My family of 6 stayed here for a soccer tournament. They stay was absolutely great! Hotel was very clean! Quiet! Breakfast was good and great variety of options!

My room was very clean, the bed super comfortable. The desk clerks were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was very good, and the fresh ground coffee was great! Overall, 5 stars!

The hotel was ok. The lobby was nice and so was the breakfast, but our room wasn’t the cleanest. There were white stains on the sofa and a huge cobweb on the ceiling. The surrounding area was a definitely sketchy. They had free coffee all day and night but they charged $4 for a bottle of water.

The people in the nearby rooms were so loud that I couldn’t sleep, the hotel staff were helpful in requesting they quiet down. The entire hall of rooms smelled so strongly of weed that our room smelled too. I don’t mind people smoking but I was going to a funeral the next day and was worried my clothes smelled also.

From the time we entered the facility, the staff as a whole, catered to all needs with a smile. The rooms were extra clean. The beds were more than comfortable, to say the least. My kids and I enjoyed the continental breakfast for real! I fed hu get teenage boys, but because of the variety offered they only went back once to refill their plates.. lol… Check out was easy and we will definitely be back! Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very pleasant and responsive. Breakfast was well supplied and had a good variety. The hotel is very clean, despite being in the process of having AC units cleaned during our visits. The location is convenient to the airport and several highways, so served our purposes well. It felt like a safe neighborhood, generally quiet. It’s about a 10 minute drive to Love airport at 5 am, when we left to catch flight It’s in an odd location - in what appears to be an old office park that is under re-development, yet that only meant a minor inconvenience of driving to the nearest access road. There are a couple of restaurants within walking distance, but beyond that, it would require driving as the major road isn’t pedestrian-friendly. (We didn’t not eat locally for other reasons). Because it looks like a substantial construction project is underway across the street, this might get a bit noisier during the day in the future.

The location of the hotel was in a safe area although it seemed a bit tucked away. There were many food options. The check in after midnight was quick and smooth. Staff were very polite and helpful. The breakfast options were many. Everyone was able to choose what they preferred. I would recommend this Hotel highly and stay again. Oh, the rooms were very spacious. Great value for the money.

For an European , the breakfast did not provide me many options. The coffee is terrible. But that’s ok, is the American food. There was an employee who used a mop for cleaning the breakfast area and after put coffee in the machine. I liked the room, the bathroom. Very clean. Overall, it was ok.

I was very happy with the room and the interior of the hotel. The person who checked us in was SUPER friendly and pleasant. I cannot remember her name but she was wonderful. The only downside was there was loud music playing from outside the hotel until around 10:30pm.

The staff was excellent. The rooms were neat and clean. you would think that it’s a very safe place with having a security guard, but you have about three big clubs surrounding about three blocks from the property the lady showed up while my daughter was out smoking and asked cause she sit beside her and she told her no, and she went straight to the vehicle that she knew that she were driving and started rubbing her arms and stuff all over the vehicle, and then after saw about three men having a hands up on their shirts like they had a weaponand another lady jumped out the vehicle. It could’ve been a bad situation and your security guard was in his car sleep workers was over in the corner sleep when she use her card to open door and asked him to please call the police and he said no I called the security guard so how safe can that be? That could have been a bad situation even a trafficking situation until they found out that someone else was out there with her they were sitting in the car and got out. then they left. When they saw the security coming, but then turn around and made another block to come back. you have a very nice establishment there but you all need more security and alert security to keep it up. Thank you but that is one place. I will not return too close for comfort.

The breakfast is always good, the beds are super comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. If I *had* to kind of complain about SOMETHING, it would be the pool. The pool itself was clean and the pool area was heated and they always had fresh towels… The only thing is the pool itself wasn’t heated. I could be wrong, but I think the website states it is a heated pool. It was pretty cold though. None of the kids cared so it really wasn’t a big deal. If I’m ever in the area again, I will definitely stay here!

Pool was cold and a little murky, so packed and loud! Wish there was a hottub but they restocked pool towels often! Forgot items and they sent me a message to see if I wanted them shipped to me! Overall it was comfy!

The rooms were clean but the bathroom could be detailed a lot more. The towels had hair and lashes from someone else. I do not wear fake lashes nor my children so it did not come from us. The breakfast was a buffet style with toast, cereal, eggs, sausage, potatoes, pancakes, yogurts etc. The pool was indoor and heated the kids enjoyed it.

The room had 2 pieces of hair on the bed. The sheets appeared to be clean, and I hope that was from the housekeeping as they put fresh sheets and a comforter on. I should have requested a new room. The AC unit was annoying. It kept making a strange noise every 5 minutes. My husband was too tired for us to try and get a new room. Also, the shower did not work properly. The water came half out of the spout and half out of the showerhead. At 7am, the noise from all the construction was heard because our room faced the street. The breakfast downstairs was not appetizing. There was the pancake machine, weird scrambled eggs, greasy cheese omelets, off-tasting sausage, hard biscuits, and gravy. But the coffee was great! I would not want to stay at this hotel again because of the room. However, the service was excellent. The night front desk staff was so friendly and made everyone feel welcome. The lady at the breakfast area was also friendly, even if she did not speak much. I like how the hotel lets the staff grab coffee and food. Why let it go to waste if no one is eating it.

