    “Parking” you have to pay $20+Tax and fees to SELF PARK your vehicle, like seriously? “Old TVs” I wanted to relax and enjoy the nice room, wanted to hear music on YouTube (classic music) and couldn’t connect my phone to Tv because it’s old and i was only able to see air channels. “Staff in front desk” the guy who attended me, was extremely serious, if you are in costumer service you have to be kind and smiling, if you don’t like to be smiling, well get another job. 10/10 housekeeper! room was very clean and neat!

    Only thing I disliked was that my TV didn’t work and I was in the Superior Suite. I mentioned it to front desk, but they told me I was nothing they could do. So I had to improvise and watch Netflix on my MacBook! Other then than I give it an overall 4.5 star rating.

    The tv wasn’t working , the telephone was broken with tape wrapped on it the room smelled like a wet dog no valet was stuck in exit gate EACH time I tried to leave I had to call into the hotel and WAIT for someone to open it . The hotel was not the experience I expected highly disappointed for the price I paid the AGM didn’t offer any incentives or solutions for these problems

    Housekeeping came to clean but didnt leave us hand towels or wash clothes. TV and remotes lagged connection to TV a but outdated. The resturant didn't appear to be open for regular dining and free breakfast and parking was offered to my some of my group my not some of us.

    tried 2 different rooms 613: One smelled like smoke and had a smoke alarm going off and a bathroom fan that would not turn off Went to the next room 628 and it wasnt much better. The lock on the door was not secure. The toilet didnt flush The elevators have a swipe key security but it wasnt working so anyone could get up the elevators Not cool In room 628, the phone in the room had "room number 925" so to say I was confused on where I was is an understatement Staff was rude, expect the lady who checked me in and the man who served my to-go box food in the restaurant for breakfast oh and the TV did not work. Not sure if remote was dead or TV but tried both buttons IT was a DISASTER I love the Westin Galleria Dallas and decided to try a new place on a whim, knowing Le Meridian is a trusted brand THIS WAS NOT ON BRAND I do very much appreciate that I spoke with the new owner who is ready to turn this place around.     Everything was great. If i had to complain on anything i was told bar closes at 11pm and bartender left 10:45. We missed him by a min. And the Tvs had bad service so was hard to change channels at times. Overall i would stay there again.

    We had to switch rooms 3 times and then the tv didn’t work in the third room but we were tired of moving at that time. Staff dealing with us getting our room not very friendly and didn’t listen or pay attention to our room request which was part of reason for switching rooms. Other staff was very friendly. Changed rooms due to location being exactly where we said we didn’t want to be, an industrial fan was in the first room drying out carpet, needed two beds out us in room with one bed the second move, third move was fine but TV didn’t work and thy couldn’t fix it or replace it. Not what I expected of a Le Méridien property

    The breakfast was amazing!!!!!!!!!!. you can tell the hotel had water damage, the rooms did not go below 69 degrees, this was told to me by maintenance when I called and asked. the lighting in the premium superior suite was awful so we switched to the one below and got a corner room so we could have a window, room 906, the woman at the desk was amazing and very accommodating! The staff overall was really exceptional, it had good water pressure and I enjoyed the hotel toiletries ( I am picky). I initially was taken back by the 20.00 per day parking fee, but was shown a barcode inside that comped the parking so that was great. The beds are comfortable. The TVs are really small and have limited chanels and apps...netflix was the only one to sign into..I wanted peacock.. but wasn't possible. For the price it was great. I might consider staying again if the a/c could be corrected..otherwise no. but I would recommend.

    Pool was dirty and not heated. They should have email me about it. We were supposed to stay in Omni but because of the heated pool advertisement I cancelled the Omni because my child wants to swim coz it was just a retreat for us for thanksgiving. The stairs were locked so we need to wait for 1 elevator and took forever. No complimentary coffee or anything within the amenities. Our room was not bad but comparable to Omni booking we have almost the same price and the hotel smells.

    Even though one of the elevators was out of service and the hotel was busy due to the holiday weekend, the staff was amazing so no real complaints!!! The front desk lady while checking out this morning was so wonderful and helpful with parking lot charges…and the wait staff was absolutely fantastic, so attentive!! And the bartenders were spot on and very friendly!!! Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone that wants to be close to shopping and attractions!!

    I think this hotel is all about expectations - the rate for a 750 SQFT suite on a weekend was under $200/night, obviously that means the hotel is aged and not what you'd typically get with a Le Meridien branded hotel. To me, it's a better experience than what you'd get for a hotel in this same price range in its location. But do know that the rooms feel a bit dated, the hallways are definitely in need of a lot of TLC, and the elevator situation can be a pain during rush times. The staff is first class, parking is easy, and the location is good if trying to get to multiple locations in and around Dallas. Would stay again.

    The front desk and maintenance were the stars of our stay, quickly changing our rooms for an ac problem, and comped us free breakfast. Also the staff in the breakfast buffet worked hard. Would stay again-there are some cosmetic things like carpets in the halls that need updating but overall would stay again.

