Location and price! Well I booked a room at this hotel for the location and price and from the looks of the rooms as shown on the internet. Well ater getting to the property and to my room IT WASN'T AS ADVERTISE EXTREMELY POOR UP KEEP!!! STAINES ON THE BEDDIGN AND IN THE BATHROOM THE FIRE ALARM WAS COVERED UP AND THE COVER FOR THE AC UNIT WAS HELD TOGETHER WITH SCOTCH TAPE!!! I didn't unpack my bags and went back down stairs to get my money back! I'm waiting for my refund!!!! 3/17/2026

I love the location, and the things to do around it The staff are a bit nosy in your business and the maid is very rude and tried opening pushing the door open as I'm trying to close it. Also, they say there is breakfast and yet don't serve breakfast. I think it's too pricey and 100$ deposit is crazy when the rooms aren't that nice.

I knew something was off when I barely seen any cars outside this place too. THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY! I'm trying everything in my power to get my money back that is rightfully mine since they practically stealing it saying it's my fault.

There was hair on the toilet seat when I checked in.

The room was definitely not as nice as the photos suggested. Lots of stains on every towel and bedsheets. There was NO noise buffer to the hallway. I head every footstep, door opening and closing, lots of creaking and cracking sounds all day and night.

Went to the first room and it was very dirty bed had pee stains. Asked to be moved to another room and she accommodated us but it was dirty as well. Ended up not staying and tried to get a refund through Expedia but the hotel would not answer. 0/10 recommend. She also told us she was the only one cleaning the hotel so that’s a red flag because how can one person clean the hotel.

This is a serious budget hotel. There are holes in the towels and the bed sags to the middle. We stayed twice to save money. Both times the water didn't drain out of the tub. Not the safest area. There's a Gentleman's strip club right next door and we saw several sex workers.

Convenient for the trip, about 15 min from downtown. Down the street from Waffle House, Starbucks and the post Malone canes! Only downside was Adult entertainment was surrounding the property though.

Clean hotel with small pool, the gentleman who checked us in went above and beyond for us as well.

Receptionist at check-in was rude. She kept asking for us to pay in cash, when it says online cash is not accepted, and that their system was down but yet had no issues finding out reservation and our card processed just fine. There was three of us and only one towel in the room, I went downstairs and asked for two more towels, she handed me one so I had to ask for another and she rolled her eyes. Restroom is very small.

Room was next to staircase. VERY LOUD all night we heard stomping up and down all night. Door to the staircase was extremely squeaky, again, ALLNight long. Need better insulation or something!!!

The room layout was great. The room size was amazing. It's in a great location. The receptionist was rude at check in. When I asked to use the pool, they made me wait over 15 minutes before they gave me towels and opened the pool for us. There was a roach in the restroom and one next to the bed.

Convenient location, close to airport and all our other activities. Location was a bit sketchy, seemed to have a lot of inappropriate guests.

A condom wrapper was left on the floor in our room. They offered to move us to a separate room, and that room was also dirty. We finally got to a (mostly) clean room, but could barely even enjoy our stay or sleep comfortably, because it just felt so dirty. There was what seemed to be prostitution going on. I saw half naked women moving from room to room with men following behind them. It was hot even when the AC was on 68. We asked about getting a discount for our stay and they said they couldn’t do it because we already pre-paid. They tried nothing else to accommodate. They just gave a dry apology. I will NEVER stay here again.

What I liked about it was that it was close to the event I was attending. What I didn’t like was That it was hot once you entered the hotel and it was 101 degrees outside, they hotel room was also hot because the air was not on , the fridge was not on so our drinks were not able to stay cold. And the bathroom was DIRTY!!!! There was long black hairs in the tub, on the wall of the shower and when you close the bathroom door there was hair and dirt in the corner between the door and the tub!!!! I will not go back there..

The A/C perfect temp The woman at the front desk she was snarky and rude first she rudely told me cash then changed it right away and said direct debit card. I don't like being jerked around like that especially after a long flight especially when she starts getting nosey Unacceptable Behavior!!

The breakfast was only honey buns or muffins Cable TV is advertised, but it's literally less than 10 channels to choose from.

The front desk attendant that was a girl was incredibly rude and there was a 100$ deposit when I got there that I was not told about and was not included in the information presented the maids and cleaning seemed to be nice

Room smelled musty

One of the most horrible experiences we’ve ever had at a hotel. The rooms are connecting rooms, and we got woken up at 3am because the people in the other room kept trying to open our side with their key card. I got up, banged on the connecting door and told them to stop trying to open the door or I would call the front desk. After a few more tries, they finally gave up and started talking/yelling at each other. We could tell that the male was intoxicated from their conversation. When we went downstairs to tell the man at the front desk about the issues, he didn’t even offer to get in contact with the people in the other room nor did he offer to change our room. We ended up checking out around 4am.

