fairly new. The restaurant next door has very good food and all the staff are friendly, plus you can take you dog with you when going to eat or drink.
- 5/5
It was a wonderful place, and Nataliya is an excellent owner. The rooms are very unique and clean. I wish there was a pool there, but it is right on the beach. The restaurant next door had amazing food at reasonable prices, butIwishthereweremorediningoptionsnearby. ,
- 5/5
Beautiful view manager was so sweet ..awesome room and comfortable bed and very clean
- 5/5
Great stay! Loved the room-open the front door to a view of the USS Lexington.
- 5/5
The location of this hotel is absolutely the best you can get. Fantastic view no matter which way you look. There's a huge amount of balcony space with comfy chairs and tables all facing the USS Lexington. Very nice to relax on the deck with a cold drink after a day of fun in the sun. The rooms are all clean, newly remodeled and done very well. The beach is literally 30 seconds from any room! Definitely will come here again!
- 5/5
The owner, Natalya, was wonderful! She is also who keeps your room for you! VERY clean, well-kept, secure, & quiet (yes even with Peir 99 having live music every night!) Bed was comfy with 4 king size pillows. We stayed in the Western room & the AC was very nice. The spa shower was a great plus except the jets for the tub in that particular room need to be fixed, but def no reason to not enjoy your stay there! So much privacy and a wonderful view of the sunrise! There is a super sweet resident cat there named Pippen who has been there since birth 12yrs ago & she greeted us every day! Capri is also animal friendly as long as you have a well behaved furbaby! I can NOT say enough good things about this place. We stay in hotels every weekend for work & in the last year this place was BY FAR the best. Please note she does not do a breakfast or anything, but provides fresh coffee for your room everyday! There isnt much for a fast breakfast on the island except What-A-Burger...plan to drive to Portland (about a 10 to 15 min drive for fast food). We will def be back here on holiday soon rather than work & looking forward to staying in one of her other beautifully decorated rooms!
- 5/5
The hotel has a “home-y” feel to it. The owner meets you face to face when you check in. Don’t let the weathered exterior of the building fool you. The interior of the rooms look as if they’ve been fully renovated recently. Choose from 5 different themed bedrooms that are truly decorated with a home-styled touch. New ACs and a ceiling fan keeps you out of the Texas heat and the Gulf’s humidity. Very spacious units compared to a lower rate hotel. This is a prime location for sightseeing the Lexington or the aquarium. Oh, and did I mention it’s right on the beach AND next to a fishing pier. You’re missing out if you don’t book here.
- 4/5
Owner was super friendly, and the hotel is right on the beach with the Lexington and the Aquarium. It was a great stay.
- 5/5
Great place, very clean right between the Lexington and the aquarium. Pier 99 is right outside and a great place to eat. It's kinda like a b and b
- 5/5
We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night get away to the Capri Beach Hotel. Natalya is awesome and so attentive to her guests. The exterior of the hotel is in need of some sprucing up, but the effect of hurricanes takes time and money. Our room was perfect! The cleanest room we have ever had anywhere. It was immaculate. The nautical decor was fun, the room welcoming and comfortable. The balcony was a great spot to just hang out. As others have said, the USS Lexington was at our doorstep. The beach mere feet away. And the TX State Aquarium just a short walk up the street. There were plenty restaurants nearby so once the car was parked it did not need to leave for 3 days. Parking was by meter unless you found a free spot. An 8 hour day (parking is free after 6 pm) was $8, plus a fee of .35 to put the parking on a credit card. Was easy to add parking at 8 am the next day to the credit card for another full day. Oh, and free ice cream for guests!! That was an unexpected pleasure. The resident cat was a joy as well being open to petting from strangers. Can't say enough about our time there. We will definitely be back for such a nice, relaxing hotel on the beach in North Beach. Thank you, Natalya!
- 5/5
I liked that it is family owned and the owner is wonderful. She is very courteous and ensures you have a great stay. It is a simple and quaint place that is not like the other large hotel chains. Loved meeting the other guests and the all around friendly atmosphere of the place. Enjoyed our stay very much.
- 5/5
The owner was amazing and very attentive! View was great and everything was easy to walk to. Room was clean and I felt so safe with the gate entry
- 5/5
Great hotel for people with dogs, hotel is very pet friendly. Clean and comfortable, the owner is so nice and does everything to make you feel at home.
- 4/5
The area surrounding the hotel has seen better days - a little rundown and not many restaurants in the area, but the property isn’t a far drive from any type of food you might want.
- 4/5
I liked the location near the aquarium and the Lexington. We did not rent or have a car. There is paid parking.
- 5/5
Place was amazing! Room was great! The lady who runs it is great and very friendly.
- 4/5
👍👍
- 5/5
The owner is super sweet and if you need anything she always answers her phone and does everything in her power to fix it. Would highly recommend and would stay again.