    I stayed at this location three times. Every time I walk in the door, the look and smell of the building and gives luxury. Staff was friendly and professional; rooms are spacious and quiet. I also enjoyed the bar/restaurant. Everyone was so kind and attentive. I highly recommend the miso salmon.

    Le Méridien by the Galleria is our favorite hotels. It's in a great location by the turnpike and the mall. It's like Dallas's best kept secret. It's a four-star experience in a three-star hotel. It's clean, swanky, and it smells good. That last part is important, because most hotels have an odor. The staff was friendly, and the room was beautifully modern. We enjoyed ordering from the bar and really enjoyed the bartender who we considered to be "super chill." We will definitely return. Even though this was our third stay, I would like to visit this hotel at least once a year. Thank you so much for making it a wonderful experience for me and my wife!!!

    I used to enjoy staying at this property but I doubt I’ll be staying there again. It’s a shame. The Le Meridian used to be my go to property in N Dallas because it was a nice facility with easy access to both 635 and the N. Dallas Tollway. Unfortunately the property seems to be falling into disrepair. On a recent stay we observed water flowing out of a wall vent in the lobby and had brown water back up into the sink and all over the bathroom floor and soaking the carpet in our room. We complained and moved rooms only to have our keys fail because the battery on the door lock had to be replaced. It didn’t look like the area around the hotel entry had been cleaned in a while based on the trash and broken glass found. The manager did offer us a drink for our trouble. Hopefully they’ll turn things around and give the property an update.

    Switched around to three different suites and each one had visible hair, etc. that was definitely not mine and shouldn’t have been where they were found, as well as other dirty/gross items, etc. No way to know if the bedding was actually washed…Big rooms, but dated w/ peeling paint, dirt/crumbs?, and hair. Remote control in first room was bad.

    The woman who checked me in was extremely rude and unfriendly, they were down to 1 elevator because the other one was broken, and all the ice machines were broken except for on floors 9 and 10, & I had to pay for parking even though we were paying guests at the hotel - it was very difficult to pay using the system the have so I had to sit at the closed gate with a line forming behind me while i set up an account to make my payment. The tv only half way worked and instead of typing up a list of channels that did work, they typed up a lettter saying that it doesnt work and that was it. I called the front desk at 10 AM asking for a late check out and was told they had reached their maximum for late check outs so she couldnt give one to me, and then the maids were trying to get in at 10:15 which was 45 minutes before check out even was. This was a huge disappointment, especaily since this used to be one of my favorite hotels.

    We had to request change of room because next door room had a 20 person party with people outside the room smoking weed. People smoking weed outside of hotel as well. No security at all.

    This was a beautiful updated property close to shopping. I loved their beautiful breakfast buffet they offer and the restaurant and bar had delicious food. Great drinks and very friendly service. Mason is amazing at bartending and is so friendly and makes everyone feel welcome have great service while making amazing drinks. He can grow a crowd! Thank you!

    The hotel was perfect for our needs. It is located on a qyiet street across from Galleria. Staff was friendly and helpful. The maintenance person was fast and helped me tuen on the TV lol. They brought up a microwave by request and also assigned us a quiet room which we asked. It didnt have a view, but we are here only 1 night. Parking is expensive. We liked the modern room and we are pleased.

    All of the ice machines were broken and I had to go to the bar to get cups of ice, also very inconvenient. No maid service, so when I walked in the bed was unmade and I had to call the lobby for clean towels, which took about 20 minutes to receive. This hotel is being run very poorly.

    One of the elevators was not working properly. Ice machine was out of order and had to go to another floor. TV is sincerely outdated. Should be able to mirror from my phone to the tv. Online it just said parking included. It needs to state there is a fee for parking just like other hotels. It tells you what the fee is.

    The property is nice. I was disappointed because they for clean the rooms good enough. The previous customer left dirty socks and an empty water bottle sticking out from under the coffee table. Breakfast was disappointing, I had better at Denny’s and didn’t pay as much. 25 bucks per person For buffet style… and beware that you have to pay 20 bucks extra per night for parking at a hotel you are already paying to stay at..

    Save yourself the money and disappointment and DO NOT STAY at Le Meridien! We had a horrible experience during check-in and ultimately didn't spend the night, even though I lost my prepaid night. It was awful! We arrived close to 5p - when you'd think rooms are ready. We were first sent to a room that had not been cleaned and prepped following the prior guests. The second room toilet was broken and wouldn't flush. The third room smelled like an ashtray mixed with a really disgusting deodorizer - like housekeeping was simply trying to cover it up. We considered sucking it up and staying in the third room, just because we were tired of going back and forth to the unhelpful front desk associate. After several minutes, it was clear the odd smells would not pass. So we left and moved to a different hotel. Horrible service, dirty and unkept property. Never again!

    Overall, my stay at Le Meridien Dallas by the Galleria was excellent. However, the parking system needs improvement. Despite being tech-savvy, I found the process of using the app to exit the property time-consuming and inconvenient. Additionally, having to pay each time I left the property felt unfair. A set charge for parking would be a much better solution.

    The place is great, it looks outdated but its clean. My only complaint is that they charge you for everything: parking, Internet and breakfast is not included but they have a restaurant. I have been to cheaper hotels that include these amenities for free.
