Reviews
The hotel reviews are mixed, with guests expressing both satisfaction and dissatisfaction. Many guests appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, and good breakfast, but several guests had issues with the cleanliness of the rooms, noise, and outdated facilities.

We were greeted by a broken front door, the carpets are old and damp and need to be removed. The room was ok, but not well maintained. The breakfast was horrible. There was very little selection and what they did have was the lowest quality stuff I’ve ever seen. Not to mention they ran out of coffee. Over all I expected better from this price range of hotel.

They changed our room after complaining for leakage but the other room was worsen then before. It had portable AC which was not working and with twins toddlers it was difficult to keep them way from that AC. I am regular customer of homewood but now i need to change my hotel choice for next vacation. This is second bad experience i had with homewoods.

Our room was at the very back of the hotel. The back door entrances were not working. Had to park in the front and walk the whole distance of the hotel to get to and from our room. The carpet felt a tad yucky. Needs cleaned. The two room suite, one room had some sort if loud ac unit mini split thing in it guessing the ac was broke. The room was very humid. King room shower was very dirty.

Nothing was particularly memorable besides the plethora of issues we experienced. Can't say that I liked anything, unless you like insects in your bed, not being able to key into your room, and significant discomfort during your stay. During our stay we experienced: • Multiple dysfunctional rooms • Mold and odor concerns • Insects in the room and bedding area • Broken appliances and phones • Repeated key card failures • Missing room essentials • Inconsistent housekeeping support • Poor communication and lack of urgency from staff • Significant stress, discomfort, and disruption throughout the stay This experience fell far below the standards expected from a Hilton property and was, without question, the worst hotel experience I have ever had.

Our experience was so bad we checked out before staying one night. When we arrived, we found what looked like pet hair on the sofa bed. It was not simply a strand or two. It was enough to make your skin start itching thinking of it. The host, Miranda was graciously apologetic and switched us to another room. On our way to the new room we noticed that the carpet in the hallways on both floors was soiled and looked like it had not been vacuumed in days. The new room appeared to be clean so we proceeded with our planned activities. When we returned to the property later that night, our room key did not work when trying to access the property so we had a long walk to get back into our room. That is when we found that although the seconds room appeared clean, it also had not been properly prepared. Exhausted after a long day of travel and completely disgusted with this property we checked out that same day. The night shift hostess was eating when I approached her. Instead of acknowledging my presence and asking for a few minutes she proceeded to take more bites of food before finally speaking to me. Never again will I book a room at this place. Thanks to Miranda who was the only bright spot in this experience. None of this is a reflection on her.

It was clean and cozy. Loved that there was a breakfast option as well. Our room was at the back of the hotel, which was fine, but the back 2 doors after a certain time were closed, and the key card didn't work. So it was a long walk. And there was a light shining on the building but it was shining right at our bedroom window and even with blinds closed you could still ever So slightly see it. Also we were in corpus christi but not like on the beach.. didnt understand why we had to pay to park.

The AC vents look very dirty and I always look at that because I have allergies and that can create mold really easy if they don’t have proper maintenance but everything else was fine. Breakfast was good. Bed was comfortable. The toilet paper was almost out it’s just a detail but things that I noticed. We only spent 1 night so it was fine.

The receptionist was very sweet and my room was very welcoming and clean. It felt more like a rental apartment than a hotel which helped make the relaxation portion of my trip much more enjoyable.
- 1.5/5
I didn't like the additional fees, the 50 dollar holding fee was silly and an additional 14 dollar parking fee. We're already paying so much I don't understand the parking fee. The floors in the room were very dirty. I was really upset at how snooty the front desk receptionist (Miranda) was, hopefully she can be more welcoming to other guests.

I love how welcoming the room felt, the room was cooled to a comfortable temperature, everything felt very clean and taken care of, and my favorite was the ceiling fan for the white noise and circulating air. The staff was very approachable and the breakfast was fresh and neatly displayed.

The Suite was very comfortable for a party of five, clean and tidy. The breakfast very good and fancy set up. The staff very friendly and the check in and check out process a breeze.