The hotel was clean and the staff was super nice but don't look too hard in the rooms - this hotel was definitely remodeled but not the best quality. The first morning there was a live cockroach in my bathroom and that is really something you don't want to wake up to at 5am. The hotel did nothing about it - the nice front desk woman said they would contact me but I have heard nothing and I was there for work so my days started at 5am and ended around 3am. Needless to say I won't be staying there again, but I have also stayed at worse. It is near construction and in an industrial area so not the "safest" but all and all not terrible. I do want a partial refund because no one should ever have to pay for a place with cockroaches, health and safety hazard, as well as really difficult to get good sleep when you know you may have an unwanted roommate.

Room was very clean, love love loved the soft comfortable bed and blankets. Pillows we just right also. I chose this hotel for its comfortable bed ratings and didn’t disappoint. I have RA and the softer things are around me the more comfortable I feel. We had an early flight and breakfast doesn’t open till 7am. Maybe they could open at 630a instead so us early departures could have breakfast.

The room was very very clean and super neat. I love the small detail on the pillowcase to let you know if the pillow was soft or frim. Everything worked in our room from plugs to hair dryer. The hotel was super quiet not noisy at all. The staff was kind from front desk to the breakfast area. This place was a 10 out of 10. I'm so gald we had chosen this location to stay at definitely worth it.

My wife is a nurse and had to work on her birthday because it is a new job. The evening hotel staff told us they would make her some food for breakfast because we had to leave before breakfast was provided. The morning staff refused to accommodate. How hard can it be to get some fruit, cereal, and yogurt ready? Is this how you treat nurses on their birthday Holiday Inn?

We got weather delayed in Memphis and were not going to make our connection in Dallas, went on Hotels.com to book a room for my wife, grandson and me, searching for a hotel near the airport at Love Field. This hotel was first listed and since i was in a hurry to get a room booked (same night) i booked it. Once booked It couldn't be canceled. Called the hotel to see if they had an airport shuttle... They did not as the hotel was 8 miles away from the airport. So we had to get an Uber, cost 80 bucks total for both ways, an unexpected expense. We had been travelling all day and needed to shower. No hot water. Breakfast was subpar and the staff nonexistent. when I complained about no hot water the person behind the Front Desk just shrugged their shoulders and said "sorry about that!"

Every single staff member was so very nice. Every one of them has a smile and welcoming greetings. The building is very clean and the breakfast options were awesome. I love that the place is pet free. The pool water was very cold, so we couldn't enjoy it for too long. I was originally told that all doors are kept unlocked 24 hrs and that made me feel uneasy, but my girls and I came in late one night and the main entrance was locked and we had to use our key card to get in. I was very thankful for that. Overall, I loved my stay there. I'd come again and again. Thanks to all of the front desk staff, security, housekeeping staff, and whomever else I had contact with during my stay.

My son and I had a wonderful stay. We were treated excellent by the staff and we offered extra towels, coffee, and toiletries multiple times. We were very comfortable and slept like babies! Thank you!

From the moment we walked in, clean and bright. We were warmly welcomed by Nadia and Whitney! The room was super clean and the sheets were the best! Felt like sheets from the Four Seasons Hotel! We were blown away! The bed was comfortable (pillows too fat for our taste) The A/C worked well and very quiet, black out shades, microwave and medium sized refrigerator. The breakfast was fantastic, and way more than we expected! We would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay again on our next trip to Dallas!

The person that checked me in was nice and helpful. I wanted to check in at lunch time but they did not have a room available. They let me store some stuff until the room was ready which was well ahead of the typical check in time. My complaint is that the safe in the room did not work. Also for some reason you need a room key to go in the front door. I went in and out several times on Friday afternoon but after shift change the person was very rude. She told me I needed to read the sign and use the key card. I said I came in numerous times already without a card so you can’t expect me to know I all of a sudden need to use the card. This was the main entrance to the front check in desk which should always be open in my opinion. I have stayed at this hotel numerous times and never had that happen previously. Other than that the hotel is in good condition and the breakfast was good as well.

I would recommend NOT staying here. They failed to mention they are surrounded by nightclubs and the blaring and thumping music begins on Thursday and goes through Sunday. I was there for 6 days and between the music and the sound of snoring from the gentleman in the room next to me through the paper, thin walls. They were kids running up and down the hallway in the middle of the night on a luggage cart. I called security, but the noise continued for 20 minutes. I asked them to move my room so I wasn’t overlooking the nightclubs, front desk told me I had to do it through reservations. Reservations told me I had to do it through the front desk. I complained for three consecutive days before anybody called me to see what was going on.

This was during our spring break vacation in March 2025. The hotel is nice, room is clean and comfy.. good choices for breakfast. Will stay again!

The front desk lady was very nice, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was good. We all slept like babies, the room was super quiet and I couldn’t even tell there were other people in the building even though they were booked. And the blackout curtain blocked all light, I didn’t even know the sun came up until we opened it. Plus the checkout isn’t until noon , which was amazing to not have to rush and get out early in the morning.

My family (husband, two teenage sons, and myself) stayed here for an overnight trip to Dallas. Staff were friendly and rooms were clean. Around 9:30 pm my son went to go take a shower and the shower head wouldn’t work. My husband went to the front desk to see if they could fix it or move us to another room. We were told they were booked solid, but someone could come fix it around 10:30-11:00. My husband came back to the room and worked on it himself because we were all tired. He got enough pressure to come out for our sons to take a shower that night. We called front desk to cancel the service, so we could go ahead and get ready for bed instead of waiting. Around 10:45 they did call to make sure we didn’t need help still, which I thought was nice. Shower head still worked the next morning but pressure wasn’t great for removing conditioner from hair. They did have Dove products, which was nice. Breakfast was good and the parking lot appeared safe. No issues outside of the shower.
