This hotel was the worst hotel i have ever stayed in. The bes cover has cigarette burns in it. The walls were stained and dirty. The roo. Had a hint of cigarette smell when it clearly stated non-smoking. The bathroom walls were dirty and the tiles were lopsided and cracked. There was no smoke detector only wires hanging from the ceiling. The large art painting above the bed has graffiti all over it. There was not an iron or hair dryer. There was no breakfast like it says. There were roaches in the bathroom when i went in the middle of the night.

The room didn't look like the pictures AT ALL. It was clearly a smoking room; when it was supposed to be a nonsmoking room. If I could have went somewhere else I would have.

We did not stay at this property because they did not allow pets. The gentleman at the front desk said their would be no problem canceling. However I was charged.

The first room I had was terrible! The covers had holes in them and the ac/heating unit didn't work, so I had to switch rooms. They didn't do breakfast as it states, and the housekeeps don't speak English at all. They also didn't change the beds daily, or change the trash.

Property is old and not been remodeled or updated in yeats.

I like it’s comfortable and conventional.

I waited in the lobby 20 minites before a man that was drunk came around in sandals toncheck me in. Another couple also had turnt the corner with liqoir bottles in their hands that smelt and looked disguisting. The hotel smelt bad and their was trash in the floor walking in. While i was waiting i kept saying hello and no one was behind desk. I walked into breakfast are werenit was also filty with paintings on the floor. I was traveling with my 8byear old daughter and i told the drunken man that i woukd not be staying there bc it was unsafe and filty. He snapped at me and demanded my card.

Hotel felt really dirty. Bath tub was not clean. There were weird stains on the walls. Needs to be updated.

Classic click-n-bate. Nice images of outside of property, cleverly angled so you don't see highway road on one side, and construction/gas station on the other. Advertised as having indoor pool (see nice images), and free breakfast. Pool was there, but without water. When we asked for breakfast in the morning, the receptionists lady laughed in our faces. However, those are all minor issues. The hotel is very dated, very unclean. Bathtub dirty, with brown streaks here and there (we did not take showers due to this). Roaches everywhere. Intolerable smell of smoke, even though the room was booked as non-smoking, they even made me sign something, so we don't smoke in the room (we're non-smokers), otherwise, heavy fine. The entire hotel is fuming, literally, smell was so bad, we had to keep windows opened, but the nearby highway made it impossible to sleep... Worst experience of my life, and I've stayed in hundreds on hotels across the globe. I wonder how they're still in business, definitely not because of repeat clientele.

We unfortunately saw 2 cockroaches in the room. Where there is 1 there is more. We immediately checked out even though we had 2 nights remaining on our stay. The room smelled of smoke even though it was a non-smoking roon. The hallway smelled like marijuana. The place was very dirty and the amenities were not working (vending machines and ice) The pool and hot tub were drained.

Once I was in the room I discovered bullet holes in the room that were stuffed with toilet paper, there was mold above the shower and the door to the room would not open with my key card, I felt very unsafe and there were a few men who were looking through the windows of the room and a few times would try to get through my room door. I also dislike that I tried to use the laundry room there and after sticking money in the slot the washer did not work, there was no signs posted about the laundry room being out of order and the staff refused to give me the money back that I had put into the coin slots for the washer.

There were holes in the wall lights didn't work and door was hard to open and couldn't close. We went to let the front desk know they gave us a new room and it smelled musty and had cigarette burns on the bed covers, the floor hadn't been swept or mopped the curtains were disgusting and the website showed an indoor pool and there was no water in the pool. Some wall sockets didn't work the room phone didn't work it was horrible

The shower release button was stuck and didn’t work properly so the water pressure was low cause all the water was coming out of the faucet and it was noisy and bugs crawling. Next time will go with one with higher nite stay! Most definitely! Not just stay cause is closer to where we are headed never again.

We never even officially checked in as we waited over 30 minutes for someome to come to the desk. This was after a 4 hour drive to get here, we were just ready to check in.