No shampoo, we had to go ask twice, ac didn’t work, the shower was broken, the front desk lady was little help. Loud banging tv didn’t work
- 2/5
the morning lady curly hair she was very rude when we checked in and she had to check us out as well and maybe said 2 words the whole time the room had hair on the shampoo bottles provided in the room and the couch has seen better days the reeom is very outdated to say the least

Hilton corporate had some tech issues causing the staff to do damage control with new check-ins. They managed well, but were flustered. I think the chaos impacted the level of attention you expect from Hilton. All in all, good stay and friendly staff. I blame Hilton Corporate for the negative aspects
- 5/5
Did not go swimming but the pool did look clean, breakfast tacos were good.
- 3/5
Breakfast was bad.. eggs tasted like powder and sausage tasted like potatoes. Waffles were good. Had to change rooms when AC quit working. Staff was great tho. Hottub was gross and green, but people still got in it.
- 5/5
Everything was great, excellent service, rooms in perfect condition, very good breakfast. The only thing that could be improved is the cleanliness of the pool and jacuzzi, but otherwise excellent.
- 5/5
The pool was dirty brk was ok just cold but the stafff front desk and the room were excellent enjoy my stay
- 5/5
The breakfast was good but the only thing was not aware the hotel charged for parking not even when we got there. Which is crazy because this hotel is not near the beach at all.
- 1/5
We didn't even get to stay there
- 4/5
It was not clean
- 4/5
Pool was closed and dirty, the staff that prepared the breakfast during our stay was definitely rude. We tried to be nice and tell her good morning, but she was just negative. Our room was spacious, although there was a lot of wear and tear in the room and it didn’t look well cleaned.
- 5/5
The carpet are old and smell like humidity
- 4/5
The Hotel is under some construction and the elevator was not working properly when we would take it , the door would get stuck and keep opening and closing over and over. There were areas on first floor where the insulation was showing and the wall had opened areas. We also noted that there was not new dish soap but used one so we couldn’t wash our dishes or a scrubber. We also could not find any trash bags to fill our trash cans. There was a very rolling large air conditioner in our room that wa super loud.
- 1/5
I don’t understand the concept of paying for parking at a hotel I’m already paying to stay at. The tv wasn’t working and nobody came to either fix or replace it. No communication to the problem either. No ice bucket in the room. Ice machines not working but I was given ice from the kitchen in a laundry bag. The ac compressor was so loud outside of our room that we maybe got 3 hours of sleep. I do not recommend this place at all
- 5/5
Staff was very helpful
- 2/5
When we arrived on Friday hotel was clean we were informed we were going to be charged for parking i was in shock never have i ever been charged for parking we are already paying for 2 nights. then on Sat housekeeping came to clean i asked them to come back we were getting dressed about to leave for a wedding they said ok we we returned later that night no one had returned to clean or even leave towels. Then the shower head barely had any water pressure coming out took longer to take a shower. the light over the sink was not working either. when checking out i asked if we got charged for parking she said yes for 2 cars i told her we only had 1 car . that was the icing on the cake never again will i stay here or recommend this place.
- 4/5
Clean and great location. Friendly staff. Gym, pool basketball court and great breakfast.
- 3/5
We weren’t too happy with the room. It was in OK condition. There was a stain on the chair, the couch was old. The bathtub was rusty the bathroom floor look like it had been bleached. And there was a horrible smell coming from the sink. I requested a room change and the front desk lady said she would let me know if a room was available but never did.

