The wifi worked. The window opened. The bed was not comfortable at all and there were only 3 small horrible pillows. There was a dog that kept screaming off and on all night and day. The place was not clean and had roaches.

The only good thing was location but you can find better places in the same parking lot for a better price So many roaches, I kill so many lost count I couldn’t take my shoes off without being attacked by bugs plus the front desk staff was extremely rude. I paid online and he yelled at me screaming he didn’t wanna see my receipt for my purchase online and then proceeded to up charge me so I do not recommend anyone ever going to this hotel again go across the street to the comfort suites

The room I got was smoking but couldn’t bear 10 mins there while I am a smoker The guy at fro t desk changed the room on request No shampoo available Bed sheet was dirty There were no bath towels there only hand and face towels were available No breakfast while it says breakfast is available On booking it said no coffee in room it will be available in common areas While there was no coffee in entire hotel On the other hand when I called the hotel to inform about my late arrival the operator was too aggressive and loud he said I have no time call back after 3 pm Simply it was a horrible night

Just a bad experience. No Fridge or microwaves available in the rooms. You can’t have visitors. Had to request more towels. Bathroom is tiny. I can go on and on but I won’t.

Close to the galleria mall and the cost for a last minute spot. 1. First things first very dirty, when we first went into the room the trash had dirty socks. 2. The rest room only had half a roll of toilet paper. 3. The bed sheets had cum stains, and blood stains on the blanket. 4. Cum tissue left on the side of the bed frame. 5. Light bulbs not all working. 6. People asking for handouts in the parking lot, not being asked to leave the property.

Looks like the room had been painted and they forgot to put the light and outlet plates back on. Adjustable shower head would be a suggestion I'm not 6ft tall. If the room sleeps 4 why not have 4 towel. 4 wash cloths, and a couple of hand towels. Ours had 2 towels and 1 wash cloth for 2 people. The best part of my stay is that it is a pet friendly place. Luckly I bing my own poop bags when I travel. The pet station was out and the trash can was full. Who's job is it to manage that?

It smelled real bad the minute you walk in the door. Towels sheets and spread were all stained. The smell of Marijuana was overwhelming upstairs.

My husband and I have decided we will never stay at another motel six ever! Disgusting, poorly run, dilapidated and very disappointing!

Walking into the hotel, it had a natural funk to it. The man at the service desk wasn’t ever welcoming. There were big dog paw prints on the bed sheets. Brown stains on the towels. Definitely don’t recommend, and will not be staying here again.

I usually stay clear of motel 6, prices are usually good but because the prices are good , they tend to draw a crowd of characters that aren't as low-key as I prefer. Some motel 6 or far worse than others a lot of times depending on the area. This one was one of the best ones I've ever been to. The people that work there were friendl, happy, and , seem to have everything under control. The guest seem to be respectful of property, and eachother.Whatever they were up to I would have never known, because It wasn't put in my face. It's not about what you do it's about how you do it and I don't care what other people do at the hotel or don't do. As long as it doesn't disturb my peace. So this is definitely one that I would recommend and come back to. I've noticed workers at some of the other ones have really bad attitude, and I know that it's not them that they've developed that because of how they've been treated by the guests and how the guests treat their property. But at the end of the day it's their hotel and they have the right to tell somebody to leave or refuse to rent a room in the first place. Sometimes you have to take a little cut in money to get the point across and get the right crowd to start coming through and once they do the wrong crowd won't want to be there. I feel like that's what's happened here. And I can respect that! So I'd give it a 10.

I had rm 311 it was ok includes microwave lil refrig King bed couch I h th ink it lets out to a bed it was comfy. No roaches crawling at all.. over all it was ok!! Also the pool has been closed and the prices change over the weekend!! Best motel 6 I’ve stayed at in the area the other motel 6 over by planeO rd and Estate sucks the beds are for kids not grown people and it’s hooded out the security there is a joke..

We needed a place to stay for one night! The price is fairly decent! The staff at the front desk are rude! You can hear anything and everything going on in the other rooms and out in the hallway! Found roaches! Plus had housekeeping knocking at the door at 0800 reminding us what time was check out!!

Screaming and yelling in the hallways from 1-4 am, Two towels had makeup one had blood, There was a personal wash cloth (blue) and quite a bit of hair to keep it company.. I slept in my clothes on top of the made bed cause if they would leave a filthy bath tub God can only imagine what they left in the bed, Jesus Christ that's disgusting

The rooms are very clean, they have an indoor pool which i loved. There wasnt a small refrigerator in the room though. I brought drinks because most places do have one so i was disappointed about that but the rest was good. I would stay again.

