The online pictures presented clean well maintained rooms. The actual room was FILTHY! Hair was in the bed. Mold was in the shower. The carpet in the hallways was FILTHY. The room smelled wet and OLD! The air didn’t work very well and made the room humid! Three of us checked in the room for the night. There was 3 bath towels and one face towel in the room. When asked for more face towels, I was told I had to walked down the stairs from the forth floor to get more face towels because this was not a full service hotel. The elevator was out as well! Never again. The ONLY reason I didn’t leave is because we had been at the hospital all day~14 hours and had a two hour drive home

This hotel is in a very dangerous area with tons of homeless people walking through the parking lot. I was offered drugs by one of the homeless people within a few minutes of parking my truck. There are signs everywhere in the parking lot about it being in a high crime area and to hide and protect your valuables. For these reasons, I tried to cancel my reservation due to feeling unsafe in this area. I did not want my vehicle broken into or damaged while onsite at night nor did I want to deal with the homeless people and the very obvious drug use in the parking lot. Both Hotels.com and this hotel manager declined to partially or fully refund this reservation even after I voiced my concerns for the safety and wellbeing of my family. They do not care about your safety or wellbeing if you choose to stay here. I would have accepted a partial refund even if they chose to charge me for the first night plus a cancellation fee, but they charged me for four nights with no refund. I WOULD STRONGLY SUGGEST NEVER STAYING HERE UNLESS YOU DON’T CARE ABOUT YOUR SAFETY!!!!

The pool was freezing. You are right by the interstate and can hear every car that passes. The smell of weed is all consuming and very overwhelming. Staff is very rude and needs to be trained in customer service. We booked room 300, a jacuzzi suite, it was missing the plug so we asked for a new plug. Instead they moved us to room 200, another jacuzzi suite, and that jacuzzi did not work at all. I don’t understand why they could not just give us a new plug for room 300. They told us maintenance doesn’t work on the weekends and we are out of luck. I asked for a small reimbursement and they said I could call choice hotels directly who then told us they can’t give refunds only the site can because it is privately owned. I would not recommend this hotel to ANYONE.

Waited over 10 mins for attendant to come to. The counter to check us in, they then proceeded to be on the phone the whole time. Overwhelming smell of cleaning prodicts in the lobby, and boday odors in the room. Rooms were not as pictured, bathroom was dirty and damanged and. fan made alot of noise.

In need of renovations, believe we may have booked while they were updating. Pool was ice cold, getting towels was a pain. Weird since they have an indoor pool. Staff are excellent, breakfast was good, rooms had a wet carpet odor, AC very loud.

Needs updated work, staff not friendly carpets are old and tubs need cleaning, beds need updating no fitted sheets on bed, not enough towels for guest wifi is terrible and air conditioning units needing updating. The whole place just needs a remodel, you can smell the carpets when you walk in.

Staff was courteous but the sofa’s cushions were in need of replacement, not very comfortable. We didn’t use the pullout couch cause a piece of metal was sticking out from under it. We mentioned to the clerk but he never hacked on it.

Overall, I guess I was expecting more from the Comfort Suites chain, but at least the price was affordable. It’s fine for a short stay, but could be much better with some updates.

Tub/shower is very slow draining Cart to carry belongings up to room barely fit in elevator and was coming apart. When we first checked in the only cart available was like one that you go shopping at Home Depot for wood. Key cards did not work on Tuesday when we came back from my husband’s surgery. Room was not cleaned or fresh towels. We stayed from Monday-Wednesday Exhaust fan in bathroom was very noisy when you would turn it on. The noise was too much to leave it on.

I only stayed one night, checked out at 8am sharp! There were roaches in the bathroom everywhere and in the “living room” area of the room crawling on the ceiling. The hotel lobby receptionist at night seemed a little confused. The smell of marijuana was so strong all throughout the hotel, including the 3rd floor. The day receptionist was very nice, she said to call hotels.com for a refund, I have messaged them and haven’t heard back yet. She was very apologetic and said they would give me a refund for my stay. However, I am still waiting for hotels.com to get back to me.

A lot of trash laying in the halls entering from the outside the buildings as well. Parking lot was dirty the scent of marijuana throughout the entire building even in the room air condition not working properly could not keep it on more than two minutes on and off on and off no matter what. No decent breakfast.

My daughter and I stayed for four days and were beyond comfortable!! The hotel is a little older but very well maintained in my opinion. Its very clean and smells amazing!! Are room was super comfy and sooo spacious!! We had little trouble with tub draining but that was only real issue. Beds were super comfy and area was quiet at night.

This is in a very rough side of town. Had multiple people trying to stop me in the parking lot to ask for things. None of the facilities in the hotel were available. No gym, no pool, no activity center. Shower was disgusting and had some strange make shift repair on the floor that made it difficult to stand safely. Definitely will not be staying here again.

The room was clean but you could tell it was old. There was a musty smell in the room and a roach was crawling on the floor.

I was surprised to see this place had a decent rating ~7. I found the place dirty. The counters in the bathroom were not wiped down as there were rings where cups were. The hairdryer did not work on the wall. The outlet was broken. In the breakfast area the chairs were all worn out. The pancake mix was sour, probably spoiled. Never experienced that before. After hours the key wouldn't open the front door. It was also broken so we had to wait to be let in by the front desk. The front desk people were slow and many times I saw people at the front desk complaining so I wasn't the only one with problems. The front desk guy of Indian decent had a shirt with stains all over it. Kinda matches the dirtyness of the place. Outside across the street is a homeless area where they were burning trash or something. Also the smell of skunk weed was strong outside in the parking lot. I paid ~$90 a night for 2 Queen. Definitely not worth it. Rip off. There are many other options. I could not wait to leave. The place is definitely not well kept with regards to cleanliness and things working. Not coming back.

