We had to leave before we used the room. My dad back home became seriously ill and was hospitalized and we had to return home. The hotel should have refunded the room or provided a voucher for a future stay.

Rooms were good and everything was ok as well. Only issue was not the fault of the hotel, the G.P.S. getting you to the hotel was all jacked up. It put us into the industrial area behind the hotel which required us to be about 1 block from the hotel.

There was only one elevator that worked which caused longer wait times. The pool was suppose to be heated and was not. And there was only one ice machine working which happen to not even be on our floor. And the AC in the room would not maintain temperature.
- 5/5
Great place.
- 1.5/5
The breakfast was decent but no 5-star meal The rooms were hot and the AC wasn’t working properly. Plumbing issues in our room with the sink and bath drains not draining properly. Tried to plug my phone in one of charging ports next to my bed and it never charged my phone even with my phone indicating it was charging. The front desk host on check out never asked how our stay was or tried making things right with us after hearing our complaints. Just kind of made us feel under-valued. I hate to say it but we may never stay at a Holiday Inn again.

It is only minutes to where we wanted to go in Dallas Our room needed some maintenance: bathroom door was very hard to open and close, and the shower curtain was so short it didn’t keep water from going on the floor.
- 3.5/5
Late night desk woman, heavy set black woman. I came back to hotel around 1130 pm, I couldn't get in the front door. She saw us and did not help, I went to the side door and let us in with my room key. Then she angrily asked my name and room number when we passed the desk. Safety is one thing, guest service is something else. The day person, an Indian man was awesome and very helpful. Customer service is everything
- 4/5
Room was clean and staff at check in was friendly. Bed was comfortable. However, the air conditioning did not work well, the shower did not have very good water pressure, ice machine on our floor did not work, and no coffee machine in room.
- 5/5
Easy check-in, lucky enough to check in early. Clean room, new, clean hotel
- 4/5
Property is a bit ‘tired’ the last time I stayed. Typically come every three months to visit my son. Staff is nice and courteous always. Maid service was slow and had to go to desk at night to ask for towels. Door in bathroom inside room would not stay closed. Just little things that were not a problem before
- 3/5
Rooms seem to have degraded since my last stay. Staff is nice
- 1/5
The desk person told me that the traffic facing room was quiet. Well, it wasn’t. I asked to be moved to the other side, which they did. The air unit in that room blew COLD air and when I put it on heat, it continued to blow cold air. It was 40 degrees outside…smh. One of the worst stays I’ve experienced at a Holiday Inn. NEVER again!!!!!
- 1/5
My fridge didn't work they made no effort to fix this they ran out of tools and we couldn't shower our 2nd night there and to top it off when we were packing I found a condom wrapper on the head board from previous occupants
- 2/5
We've stayed at the Plano location plenty of times (we enjoyed it allot). We thought that Dallas Northeast - Arboretum would be the same. IT WAS NOT. The breakfast was horrible; the bagels and toast were stale, the eggs were cooked poorly. The cleanliness was just not the same. We were quite surprised and disappointed at the same time.
- 2/5
Room had so many plugs that didn’t work, leaky faucet and a basic worn out feeling. It felt like they gave us their worst room because we booked through Hotels.com.
- 5/5
Clean room and staff was friendly
- 5/5
Very nice staff. Very helpful! Great amenities as well. The free breakfast was an unexpected plus!
- 5/5

Staff was kind, rooms were clean. Only drawback was breakfast was bland but i think that might be a me thing lol.
- 5/5
Customer service Room door won’t shut close

Awesome
- 3/5
I liked how nice the staff was and how comfortable the beds where. They had a barn door for the restroom that was difficult to close and when we did, there was an open space so we couldn’t really go to the restroom comfortably. The toilet had a weird high pitched whistle that would come and go that was pretty annoying. I turned off the water a bit and the noise stopped but had to turn it back on when we had to go.
- 3/5
They should have smart TVs in the rooms, and another thing, when we were leaving my girlfriend slipped and fell at the exit because there was a problem with a water leak and it was slippery.
- 5/5
Was an amazing experience staff very friendly
- 5/5
Eveything
- 2/5
The sheets had what looked like blood stains and small burn holes. Both toilet paper rolls had brown stains on the first few paper squares. When I called the front desk to get new toilet paper and fitted sheet, they had me go back downstairs to pick it up myself. However, the girl at the front was friendly - I just won’t be returning to this hotel.