Breakfast was same items everyday (3) we were there. I came in right at 8:55am for breakfast and staff was not courteous to ask me if I wanted any fruit, just grabbed them and took to kitchen. She continued to grab other items and take to kitchen. I was able to get a toasted bagel with cream cheese.
- 5/5
Clean room, good breakfast option, friendly staff.
- 5/5
All good!
- 2/5
issues with the room are, first the couch arm rest was broken, the lever to the toilet was broken, the door card stopped working, and then we had sugar ants on kitchen table.
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
We had a great stay! Breakfast options were good; check out was easy. The only thing I would change is the room location. Our room was right in front of the outdoor basketball court area--the lights for the court stay on all night, which makes it difficult to keep the room dark at night, even with the blackout curtains.
- 5/5
Besides the late check in everything is amazing
- 4/5
They only have 3 infant cribs, so if you depend on that, don’t.
- 5/5
Front desk staff is awesome! Feel welcomed every time I’ve stayed. 5 stars all day and night
- 5/5
Check in was a breeze and the lady behind the counter was nice… she professionally informed us the pool was closed and that we had not been informed because we booked using a « third party site » which is Expedia… the king bed was comfortable, but the sofa bed was horrible… breakfast was great with different options! Coffee was good too!! People that worked in the breakfast area were great and did an excellent job… AC unit in our room was kind of loud, but that noise kind of helped me sleep… I would stay here again.
- 4/5
The entrance and exit to the hotel had a sharp angle and was too narrow. I missed the turn the first time thinking there was another entrance.
- 2/5
The room we got looked like it had not been cleaned. There was little bugs flying around in the kitchenette. They had dead bugs under the bed and overall the place just looked un clean.
- 5/5
Staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was different each day (very refreshing!). The room was clean but some items were a bit dated. Disappointed that the pool was closed however, overall a good stay.
- 2/5
A little disappointed in both service and quality. The front desk staff seemed annoyed by us, didn’t have enough pillows and offered us a comforter to fold up as a pillow. Not super clean.
- 4/5
Nice hotel, great location , room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned though because I found other belongings in the room. Also they did not mention beforehand that Pool is closed and did not give a timeframe of when it would be opened.
- 2/5
Drapes were super dusty, like THICK dust. Found a toe nail in the closet. No cover or pillows for the pull out couch. Very disappointing.
- 2/5
This is a very nice, well updated hotel. However, the floors were filthy, there were two towels in a room for 6 people (I listed 6 on our reservation) and there was no bedding or pillows for the pull out. We arrived at midnight and had to make a handful of trips to the front desk to get the basics. We had friends who also stayed and their room was also very dirty, so I don’t think it was a one off. Wouldn’t recommend.
- 5/5
Great spot to stay! Near main attractions, clean and safety.
- 4/5
I was a good place to stop. Large, clean room and next door to Texas Roadhouse so that was convenient.
- 5/5
We had trouble flushing the toilet (rm #217) but overall our stay was amazing! We are already talking about staying again. Your rooms are so cozy and made our stay a relaxing one. Overall experience was great. The pool is under construction, I wish we would have gotten a heads up on that. We were told nothing. We stayed 2 days and the pool would have been great.
- 4/5
Bbq are and swimming pool need attention. Staff was excellent. Breakfast was great, staff are on point in refilling breakfast. Lobby is very clean and tidy.
- 2/5
The pool was out of service the air conditioning in the room was not working properly there was a broken piece of tile on the floor along with a broken closet door disappointing for the amount of money that was paid
- 4/5
Limited towels for 8 people, sofa bed was uncomfortable and pool was under construction. Stay was overall good.
- 3/5
Very old property, very small rooms we stayed in the 1 bdrm suite with the couch bed. Could not close the bathroom door, door was damaged need up grade. Pool was out of service. Hallway hot and humid.
- 3/5
The staff was nice I didn’t have any issues with them. What I didn’t like was the room it was dirty, and needs updating. As soon as I walked in the room I noticed the floor was sticky and the room felt humid. I noticed the vents were rusting and the room was right next to some construction. I could see them working from the window. The area walking to the room was hot too I don’t know why that hall way was so hot.
- 3/5
I do not have any positive comments so I will refrain from making any negative statements.
- 2/5
The room has smell & some stains in the carpet. I went to the front desk to see if we can move to a different room but was immediately told that there are no rooms available. Didn't offer any other solutions than will tell the housekeeping to clean the following day. The next morning, we realized there is no iron, ironing board and hair dryer in the room, so we went to the front desk again to request, took them almost 30 mins. Then when we got back that afternoon, the housekeeping didn't come by, had to ask for shower gel in the front desk. The staff were so unfriendly, especially the one on duty on July 11th at 11 pm. She was putting breakfast the next morning and puting the whole time...makes us all uncomfortable. Overall, we were uncomfortable our whole stay. Not worth the price that we paid. Sometimes guests can overlook all these things if the staff are very accommodating and welcoming.
- 5/5
The staff was very nice.
- 5/5
Execelente personal de trabajo
- 1/5
We arrived and were told immediately AFTER checking in that the pool was being renovated and would not be available during our stay. We were also told that people who made prior reservations were called and informed of this, but we were not called because we booked through Expedia. We are currently still trying for a refund and have nothing positive to say at this point about this hotel.
- 5/5
Nice room
- 1/5
Unfortunately this did not meet what I believed were Hilton standards. The pool was under construction and looked green and smelled. The room was not clean and the bed looked to have bedbugs and a huge stain. Once moved to different room still found it lacking cleanliness and although mattress was better there was a dirty sock left. Staff at night seemed genuinely interested in addressing issues but staff at check out did not care hear issues. There was also a sign that appeared after chek in indicating it was for sale? Perhaps thar is why it seemed so unkempt. Over flowing trash cans...just don't book here.
- 5/5
They nice and friendly
- 2/5
When we arrived in the summer the AC was not working properly in our room and we were told that’s just how it is. The receptionist actually recommended we just go to another hotel if we were unhappy. All the other hotels were sold out or we would have left. After much run around (over 1.5 hours) there was actually an ac maintenance man onsite and he came and fixed the problem (the fuse was switched off). After that our stay was average but I would be hesitant to book again because of the poor service and run down condition of the rooms.
- 5/5
Fantastic rooms. Great staff
- 2/5
Pool wasn’t functional and we were not advised prior to booking, rates continued the same - we booked this place specifically for the pool. Beds uncomfortable. Need to dust better overall - doorways full of dust. Only would give us one toilet paper roll at a time. Good location but wouldn’t stay here again.
- 5/5
We love the kitchenette and the breakfast it saves money and time before and after the beach or whatever activities we do. The laundromat is the best
- 3/5
Very nice
- 5/5