Hotel needs major repairs. My card keys had to be reactivated each day. One of the front desk employees was totally rude to a customer and I witnessed it. She made up her rules for the hotel. I asked for towels since the room did not get cleaned. She said she prefers I bring down the dirty towels and she would exchange for clean ones. I did’t mind. But she was screaming at a customer saying “You are staying here because you can’t afford anything else. That is disrespectful to this hotel as well as to the customer. Food choice’s were limited. Same thing every day.

DO NOT make reservations at this location. This hotel room was nasty upon check in. Rings in tub and on bathroom counter. Hair on the sheets. It was also sticky everywhere.The room smelled like body odor. I was in the room less than five min. SAM at front desk said he would speak to Expedia for our refund. They tried to contact 3 times and we were NOT able to get our money back simply because they would not answer the phone. This is the first negative rating I have ever left for a business and I don't like doing it. But, we just threw over $300 away in less than 5 minutes. You can't ever reach anyone at the direct number. Please use CAUTION before making arrangements to stay at this hotel!!

There was cockroaches in the room, the mirror was broken, the bathroom not clean at all, horrible smell, and unclean bed. I do not recommend this hotel.

The staff was great! The neighborhood isn't one of the best, and the room smelled a little musty, but once we sprayed some air freshener, it was great. The bed was comfy and the room is spacious.

I was kind of confused about the address and name of the hotel but everybody was patient thank you.

I only had 3 issues; 1. the bath tub was full of hair, 2. the sheet had a stain on it which indicated to me that it was never changed from previous customer, & it made me quite uncomfortable, and 3. when I went to breakfast at 9am practically everything was done (this 3rd point I didn’t mind too much, but the other 2 was high on my list). 1 and 2 totally turned me off

A good place to stay, easy to get to clean, looks a little worn, but a good breakfast. It is right off 75 so there will be a little traffic noise,but a good place anyway.

The First Room had a roach..the one we moved to was actually not bad for the price..it was a little dated...but the sofa bed had zip ties holding up tue bottom structure...had to get some from the front desk...because my feet dropped down about 6 inches without them..well my mom ended up sleeping on the sofa bed..and the mattress was nothing but springs and very uncomfortable...the indoor pool was cold and dirty..had stuff floating on top..the hall had a smell..the breakfast was decent..the front desk staff..two in particular were nice but were unprofessional in thier speech and cussed in front of my young children..which i didnt appreciate..there were some sketch looking people in the parking lot and one starred us down until he had our attention and then asked for money...but i have stayed at worse

Awful smell in the elevator! Never saw housekeeping or even offered the option. The hotel is run down and breakfast leaves much to be desired!

It was a peaceful night, beds were very comfortable to sleep. Appreciated that the bathroom had plenty of towels that were soft. Loved the adjustable temperature in the room.

But the armchair and couch in the room were too dirty and broken down to sit on. It definitely needs a shampoo and I can’t imagine having someone sleep on it or the pullout. The parking was FREE but really could have been better lit. If you’re a woman traveling alone or with small kids I don’t recommend.

This hotel has everything you need; microwave, fridge, clean towels, lots of hot water and a good breakfast including sausages, scrambled eggs and waffles. We found nothing to criticise.

Right from the time we entered the property there was a very strong smell in the air from the super old carpets and moisture and mold trapped in them. The disposable plates provided for breakfast could barely hold a tiny muffin. Only person nice in the staff was the breakfast kitchen lady.

Staff was very friendly, but room was dated and cleanliness could have been improved. Air conditioner functioned poorly throughout our stay.

Our first night, they give us a room that smell like smoke. It’s smell so bad and I’m currently pregnant. I couldn’t sleep. I open the window and it doesn’t work. The next day the staff give us another room that was much better. The staff was friendly.

What i didn't liked : The room smells like fish smell, you can feel the moisture in the carpet and the smell is horrible, smells very bad . the bathroom door dosen't close, i called front desk and let them know, they said they will fix it. I never heard from them again. I wouldn't recommend this Comfort Suites at Dallas.

I was very disappointed in the hotel experience as a whole. Check in was fine until I was told by the clerk that I had to pay an additional 150 room deposit to ensure I wouldn’t smoke in the room.

Pool was under service. Drained due to water/chlorine levels not acceptable. But I have to say that the staff was trying there hardest in fixing the issue. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Sadly we booked because of cold weather and it having an indoor pool. Overall The facility was on point with cleanliness and Was quick to resolve booking issue with 3rd party.

Check-in was fast and lady at reception desk was friendly. The best thing about this hotel was the proximity to the place we needed to be and the spacious suite set up. Being close to the freeway, however, the vehicular traffic/noise was very noticeable especially at night - so if staying here, request a room farther away from the highway. It was disappointing the wifi was down the entire time we were there. I was told it will get fixed on Monday but we checked out on Tuesday and still no wifi. I needed it for a Zoom meeting and would have picked another hotel in the area had I known. There was no room service during our stay (2 nights). I ate breakfast early the second morning and the eggs and sausage looked like they were from the previous day (?) - I could be wrong. The hotel seems older but clean. Nice shower and bathroom fixtures must have been updated.

I didn't like first that they took 100 dólar of my debit card and I'll have to wait too long 8 days for a refound..... situation that never happened on other hotels wich never ask for a Daposit....