Rooms weren’t clean when we come back in afternoon. Had to go everyday while stay to get clean towels. Had to empty on trash.Rooms had no amenities will not return to this location.

Rooms were nice and clean, staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was delicious many breakfast options, air conditioning worked very well.
- 4/5
It was clean and nice exactly what we needed for 2 nights with b family and friends. We were with a big group and had a great time. Lack of towels in swimming area. Our group needed some extra towels and the front desk didn’t have any.
- 4/5
It was close by and I was tired. It was hard to find and get to due to all the construction near by.
- 3/5
Staff are awesome bfast is good but our room needed maintenance. Cracked all over the shower, stained carpet and the room smelled a bit...

Have been three times before. Hotel itself is clean and staff wonderful, but area around hotel continues to be a mess with construction and inconvenient entrance. Close to my son’s home and will continue to stay at this property

This hotel is very odd. It's like it can't decide if it's really nice or really janky. The breakfast is excellent, but then the rooms are not maintained well at all. The customer service was excellent, though. Our first room was so bad that we asked for a new room, which they gave us with zero issue. (The carpet was soaked from the AC leaking, the bathroom faucet had no hot water, and the smoke detector was covered with a plastic bag). The second room was much better but still had issues (a bathroom door that wouldn't shut all the way and major stains on carpet)
- 4/5
Ac needs attention
- 3/5
Love this location. The room was so musty and moldy smelling, but the bed was very comfortable.
- 4/5
A lot of construction was going on outside. Hard to find the entrance to hotel
- 1/5
While the two staff members on duty remained calm during the fire alarm, there wasn’t enough manpower to properly address the aftermath. Our floor was still wet in multiple areas, particularly in the bathroom, and the carpet was soaked in the first half of the room. The mop was left in the room, so the situation was not resolved. I was genuinely concerned about my husband or myself slipping and falling, especially in the bathroom where the floor was dangerously wet in most of the area. The wetness turned a simple return to the room into a major safety hazard. I mopped and used towels to dry the floor. We only managed about an hour of sleep between the alarm going off and being evacuated. I had worked until 2 am, and the alarm sounded around 3 or 3:15 am. After being evacuated, we had to sit in our car with the fire truck lights flashing around us, making it impossible to sleep. We were then informed that our room had been inspected and that we could return at 6 am. Unfortunately, we had to be up by 7 am for an early doctor’s appointment. After all of that, I had to drive 3 hours back, sleep-deprived, making the trip even more exhausting. We were not offered compensation for the discomfort and risk we had to deal with. Instead my husband was told the $50 deposit would be refunded and we would be sent a message where we could ask for a refund.
- 3/5
Greeting was great and staff very nice!!!, bedding was nice and clean.. however a couple of cig burns on couch and a skid (poop) mark on the couch.. could have been chocolate.. but highly doubt it (i clean for a living) other than that and for a short stay not bad.. bathroom could use a bit of mold spray to remove pink off the edges
- 3/5
Was falling off. Shower faucet was broken
- 3/5
I wish there was water for guests in the lobby
- 1/5
We arrived with cash to pay for our room, others charges could have gone to the card on file. Another customer at the desk, stated to the receptionist that she had paid in cash earlier that day when he refused to accept our payment. Then we get to our room and the floor by the ac was wet. It felt like they had the heater on in the hallways and our room took forever to cool. The tv didn’t have a guide, the breakfast wasn’t ready in the morning. We will not be back to stay here.
- 4/5
The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the hotel is located in an area with warehouses and roads under construction. Also we saw cockroaches in the room, the carpet was soaked in water in the air conditioning unit due to a water leak, and some common areas such as a elevator and hallways were not very clean and had trash on them.
- 5/5
The staff was so nice, breakfast was great, room was great, it’s a very convenient location, the indoor pool was awesome. 10/10
- 5/5
Staff was great
- 2/5
Usually loves Holidays Inn but this branch have a good staff good food but dirty and noise rooms. Smells really disgusting just take a note of this the front desk person. Sorry don't back for this ubication, but I think maybe in other city will be good expuloje Stone Oaks, in San Antonio TX
- 5/5
Stay was great!
- 2/5
Elevator was not working. Lights in hallways not working. Breakfast not served when they said it would be served.
- 5/5
Hotels awesome. Just a lot of construction around
- 5/5
Very nice clean specious room had a wonderful stay only downside was the shower water pressure wasn’t good and was hard to regulate hot and cold water but besides that everything was very good receptionist was very friendly beds were comfortable and breakfast was nice
- 4/5
Love the manager. Great guy, very accommodating. One suggestion that I'd make to most hotels is that when housekeeping visits your room, that they restock coffee. I've stayed at a few hotels lately where they skip that.
- 5/5
Great place
- 2/5
The absolute worst hotel I've ever stayed at. The pool is freezing and the front desk staff don't care about assisting guests. I tried for an entire day to get an ironing board. They said they would have housekeeping bring one to our room. When I called to see where it was, the guy at the front desk told me they didn't have any. When I said I really need one, we were in town to attend an event, he responded I'll let my boss know in the morning.
- 1/5
We had to check out as our room mattress was infested with bedbugs.
- 4/5
Hotel was nice the Manager of the night shift was very hospitable.
- 5/5
Great value for the money, I had a comfy stay
- 5/5
Very friendly staff
- 5/5