The mattress had a huge dip in the center of it. The room was old, stale and had stains everywhere. The blankets looked like they hadn’t been changed in 20 years. It wreaked of cigarette smoke and dust. The room should have never been used

None of the amenities were working. Pool was out of service, no breakfast was offered, and the front desk people were not friendly nor did they willingly give the wifi password. Such a waste of money!

Worst hotel Ive ever stayed in. Had to change rooms because of cockroaches. Rooms filthy. Coffeepot cord was cut off. No phone in room. Sheets ripped and burned. No continental breakfast was served at all. Pool and hot tub were closed and empty. No listed amenity was offered to guests.

Absolute worst hotel stay of my life

I made an error on location on line, stuck with the reservation, the hotel had no free breakfast, that they offered on line, the nose coming from the walls from other guest where 24/7. The cable wifi was no good at all, the rooms where not clean. Especially for discount on Sunday night $70 rate on night rip off. Extremely dissatisfied.

Disastrous experience. I will highly recommend to avoid this place even if this hotel offers free stays. The bedding was torn. When we requested to change the bedding, they mentioned that room service is not available. The bathroom tub had rust and fungus around. The toilet was unstable. The room walls had holes. This was such a pathetic experience that I am going to avoid Wyndham hotels completely going forward. The hotel chains should perform some basic audit if the services provided by the hotels at ground level. Will absolutely avoid Wyndham now for all by stay.

This hotel had decent staff, working plumbing, and decent sanitation. That is the only reason this is not one star. My room's lock was broken, the bed was far too soft & uncomfortable, walls were stained, and my non-smoking room smelled like an ashtray. Pool was out of order, same with the icemaker & the rickety luggage cart. The majority of the lights in my room lacked bulbs & were not replaced while I was there.

The hotel is not like shown in the photos. During our stay the pool was out of service and the gym was filled with supplies and furniture. The room was poorly maintained, 2 small holes in the wall, no shades on the lights, switches that are falling apart and a toilet and shower that leaked not a drip but constant running water. The staff was friendly and did there best. I would not stay here again.

We were first given a room that was 95 degrees and the air conditioning didn't work. The next room had roaches that we had to kill everyday and the wall had holes in it. The maid did not make the bed one night or empty the trash. She didn't even come in the room. The key had to be reset at least 10 times

The security camera outside the room had been spray painted. The tv was missing as if someone had stolen it. Walls and floor were filthy. The ceiling over the tub had black mold and looked like it might cave in the way the paint was peeling and sagging. The sheets and comforter had cigarette burns in this supposedly non- smoking room. The room also smelled like cigarettes. We refused to stay and received a refund. The place needs to be reported to the health department

Do not go here for more than regular pay. This building should be demolished, broken things everywhere. Stains that made it look like a crime scene. The baseboards looked like an abandoned house from the 90s. I felt like I was a participant to some kind of illicit business front. Water was only scalding hot in the shower. Holes where appliances and light switches should be. Just absolutely bottom level hieronymous Bosch levels of quality depravity. Staff was pretty nice.

This place needs a facelift. The pool and hot tub were empty and the exercise room was more like storage. Insilation hanging down from the ceiling. It looked like there was a working treadmill but it was past a big mess. Service was friendly, beds are comfortable enough. Refrig and microwave always a plus. Hard floors were nice in room. Carpet would of been dirty im sure.

We chose this property because they advertised free breakfast and an indoor pool. My granddaughter loves to swim. When we arrived we found out that the pool was “out of order” and the only free breakfast was coffee in the lobby. We also requested a non smoking room and our room very strongly smelled of cigarette smoke. I called the front desk and reported the smell. All she said was “I’m sorry ma’am, that is a no smoking room” We will not stay here in the future and we do not recommend this property. Very disappointing for a Wyndham sponsored property.

Waited for a long time in the lobby for someone to appear to check me in. People were loitering in the parking lot. Late at night, someone banged on the next room's door for hours. The place felt creepy. Hair dryer and coffee maker were broken.