- 5/5
Never stayed at this hotel before but I was impressed with the entire experience. Thank you. Will stay here again when in town.
- 5/5
Very good hotel, nice spacious and clean rooms
- 3/5
I got there at 3 we drove 5 hours she starts to book me in then she noticed it’s too early and to come back at 4 because nobody is cleaning the room yet. I get back at 4 pm and the room isn’t cleaned she tried to say it’s because I came too early I said no you said to come back ohhh that’s right. We get in the room it’s cleaned but throughout our stay smells of poop is coming in the vents the lady did put a vent smeller inside. The pool wasn’t open it’s 100 degrees in the summer but kids were upset it’s the only hotel I could afford.
- 4/5
Pool was under renovation and closed, did not know that before arriving and would’ve booked elsewhere had I known
- 5/5
Great hotel! Nice and clean! Highly recommend. Will stay again next time I’m in San Antonio!

It was a last minute booking. Everything was perfect.

It was very nice, I felt very comfortable, everything was very clean, very good service
- 1/5
This was a horrible experience from the being. I get a call from the manager saying that there was a problem with my card and needed to provide a new card or our rooms would be canceled because they are sold out. I asked way was my card being ran whenever I haven’t checked in yet and he said every hotel runs the cc on file before check in and I told him that has never happened to me. Then the hotel charged our credit card 3 different amounts. We only stayed there 2 nights and we were charged over $800.00 and when my husband went and asked about they said it was a mistake so please make sure to check your statement before check out. I booked a king suite and then we went to our room it was a 2 queens room and when I called the front desk I was told they forgot to tell me about the room change and it was a upgrade. Then to top it off the room was very dirty and just not clean.
- 5/5

