The location. It was near everywhere we needed to go. They charged you for extra sheets. It also had a funny smell to it and the room smelled bad as well.

It was clean, the staff was pleasant, and parking was good. I would prefer more lights in the hallway and security cameras on every floor, and security guard on site. Other than that, it was peaceful, nice quite atmosphere. I would stay there again.

Huge section of black mold in the shower

Ridiculous!!! The whole hotel smelled like cigarettes and weed, which caused me to have an asthma attack. When I went to my room, it was dirty, holes in the walls, toilet was broken. I requested to be reimbursed for my stay which was granted by the unprofessional hotel clerk. I was still charged by the hotel and booking.com. Nothing dirty run down hotel also found bed bugs on the mattress.

Hotel is very outdated and said it had breakfast to go but only had coffee right at the lobby entrance. Otherwise it is OK for budget friendly hotel.

Property was disappointing and mot in a safe area at all. Parking lot full of trash and questionable people hanging around. Staff were polite. Room a bit smelly. Bed not comfortable for long stays.

This place is a 100% dump do not stay there unless you are into a ghetto lifestyle. Don't send your workers there, the filth is everywhere. I slept on top of my bed, with the towels from the bathroom under me. Do not stay here, sleep in your car you will be better off.

There was fighting in the hallways at 2 in the morning the whole 2nd floor smelled like people smoking. At 4 am someone set off the fire alarm due to smoking.

There was no breakfast. The elevator is broken. The bath water faucet was not working properly. Staff did their very best, except I was informed it would be 35 days until I get my deposit back. Bed is not great. Cleanliness of room is okay but the place is not well maintained.

We checked in after our previously rented room was canceled and found cockroaches everywhere in the room, wiring sticking out where the missing fire/smoke detection was located, and a remote control not working.

The bed was comfortable. I just felt the facility could use some better upkeep. Thank you.

Room is old and falling apart, hallways are gloomy and stink (smoke smell), there's a lot of druggies out the driveway at night... we have to move to a different hotel the following day after check in of our 4 day stay.

We did get a good nights sleep.

The key machine was damaged by a previous customer. Unfortunately, no keys could be given out, but the front desk was able to unlock the door for me. The room was very clean, cool, convient location and friendly front desk.

We couldn’t get keys because their machine was broke and was not advised of this ahead of time. My room needed a serious upgrade, smelled like mold in the bathroom . The saving grace was when I checked in Ms. Tammy was so sweet

The staff was not supportive and said had to leave the property in one hour. There were coal roaches in the room, none of the charging points were working. The bathroom had bad patches and I am sure there would be bed bugs too.

The hallways and rooms smelled of smoke. There were bugs in the room and no bath towels. Sketchy people were hanging around the parking lot, we did not feel safe. This is the worst hotel I’ve booked through Expedia. I am shocked and disappointed that Expedia would offer such a horrible place. We left a day early and did not get a refund but we would rather lose money than stay another day here!

The staff were nice. I went up front after checking in to get a TV remote. The one i was given did not work. The gentleman said that he would find on specific for the LG tv and personally bring it. 5 hours later i went to check on the remote and he informed me he had just given it to someone else that came up to get one. Once again I had to wait while one was hunted down. Again it was not brought to us like promised. Two hours later i went back to front desk and they finally gave me one

This place is old and stinks. There are tons of cockroaches that I witnessed during my stay. The bed sheets are brown not white because of how old and dirty they are. It is truly amazing this place is allowed to stay open as old and dirty as it is.

I spent almost a 1000 dollars an they have not gave me my deposit back an I call like 4 times they was very rude it's been about a month now. They didn't clean my room but one time an I had to keep asking them too they didn't tell me that they on clean one a week but when I came I was sick three days later I realized my bed hasn't been changed all they can say is my house keeper didn't do it like if the room is not cleaned an I didn't mess it up who did it lol they was just rude an trying to save them face it doesn't work

First off, I rented this room for family friends who traveled to Dallas for cancer treatment. When they closed the door, there were pills in the dirt behind the door. The smoke detector was literally hanging by the wires above the bed that they slept in. The shower was so worn out that they were afraid that it was going to fall through... It was a filthy mess. I am totally embarrassed that I put them in such a dump. I can provide pictures if needed. Totally disgusting.

The staff and nice and friendly . The property on the other hand is so ghetto!! Dirty , dark and there’s always men outside on every corner doing who knows what . Do not stay here . Super unsafe

Bathrooms were clean with fluffy white towels. Bedding was clean too.

When i got there the front desk guy was going to close me out, then i got to my room and it was roach infested.

There are roaches and room smell and the tub was crack. We could not reach front desk and had to leave the hotel at 2am in the morning to gett a better place to stay for the night.