It stunk pretty bad

We were disappointed to find that this supposedly non smoking site reeked of marijuana. We couldn’t use the pool because guys kept bringing prostitutes in and out of the door by the pool.

We went during a the week of the tornado . They did not have air conditioner working but they had lights . It was so uncomfortable to be there with kids and a tiny baby being super hot . Window doesn’t open so there was no breeze just all heat . If I’d had known about that and their refund policy I wouldn’t have even booked . Let alone the flying cockaroaches that we found in our room but we we’re already boxed into that motel. Their microwave did not work for anything I tried to heat up so we had to eat out after buying food that was microwaveable . The microwave belongs in a doll house that’s the best way to decribe it . Service wasn’t bad but it doesn’t make up for the run down feeling of the motel . Crackheads just walk through and walk out and get in the pool whenever . People are parked in cars all through the night at the back of the hotel and the corner store that it is next door to has drug dealers outside of it all through the night . That and the heat made it nearly impossible to sleep .

The front desk lady was extremely rude. When I walked in she was yelling at an older Hispanic couple when they were simply asking for clarification on something. She seemed incompetent in her job and needs training in basic customer service practices. In addition to the check in process the water in the shower comes out brown when you first turn it on.

Very disappointed. The space of the room was the only thing that was accommodating and the reason I’ll at least give it 2 stars. Negatives: The shower curtain was FULL of small hairs, as if someone used it for a barber shop. There was only 2 towels for a 6 person room and when I asked for more, they only had 2 available at the time. No extra trash bags to use. No additional blankets or anything for the sleeper sofa. The manager Balu was rude on the phone before check in and at the time of check in. Highly don’t recommend this hotel!

Bed was too hard and people next door were slamming doors even at 4 o’clock in the morning. Did not sleep well at all.

The room was dirty . Dirty diapers stained curtains shower is filthy . They have no maids to clean up the room and when you request another room they still put you in something disgusting and dirty. DO NOT EVER BOOK HERE!!

Great value for my business travel in the DFW region.

I was not informed there would be a deposit required. When I checked in the lady just asked for my credit card without explanation. The hotel information indicated breakfast; however, no breakfast was served. You could get a muffin or a yogurt which I can't have either. The dresser drawers would not stay closed, and the microwave did not work. When I told the man at checkout his comment to me was "Perhaps you don't know how to use a microwave." I will not use this hotel again.

The room was fairly clean, but it smelled pretty bad, especially the cigarette smoke smell that was overwhelming in the bathroom (despite being a “smoke free” hotel). I booked this hotel after my connecting flight got cancelled. My kids were excited about the hotel breakfast that was advertised…which turned out to be yogurt and muffins, major bummer.

Our toilet was clogged since we artived and they gave us a room that had door to go to other room and they were being loud we notified office to let them knkw they were loud but notjing was done about it

Room was nice however we tried to eat breakfast Saturday morning and there was packaged muffins and coffee and juice. Nothing else. So we had to leave and eat breakfast elsewhere. Also there were people of shady character hanging around the hotel… meaning young ladies with their everything hanging out. Very disturbing! Lots of men hanging around together as well making quick trips to any vehicle that pulled up nearby. Very alarming. Did not feel safe.

Much as if she was doing something wrong. My mom was told she couldn’t wash until the morning and then she said she felt uncomfortable because he stood there telling her how to was. We felt like there was a problem because of our ethnicity. At breakfast he brought out fruit but only offered it to particular quest. In the end it was so uncomfortable that we rented another room and did not sleep there the last night just went there to pickup our property the next morning and leave. The room was ok but you could tell we were not welcome there.

Room smelled like an old smoking room. Mini-fridge didn’t work and was filthy. Tub was not sufficiently clean. Breakfast was very limited. Men’s club is right next door - which doesn’t help the neighborhood.

Horrible stay front desk was the worst experience of my life. Clogged sink and tub and when I told staff as we were leaving for the third time he said we know it’s not on the list

The room had a strong odor of weed I almost puked. Elevator did not work, couch in suite had so many disgusting stains I wouldn’t let my kids go near it. Ran down. I do not recommend.

when i was check in they ask for a $100 deposit it didn't say anywhere about a deposit then it say it have breakfast it really wasn't breakfast all they had was just muffin and coffee

Overall it was exactly what we needed for a quick weekend away with the kids for a concert in Dallas.

Property was good for an over night trip, room was well priced and nice and clean. Only problem was no hot water for the shower.

