This hotel was great. Wonderful location, clean property, helpful staff, great breakfast, & great parking.

Everything was great!!!

Compared to surrounding venues, drinks their bar were overpriced.

Staff and rooms were both wonderful

It was a comfortable stay, it’s a great hotel with lots of amenities.
- 3.5/5
It was a nice area and hotel, comfortable bed and pillow Didn't like that we got a surprising fee of $29 ea day for a destination fee!
- 2/5
The hotel was not to expectation especially with such a high cost. Many amenities like the elevators seemed outdated and improperly maintained. The TV in my room had a giant crack down the middle of the screen and the bathroom was not the most clean environment.
- 5/5
Did not get an opportunity to have it. But my husband did and he thought it was great.

The sheets had brown spots on them, there was gum in the carpet (not hard), and someone’s toothbrush was left on the floor of the bathroom. I was totally disgusted by the uncleanliness of the room. I called the front desk and moved rooms around 2-3am. It was a complete inconvenience. They did not do enough to make this incident right either because I booked on Expedia (via 3rd party).
- 2/5
The hotel is very old. It needs renovation. The furniture is damaged. The carpet is worn out, and I’m not sure if it’s clean.

Your employee lied to my fiancé. She couldn’t get there the first night but the 2nd night she was refused the room I paid for. She called the hotel and was told my payment did not go through. My bank records shows payments were received . So my fiancé had to get a room somewhere else. This really affected her daughter’s graduation at SMU. I have filed a complaint and expect a refund. This was not Booking. Com fault. This was a problem with Sheraton Hotel downtown Dallas. Was refused a room. This stay had been verified with Booking. Com and I had made special arraignments with Marriott. I was unable to be there and resolve the problem and the hotel had been given my fiancé name to avoid any problems. Marriott was also informed.

No ventilation in the bathroom and the light was blinking in the bathroom. Some of the staff are very fluent in serving but some are not but attitude was good.

Everything was great other than the extra fees (resort fees + parking fees)
- 4/5
~ We asked for early check in at 11am, which was $50 extra. Not the worst. - There was also an extra $29 resort fee per day that we were charged at checkout. - We were also told we had a $20 per day credit to use at the restaurants. When I asked how it worked they told me that it will be credited on our hotel bill when we list the room #. However, this did not happen and when I asked, the same person I checked in with said he didn’t see any transactions showing we are at the restaurant. I offered to show my credit card app, but he said that will not work. Not a huge deal, but it would have been nice to have the hotel clearly communicate how these options/fees work.

Was very happy with my stay at the Sheraton Dallas. Easy check-in. The room was spacious and comfortable and well equipped. The hotel gym is probably the best I’ve ever seen. It’s equivalent to a private gym.

The staff was unhelpful and very condescending.

We only stayed one night but the room was very clean and comfortable. Great view of the city and a comfortable bed. The staff was helpful and friendly. The restaurant and bar were a bit pricey but the the room was affordable. The breakfast buffet was decent. Parking was in the garage across the street and $36 which is pretty standard for bigger city hotels. Would stay here again.
- 5/5
Room was clean , staffs are so kind.
- 5/5
It was very close to everything we wanted to do. The staff was very kind and helpful. Raj, Andy, and Junior at the bar were amazing! Eric at the front desk made our check in easy and fast. TK helped me with the elevator even though I believe he was busy going somewhere himself. Overall the best staff I’ve ever had at a Sheraton.

View, bed, room service and guard. This people really help. There was a constant noise that made it impossible to sleep or work; apparently, it was the ELEVATOR. The entire room RESOUNDED with it from start to finish. If I could upload an audio recording, I would. The receptionist—the very same woman who later made me go up and down twice—lied to me; she claimed the noise would stop, but it never did. Furthermore, they charged me a tax that had NOT been disclosed beforehand. I believe the "breakfast included" claim in the Booking.com listing WAS FALSE; in the end, they charged me for it. A tall young man at the front desk told me that I HAD (in addition to the included breakfast) the option to consume anything from the minibar, as I had a $20 credit. However, there was NOTHING in the room—only coffee. So, that claim was also FALSE. After the "included breakfast"—and BEFORE 11:00 AM—I could no longer access my room; my key card stopped working. When we went to the front desk to ask for help, they told me I had to pay $22, and they charged me that tax which had NOT been accounted for in the Booking.com reservation. The woman who assisted me provided terrible service; she made me go up and down twice because my key card wasn't working. She NEVER apologized for making us make the trip back down from the 25th floor.