Would not recommend unless you don’t mind moldy ceilings, stained walls, bedding and showers. It just was not as advertised or pictures shown on the site. The area outside seemed a bit shady and was full of construction. The only positive thing was that they let us graciously cancel without fees and the front desk helpers were kind.

Had to mop up water from shower and bruised my arm trying to get out of it. NO laundry. Hard to get in and out of property Street people living at the door. Frightening

I WANT MY MONEY BACK IMMEDIATELY. SENT THIS AL TO THE WYNDHAM. When I tried totake ashower, the towels were so far away I had to crawl to get them over wet floor. Hurt my arm . SO disappointing! First, the room I'd reserved and paid for that morning was unavailable. Clerk said many people had come in that day. I said it didn't matter; I'd already reserved and paid for room. Since it was late and I was exhausted and didn't want to try and find another motel in an unfamiliar city at 10 p.m., I took the room she offered (room 307) only to find it hadn't even been cleaned! Dirty linens were on desk and only a filthy mattress cover was on bed (I wish I'd thought to take photos!). Second room (room 309) had beds made, but bedspreads were stained and had holes in them and room was in VERY sad condition (see examples in photos. I have more but these attached pics give are a good representation of room and motel). Then, although it was advertised on your website to include free breakfast, I was informed they did NOT serve breakfast. There wasn't even coffee the next morning! I booked this room purely because of the Wyndham affiliation and prior pleasant experiences with Wyndham properties. I will certainly never stay at this motel again and seriously doubt I'll ever use Hotels.com again if your information is this inaccurate.

Access to the property was limited by construction. There were homeless people sleeping in the stairs. the windows had no locks. the room smelled like smoke. there is no free breakfast. The night attendant said the pool was available for use at 7am. Dayshift told me the pool was closed for repairs. They charged me more money than what was posted on expedia. Not recommended.

Extremely upset. I booked a room after careful consideration of all options with super 8 on my father's credit card. Was confirmed of my reservation and itinerary. After driving in unsafe conditions and hazardous road conditions, extremely tired and looking forward to a shower and a good night's sleep, I was informed that hotel was overbooked by front desk. Said she will return my money to my father's card. Not happy a and to this hour I'm still not been refunded. Now I'm out of options o of where to lay my head.

The area around the hotel looked very sketchy. The lobby was dirty and smelled bad. We didn't get to stay there because they double booked and didn't have any rooms for us, I had booked two rooms days before. Staff was rude. They never answered their phones, I had been calling them all day to let them know we were arriving late but never answered the phone. TERRIBLE PLACE

Breakfast was included when booking but no breakfast was provided at property. Very disappointed. The indoor pool and hot tub were said to be broken and never opened. It states 24/7 front desk but when attempted to contact multiple times could not get in contact. To top it off a few bugs were found in the room. This unacceptable service made for a horrible stay. Hopefully, reviews like this will alert management to shape up or ship out.

Worse experience ever!! We did not want to leave our car unattended due to the large amount of people loitering around the entrance of the hotel and there was trash everywhere. The staff acted very inconvenienced that we were checking in. Our room had smears and stains on every wall. The baseboards were covered in filth. There were bugs, mold in and out of the shower. there was no hot water and no water pressure. The microwave was from the 80's with pieces missing on the inside wall and had no rotating plate. Random people knocking on the door asking for random people. The manager was literally yelling at a guest in the hallway in front of our room at 4am, because that was the best time to address his issues. Do not rent a room here unless you need hourly rate accomodations.

The property appeared nice from the outside, when my wife and I checked in the lady at the front was kind so that was nice but the entire hotel smelled like cigarettes/marijuana. All the doors were scratched to hell like someone was trying to get out . The room itself wasn't horrible . Bed was nice size basic refrigerator and microwave, small tv . Essentially get what you pay for here.

I will say, the desk clerk was polite and attempted to be helpful, but it could not make up for the condition of this property.
