    Our ac kept switching on its own to heat so we had to keep getting up to fix it bc it got hot.They offered to switch us to another room but being that we were 6 people and to have to switch all our stuff was a no for me.The pool seemed as if it hadn’t been cleaned in months maybe even years and we heard from another visitor that it hadn’t been that way when they last visited over a yr and half before.Staff was great but I honestly wouldn’t stay there again

    Please note: Theres no king size beds as the add suggests. They provided me witha full size bed fie 2 people and stated that fhe futon next to the bed technically makes my room a king size if i open it.

    Key didn’t unlock the door, had to wait on employees to use an actual key anytime we wanted to enter. Power was lost for over 7 hours, when power came on the key pads still didn’t work. The overnight employee was the only helpful one. Property was kinda poorly maintained, looks like it could collapse.

    The place was a little rundown and the pool was unusable . Don’t know if it was because of the storms or something else. Staff was friendly and helpful. They had to get us a new microwave due to the one in-house not working.

    The staff was nice This motel is one of the worst we have ever stayed at to start off we got a king bed room and we got a full bed that looks like a pull out sofa on top of that there's a smell in the room that can't be masked by candle, spray or anything we try. It's gotten so bad that we literally leaving cause we couldn't stand it anymore the parking lot Is the worst condition I've ever seen. there's parts of the building that are so cracked and broken it's alarming to say the least and the last thing I'll say about it is the photos on booking.com app are so misleading I've have reason to believe they are Photoshop or something like that edited in some way I doubt this place ever looked like it does in the photos. Also the AC is falling out of the wall the door jam is moving with the locked door as if it's falling off. The photos include the "king" size bed the second floor foundation cracked right where are door is at, the AC falling out and the exterior front door jam in that order

    The rooms do not look like the photos shown on Expedia. While the general layout was similar, the actual condition of the room was very disappointing. There were stains on the ceiling and on the bed covers, and the room had a strong mildew smell. The caulking around the shower was completely gone, which made the bathroom feel poorly maintained. Some of the furniture was unstable and looked like it was falling apart. The outside of the property also looked very weathered and run down. I wasn’t expecting a five-star hotel, but I also wasn’t expecting the property to be in such poor condition. I ended up checking out within a few hours of arriving because I did not feel comfortable staying there. Overall, it did not match the expectations set by the listing.

    The staff were very nice and accommodating although we did not get our refund they did say they would contact the booking agency to refund our money. The first room we check into smelt like mold and mildew, there was mold on the ceiling as if there was a leak at one point, we asked to receive another room and was granted one. When we walked into the second room it had a bad and nauseating smell of ammonia, I left the door open hoping we could air it out, this did not work. We than asked the front desk for our deposit back and had to book a hotel last minute. I had my wife, 5 year old daughter, and 8 month old daughter with me this was very hazardous and could not put there health at risk

    Nothing it was the worst place to ever stay. It was so filthy broken unsanitary and very unsafe health and physical wise. This place should be condemned based off the room we were given. We checked in went sight seeing without fully going over room. When we got back and toured the room it was so filthy broken unsanitary just horrendous. Was not the same one from booking.com website one bit. So I immediately called booking.com and asked for a full refund as this place was very unsafe and unsanitary.     The staff were great and very helpful, but unfortunately the property itself felt run down and didn’t match the pictures online. In my first room, the toilet wouldn’t flush and there were roaches. The room also had a strong mold smell, which made the stay uncomfortable. Thankfully, the staff moved me to another room. The second room was much better, it smelled fresher and was a big improvement over the first. I appreciated the staff’s help, but the condition of the rooms definitely needs attention.

    The staff did the best they could. During our stay, we encountered several serious safety and maintenance issues. The bathroom floor was severely dry rotted, posing a significant safety hazard. The bathroom itself was deteriorating, with extensive dry rot and mold present. Additionally, we found a sock left inside the restroom vent, which raises concerns about cleanliness. The TV stand was completely broken and unusable. The kitchen microwave was not functioning, and staff had placed a replacement microwave on the table. However, using this microwave required turning off all the lights in the room to avoid blowing a fuse, which is unacceptable. The lock on our room door was broken, which significantly impacted our sense of security. Guests in the room next to us had individuals coming and going throughout the night, with loud arguments and fighting, further contributing to an unsafe environment,especially concerning given the faulty door lock. On the morning of our checkout, around 5 a.m., my key card stopped working when I went to retrieve something from our truck. While the beds were clean and the staff did their best under the circumstances, the condition of the property overall is deteriorating. Unfortunately, the room we stayed in was not safe or suitable for guests or families.

    location to our event , we asked for bottom floor and got it we chose that location becaused it advertized breakfest and when we got there the front desk lady said they only have coffee in the mornings, uit was christmas and we know restraurants would be closed thats why we chosed that location , so we were dissapointed , we stayed a few days no one offered us clean towles or picked up the trash

    Since the moment we arrived, our room keys did not work. We were then told that staff would have to open the room for us every time we left. Room did not look as advertised on website.     This was a terrible stay. I knew not to expect a ton with the price of the hotel but this was just downright unsafe for people to stay in. The room smelled of mold and the tub was full of rust. After being in the room for a handful of minutes it induced headaches. This is genuinely unsafe for people to stay in. Maybe it was just the room we were given, but we were unable to stay in it and had to look elsewhere the night of. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Again, I knew I wasn’t going to get a 5 star quality hotel room but this was actually the worst hotel room I’ve ever been in.

    this was our second stay here and we wanted a king room and did not get a king bed, we had a single double bed. we also ended up on the third floor again. the front office was polite but when i called to get confirmation the person on the phone was rude and even said we had a king. it was unpleasant but its cheap.

