Great breakfast and connected to the atrium area with multiple food options. Very safe and secure with card access to your floor only.

Everything was great, except for the coffee maker, but the staff replaced it with a new one. Therefore, the hotel is a wonderful place to stay overall. The restaurant staff were also excellent. I highly recommend this hotel because I believe that the staff is one of the key factors that make you feel comfortable during your stay.

I was in town for the EmpowHer Con conference over the weekend, and I truly enjoyed my stay. The staff were very professional and welcoming. Jalen, in dining, was such a sweet kid and provided amazing service.

The young man that served us was amazing!

I found a clump of hair in the bathroom after checking into the room. I went to the front desk, and they gave me another room. However, the issues continued. When I tried to take a shower that evening, I had to wait about 15 minutes for the hot water. In addition, the water pressure in the sink was extremely low, and the towels were old and rough.

The communication with the staff was agresive and not helpful.

The communication was challenging for me. They still didn’t provide my invoice- they said i booked through booking. I need it for tax purposes and they are the only mariott hotel claiming this. The communication with the staff was agresive and not helpful.

I wasn’t impressed with hearing ppl conversations in the next room.

For what it was though

The people weren't super friendly just okay when we checked in. Biggest problem I had was the water temperature it doesn't get hot, just warm.

Spending time with my husband Food was basic for Marriott Parking way to expensive Shops not open when it says online it is Hotel was somewhat clean but no as would expect for a hotel to be Staff tried to charge me random charges in the middle of the night but was declined due to suspicious activity

Handy location and in walking distance to several hot spots. Barman downstairs were friendly and the rooms we clean and spacious.

That they finally let my employees in.After giving them a hard time just because they werent dressed super well after working all day, they assume they were vagrants. For context, we work in construction, and they had to stay over in the Dallas. Area because of jobs site ran late. The rude clerk Who wouldn't even give my employees the time of day, just because they were in work clothes and he thought they were just homeless bums. After showing them the booking that I prepaid for he still gave them a hard time and refused to let them in.And then threatened to double the price the rooms just to let them in. Only when a supervisor stepped in, did the associate back off.

Check-in took awhile as they did not have the reservation from your company in the system or show that I had a reservation. Very inconvenient!

The location was very nice and the facility was clean! Issues with the valet. For instance my car was definitely “whipped around”. I had items in my trunk that never move around normally but were knocked over when I opened it. Also I have a very secure dash decoration that ended up on the opposite side of the front dash (was on the left driver’s side and ended up on the right side passenger’s).

Not much The front staff was so rude! We waited almost 2 hours for our room and she kept saying there was nothing she could do. I told her she had 15 minutes for my room to be ready or I was going to the manager. Somehow she got the room ready! We almost missed our reservations because she was too lazy to get it done. I will never stay at this Marriott again!

The downside I would say is there’s NO FREE WIFI ! .. parking is $55… other than that the hotel room was clean and spacious. My boyfriend and I got a king size bedroom, Stayed for one night. ELLE (bar) (3113 Ross Ave) was 5 minutes away so it was perfect. I do love that check out is at 12p !

Excellent friendly professional front desk staff! Clean, quiet, comfortable room with lovely welcome amenity! Easy check in/out. Convenient parking in garage attached to the complex. Booked this property due to the convenience of location near the Winspear Opera House, where I was attending a performance. Will defintely stay here again.

Check in was a nightmare, they charged our card three times by mistake but the guy who did it didn’t even apologize..it otherwise would have been fine.

It was an awesome experience being in a hotel connected to a shopping facility like that. It was so close to my event as well, within walking distance.

Staff was excellent and helpful. Very welcoming. The galleria stores and restaurants definitely a bonus.

I didnt appreciate that app said free breakfast but that was not true. There was no free or discounted parking for the garage. I will not be staying at this location

Great place to live, we had a very very swell time for the Memorial Day Weekend. Breakfast is a very little timid to what a typical European continental is but it sure saves the purpose. Location is fantastic; giving a typical downtown vibe. Car park will charge you every single time you exit rather than a cumulative 12-24 hr parking.

Dallas Tx is an extremely difficult place to drive to. The traffic is rated as the worst in the USA by me. Because of the traffic you are forced to dine in the area. Dallas essentially shuts down on the weekends and one must eat at the hotel for every meal. All the usual stuff you expect at a Marriott hotel was top notch. But the food situation really would keep me from returning.

The lobby ambience was perfect. The staff were efficient and thorough. The room was relaxing and clean. The bathroom was beautiful.

Enjoyed the place, it was really nice. The area was not that bad there are a few stray homeless and a little further toward Dealy Plaza was worse but still recommended stay.

The WiFi was super spotty and hard to connect to and the phone in the room wouldn’t make any calls so we had to keep going downstairs when we needed something. But other than that it was a nice place and the Maria was super sweet and helpful!

Not worth of cost.. i would not recommend for people for leisure stay..

Parking was a little of a pain but facilities are great.

*absolute only complaint was the elevator and hallways reeked of weed.

Upon arrival the room I was suppose to have with a balcony they didn’t have anymore my room was paid for already I called and gave the front desk my ETA and it was put in the computer the young lady that checked my in had erased my reservations and act like I didn’t have it until I showed my email well that Sat I got my room with balcony free breakfast and 10 dollars off from restaurant

I enjoyed my night stay. Ordered room service which was prompt and tasty. Used valet although I would suggest self parking if you do not plan on leaving the premises because it’s about $30 cheaper. Quiet and clean. Staff was friendly.

Check in was great...valet parking folks were super...check out morning desk person and restaurant personnel were not customer oriented at all.

So my room had a huge window....overlooking the common area in the middle where there were conferences going on. It was weird. Also a used condom wrapper under the sink. Room felt very dark. Staff were great. Sad side note, the annoying flys around the bar where I was trying to eat dinner.

The hotel was amazing. We would go down to the plaza have some coffee or something to eat. The sky bridge connects to the convention. The only downside was the parking was confusing. We parked in a lot that said daily and thought it was 24 hours, but was only 12 so we got a parking ticket.

Very clean upscale hotel. We enjoyed a very comfortable stay. I expected high prices at the restaurant. However, the prices were ridiculously expensive! Therefore the reason for 4 stars.

The breakfast prices were a lot ridiculous. The breakfast food was the same as all hotels but this cost $25 per person plus the cost of a drink. My husband and I paid $54. The scrambled eggs are like all other hotels (take eggs and watery) .
