Great location, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. I forgot my credit card, and they kindly allowed me to pay with cash. I really appreciated their flexibility and excellent customer service. I have never encountered such a large amount of hair left uncleaned in a hotel room. It was very disappointing and made the room feel unhygienic. Also if you plan to use a printer in lobby, it doesn’t work…

very nice interior! loved the pool area and the breakfast was amazing! overall amazing place very close to places and wasn’t a far drive if i come back i will definitely come back! only thing was the jacuzzi, wish it was hotter, the water was warm and didn’t get hot enough was almost the same temp as the pool

Great stay! The staff is great and the facilities are very clean. It's so good that we stay here every time we visit our parents, and that is practically every month. Don't be put off by the construction around the area. The hotel is very safe. We tried other hotels in the area and many were just too dirty and not well kept for us. We love this hotel. Big rooms. Has a pool and gym. And we absolutely love their breakfast!!! Other hotels in the area have horrible breakfast options. This place has a well-stocked breakfast with plenty for everyone and it's fresh. The location is convenient to get to Richardson or Dallas via Greenville, 635, and 75. And they have very reasonable rates.

Well maintained property, clean friendly staff and receptionist

The location had a lot of homeless close by. The parking lot seem sketchy, did not feel safe leaving items in the car. Wr made sure to bring everything in. Breakfast as so so.

Room wasn’t terrible, definitely lacked proper maintenance but it wasn’t filthy. The staff was absolutely terrible. Upon checking I was met with immediate hostility. No greeting just “ID and card” and held out her hand. I prepaid for everything… while checking in my sister unloaded our luggage onto a luggage cart. The lady checking me in asked me 3x to make sure we bring it back down. That her shift was almost over and she needs it back down here. I reassured her multiple times that we would bring it back immediately. Then came the charge for the incidental fee. $50 and I chose to put it on my credit card. She took it from my hand and insisted on doing it for me on the key pad that was right in front of me…. Um ok? Well I get home check my card. They charged me twice once upon check and again on check out. I called and was told it was a release of the hold on my card, but yet an additional $50 was taken from my credit card balance.

The front desk staff is amazing. The rooms are so clean. The soap and everything is Dove which is a plus for me. And the property overall is well kept... That my stay wasn't longer...

Friendly staff . Takes care of what u need . My father is in the hospital there getting chemo treatments and they always say nice things nad help with what ever they can . Breakfast is good. Only bad part the pancake maker never works when we come to stay. BED is very confertable and king rooms are very nice too. Pancake maker didnt work both times we have stayed . Lol

It was in a really nice location. It wasn’t too far of a drive for us to get anywhere. There’s a Walmart on both corners.. different food restaurants are like 2 mins away. Good things like that. The property was nice, didn’t have too many people. It was small and compact. Easy to navigate. Breakfast was delish. (The photo is from when we checked out) There was nothing I didn’t like.

The location in one of the most important areas of Dallas, the breakfast was good, clean, friendly staff. Because of the location close to an interstate, there was a little of noice from the outside.

It’s been a month and they’re still holding my deposit so I called my credit card company and they said that they needed an email from the hotel stating when they checked me out and returned the fund so that they credit card company could release it. I call the hotel to ask about this and was met with such an awful attitude and was told by the front desk manager “that it is not her responsibility to send anyone an email” “she doesn’t care that I haven’t been given it back I need to figure it out it’s not her problem” so I told her to enjoy her weekend working because come next week when the owner is back she’ll be lucky to have a job after speaking to me the way she did. A simple solution and a little kindness go along away. If you wanna be a lazy pos don’t be a manager. We stayed there so my daughter could have her surgery, I have enough stress with her medical condition and this didn’t help.

The inside was very clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the AC in the room and there were no noises from outside. The location was great for what I needed. The outside of the hotel is a little run down. The parking lot was a little confusing, but I eventually figured it out.

I booked my room needing two queen beds. When I showed up they gave me a room with one queen bed and a sofa. I did not get what I had booked and they did not have a double queen room to give me. I rolled in at 12:30am from a long drive from Houston so we were so tired. One of use had to sleep on the sofa, even though I had paid for them a bed.

Clean, quiet, and comfortable accommodations. Breakfast had healthy choices and tasted great. Staff was professional and friendly. I would definitely stay there on my next trip.

It was comfortable enough to sleep. The sheets had some stains on it when we first checked in.

I went for a double funeral not that expedia cares, but they charged my car and so did holiday inn. No empathy, all i was meant to feel as, was a Transaction. I lost double the dollars and i didnt even stay the whole reserved time.