    This was a last minute trip. I paid for a king size bed. We arrived at 5ish.. when i got to the front desk the lady couldn't find me by name. She looked and looked.. After verifying all info still couldn't find me.. then it popped up with the confirmation number.. WELLLL.. she booked me in as another customer who had the same first name as me.. she put her in our room and she swore to god that she couldn't get us in a king size bed because everything was alreadybooked and assign. thewhole time rooms on the 1st floor that were king size bed were empty.. she swore upand down that everything was taken already.. then room 208 had a broken bed, house keeping didn't clean the room right mold in the rr ect.. i went and complained above the room in general, the bed (that she put in a work order for the bed) they rudely come and wake us up at 8:30 am. Like are you serious.. 30 mins after that the house keeper comes by to see if were out.. mind you check out is at 11.. as we checked out at 10:45 i went amd asked for the management. And the same lady was in the front.. said they went in. . 1st and last time here..

    The first room they gave us had a toilet that wouldn't flush. Second room had a TV we couldnt turn down or turn off, so we unplugged it. Smoke detector had been pulled off the ceiling. Neighboring room had barking dogs at all hours. People knocking on door of neighboring room at 3 am & yelling. Sketchy area if town. I didnt feel very safe.

    Only unique thing about this property was that there were cockroaches everywhere, the floor was disgustingly dirty and not to mention the toilet which keeps getting clogged even tho we never flushed any toilet paper.

    I don’t know what was in the air in my room, but it gave me really bad allergies and I couldn’t breathe. Idk if it’s mold or the chemicals they used. Also my toilet was dirty when we first checked in. Had to buy cleaning supplies just to be comfortable.

    Was told i could park my little tanker truck in the back parking lot. When i came out the next morning there was a paper taped on the door handle informing me that my vehicle was not allowed to park there and if i ever returned my vehicle would be towed immediately!!! Rude rude rude

    Service was good. They found me a 1st floor room due to my back issue. Ceiling was cracked and seemed like it leaked . Beds mattress were dented in middle made my back hurt. But for the price and service I can't complain to much. Friendly staff :)

    Horrible conditions the room smelled strong of mold and floors were damaged unleveled. Door didn’t lock the latch was stuck didn’t lock and we couldn’t get back in our room afterwards. Air conditioner didn’t cool the room it was hot and old stained mattress they use if you look under the sheets . The beds were small not comfortable. Bad area never again will we stay poor water pressure

    Property claims Expedia lied when selling rooms.I purchased a king bed room, (as pictured) and they claim to have "NO" king beds or even Queen!! I spent an extra hour waiting for "check in" and landed up with a room that had twin beds And was told I wouldn't be charged for the upgrade!!😡 Manager was not very nice.

    Tv doesn’t work properly!!! I’ve called the front desk 3times and sounds like to me the associate has become annoyed because we keep calling for assistance. I will never stay at this motel again!!! Just want the tv to play for example ESPN IS SHOWING UP AS A&E . Called to request another room and can’t be accommodated because they don’t have any one bedroom available.just over it disappointed in the overall situation!!!!!

    I requested repairs to the shower as it was spitting water all over the bathroom floor. Maintenance responded right away and did an awesome job on the repairs. Request was made for full cleaning of the room by housekeeping and both times it never happened. I went to Walmart and my own cleaning supplies and cleaned/mopped from top to bottom. By the condition of the towels when I got done it was quite evident it had not been done in awhile. But it's Jennifer clean now. 😁 I love love love the rates via online. 200.00 the first week and 245.00 the second week. It has a Mexican restaurant right next to it so I made myself at home on a daily basis. Overall, I really can't complain. The first week I did a lot sleeping as I'm under medical treatment for my stomach and they have flooded me with meds. Motel is quiet and peaceful. There was cats next door so it was really cool to play with them thru the window. The motel needs to make it a courtesy option to have a cat come with the room. 😂😂😂😂😂 On my next round of stipend money I'm coming back for another two weeks. ❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️

    Lot of standing water in front of every room - AC. They said it was due to condensation. Not right. Drains from AC clogged up. Creates slip hazard. All 3 levels. Roaches in Rooms. Do not clean Rooms everyday. Stayed over week - low rates but not clean. Parking lots - lot of potholes.

    Upon arrival to my pre booked room my keys did not work. I go down to reset keys go back up to enter my room to find another guest already inside. Finally once i get inside a room im mortified by the conditions and cleanliness. I was afraid to touch anything let alone sleep on that brown stained mattress. Employees were what looked to be on drugs. ill never come back to this hotel

    Staff was very welcoming and pleasant. Great job on that. Property needs to have better door strikes ( mine was missing) causing an unsafe feeling. Get rid of the drapes and go with vertical blinds and a little better bed. But staff was amazing always smiling and made you feel welcome.

    This property was literally falling apart the floor was sunk in and sticky, mold all on the celling, toilet was broke, crack in the wall, and roaches. Not worth saving the extra buck for a cheap stay. The area was run down and sketchy. The stairs and walk way had water puddles and trash everywhere. The room had the worst smell. Not worth the money we paid at all. Nothing like the pictures advertised.