Very nice hotel. Friendly staff very clean. Located downtown adjacent to many popular events and attractions. Only downside is parking.
- 5/5
The hotel is beautiful and has several shops and place to eat. Very convenient to downtown. The staff was very friendly.
- 5/5
Parking was easy | Centrally located | fun bar downstairs.
- 5/5
My room was spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable—the fluffed pillows and attention to detail did not go unnoticed! Additionally, the convention hall was expansive and very well-maintained, making it a perfect venue for our event. The highlight, however, was the consistent outpouring of generosity and the smiling faces in every department. I truly look forward to staying here again!

I like the layout of the rooms and the eating locations on site. The property could not find my paid room reservation and the desk clerk stated " all booking to our property from bookings.com are incorrect, you need to call booking.com to help find your room". I stated no I did not, I just spoke to the manager, she was able to find my room. Better customer service at the the front desk, especially with they are late arrivals. " Yes we can help You! " should be their attitude!

조용히고 깨끗하고 좋았습니다. 단 건물이 많이 흔들렸어요.
- 5/5
Limited parking but not bad. Elevators need to be updated.
- 3/5
The restaurant, bars, and coffee market were great! Staff were very friendly. The issue was with the hotel rooms. They lacks comfort and modern updates. Mattress was hard and squeaked. Very dated rooms/bathrooms. I could hear everything and everyone in the halls and smell my neighbor in the bathroom as my floor vent was open and unable to shut. The air conditioning fan doesn’t run all night so you can hear a pin drop. Basic channels. I expected more from a Sheridan.
- 1/5
Where do I even begin! Basically the hotel tried to double dip and charged me and took money from Expedia! Claiming Expedia cancelled my stay! Never ever again will I stay at this hotel
- 4/5
The staff was very nice. The lighting in the rooms was very poor. There was a light out in the bathroom.
- 4/5
The location and amenities are great but the reception staff are brusque and not helpful. The elevator system is confusing and the employees don’t even seem to understand it.
- 5/5
Great hotel with lots of restaurants
- 4/5
Parking was $30 a day and the elevator only work the 1st day had to take the stairs the next 2 days. Be aware they also charge $30 a day in destination fees . I could have stayed another day with all the extra fees.

I had read several reviews about how the hotel wasn't up to standards. We had no such experience. Everything was fantastic from check-in to check-out. Room was clean, up to date, and the cleaning ladies were great. I have no reason to give a rating other than 5 stars.

Room was fairly clean, and hotels seemed to accommodate most of the conference events. Did not like that there were additional fees charged at the property in addition to what booking.com collected in advance. Size of the room was not what I would expect for price paid. Not the safest area of town.

- 5/5
Cleanliness great staff great valet Like it all. Was great of a place even when you came in late they had something to eat instead of having to do somewhere your not sure and could’ve a hooded place
- 3/5
Cons: The conference center rooms were absolutely FREEZING! My room had issues with the toilet flushing properly and the bath tub emptying appropriately. The pool was meh and there is A LOT of street noise (not sure how you could combat that but it led to a not so relaxing time by the pool). All of this AND add on the resort fee that is not advertised or told to anyone until it's too late at check in time, definitely would not return.

Staff was nice Way overpriced. Everything was old and the bathtub was stained. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone

They did not use a fitted sheet on the bed other than that was nice.
- 4.5/5
Awesome location in the heart of downtown and literally few steps from a Dart station for public transit. Nice, comfortable rooms, good food outletsz pretty easy stay. You can only.access the building from the main entrance despite having doors on the four sides and streets. It was a vey busy and slow line for check-in due to Valentine's holiday (only a couple of front desk staff members trying to handle 20+ guests). The rest worked out perfectly.