- 5/5
Natalia was awesome! We got there real late, around 12am. And she waited on us to greet us. Room service was great! The hotel is in a great location everything is walking distance. The room is perfect for sleeping and very cozy, will definitely come back to visit.
- 5/5
The owner is extremely nice and accomodating. Super attentive and always checking to see if things are ok. The room was nice and clean, the amenities were all working and great. Only thing is that the mattress is a bit stiff/firm, but that is my opinion.
- 5/5
Great place the owner was very accommodating and took good care of all our needs!!
- 5/5
The Hotel was very nice , pet friendly and the only pet friendly Hotel in the area, The owner was very Helpful , The rooms were nice clean and seemed to be well taken care of
- 1/5
The room had a plug-in air freshener and I am allergic. I had to unplug it and leave the door open for over an hour. I had a headache and cough for that night and the next day. I am female and was alone, it was a little scary needing to keep the door open. The hot water would not stay on in the shower, I kept getting blasts of cold water. Individual toiletries were not supplied and the partially filled bottles of shampoo and body wash that were supplied were dirty. I could not stay for the remaining 2 days of my booking because of the conditions there and could not get a response from Hotels.com. After I talked to the Manager about my issues with the air freshener, she refunded my night's stay and canceled the next two nights reservations. My parking was only on-site and free because I have handicap permit.
- 5/5
The owner and staff were friendly and helpful
- 5/5
Excellent stay , views are awesome
- 5/5
Nice place to stay for the price point. Parking sucked, paid for 8 hours of parking we left to go eat and our spot was taken when we came back by someone else and was told you have to leave your car parked in the spot you pay for. But the owner did make it right with us.
- 5/5
This hotel is great. Small and comfortably the owner is so sweet. Very clean and the view is awesome. If you want big fancy hote go somewhere else. This place is cozy and intimate. We will definitely be back.
- 5/5
We enjoyed our stay at Capri. Natalya was very helpful and welcoming. The facility doesn't have any amenities but we didn't care because the beach is just right there. The view from our balcony was great. Most of all, it's a dog friendly place. It's walking distance to restaurants, shops and the aquarium. The furnitures need some updating and the TV in the living room could have been bigger. We would have enjoyed our vacation even more if the weather cooperated. It was cloudy the 3 days we stayed in Corpus Christi. We would love to stay at Capri again in the future.
- 5/5
I just loved how the owner and rooms made u feel at home.Any one with pets I highly recommend this hotel.Very close to everything.
- 4/5
Great location and nice clean room. Walking distance to shops and restaurants.
- 5/5
I loved the room, the location, the vibe... it’s a really beautiful hotel, well maintained and cared for. We felt right at home!
- 4/5
The view of the Lexington was outstanding from our 2nd story “deck”! The owner and her husband couldn’t have been nicer!!!
- 5/5
The most important thing for us was to find a pet-friendly hotel and it’s not that easy, because most of the places have so many restrictions, but not Capri Beach Hotel. Natalia made us ( including 70lbs puppy) feel really welcome! This hotel is nice and clean. Close to all the places you would want to go. Definitely recommend it!
- 5/5
The view was absolutely amazing, everything we wanted was 15 minutes or less away and we were very happy and comfortable here.
- 5/5
The property is unconventional in a very good way and the staff is there when you need them. Highly recommended.
- 4/5
A quaint little motel on the beach. Fantastic location and great customer service.Would visit again.
- 5/5
Great staff. Natalya was very knowledgeable of the area and sights.,This establishment is steps from the beach , the Lexington , and the aquarium. It’s an older establishment but when you see all you have it doesn’t seem to matter . Very clean .
- 5/5
This property was awesome. Its Decor and location with the Bed & Breakfast style rooming minus the actual breakfast was very enjoyable. Bed was very uncomfortable but sheets were super sift.
- 4/5
Older, clean hotel with beach access. Proprietor, Nathalia, was pleasant and her love for this property is noted.
- 4/5
Not a traditional hotel. No front desk. Only one person on sight. Really nice though, one on one service. Outside is older and kind of run down but the room was well kept and very nice. Great view! Parking isn’t great. Probably a pain on the weekends as there is no hotel parking but have to use public parking in the area. Not a big deal but a little inconvenient. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely use this hotel again.
- 5/5
Great location, nice, clean, comfortable room. The owner was very nice and customer focused. There was some road construction going on in the front but finding parking was not a problem. We will absolutely stay here in the future.
- 5/5
completely met our needs
- 4/5
The location of the Capri was great, but a lot of construction was going on at the time. Very limited parking and the Lexington Museum visitors made parking a chore. Rooms are neat and clean and service is great.
- 5/5
Natalya is an absolutely fantastic host and was so sweet to our dog, Jack. There is road work going on in front of the hotel but that is not a fault of the property and once it's all done, it should make walking and driving down there even better!
- 5/5
The location is amazing!!! Miss Natalya is a very nice, caring and considerate person. She was honest and straightforward about the construction currently going on outside her premises. My grandkids, daughter and myself loved it, I absolutely would return at a later time.