The place is a little bit shabby. There were about 6 rusty scars on the bath tub. The tub drain kept plugging up. The hotel staff cleaned it twice. I did it the third time by just moving the drain plug up and down repeatedly. The breakfast was packaged buns ans some banana's. It was well worth $77 per nite.

The beds are not memory foam, very hard, there was ants and a spider in the room and the property seemed run down. Photos show waffle makers in breakfast area but no waffles

I’d typically say at least it was clean enough for a one night sleep as it was acceptable for cleanliness but there was no sleep to be had that night. Wouldn’t stay again.

Station by the hotel had some shady things going on, it’s a awesome hotel just has a bad gas station nearby the property

Lady at the front desk had a terrible attitude wouldn’t let me check in. So I left.

I wasn’t able to reset alarm clock, But everything else seem to work fine. Room was clean and comfortable. An excellent value.

Best stay!

Room smelled like smoke even though it was a smoke free room, stains on the ceiling, no breakfast even though it was advertised, check in young girl wasn’t really friendly, there were bums everywhere. The room just seemed dirty.

When I checked in the she was rude and not friendly at ALL!!!! Whn I went back down later that night there was a shift change and the guy was super friendly and he helped me out. The hotel was clean and quiet. Not that many options for breakfast though.

Check in was very slow, nearly 20 minutes. Morning desk clerk very rude, check out 11 am, no late checkout period, not even 10 minutes, even though hotel was empty. Would not stay here again.

The location was okay for my needs but this property needs to be renovated and updated. It seems that they tried to add some new furniture but it's not enough. I think the bathroom floor toilet and shower need to be updated the most.

Overall great stay the manager was professional but also a bit to aggressive and kept repeating how he kicks people out with no problem. Other than that the actual hotel was clean, comfortable and rooms are very spacious.

This place charged my card one I arrived and said it would be removed when I checked out and the payment was never removed. I paid for this disgusting hotel on hotels.com as well and once I arrived!! This places was gross and I will never even drive close to this place again!

I didn’t even stay at this hotel because they charged my card before I even left Oklahoma City now that are holding $200 from my checking account for 7 days because I canceled my stay due to their horrible customer service. I’m really disappointed in this app as well, I have always put to pay at the hotel & have never been charged before I even get there. Worst services ever using this app or don’t recommend this hotel either it’s so unprofessional the way they talk to you.

The price I paid for included breakfast but the manager told me that there is no breakfast and if I don’t like it I can cancel. I asked him if he can compensate me with something different because he’s not offering breakfast as it’s listed and I booked it for and he said no if I don’t like it I should cancel so there is no customer service no communication skills no manners. If I had a choice I would not stay there. I could not sleep well because of the cleaning team knocking on doors and making noise. they should know people are sleeping at the hotel and clean quietly - why start cleaning and knocking and screaming at the door since 8 o’clock in the morning?

The property was big but it stated this particular suite had 7 rooms which was too good to be true. The woman was in a full argument with another customer and did not show any hospitality and was rude. The guy asked if I had children and began to rant about how he will kick me out if I let them roam all over the hotel. My kids are babies so I can't even allow them to go out alone.

It was clean and manager was nice. I didn't like that it advertised a pool but it was down. So you couldn't go swimming. They advertise free breakfast but didn't serve breakfast. Plus the area around property was dirty and a lot of homeless people around.

The front staff was more argumentative and unprofessional than explanatory. I observed her argue with a potential guest while I waited for check in. The website didn’t detail anything about a $100 deposit but she told us about it when checking in. At no time did she explain the repairs/renovations that were going on or even state the pool was closed until she was asked. When I attempted to explain it appeared I’d already been charged that morning instead of my selected option to pay at hotel she rolled her eyes and told me that’s not what happened. Me and my party decided to stay since we’d arrived later in the evening. We went up to our room and were stopped because they had ladders in front of the elevators and we had to wait until they were moved. Also in the room furniture in one of the rooms was sitting at a slant to the point the refrigerator door dragged the carpet when opening. The other room’s A/C wouldn’t work and the front desk had to be called.

Traveling during covid is so in convenient no pools to relax no gym but the hotel it self was great

Called office 4 times because people above music was so loud could barely hear my tv. He never did anything about it music didn’t stop till after midnight.

Reserved a room for 2 nights card was charged double decided to stay only one night checked out at 8a.m the next morning was charged more since I canceled the final night just horrible you shouldn’t charge ppl card twice if you already have taken out the money 🔥🔥🔥

This place was so dirty and old, the bed smelled like pee and it was the hardest bed I have ever used. The lock on the door was broken, the bathroom was gross, the chair was dusty and dirty our whole experience with this place was just absolutely disgusting.

It was close to University of Dallas which was the only good thing about 8t.