Very disappointing.
- 3.5/5
The Parlor was closed the whole time. That meant less to do while there. The bathroom is extremely small. The entrance to the room is tight. They don't have a mini-fridge in the room. The ice machine was broken on our floor.
- 4.5/5
Great location, safe and comfy
- 4/5
The bed and pillows super comfortable! The hot water and shower amazing! The bathroom products great! Proximity to our venue great!! Cleanliness Great!!! Overpriced! Room service fee expensive! Coffee creamer came out in lumps in my in room coffee. Bagel was hard. I was charged a $50 incidental fee upon check in after already paying for the room online, why?! No explanation. The check in girl didn't smile and wasn't friendly at all. Felt unseen and not welcomed in any way.
- 1.5/5
I liked the area downtown and the room itself was super clean and comfortable The staff was very unhelpful. I used Klarna to book my stay and even showed the staff memener there my receipt from where we paid. She insisted that she would only run our card for incidentals which was supposed to be around $50-100 per the staff member and she ran it. By the time we got upstairs my wife checked her bank account and they charges the whole $313 for our stay. They are not very helpful at all and we will not be staying there again.
- 5/5

- 2/5
The air Quality of the room was bad. I have difficulties with my sleep for the duration of my stay. It just mere wasting of my hard earned money.
- 2/5
Staff - the servers didn’t attend to the table at the restaurant. The valet didn’t pull the car and we waited 30 minutes after calling for the car, the front desk didn’t see my hat that I asked for and sent me away, even though she found it sitting under her monitor afterwards, the gift shop attendant was rude. Just not a friendly environment

Loved it!
- 1/5
Room neglected. Spoke to 5 different staff about the same issue and when we said this we were told “we’re a separate team how would we know”….. you would think communication between the employees who work at the hotel would be better. No weekend buffet breakfast, which was advertised. Hotel was practically empty yet we were in the furthest “tower” on the top floor. The hallways had food and dirt on the carpet outside the gym and near the hallways for the full time we were there. I’ve stayed at Sheratons before and they are normally great. I don’t normally write reviews but want to warn anyone else considering of staying there!
- 2/5

- 5/5
We live staying here. Hotel is so nice and quiet. Staff is so friendly and hotel is very clean.
- 3/5
Limited healthy options at breakfast
- 1/5
We were gone from our room for over eight hours and specifically requested housekeeping service. When we returned, the room had not been cleaned at all—beds untouched, trash still present, and nothing refreshed. After a long day, coming back to a dirty room was unacceptable. To make matters worse, food we had stored in the refrigerator had completely spoiled, only for us to discover that the fridge was never plugged in. This is a basic amenity failure and resulted in wasted food and unnecessary inconvenience. After calling multiple times for housekeeping, it took over an hour for someone to finally arrive. At that point, the damage to our stay had already been done. It also took an hour and a half and multiple requests before the manager, Alan, came to our room. Only then was any attempt made to address the situation, which amounted to comping our valet parking. While appreciated, this did not come close to addressing the cumulative issues we experienced. Additionally, the experience at the Open Palette restaurant inside the hotel was unacceptable. We waited 30 minutes at our table without receiving drinks, despite being seated and acknowledged. With no communication or service, we ultimately walked out. Overall, this stay reflected a serious lack of attention to service, com

Amazing room, staff was amazing, and the food is even better. Brisket, chicken, ribs, etc are smoked each morning at 10am.
- 3/5
Staff was courteous but they did a rush job on cleaning the room. There was hair on the floor by the desk and we had to call them to reclean the tub.
- 4/5
Hotel was clean and rooms are spacious. we had an issue with the AC not working on our room, and they were able to accommodate us with a new room, but we had to ask several times before being relocated.
- 3/5

- 3/5
Overall ok but check in experience was awful. 6 hr flight delays caused my arrival time to be 3 am. Reception eventually checked me in and sent me to the south tower to a single bed room when I had specifically reserved two queen beds. I returned to reception and was told that’s the only room in the entire hotel available (certainly a challenge for me and my fellow 63 yr old male friend). Receptionist attitude and an argument ensued but by 3:30 the manager magically found a room with two queen beds. That’s a lot of unnecessary inconvenience for a tired guest spending more than $1000 to stay in your hotel

