Location is a plus but you can tell the “renovation” was done to cover things up. The ceiling fan was making noise, the bathroom walls had dust, the elevators could be cleaner. Overall it’s a good hotel for like a one night stay. Breakfast was decent.

I was most impressed with the breakfast offered. Available for breakfast that is not normally served at other properties were cinnamon rolls, biscuits and gravy and sausage patties. AND the room was HUGE, very roomy, which was not expected but appreciated. One of the two elevators he ad only one light bulb working, it was uncomfortable and eerie.

Our stay was okay. Could have stayed somewhere a bit better. I booked this hotel because we wanted a hot tub, and I could Have sworn it said there was one and when we got there, there was no hot tub. The sheets and towels also had stains. Not a terrible hotel, but probably wouldn’t stay again.

This Hotel was top notch. It is fully renovated. The beds are extremely comfortable. The entire hotel was very clean and neat. Breakfast was good, Lots to choose from. I will definitely be returning to this hotel in the future!

So the reason we booked, the hotel was for the heated pool which wasn’t heated so we went downstairs to talk to the lady behind the counter. She wasn’t no help and didn’t have nobody to help us with the heated pool either so we get back into our room, the AC is not working properly. The Wi-Fi doesn’t work so we go back downstairs to talk to the same lady and she tells us that we can’t connect our video game console to the Wi-Fi, which is not true. She just didn’t want to help us. I’ve stayed plenty of times at these hotels. This one was the worst. I definitely will not be coming back to that particular hotel.

There was no hot or even warm water in our shower. The person at the front desk brought a key to another room for us to use that shower. Not acceptable. Even tho we paid for a room, we had to pay to park in the parking lot.

Breakfast was good each morning however the auto coffee machine was slow.

The Hotel was clean and staff there was nice, unfortunately the room that was given to us had A/C problems because of a thermostat issue, all rooms were booked that night so my wife, 4 year old and I had to spend the night in a hot room with box fans that were provided to us by other staff.

The room was clean and quiet. I had plenty of hot water the night we got there but the next morning my husband had to take a cold shower. There was no hot water. They would not credit us anything for the discomfort.

Would not recommend. There was a cockroach in our bathroom when we arrived, the sheets were stained and there was hair on the bed. We immediately requested refund and booked a new hotel. Avoid this hotel.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom wasn’t as pictured when booking regarding the tub/shower.

No hot tub, first room had obvious leak and mold at a place with multiple repairs so it is a known problem. The room was unfit. Second room had no hair dryer and sofa bed was just springs. Terribly uncomfortable. Staff was helpful and sweet, friendly but professional. Breakfast was ok for being included.

The place was very convenient to all of the places we wanted to visit while staying in Dallas. Plenty of restaurants near the hotel too. We had a fulfilling breakfast to start the day. Even had the chance to use the pool while staying. Only “problem” we had was I tried all the outlets to charge my phone and found out only like 2 actually worked

Front desk receptionist was professional. Restroom was half clean, stained towels, and at 9 am the housekeepers let it be known they were on the hallway with yelling and the slamming of doors.

Water in shower kept clogging up.....we asked for late check out till 1p.. the girl said 12 but to call in the morning to ask for 1p.. on the room phones, when pressing front desk button there's a fast busy signal. However it did say press 0.. finally got someone who then says " our rooms are all booked, we can't extend your late check out to 1p.. well you can't check in until 3p anyway, and we were still in the room so another hour wouldn't have caused any issues..

The room was very clean and new towels each morning in the bathroom. The food for breakfast was well stocked, delicious, and the staff very friendly. This will be my first choice for a lodging the next time I visit Dallas

We had to cut our trip short because the room we were in did not have air conditioning and they couldn’t fix it. They also couldn’t move us to another room because they were full. I would not suggest this particular hotel given these issues. Also I was told I would be able to have a crib from my one year old and the only reason we got one is because someone else left the hotel for the same reason that we didn’t stay the whole time. Not very professional or good with communication

Overall stay was nice but knocked a star for a few reasons. Opened soda cans left in the mini fridge and the TV remote wasn't working properly. The gentleman at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful, so great job there. Good stay overall.