Staff was friendly, property was clean, food was delicious walking distance to restaurants was able to grill our food in the pool area
- 5/5

- 1/5
The property charged me for parking and taxes, after i booked with Expedia and kept my deposit. I wouldn't recommend this property to anyone please look elsewhere
- 5/5
Staff was extremely courteous, great value for the money. Will definitely book again.
- 3/5
The stay was good but was blind sided by nightly parking fee. When asked if they would provide security for vehicles they said no. The parking fee did not guarantee safety of vehicles.
- 5/5
It was a perfect one night stay with my family. The room was ideal for my family of three, there was plenty of space. We were very happy there were high chairs in the breakfast area for our little one. The complementary breakfast was awesome! There were so many different breakfast options, there was something for everyone. The staff was very attentive and helpful.
- 4/5
There was construction outside and jacuzzi wasnt working.
- 5/5
This hotel was close to everything! There are a lot of restaurants right there and a Walmart right behind. We were able to take a quick drive to the beach as well. The staff was the best part of it all, they went way above and beyond for us and every guest even when my battery died off site they came to the rescue. 100/10 recommend

- 4/5
Staff is very friendly and the room was a nice size.
- 5/5
like the rooms and breakfast bar but i was not aware of the parking fee since i booked through a 3rd party other than that all was great
- 4/5
Staff and services were wonderful. Upon arrival our room would not cool down and was quite humid. Staff was quick to give us another room equal to what we reserved. Property and common areas was clean. Website says "free" parking, but we were charged $12/night. That needs to be updated, so others aren't surprised by the charges.
- 1/5
we didn't get to stay
- 2/5
We had to wait almost 20 minutes to be checked in, because there was nobody at the front desk. When we finally were checked in, staff was great, but that wasn't a good experience. Later on, we asked for a new comforter because the one in our room had blood stains on it, and though we were given one it had a ton of cat hair on it. I know that the location is pet friendly, but maybe keeping the inside/outside cat off the linens would be great.
- 5/5
My son was admitted to Driscoll children’s hospital and the staff was so nice and caring during the whole time. The GM even would stop to ask about our son and make sure we had everything we needed as my wife had a C section and was in recovery during this whole time. Definitely plan to come back for a family vacation with our little one!
- 4/5
You can tell it’s an older hotel but didn’t bother us at all. Everything worked, it was spacious, and quiet.
- 5/5
Loved it would definitely return
- 5/5
Conveniently located within walking distance of Walmart, IHOP, an AMC Theaters, and a spacious yet appropriately crowded Texas Roadhouse restaurant. I just so happened to get a nail in my tire during my family's vacation. I was able to drop the vehicle off at Discount Tire and walk back to the hotel to wait, then walk back to pick up the van when it was ready. Pool was nice and centrally located. Front desk provided us a basketball to play on the court with.
- 5/5
Nice hotel, nice breakfast, fine gym. Recommended!
- 5/5
It was easy to check in and the room was very clean
- 4/5