Property was really nice. Drain in the shower drained very slow (almost clogged), they had to have known when cleaning. Overflow parking had at least 8 trucks with windows smashed out the morning we left. Surroundings didn't feel safe with but did feel safe at the hotel.
- 1/5
We got to the hotel October 10th. Was told that valet and hotel parking was FULL. The staff informed us we would have to park in public parking a block away. Sunday morning we came out to find our truck along with 15-20 others had been broken into. Not a way to end a vacation.
- 1/5
Upon arrival staff made negative comments about where we were from. No valet available no parking available on property was told to park down the street which lead to our car being broken into. Air conditioning in room was poor. Curtains were dirty. Ate at restaurant in hotel Open pallet and service was horrible did not get our water until after we finished eating. Was told our ticket couldn’t be split charged a 20% gratuity and barely was given any service.
- 4/5
Parking was a bit of a circus with the Red River game but was worth every penny. Food options are incredible. Highly recommend!
- 5/5
Very nice hotel with walkable eateries
- 3/5
The mirror had water spots above the faucet, the faucet handles had grime built up at their bases, and the soap dish in the shower had suds and soap scum. Also, there is no bath fan, which has lead to moisture buildup and staining on the bathroom ceiling. Yes, I am very particular. I expect a room devoid of dust and grime if they are charging $290/night.
- 5/5
I was there for WREIN Live and it was great from the hotel to the conference center.
- 1/5
Extremely dirty, unprofessional people, steal, nobody wants to help
- 5/5
It had options for dining so you did not have to go anywhere if you did not want to.
- 5/5
Absolutely stunning, easy parking/ valet, everyone was pleasant, perfect location. Food was delicious! Can’t say anything they could improve on, definitely a re book!!
- 5/5
Nice peaceful stay. I loved the restaurants and gym equipment. I was able to keep up with my training.
- 5/5
Super clean and comfortable hotel! The staff was more than willing to answer any questions we had and went above and beyond to keep me and my best friend happy! It was a great experience and the room was beautiful!

Staff was great. Room was clean. Perfect for what we were looking for.

The only complaint I have is that we were placed in a handicap room. The hot water did not work, and we did not find out until the next morning. The shower water also made the entire floor wet. We were moved 2 doors down and everything was wonderful.

The experience was wonderful from check in to check out. Everything was in wonderful condition and clean. Staff were friendly and incredibly helpful.

This hotel is great if you are there for a conference. If you aren’t, you are in the wrong place. Not a walkable area, especially at night. I was told it’s not safe to leave the property after 9:30 on foot.
- 5/5
The customer service is top notch! Gym is clean and has a great assortment of equipment, the restaurants are great, and my room was clean!
- 4/5
Everything was great except for the fact that replacing fitted sheets with flat sheets that aren't even big enough was one of the stupidest decisions the hotel industry ever made. It was particularly bad in my room.

Too.., was a waste of $150
- 5/5
I cannot say enough how much this property exceeded out expectations! We were there to celebrate my mother's retirement and attended the symphony, and from the moment we checked in until the moment we left, we could not stop being amazed at how well the staff took care of us. Ms. Kim and Mr. Tyvea at the front desk made sure we were accommodated beyond our basic needs, Elizabeth at Open Palette made sure we had the best dinner experience, even though we came 20 mins to close due to the symphony running late. My only complaint is not having more days to stay with you all. Thank you for making a special celebration exceptional, we will be returning!
- 5/5
The experience was great , it’s just when I made it to my room my bed sheets was very dirty. And I have photos, I stayed on the 29th floor
- 5/5
Very clean and well staffed. Great restaurants and nightlife.
- 5/5
Anthony, at the front desk, went above and beyond to accommodate us. Stacy, our bellman, searched the floors until he found ice for us. When a hotel staff is helpful on the level these two gentlemen are then the room appeasement follows. Thank You
- 5/5
Good staff
- 4/5
Would definitely come back again.
- 3/5
We were there 12/15 took us 30 minutes to find parking and to get around the line of cars in the garage that were trying to exit. Looks like there was some type of event going on. Felt unsafe as we walked to the elevator to go from garage to lobby.
- 4/5
Whomever designed the Executive Suites, in particular 2627, the bathroom is very poorly done. Its narrow, has abysmal lighting. No way a woman could do her makeup under the existing lighting.
- 5/5
Staff is super friendly, rooms are very clean
- 5/5
This hotel is very clean and nicely maintained. We greatly enjoyed our stay and would recommend for sure. Great location as well and has available self parking which was a plus for us.