- 5/5
This property is extremely close to the beach no need to use your car once you park. Natalia is the best
- 5/5
I enjoy staying at this hotel. I have stayed many times and I always try this hotel first when I plan a trip to Corpus Christi.
- 5/5
loved this place. Room was clean and a mid century design. i wanted to take the frig in the room home it was so cute. we were greeted by Natalya who was warm, kind and very helpful. she changed the towels for us everyday. room has roku and was easy to follow. it was quiet as well. leave your car parked and walk to the lexington(you get a perfect view of the lexi) the aquaruim as well as restaurants. we were very comfortable and happy with our stay. we lacked nothing here. We can highly recommend this hotel.
- 5/5
Location, location, location! ! ! This is a great little hotel on the bay, with friendly owners. We enjoyed our three day weekend staying at this hotel.
- 4/5
Location is great. Room was great. The only thing I do not enjoy was the shower, because is like a travel trailer shower. Way too smaller.
- 4/5
It was very private and very quint, very nice for quick getaway.
- 5/5
Location was perfect. Would definitely stay again.
- 5/5
Owner was very nice.
- 5/5
Outstanding place to stay will come backi on my next trip to Corpus Christi
- 5/5
A very relaxing place to stay. They were very accommodating! We will differently stay again!
- 4/5
however the continental breakfast was pretty lame. Just prepackaged foods. You could toast bagels, and get some coffee. it was better than nothing, but only just. they warned that the parking was bad. they were bad. One stair to get to our room, and you had to walk around the building to get to it. it was difficult getting our stuff in and out. however the location is amazing, and the lexington looks amazing at night. However they really need to fix the lighting in the inner court yard. thankfully there was a room out, but at night the stair was not lit up and felt hazardous.
- 5/5
The location is excellent! It's a very small hotel that feels more like an apartment. I loved sitting on the balcony at night listening to the quiet music from the restaurant next door and feeling the cool ocean breeze.
- 5/5
Loved our stay. Thanks for having such a CLEAN well kept room and allowing dogs!!!
- 5/5
Clean, quaint, beautiful location and Natalie is a sweetheart! Will definitely be returning!!!
- 5/5
Omg you will love this place everything you would want in a hotel is right here great locaton
- 5/5
Very nice hotel and very close to where we wanted to go. All within walking distance. Natalya is a very charminh and gracious host.
- 4/5
Room was very comfortable with a nauticle theme. Enjoyed the deck watching and listening to the waves.
- 5/5
Natalie, the innkeeper, is an amazing and warm-hearted lady who will make your stay an absolute pleasure. The hotel itself is a bit old, but it is very nicely maintained and clean and its location directly on the beach and directly across from the USS Lexington is perfect. Sitting out on your spacious deck area at night with an aircraft carrier all lit up is a truly unique stay. Natalie provides a wonderful continental breakfast ... no waffles, but all kinds of bagels, cinnamon bread, fresh fruit (including mangos and avocados!!!), cereals, doughnuts, juices, and on and on. The room was spacious and clean and there were always fresh towels. No phone in the room but we all have cell phones. So adjust your expectations ... this is not the Ritz, but it is a lovely old-style Americana motel that you and your pups will genuinely enjoy!! Thank you, Natalie, for a great stay! Cosmo and Trina will miss you!!
- 3/5
The place is old and run down but owner kept it clean and tidy. Location, location, location. With NICE beach, places and wonders and best seafood restaurant in walking distance! Love it.
- 4/5
The location of this small inn is great. It's right at the beach. Also, you can simply walk to the USS Lexington and the Texas State Aquarium. However, the hotel does not have central air/heat. The temperature dropped during my stay, in the middle of the night, and got really chilly in my room. There was no way to heat the place, because the window unit was for cooling only. The owner gave me a large fleece blanket and a plug-in heater the next morning. Also, the water in the bathroom did not become hot when taking showers. It was cold and super windy outside, so that kinda sucked.
- 5/5
Atmosphere was very pleasant with a gorgeous view of the gulf and the battleship Lexington. Our room had character which is unorthodox from the traditional hotels which made this experience even better. Privacy and service is on point. We really felt this get away surpassed our expectations. Thank you
- 4/5
Property could have been in better shape. I don't understand the mind-set in Corpus. I could see the area being a major gold mine for tourist, but it's like every property and even the CITYOF CORPUS CHRISTI, just lets everything get weathered to the point of unbearable, before they make an effort to fix it. You'd be amazed what could be accomplished with some hand tools, a bucket of paint and a lawnmower. Maybe a crew could comb the beach once a day and pick up trash. Beautiful area but, it's just a shame in how it's maintained.
- 2/5
What really annoid me were bed sheets that smelled like a mold.
- 5/5
It was a nice quaint beach hotel! It was very clean & the service from Natalya the owner was awesome. I highly recommend!