Service was great room was spacious and quiet, only complaint is need to update beds
- 5/5
Our stay was awesome ! Clean place, nice outdoor area. The staff treated us great!
- 3/5
This property provided us with the basics of what we were looking for for this stay; a suite with a kitchen and parking for our tractor trailer. Unfortunately, that’s as far as the positives go. While our room appeared clean at a glance, this was the first time I have ever been in a hotel room with such filthy floors. At first, I could not figure out if it was the tile or the carpet causing our feet to feel grimy and become black, but then determined it was BOTH. It was as though neither had been cleaned in an extremely long time, if at all. This was extremely off putting, as we were looking for a break from having been on the road and dealing with truck stops and truck stop showers. Having previously stayed in Hilton properties, this was an unpleasant surprise. Additionally, there was NO climate control in the hallways throughout the building and seemed to only be in use in the room and common areas. I don’t know if this was an energy saving tactic or an issue with the hotel’s system, but stepping out of our room and into the hallway felt no different than stepping outside of the building. It truly added a layer of discomfort after being freshly showered and simply wanting to head to the common area for breakfast or to grab ice from a machine. Lastly, the entry door at the back of the building, which was supposed to be accessible by guest key access only, did not close properly and was often times left ajar, allowing any random person to gain access to the property.
- 5/5
Place was nice, have to pay for parking in the same lot that the motel is on
- 2/5
The room smelled horrible. Booked fpr 3 nights. Left after 1 night. Decent, but I wont go back
- 3/5
They did not have the room we booked available, the receptionist was rude. After I asked for the manager name I stepped away to speak with my wife of the options given which were 1 king bed suite or refund. Upon returning to the receptionist she had a better attitude we decided to stay in the room option given. The receptionist gave us a second room at no cost to accommodate our party and waived the parking fee. It was a good recovery at the moment but not sure if we would stay there again in the future.
- 5/5
Great hotel. Wonderful staff! If I were to pick on something it would be all the dirty dishes in the kitchenette. I had to wash to use.
- 3/5
for 2 days.
- 5/5
This hotel EXCEEDS MY EXPECTATIONS. Note: there is a $12.00 daily parking.
- 1/5
I will never stay at your hotel again
- 5/5
Walking distance to restaurants, easy to get on interstate, nice friendly staff
- 2/5
The refrigerator doors were on backwards, making it extremely difficult to get into, glad I'm skinny. Its an easy fix.
- 4/5
We enjoyed the pool area. The room was comfortable. The only downside was the carpets in our room. They a film on them that felt like a carpet cleaner residue. Like when they get shampooed with too much product. It make the bottom of my feet dingy. I was surprised that they now charge to park there.
- 4/5
Check-in time is 4:00, got there at 5:00 and our room wasn't ready. The gentleman working the front desk waived the parking fee for the night (yes, they charge a $12/nt parking fee) for the inconvenience, and we only had to wait about 15 minutes so it was no big deal. He called me to let me know the room was ready. The room itself was clean, very spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The only real issue I had was that I booked this hotel based on them advertising that they have an outdoor hot tub (I have a bad knee and after a long day of walking around with my kids I was looking forward to the relief it would bring), only to find out it wasn't in operation. I get that it's the summer, but clarify that your hot tub is seasonal or remove it altogether during the times it's not in use. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would book again despite the minor inconveniences.

Very nice staff, very nice rooms and very convenient. Options to eat around and shopping was easy too.

There was only one entrance and exit you will miss it if you don’t see it at first, property definitely needs an upgrade out room had wallpaper pealing as well as a mildew smell in our room but staff were very nice and helpful

It was very nice and loved the room

Great place

Bad neighborhood surrounding hotel and dirty restaurants

Having a pullout couch, dishes, refrigerator, microwave, and separate room with a door is nice for a family. Nice workout facility and pool. Plenty of parking. Ideal location with access to beach, many restaurants and stores. Family friendly Here are a few things that could potentially improve the property: Gym: Dumbbells in gym does not fit on rack. Could cause injury. Dust on equipment and water dispenser. No remote for television, so was forced to listen to and see inappropriate shows on television. Could not change the channel nor turn off the television in the gym. Bedroom: Moisture was in the room, making the carpet wet and also items in the room moist, including dishes and clothes. We had to wear shoes so that our socks were not soaked. The room was damp and stuffy. Breakfast: Hash brown was not fully cooked and greasy. Oranges and bananas were old. Not many plant based options . Fruit was old, oatmeal and hash brown poor quality. Pool: Chairs not clean. Jets not working in hot-tub. Room cleaning: Room was finally cleaned after 2nd request. Did not include cleaning the kitchen, blankets nor toilets. Only fresh towels and a folded blanket on the couch.

EVRYTHING, great for my little family & pup

Room was amazing. Had issues with key at 1am when we came in from the beach. Had to be escorted from room like we were children to be let in and out of our room.

over all the stay was excellent and the staff the same was ready to help for whatever the issue we had. I give all the staff on site 10/10.

Great!