Hotel property was wonderful and big. You didn't have to go outside for food. The outside area didn't feel safe.

Hotel centrally located in downtown Dallas. The food in their Draft House bar and grill is delicious, beds are comfortable and their staff is friendly and helpful.

Ice machine was broken on our floor sadly but small things compared to our entire stay All was great

Good place for our convention. Staff was great, services were punctual, and spaces were clean.

This is a nice property, in a great location. The rates were fair for the value. The service staff was exceptionally friendly at the front desk, and at the Club Room. Housekeeping did a very nice job, as well. The only issues were the fact that there was no ice bucket in the room, the ice machine was not in service and my request for an ice bucket with ice was confirmed with guest services, but never arrived. There was an issue with the a broken toilet, and the staff fixed it. The bar staff at the three I went to were very friendly and responsive. The food in Draft was fine.

This was one of my worst experiences I have had with a hotel. I was not able to honor my reservation because I came in to late. I then had to call hotels.com who could do nothing at 4 in the morning. I was made to rent another room in order to go to bed. They then tried to charge me for early arrival. After getting a manager Involved I got another room in a whole different tower with 1 bed. There was a mini fridge in the floor when you walked in. I had rented a city view queen. They did comp my parking and wave the early check in fee. I then had to go back and get a queen room that was still not my original and more expensive mind you.I left that afternoon as originally planned. I then had to go through over a week of submitting proof and even having to file a dispute with my bank to get my money back for the unhonored reservation. If I didn't already have another reservation with Sheraton I would not give them another dime. Which also shows their loyalty because I stay Marriot most of my stays. I also use hotels.com often this was ridiculous service.

I paid for a booking through Expedia. We got a flat tire on the away to the hotel bad had to walk. By the time we got there they told us it was too late to check in and they couldn’t honor my nonrefundable booking despite the fact that the room was booked until 10 am. So I had to pay for a second room. I’ve since received another charge for a room 2 days after I checked out. So in total I have spent $1,065 to stay less than 24 hours. Never again.

Very nice place to stay, loved the rooftop pool, the dining options were great, and our room was very clean. We will definitely stay again!

The bathroom is dark. Poor lighting in the room. At this price point the shower faucet should be in better condition. I was very hard to regulate the water temperature. The pressure was pretty low. The sink gurgled any time you ran water after the water was off.

Property is in great location. After room change due to A/C issue unfortunately the 2nd room seems the same, it's so uncomfortable! even setting the thermostat to 67.

Room 10/10..the city view was awesome Food 10/10..we paid for breakfast, everything was delicious.. they also had so many other options of food for throughout the day Bar 10/10…good drinks and food Pool was nice and heated with city views ! Although we didnt get to use it 😞 The only downside was parking bc you have to pay, but its downtown so its expected. Overall it was very nice and had everything we wanted !

Excellent staff at front desk and in restaurant. Room a little tired - could use a little TLC, cleanliness was sub-par. Not what was expected for price paid.

Good location but lot of noise due to heavy crowd

Got double charged for my room, it took days to fix. Pushed my account into the negative. Not friendly to average people passing through. Confusing layout and obnoxious clientele after midnight.

Sheraton was great as always!

Fantastic service and location in beautiful Downtown Dallas.

We asked for an early checkin and were told we could--but when we arrived, we were told that we'd have a $50 charge for the checkin. When we finally received our keys, no one escorted us to our room--it took several elevator tries and directions from staff, many of whom told us in perfect English that they didn't speak English, before we found our room on the higher floors.

When I booked my room, the biggest factor was the amenity of the electric car charging availability. When I arrived to check in, not only was the staff uninformed about the EV charging process but also the attendant with the valet service had no idea where to find the car chargers and I was sent searching two garages. After finally locating the “charging stations”, it was apparent there was no way to charge without bringing my own charging plug in. Because of this inexcusable inconvenience, I had to drive to find a charger in the middle of the night in a thunderstorm. Not only that, because of the extra time spent, it was close to 2:30am before I was able to get in bed. The registration attendant could only offer a later check out time and no charge for parking. Both of these options were of little help since I would need to be leaving around noon the following day. Also the person I spoke to said that the amenity advertised for car charging “may” have been misleading. It was in fact incredibly misleading. Had I known before, I would not have stayed at the Sheraton Dallas. This was a terrible experience.