When we arrived we were given a single bed suite when I booked a double bed suite on the first floor. The lady was adamant I was wrong until I showed her my online receipt. Then they didn’t have a suite so I got a regular double bed room on the 2nd floor. Room was nice, breakfast was nice but I really needed the suite.

Great, polite & helpful checking staff. Upgraded to a better room in quiet spot. Room was very clean and well laid out. Comfortable bedding, great blackout shades, lots of lighting options as well as places to charge a variety of phone or other items. The hotel was very clean in the lobby, kitchen area, elevator & hallways also. The breakfast menu had a variety of diet options for low carb eaters (like us) as well as others (hard boiled eggs AND scrambled eggs!) plus a couple of meat options, cereal and a couple of other items. Will definitely plan to stay again when we visit local family there again!

The room was fine, and clean. The breakfast needs improvement, as it was not up to par on the level of other Holiday Inn Express properties. Eggs had lots of clumps, sausage was barely warm, orange “juice” tasted like barely flavored orange water.

Hotel was clean and well appointed. Area around had a unkept empty lot and adjacent to a busy highway. An additional security fee was charged to my card upon check-in instead of just a card guarantee. I did ask for the room to be checked and the funds released on my itemized bill before departure which the hotel completed.

The broken glass from windows broken in the parking lot made us feel very uneasy to leave our vehicle overnight...nothing happened to us but...made us think

It is a great property and great staff. I have noticed in the past lots of homeless in the parking lot, and in and out of the hotel, but it was much better this stay.

Beware, there is ALOT of construction going on in the area, have your maps ready to go before leaving the lot. The hotel is located close to Krogers and shopping.

I had RESERVED and PAID FOR for the room but I was out of town so, over the phone, I pleaded with the Holiday Inn to let our son gain access to check on his mother … it could have been a matter of life or death … a heart attack, seizure, or stroke … but Holiday Inn WOULD NOT allow access to the room until paramedics arrived. After the paramedics arrived, Holiday Inn FINALLY let someone into the room. My ex was found ON THE FLOOR in a delirious state and she couldn’t get up. The paramedics got my ex up off the floor and treated her. My ex might have died due to the Holiday Inn’s delay in allowing room access. In my opinion, Holiday Inn’s policy is dangerous and I suspect their training program is inadequate.

over all a great stay location was convenient but packed there was a accident outside of the hotel so it was a little noisier the i would have preferred but that was unproventable my main issue was that i request the two rooms i paid for to be as close together as possible and instead they were on opposite sides of the hotel and during the night we could hear the people above us even when all they would be doing was walking we could hear every step they took woke up a few times to neighboring rooms slamming doors hard enough it would shake our head board but the staff was great, the breakfast was nice, and it was as comfortable as it could be with inconsiderate neighbors

I did not like that the hotel did not provide the room type I reserved via my Expedia reservation upon check-in. I reserved a 2-Queen bed suite, but was told there was "no such room" in hotel. Had a king bed w/soft bed for 1st two nts. Then was moved to a room (not a suite) with 2 beds but then the keys/lock to that room was having serious trouble making keys that worked. We only had 1 working key for the next 3 days (total of 5nt stay). It was pretty inconvenient.

The room was a nice suite that was ideal for my business trip in Dallas. Very clean and the staff were professional and helpful. I will stay there again.

Amazing just as always!! I was so happy with our stay that I even had my ex husband (we don’t get along lol) and his fiance (we DO get along lol) reserve a room there the same night! We were in Dallas for our son’s surgery and the hotel they reserved a room at had horrible reviews and the elevator was broken and the customer service was terrible and the place was dirty..so I told them to come to this Hiliday Inn, so they did! We ended up having rooms on the same floor so that our son could visit them. It was wonderful! Thank you for another great experience!

This property was the worst property I ever stayed at. Me and my family was in town from Arkansas. Me (pregnant)my husband, 6year old daughter and my mother in law. We stay one night arrived about 10 pm woke up at breakfast which was horrible. Bacon was so crunchy and Burnt seem as if I was eating chips. We left property went out and visit family decided to take my daughter to zoo which was nice and hot. We finally got back to room ready to change clothes and freshen up my boyfriend smokes and always smoked outside with the others he came up after smoking. He came up and his mom left her purse in car so this time I walked down with him while going down the front desk man passed us and was rushing up then we get a call saying we will get charges 250.00 for smoking in room mind u nobody smoke but him and I never smokes a day in my life neither does his mom. We definitely know not to smoke in the room we know that all motels now are non solo king so why risk paying more then u have to.we are in our late 30’s we know better then that but it’s nothen worse then being accuse of smoking in a room of u for one know u dont smoke and when he know he been outside smoking. So we talk to desk man Alex he informed us that they have hotel full of people and they don’t want to loose business but if it was any other time it would not been such a problem to smell like smoke im like anybody that smoke it’s going to linger and for none smokers it definitely going to be loud but to be charged..:

The hotel is pretty standard and nothing special. Having one elevator was pretty inconvenient and the windows did nothing for sound barrier. It was very noisy at night due to the interstate being right next to it. Overall fine hotel but nothing to write home about.