- 5/5
Great for a business stay
- 5/5
Nice newer property that was a good value. The nearby construction made access to the property a bit inconvenient but that is not the property's fault. I would stay again.
- 5/5
Everything was great. The only thing that wasn't good was that the TV remote back kept falling off.
- 5/5
Great stay the breakfast options were amazing
- 4/5
great staff super quality

Great staff super quality
- 4/5
Homeless camping in woods behind hotel. Hallways were warm! Shower was great!
- 3/5
Mold in bathroom, fluctuating hot water
- 2/5
The hotel's management seemed to drop the ball on supplies. The pool was unheated, despite being advertised as heated, and the water was freezing cold. We also struggled to find available towels, which was frustrating since we rely on the hotel to provide them. The complimentary breakfast was a letdown. The selection was consistently sparse, even when we arrived early at 7am. We were disappointed to find no bagels, and overall, the offerings were unimpressive. At that point, it might be better to grab breakfast elsewhere, like Waffle House. We also experienced technical issues with our room keys, which stopped working multiple times a day and required frequent recharging. Additionally, the hotel had to replace the TV because the original one didn't work. Overall, these inconveniences led to a disappointing stay, and I'm giving the hotel 1 star. With some improvements to supplies, breakfast, and room amenities, this hotel could provide a much better experience for its guests."
- 5/5
Went to the indoor pool with my family and it was clean as a whistle!
- 3/5
This is honestly the same hotel I get every time I go to Dallas. Good price hotel and location. Basic 3-star hotel with breakfast!
- 5/5
It’s a new property and staff were great
- 5/5
Nice place to stay. Only issue was the construction around the area.
- 5/5
Our room was nice and cozy.
- 3/5
Didn’t like breakfast selection. They were low on things. Towels were being washed when I asked for them. Lobby bathroom was filthy.
- 4/5
It was good overall. The AC did not blow cold air but it was late so it was not extremely hot. I was too tired to complain.
- 5/5
Everything was good
- 5/5
My stay was excellent
- 5/5
Great stay once again. Room clean and comfortable. We will be back next year. Thanks
- 5/5
Good location,
- 5/5
It was within distance from everything food shopping ECT. Very quiet and ducked off nobody walking around at night good for family.
- 2/5
No deadbolt lock on room door. People drinking beer and playing loud music outside our window. We left and went to another hotel
- 5/5
Good
- 4/5
The elevators were not working during our 4-day stay, which was quite inconvenient but manageable. Otherwise, it is a very nice hotel.
- 1/5
NOTHING!
- 4/5
Very Clean ! Missing a couple fixtures in the room tho
- 5/5
Convenient location to family function
- 5/5
It was good
- 5/5
Convenient to everything
- 3/5
Alarms starting going off in the room around 4-5am. Front desk never showed. I called. They said they had no idea why the alarms were ringing either. Other tban that, great stay.
- 2/5
From trying to find the hotel entrance, which sits in the middle of a highway construction zone, to the initial greeting at the front desk. From finding DOG POOP in our room, to the horrible trashcan overflowing at the entrance. The only saving grace was the nightside desk clerk helping to move to another room when the hotel was sold out. Did get a full refund but not without multiple calls with expedia and the property
- 1/5
Bad customer service form Mrs. Key Green. Not answering calls and failing to address issues about bedbugs.
- 5/5