Seemed like hotel was not staffed for holiday week. Room wasnt ready because cleaning staff was behind. Took 30 minutes just to check in. Pool and hot tub qere not very cleaned(or mainteined throughout the day) no towels available at the pool. Trash can full and over flowing. Key had to be reawt on 2nd day. Buffet was mostly empty for breakfast. I will not be staying here again just a poor experience overall.

The room was good and spacious. The pool was nice. The woman who worked in the breakfast area was awesome! She made sure everything was stocked and cleaned. It was busy.
- 4/5
Very nice and had to have the refrigerator replaced while staying there and had a leak in the bedroom ceiling from an air conditioner upstairs room. So the decor could have been better
- 4/5
We checked in with no issues. Went swimming and the front desk lady came out to make sure we had enough towels. Told us if we needed anything just to call. Room was very spacious.

Nice

The staff was friendly and helpful. The building is near a noisy freeway. There was a repetitive noise inside the roof that could be heard all night. The AC blew right on to the thermostat so it rapidly turned on and off. The bedroom in the suite was warmer than the room with a thermostat. The AC fan caused a whistling noise between the door and door frame. The facility is old and needs serious updates.

Palm tree leaves fell off and on our vehicles. Well those leaves had sharp edges. Maintenance person said outside doors lock where we couldn’t use our card at all at certain times. We had to go through front. So if it’s raining, forget the door near you. Very, very unsatisfactory for two senior citizens.

Nice rooms, outdated, but the staff is very friendly. The food staff is friendly but they didn’t have coffee cups, the breakfast area was empty and they would take long time to bring more food. They just weren’t on it, like other hotels don’t get me wrong they were all very polite. Nice pool and nice basketball court.

Will definitely stay at this property again next year for Easter

Good one night stay with family during vacation.

The front desk staff who checked us in was very helpful and professional. He greeted each day of our 3 day stay. Everything about our room was clean and roomy. My only complaints were that the sofa in our suite was bowed and the switch to the ceiling fan was broke. However, still usuable. Breakfast was good and plentiful, again area was clean. The hotel is visable from the street, but the driveway entrance is small and easy to miss if your not driving slow.

The overall hotel was nice, but the bed was personally a little harder than I like. Everything else was great.
- 5/5
Clean and spacious room

My only issue was the fact that I had to pay to park my car. It would have been one thing if it was parking garage or even covered parking but it was nothing more then normal parking. It was 12 dollars a night which is stupid for me to have to pay just to park my car. There was no mention of having to pay for parking when I booked the room and was shocked when I got there and they told me it was 12 dollars a night and that it was a management decision and there was nothing he could do to change it.
- 2/5
Staff was short, rude, and not willing to help. Creating more issues with the checkin process even after making a personal phone call to setup a company credit card via an authorization form and still required my employee to put their personal credit card down putting funds on hold for multiple days.

very quite, friendly staff.

All staff including the GM were super nice and friendly. We have stayed here in the past and will stay here again.

As always, we’re never disappointed with the amenities and rooms at this hotel. Check in was smooth and check out also. We’ll definitely be back. Just want to send a shout out to Shawn at the front desk. She was so friendly, kind and helpful with some information I inquired about. Keep up the great work😉

As a mom of 5 kids, I find it very hard to find hotel rooms that provide us with enough room to fit our whole family. This place was great. The staff was friendly, we had a 2 room suite with plenty of space for everyone to wind down at the end of a long day, and with free breakfast and a kitchen, it helped keep down the costs of needing to eat out all of the time.
- 3/5
Great location, nice looking room and lobby, friendly service- but there was a dead bug, the linens were stained and dirty, no shampoo or conditioner in the shower, doors had dirty fingerprints, not enough towels for number of guests.

Great service, courteous staff.