There was a group of 50 plus who screamed and banged on walls. Ran through hallways. Kept us up until 3am. They were in the conference room partying all night. Front desk took phone off the hook because so many calls. Terrible stay

The room was clean. The breakfast was really good and the staff was super nice. The only complaint I had was we booked this hotel specially for the indoor pool ao our kids could swim. The water was freezing. It wouldn’t have been any different swimming outside. The temperature was 50 degrees outside. So I feel like I kinda wasted money getting a more expensive hotel when we didn’t even get to use what we went there for.

This time, I arrived at night and noticed the entry light in my room wasn't working, which made it difficult to see at first (no biggie). While getting ready in the bathroom, I moved the trash can and noticed a cockroach. I informed the front desk and was told the room would be sprayed in the morning. I've had good experiences here in the past, but this stay was not as comfortable as usual.

Also, water pressure in the shower for both rooms were equally horrible. I had to stand very close to the shower head to rinse. Overall, a good stay, but the HVAC and shower plumbing need some attention.

Paying for parking in just a normal parking lot was annoying too.

The room was just fine. We wish we would have been advised at chick-in that housekeeping needed to be requested at an additional charge. It sounded like the room directly above us had an on-going running and wrestling match going on until 11:00pm. Our attempts to call the front desk were met with a busy signal - over 30 minutes. I went downstairs and found no one. The room was spacious, and the breakfast was excellent - convenient location.

Bathroom had hairs on the wall and a used towel behind the door. AC did not work for 2 days. They fixed the blower but it blew hot air out. Room temp was 79 degrees. Hallway was cooler than room. Woke up sweating at night. No available rooms to switch too. They did comp one night.

Hotel is well kept, clean and service is excellent. The rooms are very clean and well kept, however we noticed the bathroom needed some maintenance( extractor did not work, bathroom door was hard to close because of humidity)

Second stay here and the hotel, staff and breakfast was really good. Unfortunately someone broke the window of our Tahoe the first night, it looked like they were trying to break in. Hotel had cameras but we all know that’s not gonna lead to anything and apparently it happens often.

Great Holiday Inn!

We booked a king room and when we got to our room it was 2 queens. When we went down to ask out it they told us that they were out of king rooms. Then he said they had kings, but the AC didn’t work. Half way through our stay the toilet quit working too.

The AC did not work in our first unit. We thankfully did get moved to a different room but the door on that one had issues closing. The door had to be slammed shut for it to close. The pillows were very uncomfortably and would deflate when you laid on it. Ok for a quick one night stay but would look for a different location for an extended stay

Breakfast is very decent, dining area were clean and organized. Our room is comfortable and clean too. We came past 10pm and the receptionist still accommodating and welcoming. No issues with the parking.

This is not an honest business. One day before checkin we received a email stating we would be charged for parking. There was no prior information of this given. After some review the hotel is known for theft and damage to vehicles. The hotel charges a hefty fee if you cancel and is not forthcoming with that fee when speaking to them. The hotel is not well maintained... hvac issues regularly, plumbing issues, unclean etc. Do not recommend as this hotel is not customer friendly nor honest, rather it seems its more about skating by at the customer's expense with minimal maintenance as possible. See reviews outside of Holiday Inns website for additional info on this hotel. They are not favorable.

We love staying here when we come to Dallas. It is exceptionally clean and new looking. It us also close to many eating places plus the galleria, yet it is tucked away and is very quiet.

A/C did not work properly. Plenty of room. Spill on the floor as you walked in. While cleaning with a towel, noticed there was blood near the spill on the floor.

The room was dirty with broken egg shells in the closet, cheese cracker on the floor by the bed, and the floors were stained and not vacuumed.

2. No hot water 3. Overheard the cost a few people paid while I stood behind them now I feel my rate made up for their $89 rate.

This particular Holiday Inn in Dallas, Texas was horrible. There were ants crawling in my room and the bathroom. There were stains on the wall in the bathroom and the cleaning people did not clean the tub very well. Also, there were stains on the carpet. I will never stay there again and I do not recommend this hotel.