- 5/5

- 5/5
A very clean location
- 1/5
We didn’t even check in because there were people in the lobby saying they found bed bugs in their rooms.
- 5/5
Best service
- 3/5
Had to pay for parking would have liked to know this upfront.
- 5/5
Great place for the money
- 1/5
Our pull out sofa was broke and notified the front desk immediately. Dealt with it for two days with no resolution. Also our bathroom and room smelled like sewage, no fix to this either.
- 3/5
There was no water supply to take shower.
- 1/5
The AC/heater wasn’t working. No air movement at all. They wouldn’t change me rooms, they didn’t even apologize or offer even a fan. We were hot and miserable. I could over look this but bc staff did not care one bit I’ll never stay again.
- 5/5
The hotel is nice and the staff is friendly. There is a lot of construction in the area and it was hard to get to the hotel. The hotel is off the highway and felt very secluded. The outside of the hotel is not well lit. Careful going out at night to grab dinner.
- 1/5
THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE WAS HORRIBLE
- 3/5
Overall it was a good stay for our overnights visit. The remote control to the TV was broken and the front desk could not replace it but taped it together to be able to use. All the USB outlets did not work. They appeared broken. So charging my phone was impossible.
- 5/5
excellent customer service, very friendly and helpful employees
- 4/5
Good and clean place
- 4/5
Convenient to my son’s home, but area around hotel is a mess from ongoing construction on 635.
- 5/5
Everything was perfect!
- 5/5
A little difficult to find the entrance to find the hotel
- 5/5
Staff was very helpful with bringing extra sheets , pillows and blankets
- 4/5
Overpriced, but doable. Beds were good. Liked the lounge chair! Breakfast was okay. Would have liked bacon. The pancake maker was broken.
- 4/5
Now the positives - comfortable bed, good AC unit that did not cycle on and off all night and was very quite, rooms were spacious, public areas were clean, security was patrolling the parking lot regularly, nice size bathroom and staff was kind.
- 4/5
Hotel was ok. The room looked to have mold by heating/air unit. Had a bad smell
- 5/5
Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I can't wait to come back. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable visit!
- 1/5
Before my check in I was charged for the full amount of my stay (2 days) a Thursday and Friday night stay which is fine, but when I looked at my bank on Friday morning I was charged with another Feiday night rate, so I was charged for three nights and was told it was an advance hold and would be released, but why hold for more than what was already charged for.
- 5/5
It was conviently located to the Arboretum. My only complaint was that there were no restaurants within walking distance. The surrounding area is being developed, so I expect the next time I go there will be more businesses. I will stay here when I return to Dallas in January
- 4/5
Breakfast options could be better
- 5/5
Lots of construction in area difficult to get out to where we wanted to go.
- 3/5
The beds were comfortable, but the breakfast was disappointing. They didn't have biscuits and gravy or cinnamon rolls, and they were out of yogurt and snacks that are usually available in the fridge. We chose this hotel for the breakfast, so this was a letdown. The pool was dirty, and there was a noticeable amount of body hair in the bathroom. The AC was disconnected, but my husband managed to reconnect it. Also, the shower curtain didn't even reach the tub, which was quite odd.
- 5/5
Me and my husband have staying at Holiday Inn for the past three years when we arrive to Dallas every month for a business trip that is our favorite place to stay. The breakfast is amazing different options. The rooms are clean. The parking lot is safe. The staff is amazing.
- 5/5
great
- 4/5
Very nice place at an affordable price. At the time of my stay. Washer and Dryers did not work. Everything else was excellent.
- 3/5
It was a little uneasy at first sight. There were homeless people lying around the front upon check in. There was a lot of construction and trucking… the pool was nice, but very cold. The guests were a little disruptive and rowdy around 2am, but other than that. It served its purpose.
- 3/5
The hotel sits right on a major roadway; however, there was nothing around for dinner. They have a a few items for sale, but I refused to pay $4.00 for a small bag of chips. I ended up at a gas station a few blocks away, that had bars on the windows & doors. The breakfast was less than stellar. Powdered eggs, dry biscuits & sausage patties that I refused to try based on how they looked. They had a pancake maker, but I’m not sure it even worked. Never saw anyone try to use it. I doubt I would select this hotel again.
- 5/5
Receptionists from night shift and day shift were professional and outstanding service and understanding.
- 5/5
This was the only disappointment for us.
- 2/5
This location is well below standards for a Holiday Inn Express. I think the overflowing trash can at the lobby entry with trash pouring over onto the sidewalk that sat there untouched for two days during our stay is indicative of the rest of this hotel and our experience there. The place is unkept and filthy, period.
- 2/5
Very bad
- 3/5
Kinda shabby. Needs updating. Towels clean but dingy. No housekeeper over night. The hotel is not in a very attractive area. The breakfast is great! The guy preparing the food was so nice and kind.