The outside needs to be cleaned up really bad, broken glass everywhere. They say that they allow free pets but its a lie. I had to pay a 100.00 deposit for a small dog. They will inspect once you leave and get it back lucky i had the extra $$. They lady at the front desk was very rude.

This motel is too stark. Plain white walls, bright orange. No homeyness at all. Carpets in hall way were dirty. Hated having linoleum tile in the bedroom under my bare feet. Towels were grayed rather than white.

This room was nonsmoking, but it smelled like a smoking room. The room was stuffy due to the smoke in the room.

This hotel was not great. Nothing at all like the pictures included in the property info. There were roaches and beetles intermittently scurrying around the property. I’m pretty certain the “queen” beds are only doubles. A few of the cups they leave in the room were used and just rewrapped. Overall, not a great experience.

The front desk nite clerk is horrible..she treat customer s with no respect. The motel is in an awkward location to get to. Only accessible by southbound service road on freeway and nearest exit north of them is probably 2 miles away. Very little nearby walking distance as far as eats goes, but there's a quickie mart adjacent that looks sketchy. They couldn't communicate between themselves (staff) about the situation with my reservation which made for some serious aggravation.

The staff was so unbelievably rude. I asked to switch rooms after I got there because the first one had an overwhelming smell of urine. The lady at the front desk gave me an attitude and told me it was too late to change my room... Finally after having a few words with her she hesitantly did it with an attitude still. The next morning I overslept and had 10 min to pack and leave... The guy at the front desk came knocking right at 11, saw I had just woken up and wasn't packed yet and immediately threatened to call the cops on me. He did this 3 more times while I was packing and getting out the door. It was the worst hotel experience EVER.

The motel houses full-time residents. There is a sign in the lobby that says "No Visitors." There is a coffee bar, but there is no coffee. The room did not have soap, shampoo, an alarm clock or a coffee pot. You got an ice bucket and cups, but the questionable guests in the hotel were a deterrent from leaving your room once you were in. There was a disturbance among some of the guests outside our window during the night and a myriad of odors. The bed was ok for a short night's stay. I would not recommend this hotel unless there was nothing else in the area. The parking lot was well lit though and it was right off the freeway.

NOT ONLY DID WE HAVE TO SWITCH ROOMS BECAUSE THE AIR CONDITIONER WAS BROKEN AND THE FRIDGE WE FOUND BED BUG CALLED THE OFFICE AND THE STAFF CAUGHT THE BED BUG THE HOTEL MANAGER PROCEEDED TO YELL AT ME CLAIM IT WASNT A BED BUG EVEN AFTER I PULLED UP THE PICTURE TO CLEARLY SHOW HIM IT WAS HE ALSO GAVE ME A 1800 SEX NUMBER OVER AND OVER AGAIN CLAIMING IT WAS THE MOTEL 6 CORPORATE NUMBER. SO AFETER WE PACKED UP WE HAD TO FIND ANOTHER HOTEL AT 230 IN THE MORNING HE REFUSED TO COMPENSATE ME FOR MY TRIP THAT WAS CLEARLY RUINED WE HAD TO TURN BACK HOME TO TAKE CARE OF THE LUGGAGE CLOTHES CAR ECT. ENDED UP RUINING EVERYTHING

The lady was rude and wanted to charge me $30 per person which was my wife, and our two kids on top of what I already paid. I left and went to the brand new La Quinta like 300ft away. I would never stay there or recommend anyone to go there. And you can’t have anyone come to your room. The lady even threw my keycard after I told her I wouldn’t be taking the room.

No in room coffee, no hair dryer no shampoo. They said my 16 year old was an adult and charged extra for them.

We got there pretty late and staff was very unfriendly. Got upstairs and the smoke smell was so bad I couldn't stop coughing and I am a smoker. We got into the room and there was roaches crawling all over the place. The sheets and pillow cases had stains all over them and didnt look like they had been washed. I pulled the blanket back and had to wipe off bed from small things, material, etc being all over bed. I couldn't sleep between not being able to breath and killing roaches. We had paid for 2 days and left that morning after requesting a refund. This is by far the worse motel I have ever been in. I will never go to another motel 6. EVER

This motel is independently owned and owner was unwilling to accommodate me when an emergency arose. I was not allowed to stay in the motel as necessary plans were made for me to relocate. I would not recommended a stay at this establishment.