I asked the clerk, which floor was non-smoking, he said all floors, and asked if i was smelling cigarette smoke, i stated yes plenty, the next day, i come out of the room to pick up my rental, the smell was eve worst, now it felt like it had seeped through the walls, i come from getting the rental and advise that we have this issue also asked to move to another room if possible, they agreed, but the 2nd room was worse, with the same smell, dirty pillow and blankets and mold everwhere. Pictures were taken and shown to the clerk. I think that place should be closed, not sure how it passes insepction.

They take my money and they say I have to wait a couple weeks for it. This is not fair.

What can else can I say, when you first walk in there was nobody on the front desk, after that they treat you like if you’re in a government agency getting something for free…I was tired so I took the room , they didn’t give me any card key so they practically walk me through and if I wanted to get out and come back i would probably have to will it for them to open the room for me, only to find full of roaches if i can upload the videos here I would! I’ve stay in an extended stay before but this shouldn’t be even listed in Expedia…it a money steal even if it’s cheaper than the average it should at least be clean.

I arrived in desperate need of a bathroom. The front desk clerk told me “No public restroom,” and repeated that like an automaton. Machine to make room keys was broken, so someone had to let me into my room every time for the entire week, and I was told there are no plans to fix or replace the machine! Phone in room not connected, tried calling front desk with my mobile but no answer! I went to the front desk to say I had no shower curtain—and the clerk gave me one to install myself! Every employee was miserable and unaccommodating. I was treated like one of the many street people hanging around the hotel rather than a welcome paying guest. On the last morning there was no coffee in the lobby!

I did not like the fact that the key machine was not working so we had no keys to the room. If we left the building, the manager had to let us back in the room.

I couldn’t even get in and out of my room when I wanted or the door because their machine to initiate the access key cards for the room was down. And it seemed like it was a problem every time I needed to get back inside of the building because I didn’t have a key card.

Wasn't in the room much. Only came for a concert. Car got vandalized in the parking lot and general manager TIM said there are no cameras outside that would have recorded there incident. He said they only have inside cameras. I don't believe that.

Poor experience that I don't wish be duplicated by others. I've never been to a hotel where blankets were not provided or the pillows didn't have pillow cases. Window screen punched out and cut up. Ton of friendly homeless outside but suspect area otherwise. If you insist on still staying bring everything you can think of.

Not only did the room smell horrible, but there was no shower curtain. The phone wasn’t even hooked up and nobody was at the desk. People were coming and going all hours of the night which made me feel unsafe.

We are staying long term and the room has a for of wet dog when you first walk through the door. Not sure who to get rid of it

Upon arrival at midnight was told my stay booked thru Expedia was cancelled by hotel and the there was nothing they could help me with. It also held up my last bit of money. Expedia helped me. But hotel clerk could care less

When I first walked into the hotel room, it REAKED of cigarette smoke. The floors were disgusting! There was caked on stains everywhere, the kitchen had crumbs all over the burners and counters, the bathroom had no shower curtain (that I asked for a new one twice with no results), and someone left their false lashes in the nightstand drawer. The only reason we stayed is because it was at least a cold place to be for a few days because our ac unit was getting replaced and we couldn’t afford anything else at the time. We would go down stairs and there was never anyone standing or sitting at the desk either. We would wait several minutes for someone to come out.

The sound from the air-conditioner in my room was extremely loud. At 2:00 a.m. I called the reception. They told me I can talk with the manager at morning. I turned off the air conditioner and slept in a warm room.

Originally booked a 6-night stay but left the next morning due to the place having roaches and mold. Would've left the night of check in but our family arrived late in the evening. Place needs to be upgraded and cleaned. Staff was understanding about why we wanted to cancel the rest of our stay.

El cuarto estuvo bien. El pasillo nesecita mas iluminacion. Los alrededores hay homeless y eso da inseguridad del lugar en las noches y mas que cuando baje con mi hijo alguien estaba haciendo ruidos de perros entre los arbustos. Deberian tener mas seguridad. Y ver como pueden cambiar el olor en los pasillos.

I never got past the front desk. The evening mgr would not honor my reservation.

A couple of the staff were friendly and one barely said to much. Got to my room and it looked nice in general. But there were brown markings/hand prints around the room, a giant ball of hair in the drain of the shower, stickers all over the wall decor and the wifi was down in the time of my stay but i don't hold it against them since there has been some crazy storms lately through texas. But the breakfast the serve is dissapointing that they should not claim that they seve breakfast cause its more like a snack granola bar with coffee, there were holes in some of the walls in the hall ways, and giant holes in the screens on the windows.

There was no internet wifi, talk to staff about my bathroom no one cared at all the toilet was linking and the stink as well I got to the hotel no toilet paper in the room asked for a roll they stated they don’t have any

Property is very unclean. If I had been able to afford losing what I paid in advance for the room. I would have. Hallways not swept the entire 4 days I was there. Very outdated. Stunk like marijuana. People in and out at all hours. Would not recommend for anyone. Seems more like low income housing than anything else. Will definitely not return. Ever. Under any circumstances.