It was nice
- 5/5
My conditioner was empty and my parking never worked. Required far too much extra time to handle.
- 3/5
It took 7 minutes for the water in my shower to get hot. Reported the issue to the hotel, seemed like they couldn’t care less and never fixed the issue. Make sure you bring your charging cube, no usb charging ports in room and a cube is $38 in the gift shop. The hotel itself is nice enough but not the experience you expect when paying $300+ per night.
- 3/5
The hotel was average. I expected more choice when it came to dinning.
- 5/5
We only had an overnight stay but the bed was so comfortable and the bar just the right spot after our concert.
- 4/5
Service and staff were outstanding.
- 5/5
All parts were connected to the various exhibit areas, ball rooms, and meeting rooms
- 5/5
I liked the location. I didnt leave the hotel because what I was doing was at there. It was convenient, I didnt like the use of the elevator system and the stairway. There were too many ppl to use the elevator and the stairway didnt access where we needed to go, which was in another tower.
- 5/5
I did appreciate they had the "birds' nearby for quick transportation.
- 5/5
Great room and choice of food and beverages.
- 5/5
Very clean, central location
- 2/5
The whole stay was a mess. The building was older, overpriced, and many of the staff members were exhausted, rude or indifferent. Easily the worst Sheraton I have ever stayed at. Skip the Sheraton Dallas and pick any other hotel - the Omni, the Hyatt, the Westin, anywhere but here.
- 5/5
Nice hotel will stay again
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel. Very clean. Cozy bed. Will definitely stay here again.
- 4/5
Your staff was some of best employees. AWESOMEExcellent PROFESSIONALS. IT WAS LACK OF CERTAIN AMENITIES MISSING AND PARKING COST OUTLANDISH.
- 5/5
Loved staying here. Everything we experienced while there (although a short stay) was great. Will stay again when in the area. Very clean and professional staff.
- 3/5
Only 2 elevators worked-very long waits to go up or down-packed elevators. Front desk staff could have been friendlier and more helpful. No shuttle

This was for my anniversary and we spent $500 for the night. The first room was small, musty, the lamps were broken so I had to get ready for dinner in the dark due to lack of time to change rooms, and the AC was ticking when it was running. We changed rooms and were put in the deluxe king. We were shocked to basically walk into an identical room 20 floors up. The only difference was the lamps. Nothing deluxe about it. We were told our $32 parking would be comped due to the inconvenience, yet when we left after check out we of course had to pay to leave the parking garage. We came back to our room from our events that evening to see multiple escorts walking with men in the lobby and sticky elevator floors. For this to have been a luxury hotel price, we got a motel 6 experience with a view of downtown Dallas. Didn’t even get free breakfast and we didn’t want to hand over another $50 for what probably would’ve been a mediocre breakfast buffet. We checked out at 8 am. Not what I had imagined for my 11th anniversary. Disappointing to say the least. The room doesn’t look anything like the pictures advertised. We will never be back.

Room was comfortable and nice. Only drawback was the long line to checkin at 9:30 pm on a Tuesday.
- 5/5
Decent stay.

Property is walking distance to Museums and restaurants. No other shopping around other than hotel gift shop

Check in was fast and easy. Very polite service. The hotel was clean and the room was spacious.

Sheraton is always a great stay when traveling to Dallas for the OU/TX football game. It does get extremely busy, so you need to try to arrive early or you will miss out on Valet Parking. Our room would not cool down to the desired temperature, but the rest of the accomodations were great. Great location, great service, great hotel bar/restaurant etc.
- 5/5
Great staff, very clean, felt safe during our stay and we were even upgraded to an executive suite without extra pay which was awesome. Will definitely come back to this place! Front desk lady was very helpful and sweet.

This hotel was very big! It was nice and clean and lots of places to choose from to eat, inside and around the hotel! I slept like a baby during my stay but my sister said she could hear the doors slamming next door, but other than that I loved this place!

I liked it all!