Hotel and rooms were very clean, beds comfy and conveniently located. Front desk staff was very helpful and accommodating. The only problem was the homeless people, stole our jacket while waiting in the lobby area and also attempted to steal our cell phone when we were eating breakfast.

The Manager here was absolutely amazing! I had had a horrible day and when I tried to pay for my room, my debit card wouldn’t work!!! I was in tears!! She walked me through canceling my reservation and helped us make a new one in my husbands name so we could pay with my husbands card. Then she called my room to make sure I was ok!! Absolutely an angel sent from God to help me! 5++++ stars!!

Going on vacation with my family and called them two months in advance to try and reserve accommodation close together for my family but they didn’t. I called them three times to remind them which the promised to do but did not.

A little difficult to get to if you are not familiar with the area, due to heavy traffic and some construction.

The hotel was clean, modern, and comfortable. Staff were always friendly. The location of the hotel was awful though. Vacant, rundown buildings all around. Large homeless camp across the street. They would be panhandling up and down the intersection. Very few guests were there…we were the only car in the parking lot when we checked in. Would have stayed elsewhere if we wouldn’t have lost our money, simply due to the surrounding area. Nothing happened to our car overnight thankfully.

The property was easy to get to, but there was construction nearby. However, Dallas has a lot of construction going on right now, especially highway construction, so the nearby constructions was not a problem. The room was clean, but we needed a bathmat for the bathtub, which was provided upon request. The refrigerator keep freezing our left overs, and I could not find an adjustment, so we learned to warm things up in the microwave when needed. Overall, it was a good hotel stay, especially because of the hot breakfast, with eggs, bacon, and sausage.

Would have given them a five star review but the parking lot was horrible and a lot of the concrete blocks in the parking spaces were broken up with the metal rods exposed. Could easily cause tire damage.

The property is poorly managed. The room smelled horrible like dog pee. I asked them to change my room because of the pee smell and they gave me another room but still so dirty. I was not able to stay there so I checked out right away. I was supposed to stay for 3 nights then I asked them to refund my two nights that I was not going stay. First they said ok but when Expedia contacted them for the refund they lied and said they upgraded my room to a suite!! That was so insane that they lied about it because they didn’t want to refund me. This dirty hotel does not even have suites so why lie and say they upgraded us to a suite? This is like stealing money from people. The worst thing even was that Expedia took their words not its customers. Don’t stay there and don’t use Expedia.

The parking lot had a lot of construction, oversized grass, it was a shelter for the homeless; our view was of the homeless friends. It was abandoned, neglected, not even a thought to the Hotel personnel.

There was a strong musty smell in the room, which the front desk seemed to think was normal. Almost like you're at a hotel on the beach with 90% humidity, except this is in Dallas. The carpet seemed a little damp and the floor was sticky. The vent in the bathroom was filthy. I had to make a special request to get it cleaned. This hotel only has small toilets, aka "standard". They don't have normal elongated toilets like in all modern hotels. I would expect this in an old motel, not a major chain hotel. The bed was soft; some people may like that. The chairs were small and awkwardly shaped. The channels in the TV guide were all wrong.

If i could rate this hotel a 0 i definitely would, first night there my truck got broken into and 3 others as well, the worker on duty was not able to back up cameras to see the incident. I asked for a refund and they werent able to give to me because i booked thru expedia. Its very dissapointing they didnt want to be responsible for anything even tho this happened on their property, was not expecting them to pay for damages but at least refund the night, instead i was given points that do not even make up a night , also it was unbelievable how they did not look surprised at all, like it happenes often here.

All you smelled everyday was marijuana. I believe there were people who either lived there or was there for long periods of time due to work but some of them definitely filled the air with marijuana. I had little ones who definitely noticed a stench in the air. The front desk was very helpful and the kitchen lady was extremely wonderful and very friendly.

I will definitely book this hotel 🏨 again.

The parking lot is surrounded by an unsafe looking fence due to an abandoned lot next to it making it a little unsafe feeling. Once you step inside it’s great and staff are great but outside is unsafe feeling.