Affordable accommodations, good breakfast

The hotel was okay for the price, I did have to change rooms and after changing rooms due to them giving me the wrong room, they gave the wrong room again. Before arriving I called to confirm they had roll away beds and asked for it to be added to my reservation, it was not. I called for the bed and the agent tried to tell me they didn’t have one and then after speaking to the manager he brought it to me. And you pay $12 to park and it’s not even in a prime location. You could park for free in the AMC lot but they charge you at check in
- 4/5
The room was nice but they didn’t stock it with soap or towels. The front door was locked when I arrived so had to wait for someone to open it from inside. The signs in the parking lot warning that they were not responsible for missing vehicles was very concerning. They did not clean the rooms daily and when I requested my room to be cleaned it was declined and I was advised that I could go to the front to restock any items I needed.

We loved the Wednesday night social meal and nice breakfast. Our room was comfortable and clean. Very nice staff. Nice pool and amenities. If we are in the area we would choose this hotel again because it was such a pleasant experience.
- 3/5
Smoke smell kept coming into the bathroom from the common vent. Hotel is older but kept very clean. Staff very friendly.
- 3/5
My family and I have been staying here for years. Not sure cause it was Labor Day weekend, but we were charged $12 a day (3 day stay) for PARKING!! Was not even notified at check-in for the charge. Thankful pets are welcomed for a $75 fee, but it doesn't have to reek of pee going in and out of the two doors in the back. Not happy with this stay what so ever.

Hotel was really nice and cozy for my family of 4. We really enjoyed the pool, breakfast, and overall experience was amazing and we look forward to going back one day.

Nice stay!

Friendly, quiet and comfortable. Clean and pet friendly. Great continental breakfast.

We traveled with our two children and had a pleasant stay. Our room itself was very nice and cozy. The only downfall for me was the noise of the highway since you are very close to it. Its not a deal breaker but if you are very light sleeper it might bug you. The other thing we noticed was our Ford truck was tampered with during the night. It looks like someone tried breaking in but were unsuccessful. I dont blame the hotel for things like that because it could honestly happen anywhere. Overall i did enjoy the hotel, the room, the breakfast and the staff. I would probably stay again.

Breakfast was great, friendly staff.

Visibly dirty linens. Roaches. Carpets are nasty. The pool was green and closed during our stay. The AC in the lobby was out. Fortunately our room had wirking AC.I happened to noticed crusty red/brown spots on the sheet. The other bed had ugly stains. I had to switch out the bedding. I found a plastic hand nail on the bathroom floor and a roach running around. stay was the free breakfast. The breakfast was very satisfying.
- 5/5
Good, convenient, affordable, and fun for the family. Might book again.

No any compensation due to out of electricity during evening and the whole night
- 4/5
The location was close to several restaurants/stores. It is also walking distance from a nice movie theatre. My family enjoyed the pool, very calm and peaceful. A really good breakfast selection that fed my whole family before a day out on the beach. We stayed in a family suite, which was great. My husband and our smallest child were in the bigger room while our 4 teenagers were in the 2 bed, room. I really liked that we had a middle area to share, small living room and kitchen. Great amount of space for the price per night.

Homewood Suites is a 15-minute drive from American Bank Center, but next to 3 restaurants and a movie theatre. It is a 5 minute drive to all of Corpus Christi’s shopping areas along South Padre Island Drive. Padre Island is a 25 minute drive away. It’s sad to see the downtown and the convention area has deteriorated, but this has been happening for 10 years or more.

Not very well trained to accommodate situations and solve problems to make a comfortable stay.

Everything was wonderful

The breakfast is very limited/ No ac in hallways or where you eat breakfast/ pool was dirty / barbecue pit didn't work also

Hopefully the dog got a forever home!! This hotel has a special memory for all of us!!!
- 4/5
Not a bad place to sleep. The rooms are decent sized and we turned the AC down bc the hallways were hot but our room was comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good for a free breakfast. I would stay here again.
- 5/5
Excellent stay. Very comfortable suite, good location, good facility, and polite receptionists.
- 3/5
Stayed for the weekend trip with my family. Overall it is good place to stay. Few things: rooms were not clean enough and it was dusty, windows were dirty. We asked to get a room from 2nd floor but told that upper floors were prioritized for Hilton honor members and since we booked it from Expedia, that request was neglected.
- 5/5
Convenient location
